01:21let me first go over an overview of
01:23exactly how to do this
01:25so i've broken down the process of
01:27making money on youtube
01:28without making videos into a three-step
01:31process and obviously there's a lot more
01:33stuff that goes on in between this
01:36however just to give you an overview of
01:38a conceptual understanding of doing this
01:40here are the three steps to do
01:42step one is to choose a niche or a
01:44category of content and in this video
01:46i'm going to be giving you a completely
01:48free niche that you can use
01:50to do this in and then once you have
01:51your niche you come up with video ideas
01:54step number two is to generate content
01:57or put together a video creation machine
01:59which i'm going to be showing you how to
02:01in this video today to generate the
02:04and then finally step number three is to
02:07upload and optimize your videos to make
02:09sure that you're setting yourself up for
02:12as much as you possibly can and i'm
02:13gonna be sharing with you the secrets
02:15on exactly how to do that in this video
02:18so now like i promised i'm gonna be
02:20showing you some actual example channels
02:23doing this because it's one thing to
02:25talk about doing this but it's a whole
02:27to actually show you examples of
02:30so that you can hopefully replicate this
02:33and do this in your own way so that
02:35hopefully they'll help give you
02:36ideas so the first channel we're going
02:38to be taking a look at is this channel
02:40called pets in animals and as you can
02:43see this channel has 39 000 subscribers
02:45and they just upload videos like
02:47rottweiler versus german shepherd
02:50top 10 favorite dog breeds and they do a
02:52lot of videos about different dog breeds
02:53and the whole channel is basically
02:56on different types of dogs informational
03:00and stuff of that nature now what's
03:02really interesting is that if we go to
03:03the social blade statistics of this
03:05channel and social blade by the way
03:07is a completely free chrome extension
03:09that you can use to see
03:10estimates of how much youtube channels
03:12are making and if we look at the
03:14estimates on this channel pets and
03:16as you can see here's how many views
03:18that this channel is getting
03:20per day and on average they're getting
03:24000 views per day on their youtube
03:27now they estimate that they could be
03:28making anywhere between 10
03:30and 163 dollars per day on
03:34their youtube channel and i would
03:35estimate that it would actually be a
03:37little bit on the higher end
03:38of those two figures due to the fact
03:40that i would classify
03:41this niche which is the animal niche as
03:44a semi-high cpm niche
03:46due to the fact that there's a lot of
03:47different advertisers who advertise on
03:49dog videos cat videos
03:51and stuff like that so i would estimate
03:53that this channel right here
03:54pets and animals is making about a
03:57hundred dollars a day
03:58and about three to four thousand dollars
04:00a month from their youtube channel and
04:02that's an estimate based off of me
04:04running channels in niches similar to
04:06this and this channel by far is not the
04:08only channel doing this here's another
04:10channel called ascal
04:11with 311 000 subscribers and
04:14if we take a look at the social aid
04:16stats for this channel
04:18they're getting almost 10 million views
04:21their youtube channel 9.4 million views
04:24and they're estimated to be making
04:26between 2 000 and 37
04:28000 a month on their youtube channel so
04:32i would estimate that they're probably
04:33making around 25 000
04:35a month from their youtube channel and
04:37what's crazy is that this is just from
04:39ads alone you can actually make a lot
04:41more with some secret monetization
04:44that i'm going to be sharing later in
04:46this video so keep watching for that but
04:48as you can see if they have ads on their
04:50they could potentially be making a lot
04:53just from ad revenue
04:54alone and if we take a look at some of
04:56their videos right here they just do
04:58videos like the top 10 most beautiful
05:00in the world the top 10 animal horns you
05:04exist 1.1 million views in 3 months and
05:07they just do videos like this
05:09literally just videos where there's a
05:10voice over on top of the video
05:12reading off a script while showing a
05:14bunch of different videos that they
05:15didn't even make and i'm going to be
05:18in this video today where you can get
05:20completely free content
05:21as well but taking a look here this
05:23channel asskull has 311 000 subscribers
05:26and you might be saying matt won't that
05:28take me forever to hit 300 000
