00:08reasons why YouTube is such a gold mine
00:11and I'm going to get into those right
00:12now starting with reason number one
00:15which is that YouTube is not monopolized
00:17now Monopoly is when a certain company
00:19or in this case a YouTube channel
00:21commands authority over almost the
00:23entirety of a certain market and this in
00:25turn kills off any competition now
00:27YouTube is not at all like that there's
00:30new channels that take off all the time
00:31and get millions of views and
00:33subscribers and I have tons of students
00:34having brand new channels taking off all
00:37the time and contrary to what a lot of
00:39people think saturation on YouTube up
00:41until a certain point can actually be a
00:43very good thing you might be asking Matt
00:46how in the world is that possible well
00:47it's possible because you can get in the
00:49suggested video feeds of other popular
00:51videos therefore siphoning off their
00:53views so it's not a huge problem if some
00:55videos go viral within your Niche
00:57because you can use these videos to your
00:58advantage and they can help fuel your
01:01video as well also everybody always
01:03talks about too much competition on
01:04YouTube but what most people fail to
01:06account for is that viewership is also
01:08increasing accordingly as well there's
01:10way more viewers than ever on YouTube
01:12and the demand is just going to continue
01:14to grow and not many people know how to
01:15actually optimize videos correctly do
01:17the correct strategy and that's what
01:19this video is for right here I'm going
01:20to show you exactly how to do this
01:22reason number two that YouTube is so
01:24amazing is that it has the potential of
01:26paying so well the earnings potential on
01:29YouTube is so much more than so many
01:31other online side hustles and businesses
01:33out there and I say that as someone
01:34who's only 22 years old and who's made
01:36Millions upon millions of dollars from
01:38YouTube now I'm not saying that to brag
01:40and I'm not saying that if you watch
01:41this video you'll make millions of
01:42dollars like I have but I just want to
01:44show you what's been possible for me
01:46with this particular business I make
01:48tens of thousands of dollars per month
01:49from ad Revenue much more than that from
01:51other alternative monetization sources
01:54and I have students doing the same all
01:56around the world reason number three is
01:58that anonymity is not an issue see most
02:01people when they think about doing
02:02YouTube they think about doing what I'm
02:03doing right here sitting in front of a
02:05camera talking recording videos going
02:07through that whole Spiel trust me I
02:08don't like it either but I do this
02:10because I get a lot of fulfillment with
02:11helping you guys plus I continue to
02:13learn and improve my skills with this
02:15process as well but with YouTube you
02:17don't even have to show your face or
02:18step in front of a camera or film videos
02:20in fact you can generate completely
02:22faceless videos and grow a huge Channel
02:24doing it that's how I got over a million
02:26subscribers on YouTube it wasn't making
02:27videos like this it was setting up a
02:29system to produce completely faceless
02:31content reason number four is that
02:33YouTube is digital real estate most
02:35people think about YouTube as
02:37entertainment they go on there watch a
02:38video some people like everybody
02:40watching this video they're using it for
02:41learning that's way better but the best
02:43way to use YouTube is to use it as a
02:45Creator so you can actually profit and
02:47potentially make money from YouTube and
02:49I like to think of my YouTube videos as
02:51digital real estate that's out there on
02:54the internet 24/7 that can make money
02:56for me at all hours of the day and the
02:59brilliant thing about YouTube is that
03:01years in the future you can potentially
03:02still be making money from your videos
03:04in fact I make money from my videos
03:06every single day and every single month
03:09from videos that I uploaded when I was a
03:10broke teenager in high school and
03:12they're still benefiting me to this day
03:14so imagine you have hundreds of videos
03:16across multiple different channels built
03:18up for you a couple years from now
03:20providing for you and imagine how nice
03:22that would be to have in your life well
03:24it's time to stop imagining and start
03:26making this a reality for yourself and
03:28I'm going to get into exactly how to do
03:30that right now the first thing I would
03:31do in this process is choose a good
03:34topic for your channel a lot of people
03:36go wrong at this point in the process
03:38and I would go as far to say that
03:40choosing the right topic or Niche for
03:42your channel is 50% of the entire
03:45process when it comes to doing this
