00:08has helped me generate over seven
00:09figures in sales so I think you'll find
00:11this very helpful let's get right into
00:17it number one leverage SEO tools for
00:20keyword research instead of trying to
00:22think of every single keyword for your
00:24new listings you can use a tool like
00:26everb to quickly help identify different
00:29keywords St your top competitors are
00:31using now let's say you are in the
00:34wedding menu template and you're trying
00:36to create a new listing in here instead
00:37of trying to figure out all the
00:39different keywords you can use everb you
00:41can click on the products analytics and
00:44from here I always like to sort from Top
00:47Revenue to bottom and let's click on
00:49some of the ones that are relevant to us
00:51let's say this one here it's a
00:53minimalist wedding menu template okay
00:56perfect and if you scroll down here you
00:58can see all of the different keywords
01:00that you can use all the different tags
01:02that this listing is using specifically
01:04you can copy this and paste it into a
01:07Google doc to have all the different
01:10keywords for your Niche and you can also
01:12take a look at the titles and all the
01:14different stats as well which is amazing
01:16and yeah it's been really helpful can
01:18speed up your process if you want to try

01:23number two duplicate non-selling
01:26listings if you feel like a listing is
01:27not getting the attention that it
01:29deserves try adjusting some of the
01:31elements and just duplicating the
01:33listings sometimes the little
01:34adjustments that you add on your
01:36listings can make a difference from
01:38getting zero sales to getting hundreds
01:40and thousands of sales couple variables
01:42could be the SEO titles and tag or a
01:45simple as the main thumbnail image which
01:48is very important one of the listings I
01:50had a couple years ago had zero sales
01:52had zero traffic and I was about to
01:54deactivate it I was like this list thing
01:56the not more account I'm going to just
01:58delete it and forget about it but then I
02:00was like you know what let's try
02:02duplicating it change the thumbnail bait
02:04change the messaging on the image itself
02:06and now it is one of my top sellers so
02:08sometimes that's the only difference it
02:10is is to change a little bit and get a
02:11fresh restart on the Etsy algorithm
02:14starting fresh that way and see if that
02:15helps for example let's say this top
02:17listing here is not getting any traction
02:20click on the settings here and click
02:22copy from here you bring into the new
02:24duplicated listing and you can change
02:26anything you want changing the titles
02:29the thumb no images and by the way this
02:31is just a sample listing so none of this
02:34is real or changing the descriptions and
02:37of course the tags down here which is
02:39super important as well in terms of the
02:41SEO traffic and now you can leave both
02:43the original and the new one up as well
02:46as long as they are different enough
02:47that it doesn't confuse the buyers and I
02:50will let the new one run for 30 days
02:52collect enough data and you can compare
02:54the rest if there's no difference then
02:56sadly that just might not be the right
02:58listing for you number three is is run
03:00daily sales when you manually make your
03:02sales daily it can provide some urgency
03:06so whenever you see a shop with a timer
03:08that says 4 hours left that is someone
03:10creating a daily sale to run daily ads
03:14all you have to do is go into marketing
03:16and go to sales and discounts click on
03:19run a sale now all of these settings is
03:22really dependent on you but the main
03:23thing to focus on is the sales duration
03:27so let's say we start on today the end
03:29date will also be the same day because
03:31it starts at 12: a.m. and it ends at
03:3411:59 p.m. so make sure to have it set
03:37on the same day for the beginning and
03:40after usually for the sale name I just
03:42keep it the day of the actual sale it
03:45continue and you can just do all
03:46listings or some if you want now click
03:49confirm and create sale now what you can
03:51do is bulk run your sales so once a week
03:54I would set up all my daily sales so I
03:56would do all seven sales on a Monday
03:58let's say and the next Monday I run the
04:00next seven sales and each of these sales
04:03will start the same day and then end the
04:05same day at 11:59 which will create that
04:0924 hours sale ultimately will create
04:12urgency and it can help improve your
04:14conversion rate to make that sale Number
04:16Four post-p purchase message we all know
04:18how important it is to have reviews for
04:21your shops and one way to help initiate
04:23the reviews is to add a message in the
04:26post-p purchase message now to add a
04:29post purchase message you would go into
04:31settings click on info and appearance
04:34and you scroll down here you'll see this
04:36part that says message to buyers for
04:39digital items and if I expand this a bit
04:42you can see this message that I'm using
04:44for the customers saying thank you for
04:46shopping here if you're satisfied with
04:47our products please leave a review we
04:49truly appreciate it also depending on
04:51your product i' like to include some
04:53other information like how to download
04:55and also how to use these templates feel
04:58free to take a look at this and see how
05:00you can apply it to yourself use it as a
05:02template number five include upsale
05:05links depending on your Niche a lot of
05:06times you may have products that aligned
05:09well with other listings and you want to
05:11try cross- selling and upselling for
05:13your customers and it's actually
05:14beneficial to them when they are looking
05:16through listings maybe you can be like