05:31on my channel and to put it in context i
05:34grew a completely brand new channel
05:36from scratch literally zero subscribers
05:38and zero views on the channel to over
05:41500 000 subscribers in a single
05:44year so while it is possible to grow
05:46youtube channels incredibly fast and i'm
05:48gonna be sharing some of the secrets
05:49with you in this video
05:51on exactly how to do that most people on
05:54never come close to the goals that they
05:56want on youtube and that's for a few
05:58specific reasons that i'm going to be
05:59giving you in this video today
06:01but first of all taking a look here you
06:03might be saying this channel has 300
06:06000 subscribers that's the only reason
06:08that it's making this much money or
06:09could potentially be making this much
06:11money just from ad revenue alone
06:13but here's another channel called smart
06:16with only 2 000 subscribers on their
06:20and if we take a look here they just do
06:21videos just like the other channels that
06:23we're taking a look at
06:24american labrador versus english
06:26labrador 53 000 subscribers
06:29and they just talk about all these
06:30different dog breeds and if we take a
06:32look at the social blade statistics for
06:35as you can see you might be asking why
06:38is this channel getting negative
06:3933 000 views per month and typically the
06:42reason for that is just because the
06:44owner of the channel
06:45might have unlisted some videos or
06:47privated some videos or deleted some
06:49so that's the only reason that it's
06:51showing up on socialblade like that
06:54however if we want to get an accurate
06:56picture of how much this channel could
06:57potentially be making
06:59with only 2 000 subscribers on their
07:02as you can see what we're going to want
07:03to do is take a look at the daily views
07:05that this channel is getting
07:07and lately this channel has been getting
07:0911 000 views 16 000 views 14 000 views
07:12so around 12 to 13 000 views per day
07:16on their youtube channel and socialblade
07:18estimates that this channel could be
07:20making between four dollars
07:21and sixty seven dollars per day so i
07:24would estimate that this channel is
07:25making around thirty to forty dollars a
07:27day which could be as much as a thousand
07:30and this channel only has 2 000
07:33but like i was saying there's actually
07:35ways to monetize your channels without
07:37even having to rely on youtube ads
07:39that i'm going to be getting into
07:40towards the end of this video but with
07:42only 2 000 subscribers this channel
07:44could potentially be making a thousand
07:47just from ad revenue alone and here's
07:49yet another channel doing videos similar
07:51the top 10 medium-sized dog breeds most
07:54dangerous dog breeds in the world
07:562.2 million views and if we take a look
07:58at the social blade stats
08:002 million views per month on their
08:02youtube channel they could be making
08:04between 500 and 8 000
08:06a month on their channel so at this
08:08point you might be saying matt i believe
08:10you there's a bunch of youtube channels
08:12but how can i do this how can i actually
08:14find the content to use within my
08:17how can i make sure that i'm not just
08:18wasting my time on youtube just
08:20uploading random videos to youtube
08:22and crossing my fingers and hoping that
08:24they go viral well i'm going to be
08:25showing you exactly how
08:27in this video today so if that sounds

08:33and then after that we're going to be
08:34getting into exactly how you can find
08:36free content to use and then after that
08:38we're gonna get into how to put together
08:40a video creation machine
08:42meaning you can make money on youtube
08:44potentially without even making videos
08:46and then i'm gonna show you a couple
08:48and unique ways to get people to
08:51in videos for you that you can then
08:54and then finally i'm gonna be going over
08:56that secret monetization strategy where
08:59you can potentially make money on
09:01without being monetized now speaking of
09:03monetization in order to get ads on your
09:06and start making money from ads you need
09:094 000 hours of watch time and 1 000
09:12on your youtube channel and you might be
09:14saying matt that's going to take forever
09:16but it can actually happen a lot quicker
09:18than you probably think and if you want

09:24show you scenarios where you can get
09:25monetized on youtube
09:27in literally just 30 days so here's
09:29another channel doing videos just like
09:31doing videos like the top 10 extreme
09:35800 000 views in a single year and if we
09:38take a look right here
09:39this channel is getting nearly 500 000
