00:09doesn't even require you to show your
00:11face now you're probably saying matt
00:12what is the niche the niche is 360
00:16virtual reality videos now you might be
00:18wondering how could you create videos
00:20like this and i'm going to be showing
00:21you that in just a second as well as how
00:24you could potentially make money in this
00:26niche without even creating any videos
00:29whatsoever so first of all you're
00:30probably saying matt what types of
00:32videos are we even talking about well
00:34we're talking about videos just like
00:36this shark cage virtual reality
00:38experience 360 and if we play this video
00:41what's awesome is that not only can you
00:43experience diving in a shark cage but
00:45it's actually a 360 degree video meaning
00:47that you can actually pan around this
00:49video and you're probably saying matt
00:51how do i create videos like this and
00:52don't worry i am going to show you
00:54exactly how you can potentially create
00:56videos just like this or better yet get
00:58someone to do it for you and still
01:00potentially make a lot of money without
01:02even making any videos now you're
01:03probably asking how do these videos even
01:06make money well they're making money
01:08from joining something called the
01:09youtube partner program which youtube
01:12offers once you hit 1 000 subscribers
01:15and 4 000 hours of watch time in the
01:17last year i know that sounds crazy but
01:19it can happen a lot sooner than you
01:21probably think and i have videos on my
01:22channel that show you how to hit those
01:24milestones fast so once you join the
01:26youtube partner program youtube will put
01:28ads on your videos and you'll get a cut
01:30of that ad revenue now you might be
01:32saying matt how much money could i make
01:33with videos like this now 360 videos
01:36such as this one right here may not have
01:38the best cpm in the world but let's be
01:40incredibly conservative with this and
01:42let's estimate that their cpm is only
01:44one dollar per thousand views and we're
01:47going to calculate and actually see how
01:49much some of these channels can be
01:50making i'm going to show you exactly how
01:52you can actually create videos just like
01:54this or better yet get someone to do it
01:56for you how often you should upload how
01:57to edit your videos and how to make sure
02:01viral so with that being said let's take
02:03a look at how much money these channels
02:05could be making so check out this
02:07channel right here it's called lime 360
02:10vr and they make 360 virtual reality
02:13videos on trending topics and trending
02:15characters that are out there and this
02:18channel literally has only uploaded
02:20videos starting one year ago so in just
02:24one year this channel has nearly gotten
02:27five hundred thousand half a million
02:28subscribers in just a year that's how
02:31big this niche can be now you might be
02:33saying matt how much could these
02:35channels be making so let's take a look
02:37at this right here so if we check out
02:39the statistics and i'm using an
02:40extension called vidiq by the way to see
02:43the statistics for this video and if we
02:45open up the statistics for this video
02:48for this channel rather we can see this
02:50channel is getting 21 million views per
02:53month that is a lot now if we take our
02:56very conservative estimate of a cpm of
02:58one dollar per thousand views that would
03:01mean this channel is making twenty one
03:03thousand 000 per month now me personally
03:05if i actually had to bet on this i would
03:07say that this channel has a higher cpm
03:09than that and they're probably making
03:11more like 20 to 40 000 maybe even more
03:14per month just from ad revenue from
03:16their channel which is absolutely crazy
03:19and just check out the social blade
03:20statistics graphs for this channel it
03:23absolutely blew up relatively recently
03:25and as you can see socialblade estimates
03:27this channel could be making between
03:28five thousand and eighty thousand a
03:29month and remember we put our estimate
03:32at i would say around 20 to 40 000 a
03:34month pretty realistically just from ad
03:37revenue and just so you don't think this
03:38is a fluke to show you this is really
03:40possible let me show you a few channels
03:42that are doing this and having
03:43incredible success with doing this
03:45here's a channel called vr planet as you
03:47can see 3.3 million views a month here's
03:49a channel called creature film 360. 1
03:52million views a month channel called
03:53game world cinema which also creates
03:55these 360 videos getting 10 million
03:57views a month channel called vicinity
03:59360 8 million views a month and a
04:01channel called mvr which is also getting
04:048 million views per month and all of
04:06these channels are making these 360
04:07videos and having incredible success
04:10doing this now you might be asking what
04:11should the topics of my videos be well
04:14the way that i recommend you find video
04:15topics if you go into this 360 videos
04:17niche is to simply go to youtube search
04:20360 videos and see what some of the top
