00:33business model out there first of all
00:35you can run your YouTube channels from
00:36anywhere your age doesn't matter I
00:38started my YouTube Journey when I was
00:40just 14 years old and I was making three
00:41thousand dollars a month by the time I
00:43was 15 and over thirty thousand dollars
00:45a month by the time I graduated high
00:46school now if you implement the secrets
00:48I can't guarantee you'll automatically
00:49make thirty thousand dollars a month the
00:51first month but I am going to be showing
00:53you exactly what I did step by step now
00:55the biggest reason that YouTube is the
00:57best business model out there is that
00:59you do the work once and it can continue
01:01to pay you for years into the future
01:03other businesses you can't necessarily
01:05say the same for many times you have to
01:07constantly be doing new things within
01:09the business every single month to
01:10continue making money whereas with
01:12YouTube you set up the systems and
01:13processes once and think of every video
01:16that you upload as a piece of digital
01:18real estate that lives forever on the
01:20internet that can then pay you money
01:22every single month I still make money
01:23every single month from videos that I
01:25uploaded when I was just 14 years old so
01:27I'm going to show you exactly how you
01:28can start planting these seeds for
01:30yourself with the four secrets that I
01:32mentioned which are going to start with
01:33secret number one which is how to make
01:35money on YouTube without showing your
01:37face and the best niches to do this in
01:39secret number two will be to how to
01:41actually generate that content without
01:43showing your face and without recording
01:45any videos whatsoever secret number
01:46three will be the true secret for going
01:48viral on YouTube fast I barely even
01:51talked about this online so you're going
01:52to get a lot of value from that and then
01:54secret number four how to monetize your
01:55channel and make the most amount of
01:57money possible now I'm not gonna bore
01:59you with my story but I'm just going to
02:00recap it incredibly quickly I started
02:02YouTube when I was 14 years old and by
02:04the time I was 16 years old I was making
02:06more money than both of my parents
02:07combined and before I was 20 I was a
02:10millionaire from YouTube and today I run
02:12over a dozen different channels and I
02:13make millions of dollars per year from
02:15YouTube I got this gold play button
02:17right here from YouTube for one of my
02:18channels hitting over a million
02:19subscribers and I've got multiple silver
02:21play buttons for my channels hitting
02:23over a hundred thousand subscribers now
02:25I have a video on my personal YouTube
02:26channel which is called make money Matt
02:28which goes over my full story if you're
02:30interested in seeing that but basically
02:32to summarize it for you I absolutely
02:34hated school I was dreading having to
02:36then go to college for multiple years as
02:38well and then go deep into debt for that
02:40and then work for years to pay that off
02:41and then buy a house with a mortgage
02:43going to a job that I hate and then work
02:45almost my whole life to pay off that
02:46mortgage and then towards the end of my
02:48life potentially have just a couple
02:49years to enjoy a decent retirement which
02:52who knows if that would even happen and
02:54it seemed like my life was scripted out
02:55for me in all honesty I didn't want any
02:58part of it and you may have felt like
02:59that in the passed as well was
03:01incredibly depressed that a lot of times
03:02had a lot of conflict between my parents
03:04and stuff things are better now with
03:06thankfully but at the time I was
03:07searching for a better way and I came
03:09across this YouTube channel that was
03:11called top fives which uploaded videos
03:13without ever even showing their face or
03:15anything and I thought to myself you
03:16know what I could make videos like this
03:18at the time I didn't even know how they
03:19were making money or what they were
03:21doing but I took this crappy iPod touch
03:23that I had at the time with a cracked
03:24screen and I started writing scripts
03:26recording voiceovers using that iPod
03:28Touch editing the videos together on my
03:30laptop which could barely even edit at
03:32the time and uploading those videos onto
03:34YouTube and none of them took off for a
03:36long time until I learned a couple
03:37Secrets which I'm going to be sharing
03:39you within this training and eventually
03:41after I implemented some of them I had a
03:43video take off and get over a hundred
03:44thousand views I made notes of exactly
03:46what I did exactly what worked and then
03:48kept doing that over and over again
03:49until eventually I was getting over a
03:51million views per month on my Channel at
03:53just 15 and then I learned about
03:55monetization which I'll be sharing with
03:56you how to do that and I began making
03:58three thousand dollars a month at 15. so
04:00let's get into secret number one which
04:02is how to make money on YouTube without
04:03showing your face and the best niches
04:06and categories and topics to do this in
04:08so here's a very basic 30 000 foot
04:10overview of how this works you find
04:12video ideas you generate the videos and
04:15then you upload and optimize those
04:17videos on YouTube and the first step in