09:42and this channel only has 14 000
09:44subscribers so you don't need an
09:46absurd amount of subscribers to
09:48potentially make a decent
09:49income from youtube or get a lot of
09:51views here's another channel called the
09:55as you can see a hundred thousand
09:56subscribers and this channel right here
09:58gets over a million views a month on
10:01and they just do videos just like the
10:03previous videos that we were looking at
10:04these are the top 10 dogs for first time
10:071.6 million views and just a bunch of
10:11and here's yet another youtube channel
10:12doing this exact same thing
10:14with nearly a million subscribers on
10:16their channel and this channel is called
10:19forevergreen as you can see 959
10:22000 subscribers and they just do videos
10:25like the eight largest reptiles in the
10:27world and this channel doesn't just
10:29necessarily stick to just dogs or just
10:32they do videos about all kinds of
10:33different animals like
10:35the top 10 most beautiful frogs in the
10:38riding unbelievable animals videos like
10:40this and some of these videos have an
10:42insane amount of views like this one
10:44right here the most beautiful birds on
10:46with more than 4.3 million views on
10:50the video which is absolutely incredible
10:52and if we take a look here at the social
10:54blade statistics for this channel this
10:56absolutely insane this channel is
11:00million views per month on their channel
11:04absolutely absurd they could be making
11:07and 107.6 000 a month
11:11and that's just from ad revenue alone if
11:14on their channel so i would estimate
11:16that at the low end if they have ads on
11:19they're making at least 40 to 50 000 a
11:23just from ad revenue alone based off of
11:25my estimates of running channels in
11:27niches similar to this
11:28so now let's talk about actually
11:30generating content so there's a couple
11:32different ways you can go about
11:34if you were to run a youtube channel
11:36like this and it depends
11:38on if you have more time than money or
11:42money than time in the scenario that you
11:44have more time than money
11:46you would actually go ahead and generate
11:49now if you do have more money than time
11:51then you would go ahead and leverage
11:53and pay other people to make the videos
11:56for you but first of all let's take a
11:57look at the scenario in which you have
11:59more time than money
12:00and you would be generating the videos
12:02yourself in this instance you're gonna
12:04break down the video process into a few
12:07the first step would be coming up with a
12:09video idea and in coming up with the
12:11video idea what i would recommend doing
12:13is going to popular youtube channels
12:14just like the ones we took a look at in
12:17and taking a look at their video page
12:20and then sorting their uploads by their
12:23and then i would take notes on what the
12:25most popular videos on some of these
12:27are like the top 10 smallest dog breeds
12:30in the world top 10 most ancient dog
12:33videos like this i would take notes on
12:35what's performing good on all of these
12:38channels like this one the top 10 best
12:40dogs for first time owners and then what
12:41i recommend doing is writing a 1
12:44500 to 2 000 word script in your own
12:47words and the reason we want to write
12:49scripts at that length is because that's
12:51the link that we need to write scripts
12:53in order to make the video over 10
12:55when the video is ready and it's very
12:57important to make videos longer than 10
13:00so that we can get more watch time on
13:03and watch time it's one of the key
13:04factors that will help you get traction
13:06and success on youtube and at the very
13:09minimum you want to make sure that your
13:10videos are longer than eight minutes
13:12which is going to allow you to put
13:13multiple ad breaks on your videos
13:15and make a lot more money as a result
13:17and there's even more secret
13:18monetization strategies
13:20and i'm going to be going over one in
13:21this video today later on
13:23in the video so after writing your
13:25script then i recommend putting your
13:26script through a website called
13:28copyscape copyscape will allow you to
13:30see if there's any copyright
13:32infringement or anything like that
13:34in your script and then after that it's
13:36time to get content so
13:38you might be saying matt where am i
13:39going to get content without having to
13:41deal with copyright or anything like
13:43now there's a few places that i
13:45recommend the first of which
13:46is pixabay.com pixabay is completely
13:50and as you can see right here if we
13:53for instance on pixabay there's tons of
