00:34something slightly different i'm going
00:37exactly how you can monetize your
00:38channel so you can potentially make
00:40money from it and also i'll be going
00:42over case studies for three different
00:45and how they could make money and on top
00:47of that i'm going to be going over some
00:48secrets to make sure that you optimize
00:51so you're not losing out on some easy
00:53wins and we're going to be going over
00:55those secrets in just a second but first
00:58the first way to monetize which is
01:00youtube ads now in order to monetize
01:02with this way you need 4 000 hours of
01:05and 1 000 total subscribers on your
01:08now i know that might seem like a lot a
01:09lot of people ask how long will that
01:11take to get 4000 hours of watch time 1
01:14so i can get monetized and start making
01:18my channel now this can happen a lot
01:20quicker than you probably think
01:21if you implement the correct strategy in
01:24fact i have students getting monetized
01:25using these strategies
01:27fast all the time and you can see some
01:29of them flashing across the screen right
01:31and don't get me wrong youtube ad
01:33revenue is great but it's actually not
01:36keep watching to discover my favorite
01:38monetization strategies
01:40but first you must understand how to
01:42make the most amount of money
01:43from youtube ad revenue because even
01:45though it might not be as much as some
01:47of the secrets i'm going to show you
01:49you can still have a nice stream coming
01:51in from youtube ad revenue
01:53ad revenue involves something called cpm
01:55which is how much money that you make
01:58thousand views on your channel and for
02:00some channels it's 50 dollars per
02:03and for others it's only one dollar per
02:05thousand views so you might be asking
02:08the highest cpm possible this involves
02:10choosing a high cpm niche
02:12or a niche that more advertisers want to
02:16now you might be asking what are the
02:17niches that i can make the most amount
02:20per thousand views so here's a list of
02:22some of the best high cpm niches
02:24finance make money online technology
02:28investing travel insurance legal
02:31makeup marketing real estate cars
02:34and movies now a trick to make as much
02:36money as possible from ads
02:38is to produce videos that are longer
02:40than eight minutes because that way you
02:41can place multiple ads on your videos
02:44and multiply your revenue many times
02:46than what it would be otherwise
02:47so now let's say that you have a stream
02:49of revenue coming in from
02:50youtube ads that's great but how can we
02:53increase it even more
02:54let's think about it for a second if you
02:56have youtube promoting your videos
02:58to targeted people as a result of
03:00implementing the secret that i taught
03:02you in video number three
03:03in this six video series then it's very
03:05reasonable to assume
03:07that those are people with an interest
03:09in the subject that they're watching the
03:11i mean they're either finding the videos
03:13through search results searching it up
03:14or they're finding the videos in the
03:15suggested video feed of other videos and
03:18choosing to click to watch that video
03:20now if advertisers are willing to pay
03:22you so much money to put ads before your
03:26you have to wonder why and the reason is
03:28because they're making
03:29so much money back from the products
03:31that they're selling
03:32now do you want to discover the secret
03:34to multiplying your revenue
03:36potentially many times more than ad
03:38revenue in fact i've used this same
03:41on one of my channels that makes 8 000 a
03:44month from ad revenue
03:45to make an extra 40 000 a month from
03:48that channel now 8 000
03:50a month is great don't get me wrong but
03:51to know that that channel can produce an
03:54000 per month using this strategy is
03:57incredible and it's something that you
04:00and plus on top of that what if i were
04:02to tell you that you don't even have to
04:04to get a thousand subscribers or 4 000
04:07to monetize with this method you could
04:10actually start implementing this
04:11as soon as your first video is published
04:13and does that mean that you'll make
04:14money the first day that your video is
04:17no but what that does mean is that you
04:18can start implementing this
04:20immediately to potentially make money
04:22before ever getting monetized now we
04:24don't want to spend a ton of money
04:25creating a product making proof of
04:27concepts manufacturing that product
04:29having to ship that product out
04:31for every sale that we get like most
04:32advertisers do when they sell things via
04:35there's a lot of upfront costs that go
04:37with that and we don't even know if a
04:39product like that is going to sell what
04:41if i were to tell you that there was a
04:43to sell your products online so every
