00:23i make money on youtube without showing
00:26making any videos and if you watch this

00:30showing you all the best tips tricks
00:32and secrets for doing this the correct
00:34way so that hopefully you can start
00:36making money on youtube
00:38without making videos now with that
00:39being said i can't guarantee that if you
00:41watch this video you'll automatically
00:44money with youtube however you're about
00:46to discover the same exact tactics that
00:49and the same exact tactics that all of
00:51my successful students are using
00:53to get results with this method so if

01:03on youtube without making videos works
01:05is to first get videos generated
01:07and then upload those videos and then
01:10make money from them and i know that
01:11sounds like a really simplistic
01:13explanation and it really is so i'm
01:15going to be going into more in depth
01:16exactly how this works
01:18so that hopefully you can replicate it
01:21and the way you're going to actually
01:22make money from youtube is through
01:24something called the youtube
01:26partner program in which youtube will
01:28put ads on your videos and you can make
01:30money from every single ad impression
01:32and every single view
01:33that your video gets now like i said
01:36previously in this video i make over
01:38thirty thousand dollars a month just
01:40from the youtube partner program
01:41just from ads alone so you can
01:43definitely make a lot of money just from
01:45ads alone however you can make a
01:47ton of more money from alternative
01:49monetization sources and i'm gonna be
01:51revealing some of those sources in
01:53this video today so the first step when
01:56it comes to making money on youtube
01:58without making videos
01:59is to choose a category of content that
02:03upload in and this is also commonly
02:04referred to as choosing a niche
02:07on youtube now the reason you want to
02:09choose a specific niche in uploading
02:11is so youtube knows what your content is
02:15for example if you were to upload a
02:16bunch of random videos on your youtube
02:18channel basketball videos one day drone
02:20videos the next day animal videos the
02:23and you get a video with a bunch of
02:25views and a video takes off
02:26everybody who goes to your channel
02:28because of that video
02:29isn't going to subscribe because you're
02:31uploading all kinds of content that's
02:34so you want to make sure that you choose
02:36a very specific niche
02:37now a great example of this is a channel
02:41which uploads a bunch of scary list
02:43videos now the channel's name is top 15
02:46if they wanted to they could upload top
02:4815 basketball shots one day top 15 drone
02:52and top 15 scary videos the next day and
02:56they wouldn't be getting nearly the
02:57success that they do get on
02:59their channel and their channel is huge
03:01they're getting millions upon millions
03:02of views a month and part of the reason
03:04for that is choosing a specific niche
03:07now another reason that you definitely
03:08want to choose a specific niche on
03:10youtube is due to the fact that it's
03:11going to help you grow on youtube in
03:14the beginning when you're first starting
03:15out on youtube it's really imperative to
03:17choose a specific niche
03:19and then as time goes on you could
03:22in the scope of your content that you're
03:24putting up on youtube but it's really
03:25important when you're starting out
03:27to choose a specific niche and all you
03:30have to do is get a little bit of search
03:32traffic and then you can leverage that
03:34into millions and millions of suggested
03:36views because you'll get your own videos
03:37appearing in the suggested video feed
03:40of your own videos and i'll get more
03:41into all of that later but first of all
03:43let's actually choose a niche together
03:46so when it comes to choosing a niche
03:47there's a couple of different factors
03:49that i recommend taking into
03:51and one of the top ones being cpm now
03:53cpm is how much money that you'll make
03:56ad revenue per thousand views on your
04:00and some niches have a higher cpm than
04:03now some of the highest cpm niches
04:05include the health niche
04:07the wealth niche and the tech niche and
04:09the reason all of these niches are such
04:13is due to the fact that more advertisers
04:15want to advertise on these types of
04:18rather than just other random videos on
04:20youtube for example when someone just
04:22uploads like a prank video on youtube
04:24there's not as many advertisers who want
04:26to put ads on those videos while there
04:28are some advertisers who would be okay
04:30putting ads on almost any type of video
04:33these types of channels will still make
04:35money from ads granted they'd get
04:36monetized and in the youtube partner
04:38program but these higher cpm niches
04:41will make a lot more money so with this
04:43knowledge that some niches are higher
04:46now we have to ask ourselves if a niche
04:49can be monetized with alternative
04:51and some niches can and some of the best
04:54monetized with alternative sources are
04:58and the wealth niche now what exactly is
05:01it that i mean by alternative sources
05:03this can include things like affiliate
05:05marketing selling your own digital
05:07or selling other things out at the back
05:09end of your youtube channel
05:11now the amazing thing about the health
05:13and the wealth niche
05:14is the fact that you could promote
05:16products from places like
05:18digistore24.com and clickbank.com and