04:19doing this is choosing a niche now a
04:22niche is simply a category of content
04:24that you upload videos in you don't want
04:26to be uploading your videos all over the
04:27place uploading basketball videos one
04:29day and drone videos the next you want
04:31to stay within a consistent category of
04:34content that you upload in and I'm just
04:36going to straight up share with you some
04:37of the best niches to do this in so you
04:39don't get hung up on this for too long
04:40it's important that we choose a niche
04:42and take action and go with that as soon
04:44as possible the main best niches include
04:47health wealth happiness relationships
04:50travel and technology these are the best
04:53niches on YouTube because they meet a
04:55couple of criteria number one they have
04:57videos going up regularly with over 100
04:59thousand views on them which means it'll
05:01be way easier for us to create a
05:02thriving business out of this and also
05:04these niches have a decent to high CPM
05:07now CPM is how much money we make per
05:10thousand views on our video once we get
05:12ads going up on our Channel and we want
05:14to make the most amount of money
05:15possible from it and these niches meet
05:17this criteria and that's even if you
05:19don't get a lot of views on your channel
05:20you can still potentially make a lot of
05:22money and also these niches have a lot
05:24of alternative monetization potentials
05:26as well even though you can create a
05:27thriving business just without Revenue
05:29you can then add an affiliate marketing
05:31or selling your own digital products and
05:33make potentially 10 times that amount as
05:35well now you might be saying Matt that's
05:36great and all but the categories you
05:38listed are very broad aren't there a
05:40bunch of sub categories within those
05:41niches as well and the answer to that is
05:43yes and I would recommend starting
05:45within a sub category for one of those
05:47main categories and the reason for that
05:49is that if you have one video take off
05:51it'll feed all of the other videos on
05:53your channel so all of your videos will
05:55start to exponentially grow once you
05:57reach a certain point and growth on
05:59YouTube is is usually exponential so you
06:01upload a bunch of videos usually around
06:0330 to 60 and then after that things
06:05really start to compound and you can
06:06have a thriving business out of YouTube
06:08now here's some examples of
06:10subcategories and channels within those
06:12subcategories that you can take a look
06:13at so example for that broad niche of
06:15Health we have the sub niche of gaining
06:18muscle this is very popular on YouTube
06:19Here's a channel called body Hub which
06:22has over a million subscribers and the
06:24videos they do are incredibly easy to
06:26make they can literally just be done
06:27using stock footage a free video editor
06:29put together and the channel gets 3.4
06:32million views per month now at a 10 CPM
06:34that'd be thirty four thousand dollars
06:36per month say they promote affiliate
06:38product they could be making well over a
06:39hundred thousand dollars per month from
06:41their Channel here's another Channel
06:42within this sub niche of gaining muscle
06:44which got over 60 000 views and the
06:46video is literally just a slideshow and
06:48that can be done using something like
06:50Google slides and then use a free screen
06:52recorder called OBS to record your
06:54screen and just talk about this subject
06:56sub Niche number two within Health would
06:58be losing weight and here's a channel
07:00called bestie which talks about exactly
07:02that and they have over 4 million
07:04subscribers and then a third sub Niche
07:06would be natural remedies and here's a
07:08channel called natural cures which does
07:09exactly that has millions of subscribers
07:12now for the wealth Niche there's
07:13multiple sub niches under that as well
07:15and those would include make money
07:17online investing and you can do that
07:18very easily without even showing your
07:20face for example my first videos on my
07:22YouTube channel called make money mats I
07:24never even showed my face on and I got
07:26to the point of making twenty seven
07:28thousand dollars per month just from
07:29that channel alone and the make money
07:31online Niche is very high CPM meaning
07:33you make a lot of money per thousand
07:35views as opposed to a lot of other
07:37niches on YouTube and then we got
07:38investing like this channel right here
07:40called Chris invest and they do exactly
07:42that and then you also have luxury like
07:44this channel called Mr luxury and then
07:46another option would be to do business
07:48stories like this channel called magnets
07:50media for happiness there's many
07:52different routes we can go down but this
07:54would include ancient wisdom like this
07:56channel called philosophies for life or
07:58you could talk about confidence like
07:59this Channel called Charisma on command
08:01and all the channels I'm sharing with
08:03you they don't ever show their face they
08:04get millions of views per month and they
08:06likely make a lot of money from their
08:08channels for relationships you could
08:09talk about how to get an ex back how to
08:11get a boyfriend or a girlfriend or how
08:13to fix relationship problems for travel
08:15you could do travel guides like the