03:47because if you choose the wrong topic
03:49you're just going to be barking up the
03:50wrong tree so to speak but the good
03:51thing is that this can be easily solved
03:53I'm going to even give you some of the
03:54best topics how to make sure that you
03:56choose the right topic as well so the
03:58best topics when it comes to doing
04:00YouTube are related to the categories of
04:02Health this can include things like
04:04weight loss gaining muscle working out
04:06yoga wealth this can include things like
04:08finances investing making money online
04:11like this channel happiness like
04:12psychology stoicism relationships such
04:15as romantic relationships or even
04:16relationships with other people in life
04:18technology this can be things like
04:20mobile phones futuristic gadgets gadgets
04:22related to a particular Niche like
04:24camping gadgets and travel like travel
04:27guides or the top 10 places to visit in
04:29a particular city or country now these
04:31are the best niches or categories for a
04:33few specific reasons and those reasons
04:35are that there's a lot of demand for
04:37these categories and there likely always
04:39will be so you'll be building a strong
04:41Evergreen foundation for your channel
04:43they typically have a better than
04:44average CPM which is how much you make
04:47per thousand views from ad revenue and
04:49you can monetize in multiple ways which
04:50means you could either sell your own
04:52product or promote an affiliate product
04:54and make even more money now you can
04:55also check out the video on my channel
04:57where I go over what are in my opinion
04:59the ABS absolute best niches to do this
05:01in and I also show you example channels
05:02within each of these niches how they're
05:04generating videos and everything like
05:06that that could be a useful resource if
05:07you're at this first step in the process
05:10now the second thing I would do in this
05:12process is make sure to post at least
05:14twice per week ideally three or more
05:17times per week and the reason for that
05:19is because every video that you upload
05:20think of it as a new opportunity if you
05:23have just one video take off and go
05:25viral that could jump start your entire
05:27Channel because that one video in the
05:29audio you gain from it can feed all of
05:31the other videos on your channel as long
05:33as all of your videos are within one
05:35single Niche so it's important that we
05:37stick within the specific category that
05:39we chose and we continue to upload
05:41regularly so we get those at bats in so
05:44to speak and not every video is going to
05:45take off and a rule that I like to
05:47follow is the 9010 rule when it comes to
05:49YouTube what I found throughout my
05:51nearly decade on YouTube at this point
05:53running dozens of different channels is
05:55that 90% of the views on all of my
05:58channels only come from from 10% of the
06:01videos so that means if you upload 100
06:03videos on your channel let's say at that
06:05point your channel is getting 100,000
06:07views per month 90% of those views
06:09990,000 views per month is likely to
06:12come from only 10 videos and also your
06:15first videos on your channel are likely
06:17not going to take off either it's
06:19important to set the right expectations
06:21when it comes to doing this and this is
06:22why a lot of people give up and this is
06:24where you can have a huge Advantage
06:26because if you just stick with it
06:27uploading consistently I recommend a
06:29schedule of 2 to three uploads per week
06:32minimum and to make sure that those
06:33uploads are equal in quality or better
06:36than what's performing good within your
06:38Niche and certain niches are going to be
06:40easier than others when it comes to
06:42creating content for example let's take
06:44a look at the channel here called brainy
06:46dose they have millions of subscribers
06:48they get millions of views per month and
06:49their videos are literally just stock
06:52footage with the voice over on top of
06:54the video that's something that almost
06:55anyone could do if they just put in the
06:57work and built up a backlog as big as
07:00brainy dose making equal quality content
07:02whereas in other niches it can require
07:04thousands of dollars of expensive
07:06animation to create a single video so
07:08what I recommend doing on one of your
07:09first channels is choose something with
07:11a lower barrier of Entry another good
07:13example of a low barrier to entry
07:15channel would be running a screen
07:17recording Channel where you screen
07:18record how to use specific tools apps
07:21software on your computer smartphone
07:23whatever and share with people how to
07:25use it tips and tricks for using it and
07:27everything and for that all you
07:28literally need is a computer or a