05:20potentially make a lot more money than
05:22from just ad revenue
05:24alone and you might be saying matt
05:25that's great but how in the world am i
05:27gonna make money from youtube
05:28without showing my face without getting
05:30behind a camera and without even making
05:33keep watching because i'm gonna show you
05:35exactly how to generate content
05:37without ever getting behind a camera and
05:40showing your face or making any videos
05:42but first we need our niche so for the
05:44purpose of this example
05:46let's choose the wealth niche now what
05:48exactly is the wealth niche this could
05:50incorporate a bunch of different sub
05:52niches such as the luxury niche the make
05:55the financial niche and the investing
05:58niche these are all different sub niches
06:01niche so i actually recommend when
06:03you're just starting out it's very
06:05imperative to choose a sub niche
06:07as well as your main niche so for the
06:09purpose of this example let's choose
06:11the luxury niche now to give you a
06:13better idea of how exactly we're going
06:15to be making money from youtube without
06:18in the luxury niche let me first show
06:20you a couple of example channels doing
06:22this exact same thing
06:23because it's one thing to tell you about
06:25how to do this but it's a whole nother
06:27to actually show you example channels
06:30and the first example channel that i
06:31want to show you is a channel called
06:33alux as you can see they have 3.2
06:36and you might be saying matt that's
06:38great they have 3 million subscribers
06:39but what if i'm just getting started how
06:41am i gonna start getting views
06:43start getting subscribers and start
06:45doing this the right
06:46way and i'm going to show you exactly
06:48how to do that and i'm going to even
06:50show you example channels
06:52that are small that are still getting a
06:54ton of views to show you that this
06:55is possible no matter if you're just
06:57starting or anything else so let's show
06:59you this channel first called a locks
07:01i'll show you some popular ones and then
07:02i'll show you some smaller channels so
07:04starting with the popular channel right
07:06here as you can see three million
07:08subscribers and if we take a look at
07:10their videos right here
07:11as you can see they just upload videos
07:13like 15 things poor people do that rich
07:16don't and if for example we click this
07:17video right here as you can see there's
07:20intro on the video and then there's
07:21simply someone doing a voiceover
07:23showing different clips in which they
07:25didn't even take and nobody's showing
07:27their face and nobody is even getting
07:30for this video and as you can see it's
07:33literally just going over these top 15
07:36and if we go back to the channel right
07:37here and we scroll up
07:39i'm using a completely free chrome
07:41extension called socialblade which
07:42estimates how much different youtube
07:44channels could be making
07:46and with this extension it'll actually
07:48show us how many views and subscribers
07:50that particular channels are getting per
07:52month and you can feel free to install
07:53this extension on your chrome browser
07:56to see estimates of other youtube
07:58channels so if we go to this channel
08:00right here and we click the social blade
08:02as you can see this channel is getting
08:047.9 million views a month
08:07and they could be making between twenty
08:08thousand and three hundred and fifty
08:11a year now why is there that huge
08:14spectrum from 20 000 to 300 000
08:16how much are they actually making now
08:18granted that this youtube channel has
08:20ads on their channel i would guess that
08:24is making anywhere from 250 000
08:30from their channel and that's due to the
08:32fact that this channel
08:34is in that high cpm niche and they just
08:36upload videos like the 15 most expensive
08:38watches in the world
08:40or the 10 highest paid jobs you can do
08:42from home so like i promised i'm going
08:44to show you some more channels doing
08:46here's another channel called mr luxury
08:49they were literally started in 2018 and
08:52they already have 400 000
08:54subscribers i mean imagine if you
08:55started a channel two years ago
08:57and you had a channel like this today
08:59and if we take a look at the social
09:00blade statistics this channel is getting
09:03million views a month making between one
09:05thousand and twenty four thousand
09:06dollars a month from my estimates i
09:08would estimate that this channel is
09:10making anywhere between eighteen
09:11thousand and twenty thousand dollars a
09:13month just from ad revenue granted that
09:15they have ads turn on their channel
09:17which is obviously a lot of money
09:19however they could be making a lot more
09:22from alternative monetization methods in
09:24which i'm going to be showing you some
09:25in this video today but they just upload
09:27these same types of videos like the most
09:29expensive house in the world
09:30which it has 8.8 million views on it 10
09:33most expensive private jets in the world
09:35and all this kind of stuff
09:37and now like i promise i'm gonna
09:39actually show you some smaller channels
09:41that are still getting a lot of views
09:43and could potentially still be making a
09:46the first of which being this channel
09:48called lux queen now as you can see
09:50they hide the amount of subscribers that
09:51they have so it's you can't really tell
09:54how many subscribers that they have