04:23videos that come up are and as you can
04:24see rollercoaster videos tend to do very
04:26well as well as character videos on
04:29certain training topics and i would try
04:31to incorporate as many training topics
04:33as you can into your channel which is
04:35something that these channels are doing
04:37incredibly well with topics like poppy
04:39playtime huggy woggy and siren head and
04:42all these training topics that you can
04:44create 360 videos on i would also go to
04:46some of these top channels that are
04:48making these 360 videos that i showed
04:50you sort their videos by their most
04:52popular videos and then recreate some of
04:54their top videos in your own way now
04:55you're probably saying matt these videos
04:57are probably incredibly complicated to
04:59make how would i actually go about
05:00getting these videos produced and you
05:02said i could potentially make money
05:04doing this without making videos and yes
05:06it is true you could do that and the way
05:09that i would personally go about doing
05:10this is i would go to a website called
05:12upwork.com which allows you to hire
05:14people and i would hire animators for
05:17between 300 and a thousand dollars per
05:20video now these are very high quality
05:22videos and it would take some time for
05:23an animator to actually make these
05:25videos but as we saw from how much these
05:28channels could be making it could
05:29definitely be worth it so i'd pay 300 to
05:321000 a video and i would upload around
05:34four videos per month on your channel
05:36that'd be about 1 200 to 4 000 a month
05:39that you'd be spending on content
05:41creation if you did fully outsource it
05:44and you might be saying matt how could i
05:46do this for cheaper i don't want to
05:48spend 1 000 to 4 000 a month how could i
05:51do this for cheaper and let me show you
05:53something kind of crazy so if we jump on
05:55over to youtube right here as you can
05:57see this is a 360 video that you can pan
06:00around and it's literally just the guy
06:02running around in a costume as you can
06:05see right here and you can buy this
06:06costume for only 42 dollars from amazon
06:09and you would also need a 360 camera and
06:12you can get one of those for about 400
06:14with something like the gopro hero max
06:17right here now how can you actually go
06:19about editing your 360 degree videos do
06:22you need some fancy editor or something
06:24well i would recommend using an editor
06:26called powerdirector which allows you to
06:28edit 360 degree videos i love
06:30powerdirector just for editing normal
06:32videos and they have 360 degree
06:33functionality as well now you might be
06:35saying matt if i invest all this time
06:38and or money into actually getting these
06:40videos produced how can i make sure that
06:42my videos go viral how can i make sure
06:45i'm not just wasting my time with this
06:47now there's a few things i would look at
06:49to make sure that your videos go viral i
06:51would make sure that you upload both a
06:53mix of trending and evergreen topics let
06:56me show you an example of what i mean by
06:57that so as you can see on this channel
06:593d vr 360 videos with 2.2 million
07:02subscribers if we scroll down right here
07:05we can see videos like shark cage vr
07:07experience with 5.6 million views videos
07:11like this are what i would consider
07:13evergreen topics these are topics that
07:16aren't necessarily just trending and
07:18these are topics that are going to get
07:19views for a long time into the future
07:22and that is evidenced by the fact that
07:23this video is six months old and is
07:25getting 3.4 000 views per month now you
07:28might be saying matt what's an example
07:29of a trending topic trending topics
07:32would be such as some of the latest
07:34videos that this channel has been
07:35putting out like huggy wuggy poppy
07:37playtime any of these characters that
07:39might be trending for a different reason
07:41and the way that i would actually go
07:43about finding video ideas if i did this
07:46niche is i would go onto youtube and i
07:47would see what some of the more popular
07:49youtubers are doing in terms of their
07:51videos and what topics are trending that
07:53they're taking advantage of and then i
07:55would make 360 degree versions of those
07:58videos and again you could do that by
08:00getting a costume and filming the video
08:02yourself or you could do that hiring
08:03someone on upwork to animate the videos
08:06for you and another way that i would
08:07ensure that my videos had the best
08:09chance of going viral that i possibly
08:11could is i would optimize them as much
08:13as i possibly could and this would be
08:15done primarily via using the right
08:16metadata for the videos and this
08:18includes titles descriptions tags
08:21keywords and if you implement all of
08:23this correctly into your videos and your
08:25channel it'll tell youtube what your
08:27channel is about so that youtube can
08:29surface it to the right audience your
08:31videos will perform good and then get
08:32pushed out to a more wide audience and i
08:34go very in depth with this within my
