00:19YouTube without showing your face and
00:21niches that I think are going to be
00:22really big this year in 2024 now
00:25depending on when that video gets edited
00:27I don't know if this video is going to
00:28get out before that one but if it does
00:30that video will be very soon but one of
00:32the niches I mentioned on that list was
00:35travel and that's because travel is
00:36really trending right now but also it's
00:39got pretty decent cpms because one of
00:41the top advertisers on YouTube is
00:43Expedia and of course what types of ads
00:45are they going to put their videos on
00:47most likely it's probably going to be
00:48travel videos so I found a very
00:51interesting channel right here called
00:53before you go now this channel is really
00:55interesting to me for a few reasons
00:57number one the Channel's only got 30
00:59,000 subscribers right number two the
01:02Channel's pulling in 1.1 million views
01:05per month that's pretty good with that
01:07low of a subscriber count but not only
01:09that they have 800 videos on their
01:12Channel now at this point you might be
01:14getting a little bit discouraged you
01:15might be saying Matt how in the world
01:16can I produce 800 videos for my channel
01:19like this channel did now you might be
01:21happy getting a million views per month
01:22but 800 videos that's crazy how could I
01:25get to that point well if we watch one
01:26of these videos for example let's go to
01:28the most popular right here the 11 best
01:30things to do in DOA qar if we watch one
01:33of these videos what we'll notice is
01:35it's literally just a voiceover with
01:37stock footage in the background of their
01:39videos now this stock footage is super
01:41easy to get and I'm going to show you an
01:42AI tool to create clones of yourself to
01:45create videos like this it's just a
01:47script a voice over stock footage in the
01:50background and that's it you have an
01:51asset that could potentially make you a
01:53lot of money over time now this video
01:55only has 196,000 views and if we go back
01:58to the channel right here each of the
02:00videos on this channel have a relatively
02:02low amount of views but the secret that
02:04this channel did is they just posted a
02:06lot of videos and all of those videos
02:08combined adds up to that million views
02:10per month but how could you make 800
02:12videos relatively easily well the way
02:15that could speed this up to the point of
02:16doing this could be creating an AI clone
02:19of yourself instead of you sitting down
02:21recording voiceovers doing all of that
02:24for every single video you can clone
02:26yourself using Ai and I'm going to show
02:28you exactly how to do that Within this
02:30video but looking at this channel right
02:31here what you'll notice is that a lot of
02:34these video ideas are very similar it's
02:36just 13 best things to do in Nepal or 15
02:40best things to do in India they're
02:42essentially travel guides and lists of
02:44the best things to do in different
02:45places if you spice things up just a
02:47little bit you could potentially get a
02:49lot more views for example this channel
02:51right here called scary hairy what they
02:53do is they talk about different places
02:55to retire with different amounts of
02:57money and for example if we go to the
02:59most most popular videos right here we
03:01can see 10 easiest countries to retire
03:03comfortably it got 1.6 million views so
03:06they're spicing up the ideas just a
03:08little bit and they're things that more
03:10people would potentially be interested
03:11in rather than just 15 best things to do
03:14list which can certainly work as well
03:16and this channel right here only has 200
03:18videos so significantly less if you post
03:20literally just three videos per week
03:22over the course of a year you could have
03:24144 videos and even if you don't post in
03:27fact this channel has not posted in the
03:29last 5 months even if you don't post
03:32this channel is still getting a million
03:34views per month and that just goes to
03:36prove how epic YouTube is I have
03:38channels that I haven't posted on in a
03:40while that still make me a lot of money
03:42every single month and that's why I love
03:44YouTube so much and if you wanted to
03:46spice things up even more here's a
03:48channel called world according to Briggs
03:50and he does videos for example about 10
03:53countries with rude people these are
03:55titles that make people want to click
03:57because they invoke curiosity could mind
03:59country be on that list and if you do
04:01this don't just make travel guides like
04:03this channel is doing make a combination
04:05of all these different types of video
04:07ideas and that's going to ensure you
04:09that you get as many views as you
04:11possibly can and so we have the ideas
04:13portion covered basically just recreate
04:15videos on already popular channels and
04:17to prove to you that this channel is
04:19getting way more views they're getting
04:205.5 million per month so if we do the
04:23math on this let's see how much these
04:24channels could be making so this channel
04:26right here if they're getting a million
04:27views per month say they're getting a
04:28$10 CPM that's about how much money you