09:56however you can tell based off the
09:58amount of views that they're getting per
10:00that they're not getting a ton of views
10:02so i would guess that this channel
10:03doesn't have that many subscribers
10:05and if we go to the social blade
10:07statistics for this channel they're
10:09000 views a month and they could be
10:11making between 17 and 200
10:13a month just from ad revenue however
10:15what we need to think about is the fact
10:19every single month is literally enough
10:21people to fill an entire stadium and if
10:24we were to take advantage of alternative
10:25monetization sources
10:27like promoting products from
10:29digistore24.com or clickbank.com
10:31this channel could still potentially be
10:33making a lot of money
10:35even though they're not even getting
10:36that many views and here's another
10:38that only has 2.9 000 subscribers and
10:42richer they upload these same types of
10:44videos and if we take a look at one of
10:46their youtube videos such as this one
10:48the top 10 most expensive cars in the
10:50world literally just someone doing a
10:52voiceover showing other videos that they
10:54and this channel is getting 157 000
10:57views per month and if we think about it
11:00an actual people number that's more than
11:02enough people to fill an entire stadium
11:05so imagine if you were promoting
11:07affiliate products that you didn't even
11:09have to make yourself
11:10you could potentially still be making a
11:13of that nice ad revenue that you could
11:15be making as well so let's take a look
11:17at another channel doing this
11:18this channel being called top luxury
11:20this channel is a little bit bigger but
11:22still not nearly as big as those other
11:24channels like mr luxury or a lux
11:26and this channel only has 32 000
11:29and as you can see they upload the same
11:31types of videos and they're getting
11:33one million views a month which would be
11:35a significant amount of cash just from
11:38granted that they have ads turn on their
11:40channel so now like i promised you i'm
11:42going to show you exactly how you can
11:44content to use in your videos without
11:46having to worry about copyright or
11:49and my first recommendation would be to
11:51go to a website called pixabay.com
11:53and if we go to pixabay right here and
11:55we type for example luxury
11:57on pixabay as you can see there's tons
12:00related to luxury and even better than
12:02that there's also tons of videos if we
12:04go to this drop down right here
12:06of luxury of expensive watches expensive
12:08cars mansions and all this kind of stuff
12:12for completely free and let's say for
12:14example we wanted to use this video
12:16as you can see which is of some type of
12:20all you have to do is click this green
12:22button right here and you can download
12:24for completely free and at this point
12:26you might be saying well matt that's
12:27great but don't you have to do a
12:28voiceover on top of the video
12:30and yes i would recommend doing a
12:32voiceover on top of the video
12:33and all you literally need to do
12:35voiceovers is your phone
12:36i'm sure most of the people out there
12:38watching this video have a cell phone
12:40and all you literally need to do is
12:41record voiceovers on your cell phone
12:43using the built-in voice recording app
12:45transfer the videos to your computer
12:47or you can do this all from your phone
12:49and if you were to do this from your
12:51phone then i would recommend downloading
12:52an app called powerdirector
12:54in which it would let you edit the
12:55videos as well and then you can upload
12:57them from the youtube app
12:59now if you were using a computer which i
13:00would recommend because using a computer
13:02gives you all sorts of different
13:04that you wouldn't get from using a phone
13:06and it'll better let you optimize your
13:08if you're using a computer then i would
13:10recommend using a editing program called
13:13which you can find at openshot.org and
13:16then you'll also want to write a script
13:19and if you were to be writing a script
13:20then i would recommend running that
13:21script through a software called
13:24to make sure that your script is 100
13:26unique and you won't run into any
13:27copyright infringement
13:29now you might be saying matt that's
13:30great but i thought you said this was
13:31how to make money on youtube
13:33without making videos you're showing me
13:35how to do it with doing the work myself
13:37and that's true and that's really the
13:39true beauty of this business model
13:41you can generate the videos yourself in
13:43order to start making money doing this
13:45and then eventually you can get other
13:48the videos for you and you might be
13:51wondering how is that possible and
13:52that's by putting together something
13:53called a video creation machine
13:55assembly line i mean whatever you want
13:57to call it but something in which you
13:59get other people to make the videos for
14:02do this the steps that i would recommend
14:03outsourcing are the script writing
14:06the voice over the video editing and the
14:09thumbnail design and the only steps you
14:11have to do in this entire video creation
14:13are coming up with video ideas and
14:15uploading and optimizing the finished
14:18now in order to come up with video ideas
14:19all we have to do is go to popular
14:21youtube channels like mr luxury for
14:24and just take a look at what some of
14:25their most popular videos are to do this