08:17channel turopia and you don't even
08:18potentially have to travel to these
08:20places you can find Clips online to use
08:22in your videos you can talk about travel
08:23ideas like the channel world according
08:25to Briggs does this is an amazing
08:27Channel if you're thinking about
08:28starting a travel channel I definitely
08:29look at it or you could talk about the
08:31best places to live like the channel
08:33scary Harry does and then for technology
08:35you could talk about futuristic
08:36technology like the channel Tech Zone
08:38does or you could do tutorials that you
08:39can do with a free screen recording
08:41software just showing how to use
08:42different applications on your computer
08:44don't even potentially have to talk in
08:46them like the channel Tech gumbo they do
08:48exactly this and they get a ton of views
08:50now all of those that I just shared with
08:51you were the best niches to do this in
08:53you might be saying Matt there's a
08:55different Niche that I'm thinking about
08:56doing could I still do that and the
08:58answer is absolutely as long as you make
09:01sure that there's videos going up within
09:03that Niche regularly every month with
09:05over a hundred thousand views and this
09:07is easily verified by just searching on
09:09YouTube and make sure that videos are
09:10continually going up but I will give you
09:12some bonus niches right here as well
09:14that do very well on YouTube they're not
09:16going to have as many alternative
09:17monetization sources but you can still
09:19potentially make a lot of AD Revenue
09:20Within These niches and have students
09:22succeeding in these as well and that
09:23would include scary videos animal videos
09:26celebrities car videos food videos and
09:30360 videos and make sure to keep
09:32watching because in secret number four
09:34I'm going to reveal to you some of the
09:35best high CPM niches to make sure you
09:38make the most amount of money as well
09:40and like I said if you're thinking about
09:41doing a niche that wasn't covered here
09:42do not worry whatsoever I have other
09:44methods also of verifying and doing
09:46market research to make sure something
09:48will be feasible so you can know if
09:49something will be worth it for example
09:51let's say you want to make ten thousand
09:52dollars per month within the animal
09:53Niche I have certain tools that can
09:55basically verify and reverse engineer to
09:57ensure that that's a possibility now
09:59let's get on to secret number two which
10:01is how to generate content without
10:03recording videos and without showing
10:05your face and I'm going to show you
10:06eight different methods for doing this
10:08starting with method number one which is
10:10stock videos and I have a huge database
10:12of different stock video websites that
10:14you can use but I'll share a couple with
10:15you right now which include pixabay.com
10:17and pexcells.com if you don't find all
10:20the clips that you'd want to use on
10:21these websites don't worry I've got a
10:23huge database of a bunch more as well
10:25and there's certain subscriptions that
10:26you can subscribe to like storyblocks
10:28which give you access to a ton more and
10:30then you can edit these videos together
10:31using a completely free video editor
10:33like openshot shortcut or hitfilm
10:36Express or if you're on a Mac you can
10:38use iMovie or if you're just using your
10:40phone you can also do this and use an
10:42application called PowerDirector mobile
10:44option number two is doing tutorials
10:46just like this channel called Simon says
10:49it you can just look up different
10:50software online see what the most common
10:52questions about it are and just make
10:53videos around it recording your screen
10:55with that free OBS software option
10:57number three is doing slideshows just
10:59use Google slides to create the
11:01slideshow you can make videos just like
11:03this one which got over 300 000 views
11:06option number three is just showing text
11:07on a screen at like certain quote videos
11:09now be careful of doing this and make
11:11sure that you expand on any quotes that
11:13you share and give your opinion on them
11:14give more facts about them and so forth
11:16to ensure that it's considered what is
11:18called fair use now I'm not a lawyer or
11:20anything but in my understanding fair
11:22use is a copyright principle where if
11:25you change something enough from the
11:26original then you're allowed to use it
11:28so if you use any quotes or anything I
11:30do recommend ensuring that it's fair use
11:31and I have a complete fair use checklist
11:33that I can give you as well option
11:35number five is just showing stock photos
11:37instead of videos like this video right
11:39here which is just a scary story video
11:40it got over 500 000 views and it's just
11:43a stock photo in the background of the
11:45video while talking about the scary
11:46story option number six are whiteboard
11:48videos just like that channel called
11:50philosophies for life they just use a
11:52software called video scribe to generate
11:54these types of videos option number
11:56seven is animated videos like this video
11:58right here you can use something like
12:00animaker to make videos like this and
12:02then option number eight are mind map
12:04videos like this channel right here
12:06called Joseph Rodriguez he gives
