00:15start with text if you've watched any of
00:17my videos you'll know that I use cap cut
00:19to edit them so here's how the cap cut
00:21interface looks the first thing we'll do
00:24is bring in the video where we want to
00:26add text behind the subject I've already
00:28trimmed the starting and ending points
00:30of my videos now I'm placing it on the
00:33timeline the background doesn't look
00:35great but that's okay we'll make it more
00:38interesting to start writing go to the
00:40upper left corner and click on text then
00:43click on default text it depends on how
00:46long you want the text in the clip for
00:48now let's drag it to cover the entire
00:50video now let's write something I'll
00:53write subscribe because why not as you
00:55can see it still looks boring but let's
00:58make it interesting by putting it behind
00:59behind the subject to do that we're
01:02going to duplicate our clip select the
01:04clip and copy it now paste it on top of
01:07your original clip for a shortcut hold
01:10control and ALT key select the clip and
01:12drag it on top next select the top clip
01:16go to the top right corner under video
01:18options click on cutout and then click
01:21on auto cutout from there click Auto
01:23cutouts so far this only works with
01:26human figures wait for a few seconds for
01:29the subject to be cut out it's complete
01:32but you can't see any change because
01:33there's a clip under it when I add a
01:35stroke it shows exactly how the subject
01:38has been cut out now let's go back to
01:40the timeline select the text layer and
01:42hold it then place it between the two
01:44clips right below the top clip and there
01:47you go the text is now behind our
01:50subject but what if you want to make the
01:52text more interesting choose the text
01:54layer and in the top right corner you'll
01:56find lots of great options for text
01:58let's start with the font F I really
02:00like this font it's the same one Jimmy
02:03uses called com AIS I'll share the link
02:06below now I'll make the text bigger and
02:09I can even position it anywhere behind
02:11the subject in the font section there
02:13are many presets you can use for your
02:15text but I won't use them I usually
02:18prefer using them for my short videos
02:20for my current text I'll just add a
02:22shadow to make the text stand out you
02:25also have the option to curve the text
02:27not only that but you can also adjust
02:29how curvy you want your text to be oops
02:32I just noticed I forgot to include the s
02:35in my text let's add it now it looks

03:12pictures that can make your videos
03:13better let's look for something simple
03:16like YouTube you can also be specific
03:18like searching for a YouTube subscribe
03:20button or anything you like to download
03:23an image for the first time you'll need
03:25to prove you're a human and then the
03:26rest will download easily sometimes
03:29there might be an ad but just close it
03:32that's what happens when we want free
03:33stuff back to cap cut import your images
03:37earlier I downloaded some nice plant
03:39pictures just like we did with the text
03:41let's put our picture behind the subject
03:44drag the picture to the Timeline under
03:46the top video if you've learned
03:48something so far kindly like And
03:50subscribe to my channel now I'll show
03:52you a simple key frame trick select the
03:55picture or text layer where you want
03:56your animation to begin in the top right
03:59corner next to position and size click
04:02on that diamond shape to add a key frame
04:04it turns blue to show you added a key
04:06frame now move your pointer to where you
04:08want your key frame to finish on your
04:10preview screen move the picture to where
04:12you want it to go remember to hold the
04:15shift button while moving to keep it in
04:16a straight line once it's moved the key
04:19frame is automatically added now when we
04:22play the clip you can see how
04:24interesting it is this method of key
04:26framing can be used for text different
04:28types of pictures and even videos
04:31Remember When dealing with pictures the
04:33animation option is in a separate
04:35section but for text it's under a
04:37subheader within the text section now
04:40let's add some animation for fun that in
04:42point determines how your picture or
04:45text will show up in your video and
04:47there are various cool options to check
04:49out that outpoint decides how your text
04:51or images will disappear lastly there's
04:54the combo or Loop option which keeps
04:57your text or images animated throughout
04:59here's a quick tip if your animation
05:01seemed too quick just increase the
05:03duration of the animation for it to last
05:05longer the shorter the duration the
05:08faster your animation will be the final
05:10step is adding effects behind the
05:12subject this will make your videos more
05:15interesting especially if you don't have
05:17a proper filming Studio like me so let's
05:20make this video captivating on the top
05:22right corner click on effect for those
05:25with a plain background try clicking on
05:27light here you can choose a window light
05:30or like me at this cool Palm Tree Shadow
05:33play around with the atmosphere another
05:36thing I enjoy is importing my own PNG
05:38shapes to make the background more
05:40interesting here's an example of one of
05:42my pngs see how intriguing it looks
05:45let's lower the opacity now let's add
05:47some plants I know you can do better I'm
05:50not an expert set designer to make it a
05:53bit more realistic add a blur effect and
05:55lower the blurriness when we preview it
05:58it looks amazing with this moving Shadow
06:00effect similarly let's put in an
06:02animation right below the initial video
06:04just position it around that area make
06:06sure it covers the whole video or the
06:08length you want in this project with
06:10lots of pictures and stuff the final
06:13step I usually take is adjusting the
06:15colors first I apply my L on everything
06:18and then I use some filters from the app