04:31make per thousand views from ad Revenue
04:34that would be my estimate since travel
04:36is a pretty high CPM Niche so if they're
04:38making $10 per th000 views that would
04:40mean that they're making $10,000 per
04:42month from that channel that they
04:44haven't even uploaded on in 5 months how
04:46about this channel world according to
04:48brgs by that same math they'd be making
04:51$50,000 per month and that's just one
04:53channel think about you could run tons
04:55of different channels and different
04:56niches like I said out of that video
04:58about the 10 niches that that are going
04:59to be huge in 2024 apply this to any of
05:02those nichas or any of the nichas that I
05:05generally recommend health wealth
05:06happiness relationships travel and then
05:08I've got a bunch more on that list that
05:10are really blowing up right now apply
05:12creating these clones which I'm about to
05:14show you how to do to this and you could
05:16potentially make a lot of money doing so
05:19and then combine that with doing the
05:20growth tactics that I teach here on this
05:22channel and in my course and it's a
05:23recipe for potential success so now I
05:26know at this point you're probably dying
05:28to know how do you create the video
05:29clones of yourself well it's simple
05:31we're going to be using a tool called

06:14money if you want no water mark or
06:16anything like that but if we're using
06:17this to build potentially income
06:19producing Assets in my opinion it could
06:21be a good investment as long as you
06:23actually use it the right way let me
06:25show you how to do that so basically if
06:27we open up N Video AI this is what it
06:29looks like it's very similar to chat GPT
06:31if you've ever used it where basically
06:32you give it a prompt for example you
06:34could literally just type right here
06:36make me a 10-minute video about the best
06:39places to travel to in Nepal and invid
06:42AI will literally do that and I've gone
06:44over past videos on my Channel showing
06:46exactly how nid does that it's really
06:48cool it's epic now what I personally
06:50recommend doing is spicing things up a
06:53little bit meaning making your script as
06:55engaging as possible by writing it
06:57yourself or using chat GPT to help you
07:00with certain sections or using even nid
07:02AI to help you with certain sections but
07:04making sure to edit little bits of it to
07:06make it your own script as well then
07:08what you can do is you can go down here
07:09to script to video paste in your script
07:12or simply write it here put a background
07:14music type you want on there generally
07:16just like put a happy background music
07:18on if you're doing like a travel guide
07:19or something like that and then now this
07:21is really cool you can use different
07:24voices so for example if we go to
07:25settings right here we can use one of
07:27their buil-in voices right here but
07:29what's really cool is that if we go out
07:31of here we can clone our own voice and
07:33let me show you exactly how to do that
07:34so if we click clone your voice then we
07:36click add voice essentially what we're
07:39going to do here is submit a recording
07:41of oursel an audio recording of us
07:43talking for at least 30 seconds but the
07:46longer the better and the reason for
07:48that is because it'll train the AI data
07:50to make a clone of your voice and the
07:53more data we give it the better and the
07:54more accurate it will be and then you do
07:56need to mention I give in video AI the
07:58permission to to use my voice and that's
08:00important because there has been quite a
08:03bit of controversy with people making
08:05deep fakes of other people and this is a
08:07problem that YouTube's cracking down on
08:09as well so it's important you do this
08:10with your own voice or somebody you get
08:13permission from so if you hire a
08:14voiceover artists online you need to get
08:16permission from them and you need to
08:18make sure they say I give nid AI
08:20permission to use my voice that's just a
08:22really important thing that we do and
08:23then also it just gives us some pointers
08:25here pause in between sentences like you
08:27normally would use high quality
08:28recording equipment everybody has high
08:30quality recording equipment nowadays
08:32with our cell phones and so I'm going to
08:34use my cell phone just record myself
08:36speaking saying random things I'm going
08:38to give it maybe like 5 minutes of
08:40recording and then we're going to upload
08:41it to here and clone my voice so if I
08:43start the audio recorder right here then
08:46I can just start talking to it making
08:49sure to pause in between what I'm saying
08:52and making sure that my speaking style
08:54is as natural as possible and basically
08:57you just want to talk how you normally
08:59do and if you can't think of what to say
09:01as you're recording this what you can
09:03always do is you can go online literally
09:06just look up stories or whatever else
09:08you want and just read through that
09:10story giving different inflections and
09:12so forth to give the AI as much data as
09:14possible to clone your voice so I'm
09:16going to keep talking right here we
09:18might just go fast forward through this