12:07different book summaries and you can
12:09create a mind map just using a software
12:11called xmind and then record your screen
12:12and now here's a ninth bonus way of
12:15creating content which is getting videos
12:16from YouTube to use in your videos and
12:19to do this you need to make sure that
12:20you're following fair use principles you
12:22have an original script on the video and
12:24an original voiceover as well that you
12:26can just record using your phone if
12:28you're just beginning or eventually buy
12:29a cheap microphone such as the fifine
12:33k669v now I'm going to let you in on a
12:35secret on how I'm able to run over 12
12:37different YouTube channels and the way
12:39that I'm able to do this is by
12:41Outsourcing that means hiring other
12:43people to do the work for me when I was
12:4516 I basically had no social life
12:47whatsoever because I was making every
12:49single video myself making a new video
12:51every single day and I had school as
12:53well so I basically had no time to hang
12:55out with my friends or anything and I
12:56knew things had to change and I found a
12:58website called up work.com where I
13:00figured out you could hire people to
13:02make these videos for you so I did that
13:04freed up all my time and then eventually
13:06started more channels in different
13:07niches just by Outsourcing and at the
13:10end of this free training I'm going to
13:11show you step-by-step instructions on
13:13exactly how to grow your team which
13:15includes where to hire people from how
13:17much to pay people job posts script
13:19templates and how easy it is to actually
13:21manage your team if you use certain
13:24tools there's a way to manage this very
13:25easily to the point where you can
13:27literally only spend an hour or two a
13:29day like I currently do and run over a
13:31dozen different channels and now there's
13:33many more ways of generating content as
13:34well if you did for example want to show
13:36your face for example I made my YouTube
13:39channel called make money mad grew to
13:40nearly half a million subscribers and I
13:42do show my face and I use the exact
13:44information on how to grow all my
13:46channels for this channel as well and it
13:48works perfectly for all types of YouTube
13:50channels and I'll show you how to get
13:52access to lists of all the equipment I
13:53use for recording videos as well now
13:55let's get on to secret number three
13:57which is the true secret for how how to
13:59go viral on YouTube and this secret is
14:01called similar metadata now metadata is
14:04simply what tells YouTube what your
14:06videos are about this includes your
14:08title description and tags and when you
14:11first create a channel and start
14:12uploading videos on YouTube YouTube has
14:15no idea what your content is about so
14:17they're just going to start testing it
14:18at a very small amount giving
14:20Impressions to your videos to a
14:22randomized sample of YouTube users and
14:24this is not what you want to happen
14:26because they're going to show to the
14:27wrong people and it could potentially
14:28take months if not years for your
14:30channel to gain traction and where
14:32everybody goes wrong with doing this
14:34they might put a title on their video
14:35they might put a description in tags is
14:37they make every video on their Channel
14:39drastically different from each other
14:41and this isn't just a missed opportunity
14:43from doing this their channel is
14:45literally leaking views the secret to
14:47doing this correctly is you have a group
14:49of tags and keywords that you use on
14:52every single video on your channel and
14:54this puts viewers into what I like to
14:56call suggested video feedback loops this
14:59is where they watch one video on your
15:01channel and the first video that pops up
15:03in the suggested feed is another one of
15:05your videos and you may have seen if
15:07you've watched my channel before that
15:08that very often it's going to be another
15:10one of my videos in the suggested feed
15:12so people watch one video they're very
15:14likely to watch another and another
15:16going in these loops and this is one of
15:18the most powerful things for the YouTube
15:20algorithm and it's called session time
15:22it's how long somebody spends on YouTube
15:25itself and if you can keep them on your
15:27videos it just pushes it even further
15:29and then all you have to do to grow very
15:31quickly is get a tiny bit of search
15:33traffic which can easily be done using
15:35certain keyword tools which I'm going to
15:37show you how to use and you make videos
15:38on keywords that have a high amount of
15:40search volume a low amount of
15:41competition gain a tiny bit of search
15:43traction and then your similar metadata
15:46kicks in with all your videos suggesting
15:47each other and then your videos will get
15:49pushed to other videos suggested video
15:51feeds and that is how you exponentially
15:53grow to millions of views in a very
15:55short period of time and it's not to say
15:57that every video should have the same
15:58exact title description and tags but
16:00make sure you have a set group of tags
16:02and keywords that you use on every
16:04single video and to use that certain
16:05keyword tool in order to ensure you're
16:07doing it correctly and another secret
16:09for going viral on YouTube incredibly
