00:07is just one of my nine different youtube
00:10channels so that comes out to an average
00:12of about 240 dollars per day
00:15which is well over 100 a day
00:18on youtube and in this video today i'm
00:20gonna show you how you can potentially
00:22make over a hundred dollars a day
00:24from youtube without getting in front of
00:26a camera without showing your face and
00:28without even recording any videos and
00:30some of the channels that i'm gonna be
00:33are making a lot more than a hundred
00:35dollars a day so making over a hundred
00:38from youtube is definitely possible and
00:41every single day on multiple different
00:43youtube channels and in this video today
00:45i'm going to show you exactly how to do
00:48my name is matt parr i run nine
00:49different youtube channels and i've
00:51grown channels to over a million
00:53without ever showing my face or getting
00:56in front of a camera
00:57and i've gotten multiple other channels
00:59to over a hundred thousand subscribers
01:01and now i'm doing my best to help people

01:08alright so now let's jump on my computer
01:09here so i can show you some actual
01:11examples of channels
01:13doing this so not too long ago i came
01:15across this youtube channel
01:17called bestie and as you can see they
01:18have 2.6 million subscribers and this
01:21channel is in the health niche meaning
01:23that they upload videos about health
01:25how to lose weight and stuff of that
01:27nature now what's absolutely crazy
01:29about this channel is how many views per
01:32that they're getting and i'm using a
01:34completely free chrome extension called
01:36socialblade which shows
01:37estimates as to how much youtubers could
01:39be making and it shows how many views
01:42and subscribers per month
01:43that they get so if we go to this
01:45youtube channel bestie
01:46and we click on the social blade stats
01:49this channel is getting 24 million views
01:54just with these videos videos in which
01:56they don't even show their face
01:58it's literally just a voice over on top
02:00of the video showing different stock
02:02footage and stuff in the background
02:04now as you can see right here this
02:05channel is estimated to be making
02:07between six thousand
02:08and a hundred thousand dollars per month
02:11and this is just from ad revenue alone
02:14so if you're unfamiliar with youtube the
02:16making money on youtube works is that
02:19youtube will put ads
02:20on your video once you get into
02:22something called the youtube partner
02:24now to qualify for the youtube partner
02:28000 hours of watch time and 1 000
02:30subscribers and i know that might seem
02:32like a lot but it can actually happen
02:34a lot faster than you probably think my
02:36record for meeting the requirements for
02:39was in just two weeks and within one
02:41month the channel was monetized but
02:43usually with my channels it takes a few
02:45months to meet these requirements
02:47so once you meet these requirements and
02:48you get accepted into the youtube
02:51youtube will play ads before your videos
02:53you might have even seen an
02:54ad on this video that you're watching
02:56right now and every single time that you
02:59on a youtube video the person who
03:03gets a little bit of the money so every
03:05single time that you've watched an ad
03:07on those videos you help the person who
03:11make money and i like to say that
03:13there's two ways to use
03:14youtube the first way to use youtube is
03:17to entertain yourself
03:18and i mean we all watch youtube in this
03:20way but the second way of using youtube
03:22is using youtube as a business and using
03:25it to potentially transform
03:26your life youtube has completely
03:28transformed my life so my hope is that
03:30it can potentially for someone out there
03:33as well so looking at these figures on
03:35this channel this is a very big range
03:38six thousand and a hundred thousand
03:40dollars a month you might be asking matt
03:42how much is this channel really making
03:44so if this channel is monetized and has
03:47i would estimate that this channel from
03:49my experience in running channels in
03:51niches similar to this
03:52i would estimate that this channel is
03:54making between 60 to 90
03:56000 a month from their channel which is
04:00a lot of money and the reason i'm saying
04:02it's on the higher end of that spectrum
04:04is due to the fact that the health niche
04:06is what i would classify
04:07as a high cpm niche due to the fact that
04:10there's a lot more advertisers who want
04:12to advertise on videos like health
04:14or tech videos then save videos on other
04:17random topics like scary videos
04:19so due to the fact of more advertisers
04:21advertising on these high cpm niches the
04:24people who run youtube channels in these
04:26will actually make more money alright so
04:28now let me show you another youtube
04:30channel doing this exact same thing
04:32here's another channel called bodyhub
04:35000 subscribers soon to hit 1 million
04:38subscribers on their channel
04:39and they do the same types of videos and
04:41in just a second i'm going to show you
04:43exactly how you can generate videos
04:45just like this without even making the
04:47videos yourself but first of all if we