09:20in the editing and I'll get to you when
09:22we upload this clip to nid Ai and here
09:27we go we're almost about done three
09:29minutes here in 3 2 1 I'm going to say
09:32it one more time I give inv video AI the
09:34permission to use my voice there we go
09:36now I finished to recording I've
09:37uploaded it right here to Nvidia then I
09:39just want to check these boxes right
09:41here that I have the rights to use it
09:43it's my voice I give them all the rights
09:45blah blah blah just check those my
09:47sample looks good there we go so now
09:49that's going to basically analyze it
09:50we'll give it a minute or so here for it
09:52to clone our voice and we'll see how it
09:54sounds and there we go now our voice is
09:56created so now we can just click done
09:58that literally by the the way took about
09:5920 seconds to complete now it does still
10:02say processing right here so let's wait
10:03for that to finish and there it just
10:05finished that took about another 5
10:07seconds or so then we can just click use
10:10on that voice so that will put that into
10:12the prompt it'll say use my voice voice
10:15one user's voice whatever you can rename
10:16your voice to be whatever you want if
10:18you want to just put your own name or
10:19whatever then basically you can give it
10:21a prompt so let's say for example we go
10:24back here let's go to the most popular
10:25videos it would make sense to make a
10:27video about DOA qar cuz that seemed get
10:29a lot of views in only 9 months so let's
10:31do that and I was just in Qatar as well
10:33which is an awesome country by the way
10:34so I guess it's still on my mind so
10:36let's go to here and let's give it a
10:39prompt let's say for example create a
10:42video about the top 10 places to visit
10:45in DOA Qatar make it informational and
10:50made for people who are considering
10:52traveling to Doha to help them decide
10:57what to do there and you you can give
10:59this a lot of information for example
11:01you can even say put subtitles on the
11:03video and make them orange then we can
11:06simply click generate a video but like I
11:09always recommend I do recommend doing
11:10that script to video I'm just showing
11:12you the capabilities here of creating
11:14this purely from AI another reason I
11:15recommend doing this script to video
11:17right here where you paste your own
11:18script and you do a little bit of
11:19research to make it and everything
11:21you're going to be able to give a lot
11:22more value in the video and if you give
11:24more value YouTube will see that people
11:26are watching your videos more and
11:28they'll promote it more but let's just
11:29do this prompt right here and let's
11:30click generate a video so this basically
11:33is going to generate that video using my
11:35voice which is crazy and you'll hear how
11:37it sounds here in just a second this
11:39typically takes like 5 to 10 minutes
11:40depending on the length of the clip you
11:42can also always specify to this that you
11:44want to make a 10-minute video and when
11:46it comes to video lengths I recommend
11:48looking at what's worked on other
11:49channels for example about 8 minute
11:51video worked right here so if I was
11:53making a real video here I would tell in
11:54video AI create about a 10-minute video
11:58about this subject because we see that
11:59that has worked same thing with this
12:01world according to breaks a lot of these
12:03videos are like 10 minutes long or so
12:05and it seems like that's kind of The
12:06Sweet Spot within this Niche right here
12:08and there we go now it's giving us a
12:10couple more options for the audience for
12:12this for example travel enthusiasts
12:13vacation planners I think travel
12:15Enthusiast fits at the best look and
12:17feel I think bright sounds good platform
12:20YouTube that'll just make sure
12:21everything's formatted correctly then
12:23click continue you can also edit the
12:25prompt and give it more directions if
12:26you wanted to but we're just going to
12:28click continue right here and this is
12:29where our video actually gets made and
12:32this takes about 5 10 minutes it's
12:34really quick surprisingly it's much
12:36faster than if you were to go out there
12:37and find all these clips individually
12:39yourself and this basically saves you
12:41from having to do all that manual work
12:44yourself downloading tons of different
12:45stock clips from different places this
12:47has that all built in to the
12:49subscription so if you're paying for a
12:50subscription for NVIDIA AI you have all
12:54of those stock media databases embedded
12:57in this and this is especially good if
12:59you're running a stock footage based
13:01channel so this can be channels like for
13:03example we're talking about the travel
13:04Niche also channels like body Hub
13:06they're primarily stock footage based
13:08they within the health Niche channels
13:09like brainy dose and the psychology
13:11Niche also stock footage based also
13:13channels right here like alux which pull
13:16in a whopping 2 million views per month
13:18in the financial Niche which is a very
13:20high CPM Niche that I know from
13:22experience if they're getting a $20 CPM
13:25that would mean they're making $40,000