04:45single time that someone buys your
04:47they get it fulfilled digitally to them
04:51so there's no manufacturing cost there's
04:53no cost to ship it out
04:54and it's a win-win situation for both
04:56you and the customer
04:58there actually is and it's called
04:59digital products these are things like
05:02and software and at this point you might
05:04be saying matt but doesn't that take a
05:06ton of time to create an online course
05:09and the answer is an overwhelming yes in
05:11fact i've spent many years on my program
05:14to mastery and monetization
05:15to make sure it's the best program on
05:17the market and it's no
05:18easy task by any means but now what if i
05:21were to tell you that you can partner
05:23who's already created digital products
05:25and get a percentage of the sale
05:27every single time that someone buys and
05:29not only that but you don't have to deal
05:31with customer support emails handling
05:34or any of the other stuff that generally
05:35goes into creating your own
05:37product digital physical or otherwise
05:39and what if i were to tell you that the
05:40profit margins doing this
05:42can be crazy this is called affiliate
05:44marketing and most people do this wrong
05:46but there's marketplaces like
05:47digistore24 and clickbank
05:49where you can sign up to promote other
05:51people's products and on every single
05:54you get a commission simply go to
05:58find a product in your niche and then
05:59take your link to promote that product
06:01and put it in the description of
06:03every single video on your channel and
06:05in the pin comments section of every
06:08video now like i say most people go
06:09about doing this completely wrong so i'm
06:11going to show you the right way of doing
06:13in just a second and also you might be
06:15asking what if i don't find any products
06:18my niche in just a second as well i'm
06:20going to be covering that and i'm also
06:21going to be showing you some of the best
06:23to do this in but first let's look at
06:25three different example channels
06:27products they could promote and how they
06:29could potentially make money doing this
06:31all right the first channel we're taking
06:33a look at is this channel called animal
06:35and we looked at this channel in some of
06:37the past videos in this six video series
06:40but if we go to the social blade
06:41statistics of this channel
06:43they're getting 777 000 views
06:46per month now that's a lot of views per
06:47month but if we look at the ad revenue
06:49estimated earnings right here
06:51it's estimated that they could only be
06:52making between a hundred dollars and
06:54three thousand dollars a month
06:55now due to the fact that the animal
06:57niche is a pretty good cpm niche
06:59i would guess it's towards the higher
07:00end of those two figures
07:02so i would guess that they're making
07:03anywhere from a few thousand to three
07:06thousand dollars per month just from ad
07:07revenue which isn't bad
07:09but what if i were to tell you that they
07:10could make a lot more money
07:12and that's through this method and
07:13implementing it the right
07:15way and the way they would be able to do
07:16that and i'll actually show you exactly
07:19they could potentially make based off of
07:21my estimates but the way they could do
07:23is to go to affiliate marketplaces like
07:25clickbank right here
07:26and then find products that are related
07:28in their niche and as you can see right
07:30here if we go to the home and garden
07:32section they actually have a product
07:34that teaches people how to train their
07:36dogs and you get 31 dollars for every
07:40there's also this one right here doggy
07:42dan's online dog trainer
07:43that you get 87 for every sale that you
07:46get now generally i recommend only
07:48promoting products where you get at
07:50on average per sale and some products
07:52have a bunch of upsells after them as
07:54which is typically good and you'll make
07:56more money per sale that way
07:58and that typically converts best with
08:00youtube traffic or another alternative
08:02is promoting products that have a free
08:04webinar that plays before
08:05the actual sale of the product those
08:07tend to do very well
08:08also and they usually sell something
08:10higher ticket anywhere from 500
08:12to a few thousand dollars and if you're
08:14getting a 50 commission on that
08:16it's possible to make a lot of money so
08:18if we look right here let's actually
08:20this one right here because you're
08:22making 87 dollars per sale
08:24so let's actually open up a calculator
08:26and see how much they could potentially
08:28be making now if this channel is getting
08:29700 000 views per month right there we
08:32and then we put it in the calculator and
08:34then we multiply that
08:36by very low conversion rate let's say