07:29smartphone and then a free screen
07:31recording software like OBS and yes
07:33there's channels getting millions of
07:34views per month doing just this never
07:36showing their face and remember to think
07:38about YouTube as a long-term game
07:39usually takes 30 to 60 videos before you
07:42start seeing some big traction on your
07:43channel and if you upload three videos
07:45per week over the course of an entire
07:47year 52 weeks that is over 150 videos on
07:51your Channel at that point you have a
07:52very established channel so imagine one
07:55year from now you have this all set up
07:56going for you automated which we're
07:58going to talk about how to do in a
07:59second this could be potentially
08:01life-changing like it was for me now the
08:03third thing I would do when it comes to
08:04running a faceless YouTube channel is I
08:06would try to automate the process
08:08wherever I possibly can and I'm going to
08:10share with you some ways of doing that
08:12so I'm going to share with you the
08:13different ways of automating right now
08:15the first way of automating your channel
08:17is by hiring other people to create the
08:19videos for you now the pros of this is
08:21that you can multiply yourself you don't
08:22have to worry about the specifics of
08:24content creation you can just hire
08:26professionals to do it for you but the
08:27cons are that this is going to cost some
08:29money and it takes a little bit to hire
08:31the right people in the beginning but
08:33once you find those people then you can
08:34potentially have relationships that last
08:36for years I'm still working with people
08:38that I worked with when I was a teenager
08:40online and you might be asking Matt
08:41where did you find these people well I
08:43found them on a website called
08:44upwork.com now I'm not affiliated with
08:46upwork whatsoever I wish I was but that
08:49being said that's where I hire almost
08:50everybody within my online business and
08:52for outsourcing my YouTube channels and
08:55what I do is I set up what I like to
08:56call a video creation assembly Line This
08:59is essentially a team of people who
09:01complete specific steps in the process
09:03of creating a video so let's say for
09:05example you wanted to create a top 10
09:07video I like to manage my assembly lines
09:09using an online website called Trello it
09:11allows you to visualize each step in the
09:13process and move your videos along an
09:15assembly line and let's say you're
09:16making a video on the top five richest
09:19people let's say you pay somebody $30 to
09:21do the script another person $15 to do
09:23the voiceover somebody $60 to do the
09:25editing for the video and boom just like
09:27that for just over $100 you have a
09:29complete YouTube video that's
09:31essentially an investment that can live
09:32on YouTube forever now if you go down
09:35this route of Outsourcing I highly
09:36suggest making sure that you have some
09:38money to invest in the beginning and if
09:40you don't then you're going to want to
09:42take the next option for doing this
09:43which is generating the videos yourself
09:46and I'm going to share with you exactly
09:47how to do that no need to buy an
09:48expensive microphone at this point if
09:50you don't have any money literally just
09:51use your smartphone and use the built-in
09:53voice recorder app on that that's how I
09:55started that's how I got to making
09:56thousands of dollars per month as a
09:57broke teenager next thing you you want
09:59to do is make sure you have a decent
10:00editor my favorite video editor which
10:02I'm also not affiliated with is power
10:04director it does cost some money but you
10:06can also look into free options like hit
10:08film Express open shot shot cut iMovie
10:11if you're on Mac and if you're doing all
10:12of this from a smartphone which is by
10:14the way possible then you can use an app
10:16that's completely free which is the
10:18power director mobile app now if you're
10:20doing all of this yourself let's talk
10:21about the second way of automating
10:23things which is using artificial
10:24intelligence to your advantage
10:26artificial intelligence in recent years
10:28has got in incredibly good at so many
10:31different things and here's some of the
10:32best tools you can use for automating
10:34your YouTube channel number one is chat
10:36GPT for writing scripts you can
10:38literally plug into chat jbt write me a
10:402,000w script which will be a little bit
10:42over a 10-minute video on the top five
10:44richest people boom it'll do it for you
10:46in a matter of seconds now when you use
10:48AI make sure you also run your script
10:50through a website called copyscape tocom
10:52just ensures it's Unique and avoids
10:54copyright and then you can also fix
10:56little things along the way make sure it