14:27we can go to the videos page
14:29sort by most popular this will show us
14:31what some of their most popular videos
14:33and then you can take notes on which
14:34videos are getting the most amount of
14:36and then recreate these videos in your
14:39in your own words showing whatever you
14:41want to show in the videos
14:43and recreate them in your own way
14:45because this content has already been
14:48on youtube so you can recreate this in
14:50your own way don't directly copy
14:52but recreate it in your own way now if
14:54you were to be outsourcing this to other
14:56people getting other people to make the
14:59then i would recommend checking out
15:00websites like fiverr.com
15:02and likeupwork.com i found some of my
15:04best people and my best teammates from a
15:07upwork.com now if we go to fiverr right
15:10and let's say for example we wanted to
15:12pay people to write articles about
15:14you can literally just search luxury
15:18and there's tons of people who will
15:19write articles about luxury and all you
15:22is send them the title idea for the
15:25article and they would write the article
15:27and then it's time to get a voice over
15:29artist now to get someone to do the
15:31voice over for you you can also just go
15:33type in voiceover and there's tons of
15:35people who will do voiceovers on fiverr
15:38for literally just five dollars and
15:39there's tons of different people on here
15:41and you could also get someone to do the
15:42video editing and the thumbnail design
15:45as well even as well as getting someone
15:46to make a logo and channel art for your
15:50to make sure that it looks professional
15:52now to give you guys as much value as
15:53i possibly can here's some bonus
15:55resources that you can check out when it
15:57comes to putting together your video
15:59the first of which being a website
16:01called problogger.com
16:02and if you go to problogger.com jobs you
16:06actually post jobs and find really great
16:09this website it would be a little bit
16:11more on the expensive end on this
16:12website but you can find really good
16:15another option would be to go to a
16:16website called iwriter.com
16:18in which you can pay people to write
16:20articles for you and all you have to do
16:22is give them title ideas and they'll
16:24write articles and you can view samples
16:25of all their different pricing and
16:27on iwriter so once you're either putting
16:29together your video creation machine
16:31other people to make the videos for you
16:33so you can make money on youtube
16:35without making videos or if you're
16:37generating the videos yourself if you
16:39don't have any upfront money to spend on
16:42either way you're getting content made
16:44to be put up on youtube
16:46now it's time to think about
16:48monetization like i said you can put ads
16:51in which you have to have 4 000 hours of
16:53watch time and 1 000 subscribers on your
16:57and then you can put ads throughout your
16:58videos and i would recommend making your
17:00videos at least eight minutes long
17:02because that way you'll be able to put
17:03multiple ad breaks throughout your
17:05now how many ads should you put in your
17:06videos well once you're monetized i
17:08would recommend putting an ad about
17:10every two minutes throughout your video
17:12and then also an ad at the beginning and
17:14an ad at the end of the video an example
17:16of this in a video that would be
17:1810 minutes long would be to put an ad at
17:20two minutes four minutes
17:21six minutes eight minutes and then also
17:24an ad at the beginning and the end of
17:25the video so you can make a ton of money
17:27from ad revenue alone but now let's talk
17:29about some alternative monetization
17:31sources that could allow you to make a
17:34than from just ad revenue remember going
17:36back to that example of showing you some
17:38that were getting sixty six thousand or
17:40a hundred thousand views a month
17:41that's enough people to literally fill a
17:43stadium and if you got just a tiny
17:45percentage of those people
17:47to buy a product that you don't even
17:49have to create by doing things like
17:52you could potentially make a ton of
17:54money so if for example we go to an
17:56affiliate marketplace like digistore24
17:58there's tons of different products to
18:00promote and one of the main reasons we
18:02chose the luxury niche as well
18:04is because there's so many different
18:05products that you could promote to
18:07people who'd be interested in this
18:09so people who are watching a youtube
18:11channel about luxury about making money
18:13they're obviously interested in making
18:15money and i'm sure a ton of them would
18:17be interested in making money online
18:19if we go to digisore24.com for example
18:22and we go to their marketplace right
18:26there's tons of different products about
18:29and i even have a product called tube
18:30mastery and monetization
18:32that you could promote as well and
18:34there's tons of other products on here
18:36as well and once you find a product that
18:38you'd like to promote all you have to do
18:39is click this blue promote now button
18:41and then all you have to do is put that
18:43in the description and in the pinned
18:45comment section of every single video
18:48and then just make sure to have a verbal
18:50call to action in your videos
18:52saying something along the lines of if
18:53you want to discover how to make money
18:55online check out the link in the
18:56description of this video and it will
