00:32and we talked about that in video number
00:34one in video number two i reveal

00:38in and how you can get started
00:40generating videos without ever showing
00:42and in video number three i revealed the
00:44number one secret that i've been using
00:47to go viral on youtube and exactly how
00:49to do it now in case you haven't watched
00:51the first three videos yet make sure you
00:53go watch those videos first before this
00:55because they're filled with a ton of
00:56practical information that you can use
00:58to get started with this immediately so
01:00with that being said let's jump straight
01:03this is the exact roadmap that i
01:05personally use for every new channel
01:08it's how i grew a channel from zero to
01:10500 000 subscribers in a single year
01:12and this is the exact roadmap that all
01:14of my students use as well
01:16step number one is to choose a niche now
01:18if you've watched the second video in
01:20video series then you know that there
01:22are a ton of different niches out there
01:24that you can get started doing youtube
01:26in without ever showing your face but
01:28there is a lot more to it you need to
01:30make sure that the niche you choose
01:32is actually viable and you need to do
01:33market research to make sure
01:35that you're not just wasting your time
01:36with a particular niche and that you
01:38make sure the niche is actually
01:40viable after choosing a niche that
01:41brings us into step number two
01:43which is to do my secret keyword process
01:46now if you've watched video number three
01:48in this six video series
01:49then you know that similar metadata is
01:51the secret for going viral on youtube
01:53and this secret keyword process is
01:55exactly how i find the absolute best
01:57keywords to target my videos on
02:00to implement on all of my different
02:01youtube videos and the great thing about
02:03this keyword process
02:04is that you only do it once for the
02:06lifetime of your channel
02:07after that then that brings us into step
02:09number three which is to make a list
02:11of 33 different youtube video ideas now
02:14you might be asking why 33 now 33
02:17because that's the average amount of
02:18videos that i've seen until i can start
02:20to get enough data from a youtube
02:22to really start optimizing and ramping
02:24up the channel now 17 of these video
02:27ideas are going to come from the secret
02:28keyword process that we already did
02:30so we have those 17 video ideas and the
02:34are going to be from going to other
02:35popular youtube channels within your
02:37sorting their videos by their most
02:39popular and modeling your videos off of
02:41already popular videos so 17 videos from
02:45and the remaining 16 of those first 33
02:48will be from already popular videos
02:50then it's time for step number four
02:51which is to generate and upload those
02:54first 33 videos now to save you the most
02:56amount of time as possible i recommend
02:58implementing a system that will help you
03:00systematize the actual creation of
03:03your videos also it's really important
03:05to follow the anatomy that almost all
03:07viral videos follow and to optimize your
03:09videos using my video optimization
03:12so optimizing your videos is as simple
03:14as just checking things off of a
03:16and once you've done that you'll know
03:17that your videos are optimized for the
03:19best chance of success
03:21step number five is to analyze and
03:23optimize based off of the analytics of
03:25your first 33 videos now when you upload
03:2733 different videos to your youtube
03:30not only is there a chance that one of
03:32those videos will blow up and get you a
03:33ton of views but also even if they don't
03:36you're going to be getting a ton of
03:38and data that you can take action on now
03:41i've had so many different youtube
03:43upload 33 different videos i think the
03:45channel is done i nearly give up on the
03:47channel but i optimize the channel based
03:49off of some key statistics
03:50that i go into my analytics and find and
03:52as a result of doing that i've had
03:54absolutely take off that i almost quit
03:57with so it's really imperative that you
03:58don't skip this step
04:00in the process and you analyze and
04:01optimize for your next batch of 33
04:04and then it's very likely that one of
04:06your videos will take off and in doing
04:07this process you're going to be having
04:09more videos going out onto youtube and
04:11each iteration of 33 videos will be
04:13building your backlog of videos so your
04:15videos will start feeding each other
04:17and you can potentially experience
04:19exponential growth and i think this
04:21method of approaching youtube is the
04:23best way of doing it
04:24step number six then is to start
04:26monetizing your channel and
04:28start making money from your channel now
04:30this is one of my favorite steps and
04:31this is the step that so many people go
04:34as well most people think that the only
04:36way to make money from a youtube channel
04:38is just from ad revenue alone
04:40and that is definitely not the case now
04:42you might know that you need a thousand
04:43subscribers and 4 000 hours of watch
04:45time to get monetized on youtube
04:47to start making money from youtube ads
04:49now i personally had a channel that
04:51wasn't even monetized with youtube ads
04:53yet that channel got to the point of
04:56000 a month through alternative
05:00strategies and i share those strategies
05:02in my program and it's really imperative
05:04that you implement some of these
05:05strategies in conjunction with youtube
05:08to make the absolute most amount of
05:10money possible also when it comes to ad
05:12revenue there's a few secrets that can
05:14make the absolute most from it and i'm
05:16gonna be sharing some of those secrets
05:19in the six video series also step number
05:23and outsource this is how you can build
05:25a true youtube empire once your channel
05:28is running good and it's making money
05:30then it's time for you to outsource some
05:31of the work so you're not just
05:33generating all the videos yourself
05:34and i have a step-by-step process for
05:36exactly how to do it how to hire people
05:38i show you exactly how to find the best
05:40people to hire how much to pay them
05:42i show you how to write the job post you
05:43can look over my shoulder as i do it and
05:45i even give you templates and i even
05:47show you examples of me
05:48actually hiring people successfully so
05:51this way you can see exactly how to do
05:53to scale to running multiple different
05:55youtube channels and another really low
05:57hanging fruit with this
05:58is to get all of your channels
06:00translated into different languages
06:02you'll notice that a lot of the top
06:03channels like bright side watch
06:05and many others translate their channels
06:07into multiple different languages
06:09now you can actually do this for pennies
06:12as opposed to the cost that it would
06:14cost you to generate videos from scratch
06:16so even if your first channel isn't
06:18profitable or it is profitable and
06:19you're making a ton of money from your
06:21you can get that channel translated to
06:23multiple different languages and that's
06:24where some insane amounts of profit
06:27can be made and i do this for all my
06:28channels i don't speak any other
06:30i get other people to do it for me for
06:32very cheap so once you have the content
06:35then it's time to scale into many
06:36different channels and you can build
06:39also part of this is putting in place a
06:41video creation assembly line to help
06:43generate the videos for you
06:45in which you hire things like a
06:46scriptwriter to write the scripts a
06:48voiceover artist to do the voiceover a
06:50video editor to edit the videos and a
06:51thumbnail designer to make the
06:54and the only steps that you'd then need
06:55to take are coming up with video ideas
06:57uploading and optimizing the finished
06:59videos and you can do this in just a
07:02hours per day even if you're running
07:03multiple channels and imagine having
07:05multiple channels working for you
07:07on autopilot day in and day out now all
07:10of this and a lot more
07:11is covered in my program tube mastery