04:48take a look at the social blade
04:50statistics for this channel as you can
04:51see this channel is getting 1.7 million
04:55a month and socialblade estimates that
04:57this channel could be making between
04:59and a hundred thousand dollars a year
05:01and i would guess that this channel is
05:03making anywhere from
05:04seventy to a hundred thousand dollars a
05:07year based off of my own experience if
05:09this channel is monetized
05:10however there's actually secret ways of
05:12monetizing your channel
05:14in which you can make a lot more money
05:16than potentially from just ad revenue
05:18and i'm going to be showing you how to
05:20in this video but first here let's take
05:23a look at what these videos are actually
05:25as you can see they do videos like the
05:27five foods to eat to quickly gain weight
05:30as you can see 8.3 million views on
05:34this video and if we click this video
05:35right here and open it up as you can see
05:38with first of all an intro and then it's
05:40literally just showing stock pictures
05:42and stock videos in the background of
05:44the video with someone doing a voiceover
05:47with text on top of the video so if you
05:50were to generate these videos yourself
05:52all you literally need is a cell phone
05:54and that's actually what i did when i
05:55started on youtube i literally just used
05:57this really crappy iphone with a broken
05:59and i would record voiceovers for my
06:02youtube channels and i ran channels
06:05and i got to the point of now making
06:07over thirty thousand dollars a month
06:09from my nine different youtube channels
06:12ad revenue alone i make a lot more from
06:14alternate monetization sources
06:16and i'm gonna be showing you some of
06:17those sources in this video
06:20today but these videos are really not
06:22that hard to generate
06:23if you were to be for instance
06:25generating these videos yourself
06:26all you literally have to do is do
06:28research watch videos like this
06:30take notes on the most viewed videos on
06:32certain channels look at what
06:34videos are the most popular on channels
06:37or bestie or whatever niche you happen
06:39to be doing on youtube
06:40see which videos are getting the most
06:42amount of views recreate these videos in
06:45in your own style in your own words and
06:47write a script for these videos
06:49do a voiceover on top of the videos and
06:52in your videos so right about now you
06:54might be saying matt that sounds great
06:56but where in the world am i going to get
06:57content to use in my videos without
06:59having to worry about copyright or
07:02well i'm going to show you exactly how
07:05to get content for your videos for
07:08and one of the first places i would
07:10recommend is a website called
07:12and if we go to pixabay right here and
07:14for instance we search
07:16health on pixabay as you can see tons of
07:18different images relating to health that
07:20you can use in your videos
07:21for completely free for instance if you
07:23wanted to use this video right here
07:25and you were talking about some of the
07:26best fruit smoothies or something like
07:29you can literally just go to this image
07:30and as you can see it's free for
07:33with no attribution required and what
07:36that means is that you can use this
07:38image for completely free in
07:39your youtube videos without having to
07:43actually took the picture so pixabay is
07:47and they also have videos so for
07:49instance if we go to videos right here
07:51as you can see here's videos that you
07:54your youtube videos for completely free
07:56now if you don't find your pictures or
07:58images on pixabay that you want to use
08:00another alternative is to use a website
08:02called pexels pexels is very similar to
08:04pixabay but they do have some other
08:07as well so as you can see you can just
08:08go to pax cells right here
08:10and for instance you could just search
08:12biking let's say you were doing a video
08:14about why biking is so good for your
08:16and as you can see tons of photos that
08:17you can use but if we go to videos right
08:20tons of videos as well that you can use
08:23for completely free so at this point you
08:26might be saying matt that's great i can
08:28download all these videos i can find the
08:30video ideas but how do i actually put
08:32these all together into my own video
08:34well if you were to record a voiceover
08:36on your phone you record it on your
08:38and if you were to edit this on your
08:39phone you can do this whole process just
08:41from your phone by the way
08:43and if you were to do this all just from
08:44your phone i recommend an
08:46app called powerdirector that's
08:47available for both android and ios
08:50devices that you can then edit your
08:52now what about if you wanted to do this
08:54from a computer and i do recommend doing
08:56this from a computer if you can
08:57because it does make your life a lot
08:59easier and if you were to do this from a
09:02then you could transfer your audio files
09:04from your phone to the computer
09:06and then edit on the computer and you
09:07might be saying matt i don't have an
09:10how am i going to edit my videos
09:11together without spending hundreds of