13:27per month which is pretty crazy channels
13:29like this are also primarily stock
13:31footage based so if we watch any of
13:32these videos like this one right here
13:34about 15 signs you're financially mature
13:36as you will notice they're using a lot
13:37of stock footage in the background of
13:39their videos right here and so using
13:41something like nid AI would be a perfect
13:43fit for this type of content as well and
13:46so there we go the video is already done
13:48that literally took like 5 minutes or
13:50less to create this video which is
13:51awesome and as you can see and put those
13:53orange subtitles on the video right here
13:55and let's see what the video actually
13:56looked like but more importantly what
13:58it's sounded like because we created an
14:00AI clone of myself for doing this so let

14:24pretty good I think it's good enough for
14:26uploading on YouTube especially if we're
14:28posting a bunch of different videos and
14:29so forth to get views I definitely think
14:32it's good enough but the way you're
14:33going to make the quality even better is
14:35if you give it a longer source file so
14:37if you talk for longer and I was kind of
14:39running out of things to say the source
14:41file I gave it was like 3 minutes long
14:43so what I would do for example is look
14:44up a long story that I could just read
14:46from or even ask chat GPT write me a
14:495,000-word random story right and just
14:51read it so you can give it as much data
14:53as you possibly can but let's keep
14:54listening to this cuz I definitely think
14:56it's good enough to upload let's he
14:57first on the list is is the Museum of
14:59Islamic Art actually went here this is
15:02pretty cool to be seeing this again this
15:03architectural gem houses a vast
15:06collection of it's also weird to hear me
15:07saying this because I never actually
15:09said this I mean that's that's pretty
15:11cool artworks spanning over a thousand
15:14years a testament to the rich history
15:16and diverse culture of the Islamic world
15:19next we have the Suk wakif definitely
15:22way better than any robot voice over
15:24that you could potentially use because
15:26if you're using one of those robot
15:27voiceovers a lot of them are literally
15:29just synthetically generated as opposed
15:31to cloning somebody's voice but here's
15:33why cloning your own voice is so
15:34important and that's because you're
15:36building more of a brand if you're just
15:37using an AI voice that's integrated for
15:39example within video or integrated
15:41within different places the problem with
15:43that is that there might be a million
15:45other videos out there that are also
15:47using that same cloned voice as opposed
15:49to using your own voice you're building
15:51a brand if all your videos on your
15:52channel have that voice then when
15:54somebody watches one of your videos they
15:56instantly recognize it it builds that
15:58brand and it makes people want to watch
16:00your channel as opposed to other ones
16:02that are out there cuz if they see your
16:03videos are given a lot of value and they
16:05associate your voice with that that's a
16:07win and now as we've gone over in
16:09different videos we can also give
16:10commands right here to edit certain
16:12things in the video so for example we
16:14can put make the subtitles blue and we
16:16can edit the video just by giving it
16:17these text prompts right here we can do
16:19more in-depth editing if we click edit
16:21right there switch out any of these
16:22clips for other Clips we want to do we
16:24can upload our own media so for example
16:26if we have screen recordings anything
16:28else we want to add in there boom we can
16:29do it right there just like that and
16:31also another thing is that I just
16:33listened to the source recording that I
16:34gave it I was pretty monotone in that so
16:37if you talk more expressively in the
16:39source recording that will be reflected
16:41on the video so the reason this is
16:43sounding a little bit monotone is
16:44because I gave this a monotone recording
16:47so make sure to talk in the way that you
16:50want the video to come across but
16:52overall it's incredibly good it sounds
16:54human this should pass all the tests I
16:56highly recommend this tool because it
16:57uses so many many other tools that are
16:59all built into one thing that you can
17:01use and if you go here then once you're
17:03done with this video you can click
17:05export click export video then what
17:07you're going to want to do what I
17:08recommend is 1080P and then choose no
17:11branding you do have to be in a paid
17:12plan to do that choose no watermarks
17:15again you will have to be on a paid plan
17:16to do that click continue this will
17:18export the video and then you can simply
17:20download this video once it's done to
17:22your computer upload it to YouTube and
17:24boom start building those assets and
17:26start potentially making money on
17:27YouTube with without making videos in
17:29the sense that you're not sitting down
17:31and creating all these videos step by
17:33step from scratch instead you can use AI
17:36tools to clone yourself and to help you
17:38in so many different parts of this
17:40process of making money on YouTube so I