13:55completely free images of dogs
13:57that we can use for completely free but
13:59more importantly than that
14:01there's also videos that we can use if
14:03we go to this drop down right here
14:04and select videos as you can see tons of
14:07different videos of dogs
14:08that we can use so let's say for
14:10instance we wanted to use
14:12this video right here let's say we want
14:14to use this video in our video
14:16as you can see free for commercial use
14:18and literally no attribution required
14:20meaning you can literally just click
14:22this green button download the video
14:23and use it within one of your youtube
14:25videos and another website that i
14:27recommend is a website called
14:30and if we go to paxels right here as you
14:32can see if we search cat
14:33there's tons of completely free images
14:36completely free videos as well that we
14:38can use without having to deal with
14:40copyright or anything and i've gotten a
14:42lot of people coming to me and saying
14:44there's not enough videos for what i
14:46want to make videos on
14:47on either of these two websites and if
14:49that's the case then i would recommend
14:51taking a look into a website called
14:53which does cost money but in my opinion
14:56is way worth it in comparison to the
14:58amount of money you could potentially be
15:01and if you still can't find enough
15:03content to use in your videos
15:05then you can potentially use videos from
15:07youtube but if you do this make sure
15:09that you make it transformative and fair
15:11use to make sure that you're not
15:13any copyright but if you don't want to
15:14deal with copyright or anything like
15:16you can use websites like this so now
15:19what about editing your videos how do
15:20you edit your videos without spending a
15:23ton of money on some expensive video
15:25editor and the way you can do that is by
15:27using a completely free editor
15:29called openshot just go to openshot.org
15:31and you can download openshot for
15:34for both windows and mac and then you
15:36might want to put music
15:37in the backgrounds of your videos as
15:39well and if you want music without any
15:41copyrights or anything like that
15:43then i recommend going to the youtube
15:45audio library which is a completely free
15:47audio library supplied by youtube
15:49where you can use music and a lot of it
15:51has no attribution required as well
15:54meaning you can literally just download
15:55it and use it in your videos
15:57so now let's talk about putting together
15:59a video creation machine
16:00wherein you would hire other people to
16:03make the videos for you
16:04and that's exactly what i do in my
16:06youtube operation that's actually how i
16:09and run nine different youtube channels
16:11all i do in my youtube
16:13operation for eight of the nine
16:14different channels i run is come up with
16:16video ideas and upload and optimize the
16:20and if you were to do this then you need
16:21to outsource each of the steps that goes
16:24generating a video and these steps
16:26typically on channels like this
16:28are coming up with a video idea in which
16:31you would do and then you would send
16:32that video idea to a scriptwriter who
16:34would write an original script
16:36and once they have that done then they
16:37would send that to the voiceover artist
16:39who does a voiceover on top of the video
16:42and then they would send that to the
16:43video editor who would find clips to use
16:45and edit it into a video
16:47and then they would finally send that to
16:49the thumbnail artist who would make a
16:51good-looking thumbnail for the video
16:53and then they finally sent it back to
16:54you and you upload and optimize the
16:57finished video and the only work that
16:58you have to do in this process if you
17:00were to outsource your content creation
17:02is coming up with video ideas and
17:04uploading and optimizing the finished
17:06videos so if you were to do this you
17:07would simply go to online marketplaces
17:11and you would search for example animal
17:12article and find people who can write
17:14scripts or write articles
17:16about animals and then after that you
17:18would get a voiceover artist
17:19and you can simply search voiceover on
17:21fiverr and there's tons of people who
17:23will do professional voiceovers on
17:26for very cheap and then you'd find a
17:28video editor and a thumbnail designer as
17:30and a quick bonus tip as well is that if
17:33you can't find enough people on fiverr
17:35or people that you want to hire or the
17:37people on fiverr are simply too
17:39expensive for some of the gigs
17:41then i would recommend a website called