08:38that they put the link in the
08:39description of all their videos
08:40and let's say that they're only getting
08:45conversion rate very small conversion
08:47rate that would be 311 sales per month
08:51now let's multiply that by the actual
08:53price that they would get
08:54per conversion so that'd be eighty seven
08:56dollars right here and if we plug that
08:58times eighty seven dollars per sale
09:00that'd be an extra twenty seven
09:02thousand dollars per month now if this
09:04channel is only making a few thousand a
09:06month from ad revenue
09:07look at the potential with this 27 000
09:11per month just from promoting one of
09:12these digital products from places like
09:15or digistore24 and like i said if you
09:17can't find a product to promote in your
09:19niche i'm going to be showing you
09:20exactly what to do in just a second
09:22but first let's go over those final two
09:24channels that we're gonna take a look at
09:27on how they could make money the number
09:28two channel we're looking at is a
09:29channel called natural
09:31cures they don't even show their face
09:32they just do a voiceover using mostly
09:34stock videos in the backgrounds of their
09:37now if we take a look at their social
09:38blade statistics this channel is getting
09:402.1 million views per month
09:42so let's do the calculations with this
09:44channel as well if this channel is
09:45getting 2 million views per month
09:47let's be even more conservative this
09:49time let's go point zero zero
09:51zero three conversion rate even more
09:53conservative that'd be 600 sales per
09:55for the product they're promoting and if
09:57we go to marketplaces like clickbank
09:59there's tons of different health and
10:00fitness products that relate exactly to
10:02such as this one right here where you
10:04get a hundred and thirty dollars
10:06per conversion now if we plug this into
10:10times 130 dollars that'd be an extra 80
10:13000 per month whereas this channel could
10:15only be making a few thousand up to
10:17eight thousand dollars per month
10:19just from ad revenue the third and final
10:21channel we're looking at is a channel
10:22called make them love you
10:24in the relationship and dating niche and
10:26if we take a look at this channel right
10:27here they don't even show their face on
10:29any of their videos and if we look at
10:30their social blade statistics
10:32this channel is getting 700 000 views
10:35so let's plug that in right here 700 000
10:38let's say 8.0003 conversion rate again
10:42that'd be 218 sales for the product
10:45let's say they're promoting this dating
10:46course right here which is 53 dollars
10:50we'll take that plug it in multiply that
10:52by 53 dollars per sale an extra 11 000
10:55a month on a channel that could only be
10:58making a few thousand dollars per month
11:00from ad revenue now you might be saying
11:01matt what if there isn't a product to
11:04in my niche and that's true that there
11:06won't be a great product to promote in
11:08every single niche so that's why you
11:10need to make sure that you choose a
11:12that meets these requirements it must be
11:15there must be a lot of interest in the
11:16niche meaning there's videos with over a
11:18hundred thousand views each
11:20in the niche it must have a good cpm it
11:22must be monetizable outside of adsense
11:24meaning that there's products to promote
11:26and it must have a lot
11:28of sub niches for example the animal
11:30niche has sub niches like dogs cats
11:32home pets wild animals and everything
11:34else and now you might be asking which
11:36niches can i actually do this in here's
11:38a list of niches that meet all of these
11:40criteria make money online
11:42health psychology technology pets
11:45finance and relationships but if you did
11:48choose a low cpm niche where you don't
11:49have products to promote for instance
11:51you can still make a lot of money if you
11:53get a lot of views on your channel for
11:56a lot of the channels that we looked at
11:57in video number two are making a lot of
11:59money because you're getting a lot of
12:00views on your channel but those are just
12:02my personal thoughts when it comes to
12:04and i hope this helps you make as much
12:06money as possible on youtube
12:07now it's further proof that this method
12:09works not just for me
12:11matthew right here was able to make a
12:14literally his second day of starting a
12:16brand new youtube channel now these
12:18results are not typical and most people
12:20don't put in the work but there's no way
12:22that matthew would have been able to do
12:24if he was relying on just ad revenue if
12:26he's relying on ad revenue he'd have to
12:27wait to get a thousand subscribers 4 000
12:29hours of watch time i'm just showing
12:31this as a testament to what's possible
12:33and i'm going to actually play the video