05:18hey I provide other variations other
05:20styles other colorways that you might
05:22like or if you like this product you may
05:24want the full bundle of it so you want
05:26to make sure that's clear in the mockup
05:28image and also in the description
05:30providing the links for it so they can
05:32easily access the different listings to
05:34show you an example of an internal link
05:36for UPS sales I'm looking at this one
05:38listing here and they're selling a
05:40budget by paycheck spreadsheet here
05:42which is amazing if you look at the
05:44description they have something here
05:45that says looking for more features
05:47check out the ultimate version so they
05:49are doing an upsell on her and providing
05:52a link and if they click on this link it
05:54will be showing a product that includes
05:56this one it will have a higher price
05:58point but the goal is to create create a
05:59higher average order value by upselling
06:02the item so I highly recommend you would
06:04do some cross selling upselling adding
06:07some different listings into your
06:08descriptions and another quick note if
06:10you are adding a link in here what you
06:13would do is come to a URL and you would
06:15copy and paste it but instead of copy
06:17and pasting the whole thing you can just
06:19use this part right here just the
06:22numbers and that way you can keep the
06:24links nice and short number six
06:26regularly update your announcement
06:28section cly updating your post can help
06:31you engage with your followers directly
06:33on Etsy and people can be like wow this
06:35shop they are very active they're always
06:37updating their announcements they're
06:38staying fresh they're adding new
06:39listings and they can build more trust
06:41and authenticity for your shop looking
06:44back at my Sample Shop you can see this
06:46announcement section shows the date say
06:49last update on July 11th so which is a
06:52couple months ago now and you want to
06:53make sure they update this so people
06:55know that you're still active so let's
06:57click on edit shop from here let's click
06:59on edit the announcement I'll just do
07:01something very simple I'm just going to
07:03add a high at the beginning and pretty
07:06much you can change it anything you like
07:07you can adjust the space a letter or you
07:10can revamp it as much as you want but
07:12now if we look back at this announcement
07:13says last updated on October the 19th
07:16which is today so just like that you've
07:18been able to update the announcement
07:20section and just another quick
07:21additional tip anything you add in your
07:24announcement does play a role and
07:26contributes to SEO so make sure that you
07:28are incorpor cting some of that into
07:30your announcement number seven is to add
07:32a bonus product this is a really
07:35important one for us digital product
07:37sellers whereas when you're selling
07:38something physical it may be more
07:40difficult to do that but for us when
07:42we're selling a digital file it's quite
07:44easy to add an additional item and it
07:47can really help give the buyer that
07:50extra boost to convert and make that
07:52sale because they're like hey I'm
07:54getting a free product and endms is
07:56amazing it's a lot of value in that
07:58sense it increas increases the perceived
08:00value and for you it's just providing an
08:02extra item so think about what is
08:04something for your category specifically
08:07how you can create it once and you can
08:09distribute it and put it on all of your
08:10different listings and you may want to
08:12add another listing image just to make
08:15sure that they're aware that there are
08:16bonus and that they know that exists and
08:19you can offer that to them in your
08:21listings in all of your listings now
08:23let's take a look at this one listing
08:24that sells macronutrients and calories
08:27template which sounds like a really cool
08:29listings and they are a bestseller
08:31amazing and if you come down here
08:33looking at the different slides you see
08:35this one that has a big badge say bonus
08:39and this is something very important for
08:41us digital product sellers to include in
08:43the listing and it's just another way to
08:45get more interest from the buyer saying
08:47hey there's so much value in here
08:48there's a bonus item here and for them
08:50they're offering a social media template
08:52bundle which is amazing so a reason why
08:55this is a bestseller and something to
08:56consider on how you can incorporate
08:58something free something bonus for your
09:01listings and ideally is something that
09:02you can just create it once and put it
09:04across your whole shop and all your
09:05listings number eight is to hide your
09:08sold listings although this one is not
09:10something that can truly benefit you
09:12from getting additional sales it's a way
09:14for you to kind of protect yourself from
09:16other people who are looking into your
09:17category and let me show you what I mean
09:19let's look back at the previous listing
09:21that we looked at from their shop page
09:23if you look on their sales you can
09:25actually click on this and once you
09:26click on it you can see all of their
09:28most recent sales so for people who are
09:31trying to let's say tackle into this
09:33category you can see what their most
09:35recent sales are if there's any Trends
09:37and patterns and this is a lot of
09:39information for us to know if we're
09:40trying to tap into this category so what
09:43you can do to disable that is if you go
09:45to settings go to options scroll down
09:48until you see these sold listings it
09:50says want Shoppers to be able to see
09:52these and you can just say no please
09:55hide them click on save from now on no
09:57one can click and see your sales and
10:01that's it for this video hopefully you