17:42upwork.com upwork is where i found some
17:45of my best teammates that i've worked
17:48and another option instead of putting
17:50together a video creation assembly line
17:53multiple people to do all the multiple
17:55jobs that go into making youtube videos
17:58would be to pay one person to do the
18:00entire process of making a youtube video
18:03and now like i promised i'm going to be
18:04showing you a bonus way
18:06on how you can get completely free
18:09in your videos and to demonstrate this i
18:11want to show you this channel right here
18:14dogmol they have 77 000 subscribers
18:17and they just do videos like the best of
18:19dobermans the super intelligent dog
18:214.7 million views the best of labradors
18:24and they just talk about all these
18:25different types of dog breeds and what's
18:27super cool about this channel
18:29is that if you go to this link right
18:31here on their youtube channel art
18:33and you click this link you can actually
18:36a video for the channel and if you were
18:39to do something like this
18:41you could simply set up a google form or
18:43use some other type of form software or
18:46in which people can upload videos and
18:49send you videos that way
18:50you can literally just have people send
18:52you videos that you can potentially use
18:56your videos right here and this isn't
18:58the only channel that does this
18:59as well here's another channel called
19:01the dodo with 7.2 million subscribers
19:05and if we take a look this channel is
19:08138 million views per month
19:12on their channel and i would estimate
19:13they're making at least over a hundred
19:15thousand dollars a month
19:17just from ad revenue alone however i
19:19think this is an entire company behind
19:21this channel because they upload so many
19:23videos but regardless
19:25they also have a little link right here
19:27that says submit your story
19:29and if you click this link and this link
19:30is also in the description
19:32of a lot of their youtube videos and you
19:34can submit your video to the dodo
19:36and then they can potentially use it
19:39videos that they put on their youtube
19:41channel now at this point you might be
19:43saying matt that sounds great
19:44but what if i don't have a bunch of
19:48how are people just gonna know to send
19:49me videos from absolute nowhere if i
19:51have zero views and zero subscribers and
19:54you're right in that no one would just
19:55send you videos out of the blue like
19:57that however one option that you could
19:59is set up an instagram account and then
20:01buy shout outs on popular animal pages
20:04on instagram and then set up an
20:06animal page yourself and then at the
20:07link in the bio of that page
20:09put a link to that form in which people
20:12can submit videos to you so that you
20:14could potentially use them
20:15in your youtube videos and now like i
20:17promised you i'm going to be showing you
20:19another way that you can monetize your
20:22without having to wait to get 4 000
20:24hours of watch time or a thousand
20:27or anything like that this way you can
20:30off the bat and the way to do that would
20:32be to go to affiliate networks like
20:35digistore24.com or clickbank.com
20:38and to go to their marketplace section
20:40like we're at on clickbank.com right
20:42and then scroll down and click animal
20:44care and pets and as you can see they
20:46have a bunch of different niches
20:48on clickbank or digi store 24 and the
20:50reason we're going to animal
20:52care in pets is because that's the niche
20:54that i showed you all of those
20:55different youtube channels in today and
20:58as you can see they literally have
21:00like brain training for dogs unique dog
21:04as you can see you get 31 dollars every
21:07time you get a sale on
21:08this product you might be saying matt
21:10how am i gonna get sales
21:11on this product well all you have to do
21:14is sign up to clickbank
21:15and click this promote button right here
21:17and you're gonna get a unique link
21:19that you can then put in the description
21:22every single video that you upload and
21:24you can also put it in the pinned
21:26comment section of your youtube videos
21:28just one more place where people can
21:30potentially click that link and then if
21:32someone buys this product
21:33after clicking that link you can
21:35potentially make money as a result and
21:37you might be saying matt that's great
21:39but how much money could i really
21:40potentially make doing this
21:42well let's do some math and let's take a
21:43look at a channel that's uploading
21:46let's for example take a look at that
21:48channel that doesn't even have that many