10:57sounds good and everything then you can
10:59use a website called pictory if you're
11:01creating stock footage based content not
11:03all content will work for a website like
11:05pictory but this can be a tool that you
11:07have at your disposal and it generates
11:09completely AI videos for you from
11:11scratch does cost some money is worth it
11:13in my opinion but chat GPT on the other
11:15hand is completely free for voiceovers
11:17you could potentially use an AI tool
11:19like 11 Labs one of the best AI
11:21voiceovers I've ever heard but wherever
11:23possible I do recommend doing a human
11:25voice over either yourself or hiring
11:27somebody else to do it for you it's
11:29typically going to be better quality and
11:30you might not have as many issues with
11:32monetization but the voiceovers on some
11:34of these AI software are continuing to
11:36get incredibly good and they're getting
11:38closer and closer to being
11:39indistinguishable from reality now the
11:41fourth thing I would do when it comes to
11:43running a faceless YouTube channel is
11:45making sure that I'm making videos on
11:47the right topic so many people go wrong
11:50with making videos about things that
11:52nobody cares about you see every single
11:53week I personally review several of my
11:56students YouTube channels and time and
11:58time again one of the most common
12:00mistakes that I see made are that
12:01they're creating videos on topics where
12:03if I search that topic on YouTube I see
12:06that other videos on that topic
12:07literally only have a couple thousand
12:09views it's important that we recreate
12:11videos that already have millions of
12:13views but you might be saying Matt if
12:15that video has millions of views how am
12:17I also going to get millions of views
12:18cuz I'm competing with that video well
12:20that is not the case like we mentioned
12:22earlier we can siphon views from that
12:24video from suggested video views and
12:26also YouTube will always test some
12:28videos in search as well even if it's a
12:30brand new video even if they don't have
12:31data on that video we can give them that
12:33data by putting an optimized title
12:35description and tags on our video and I
12:37have a proprietary keyword process I
12:39teach in my course on exactly how to do
12:41that to cement your videos in the
12:43algorithm and start gaining traction
12:45sooner so for making videos on the right
12:47topics what you want to do is make a
12:49list of other big channels within your
12:51Niche go to their most popular videos as
12:53long as you're within an evergreen topic
12:54like the ones I mentioned earlier within
12:56this video then you can just go down the
12:58list recreating their most popular
13:00videos don't copy it word for word don't
13:02have the title be the exact same but use
13:04the same Concepts they used in the video
13:06and model what's worked as much as
13:08possible and another trick I like to do
13:10is take three of the top videos on a
13:12particular topic and then take the best
13:14aspects from each video so we're not
13:16copying any singular video we're taking
13:18the best aspects so we might see
13:20comments on a specific video that people
13:21liked a specific part and they're
13:23timestamping that part then we'll make
13:24sure to mention that in our video we'll
13:26mention another part in another video
13:27and this essentially ensures that our
13:29video is the best video on that topic
13:32and therefore it'll likely do very well
13:34within the algorithm because at the end
13:35of the day the algorithm is just a
13:37reflection of what people actually like
13:39also I use specific SEO tools like vid
13:41IQ and find the best topics from that
13:43that have a high amount of search volume
13:45and a low amount of competition and I
13:47like to get a mix of both search-based
13:49video ideas as well as video ideas from
13:51already popular videos now the fifth
13:53thing I would consider doing when it
13:55comes to doing this and this is optional
13:57is investing in education
13:59now in my opinion if you don't have any
14:01money to do this and you're just
14:02starting from complete scratch it might
14:04not make sense to buy a course or an
14:06education program but that being said if
14:08you do have some money and you're
14:09willing to put in the work to make this
14:11happen it can be a great investment I've
14:13invested hundreds of thousands of
14:14dollars of my money within different
14:15education programs and learning because
14:17at the end of the day what I've
14:19discovered is that how much money I make
14:20or whatever goal I have in life is
14:22really capped by the amount of knowledge
14:24I have on what's the right thing to do
14:27for this so if you have absolutely no

14:34actually implement it you can get to the
14:36point of making some money with your