09:13dollars on some editing software
09:15well you can use a completely free
09:17editor called open shot and if you go to
09:20you can download this editor and another
09:22alternative to recording voiceovers on
09:24your phone is to buy a cheap usb
09:26mic like the blue yeti nano and then you
09:28can use a completely free software
09:30audacity to record your voiceovers in
09:33and then do all of your editing in this
09:35completely free video editor
09:37called open shot now what about if you
09:39don't want to be the one
09:40making the videos what if you want to
09:42get other people to make
09:43the videos for you and that's exactly
09:45what i do and that's how i run
09:47nine different youtube channels and the
09:49way you're going to be able to do this
09:50is by putting together what i like to
09:52call a video creation machine
09:54or assembly line or whatever you want to
09:56call it basically assembling a team of
09:59to make the videos for you and the parts
10:01of this process that you can outsource
10:02are the script writing
10:04the voice overs the video editing and
10:06the thumbnail design
10:07and the only parts of this process that
10:09you have to do are coming up with video
10:12ideas and uploading and optimizing the
10:14and when it comes to coming up with
10:16video ideas i showed you how
10:18simple that is you can literally just go
10:19to popular youtube channel see what
10:21their most popular videos are
10:22and recreate them in your own way don't
10:26but use it as inspiration for generating
10:29because that's been proven to work and
10:31you might be saying matt where am i
10:32going to find people to hire
10:34to do all of these different jobs well
10:36one such place is fiverr.com and if you
10:38go to fiverr right here
10:39and you search health articles as you
10:41can see there's tons of different people
10:43on fiverr who will write articles about
10:46health and then you can get these
10:47articles voiced over and if you search
10:49voiceover on fiverr there's tons of
10:51who will do voiceovers on fiverr for
10:53very cheap literally just for five
10:56and then you can hire someone to edit
10:57the videos and then you can finally hire
10:59someone to make the thumbnail and
11:01another great place that i found a lot
11:02of people on my team
11:04is upwork.com as well so upwork's also a
11:07really good place to find people
11:08to put together your video creation
11:11so now while it is possible to make a
11:14lot of money from ad revenue from your
11:16youtube channels and like i said i make
11:19a month just from ad revenue but i make
11:23through alternative monetization sources
11:26so you might be saying matt what are
11:27alternative monetization sources
11:30basically what that means is either
11:31promoting your own product
11:33or promoting other people's products and
11:35making money as a result so how can you
11:39without having to know anything about
11:40the product that you're promoting well
11:42the absolute best way to do this in my
11:44is something called affiliate marketing
11:46where you market someone else's product
11:49and you get a commission every single
11:52the product and what's amazing about
11:54this is that if we go to a website
11:55called clickbank.com
11:57and we go to the left-hand section right
11:59here there's literally a health and
12:01fitness section so if we click this
12:04as you can see tons of different offers
12:07about how to reverse different ailments
12:10and tons of different offers that you
12:12can promote and potentially make
12:14a hundred and forty four dollars per
12:18for every single sale that you get so
12:19what would be the logistics of doing
12:21this all you have to do
12:22is sign up for a clickbank account and
12:25if you can't register for a clickbank
12:26account then i also recommend a
12:28marketplace called digistore24.com
12:31register for an account click this red
12:33promote button and then put that link
12:36in the description of every single
12:37youtube video that you upload
12:39and as you can see these channels that
12:41i'm showing you bestie and bodyhub
12:43are leaving a lot of money on the table
12:45because they're not actually
12:47implementing affiliate links
12:48in their description and what's amazing
12:50about so many of these
12:52products on clickbank or digi store 24
12:55that these are digital products meaning
12:58that it doesn't cost anything to ship
12:59these products out to the person who
13:02the person who buys it gets the product
13:04instantly most of these are like video
13:08and guides and they get the product
13:10instantly what's so amazing about that
13:12is the fact that it doesn't cost
13:14anything to ship out or fulfill the
13:15orders meaning that you'll make
13:17a lot more money per sale as opposed to
13:19just promoting something from the amazon
13:22in which you would just get a very small
13:24amount per sale unless you're promoting
13:27expensive and many more people would
13:29want to buy these digital products here
13:32as well so now you might be saying matt
13:33that's great and i'm ready to do this
13:35but how can i actually make sure that my
13:39and that i get a ton of views on my
13:41video well i have a completely free