21:51called smart dog lover they only have 2
21:55and as you can see right here they're
21:58to 16 000 views a day so let's just say
22:01that they're getting 10 000 views a day
22:04so if they're getting 10 000 views a day
22:06times 30 days in a month they're getting
22:08around 300 000 views a month
22:10and let's just say out of those 300 000
22:14per month on their youtube channel and
22:17let's be very conservative with this
22:19that point zero zero
22:22zero three people click the link in the
22:26and bought that product that they were
22:28promoting that would be a total of 90
22:32and let's take a look at this again if
22:33you get a sale on this product you get
22:37a sale so let's times 90 sales by thirty
22:42that would be an extra two thousand
22:44eight hundred dollars a month
22:46and this is just with that very small
22:49imagine if you are getting millions of
22:52and promoting some of these products you
22:54could potentially be making
22:55a lot of money and potentially a lot
22:59ad revenue alone and there's tons of
23:01these products that you can promote some
23:03of them will give you up to 60 dollars
23:05and this one is literally just called
23:07doggy dance online dog trainer and it's
23:09a course that shows you how to train
23:12and think about it if you have a very
23:14targeted audience of people who are
23:16in dogs or cats or whatever the
23:18particular niche of your youtube channel
23:21then you can very easily promote
23:23products like this at the link in the
23:25descriptions of your youtube videos
23:27and potentially make a lot of money and
23:30in my experience even a lot more than
23:32from just youtube ad revenue alone
23:34so at this point you might be saying
23:36matt this is great i want to do this
23:38but how can i be sure that i'm going to
23:40be getting views and subscribers and
23:42growing my channel doing this if i just
23:44did this and didn't get any views or
23:45subscribers or make any money
23:47wouldn't i just be wasting my time and
23:49the answer is yes you would be wasting
23:51your time which is why right now i want
23:53to give you some secrets on exactly how
23:56the right way for sure and before we get
23:59into those secrets if you feel like i've
24:00given you value in this video so far
24:03make sure to leave a like on the video

24:08forward so with that being said let's
24:10get into some secrets on how to blow up
24:12on youtube secret number one is to only
24:15upload videos in a single
24:17niche meaning that you don't upload dog
24:19videos one day and then basketball
24:22you want to make sure that every single
24:24day you upload only dog videos or only
24:26basketball videos whatever the niche is
24:28that you choose for your channel and in
24:31doing this you're going to be able to
24:32implement something called similar
24:34since all of your different videos on
24:36your youtube channel will be about very
24:39they'll have a lot of the same keywords
24:41in the titles description
24:42and tags and if you get just a very
24:44small amount of search traffic
24:46on your channel since all of your videos
24:48are about very similar things
24:49then some of your videos will be
24:51appearing in the suggested video feed
24:53of your own videos so you can leverage
24:56search video views into a lot of
25:00suggestive video views and this is
25:02exactly how i've had videos blow up to
25:04getting over 10 million views
25:05on them secret number two is to properly
25:08optimize your videos in terms of the
25:11and tags and if you want to discover
25:13exactly how to do this the right way
25:15for sure i have a completely free
25:17training that you can attend
25:18at the link down in the description but
25:20if you want a really easy way of going
25:22about doing that then i recommend using
25:24a completely free chrome extension
25:26iq and i'll leave a link down to vid iq
25:28as well and you can use this to properly
25:30optimize your title description
25:32and tags and finally secret number three
25:35is to analyze and optimize based off the
25:38once you have a sufficient amount of
25:39videos up i've noticed around 33
25:42videos once you have 33 videos up then
25:45you can go into your youtube analytics
25:47and see what's working and what's not
25:49working and double down on what's
25:51working and at this point you might be
25:53saying well what are the statistics that
25:55i want to be looking for
25:56on my youtube videos i recommend aiming
25:58for a six percent click-through rate on
26:01and a 60 average view duration on videos
26:04that are 10 minutes long if you can hit
26:06both of these two statistics then it's
26:08very likely you're going to blow up on