16:11quickly is to just not guess see a lot
16:13of people think that the only way to go
16:15viral on YouTube is to do something that
16:17nobody's ever done before and that's the
16:19only way to do it and that could not be
16:21further from the truth in fact I'm going
16:23to share with you something that might
16:25sound incredibly controversial but it's
16:27actually the truth which is that
16:29competition on YouTube honestly doesn't
16:31matter that much and that's because
16:33saturation up to a certain point can
16:35actually be an incredibly beneficial
16:37thing on YouTube because think about it
16:39if there's tons of videos on YouTube
16:41within a certain category that means
16:43there's a ton of different opportunities
16:46for your videos to get in the suggested
16:48video feed of those videos and siphon
16:50off a ton of views and every video on
16:53YouTube by proxy feeds other videos
16:55throughout that suggested video feed
16:57which is one of the Holy Grails of of
16:59YouTube views and also you have to ask
17:01yourself how many people are really
17:02doing YouTube correctly either how many
17:04of them have an actual strategy in place
17:06and how many are just guessing the
17:08number gets smaller and smaller and
17:09everybody talks about too much
17:10competition but what they always fail to
17:12account for is that viewership is also
17:15growing accordingly so there's more
17:16viewers on YouTube than ever before as
17:18well so now is the best time to get
17:20started on YouTube and as long as you
17:22generate videos that are just as good as
17:24what's working on YouTube at the time
17:26then you can still succeed and when I
17:28tell you not to guess it doesn't mean
17:30that you can't leave some room open for
17:32experimentation and seeing if something
17:34will work in fact I personally leave
17:36about 10 percent of my content strategy
17:38up for experimentation on something that
17:40might work it might not but it's just a
17:42guess but ninety percent of my content
17:44strategy is recreating what has worked
17:46in the past in a better way so you take
17:48the best aspects from the top videos
17:50within a certain subject and make them
17:52better now you might be saying what
17:53videos should I actually make well
17:55here's how to find unlimited video ideas
17:57that will actually get views it's in
17:58incredibly simple and all I do is I get
18:01half my video ideas from already popular
18:03videos and the remaining half from
18:05keyword research so for popular videos
18:07you just search videos on YouTube within
18:09your Niche filter by views uploaded in
18:11the past six months and recreate videos
18:13that have gotten at least over a hundred
18:15thousand views and then for keyword
18:16research you can use certain tools to
18:18plug in your Niche and it'll give you
18:20the best ideas to do now let's get into
18:22secret number four which is monetizing
18:24and making money doing this now there's
18:26four great ways of monetizing on YouTube
18:28in two bad ways now let's talk about the
18:31two bad ways which include doing
18:32merchandise and then also doing
18:35memberships on your channel I recommend
18:37staying away from that because the
18:38amount of money you make per sale is
18:40very low and you have to be getting
18:41Millions upon millions of views to make
18:43that feasible let's talk about even if
18:44you get a small amount of views how you
18:46can still make a ton of money and let's
18:48start with method number one which is
18:50always great for every single channel to
18:52have which is AD Revenue once you get
18:54four thousand hours of watch time and a
18:56thousand subscribers you can join What's
18:57called the YouTube Partner program
18:58program and don't worry you can achieve
19:00this incredibly fast I have tons of
19:02students who do this incredibly quickly
19:04and AD Revenue involves something called
19:06CPM which is how much money you make per
19:09thousand views and some channels only
19:11get a one dollar CPM and others get
19:13upwards of fifty dollars so how can you
19:15make the most amount possible from your
19:17Channel with ad Revenue well that just
19:19involves creating videos on topics and
19:21in a niche that's very high CPM and
19:24here's a list right here on the screen
19:25if you want to pause it of all of the
19:27highest CPM niches on YouTube that make
19:30ten dollars plus per thousand views if
19:33not way more some like the make money
19:34online Niche make upwards of 20 to 30
19:36dollars per thousand views also another
19:39trick to make as much money as possible
19:40is to create videos that are longer than
19:42eight minutes most of my videos are
19:44between 8 and 12 minutes by the way and
19:46that's because then you can place
19:47multiple ads throughout your video and
19:49make multiple times more money from your
19:51video so let's say you have a stream of
19:53income coming in from ads that's awesome
19:55let's get into the Second Great method
19:57of monetizing which is digital products
20:00these can be things like online courses
20:02or ebooks or software and you can sell
20:04them very easily using a platform like
20:06kajabi the reason online courses are so
20:09great to sell from YouTube is because of
20:11course is just a collection of videos
20:12just upload videos teaching something in
20:15a step-by-step Manner and people will
20:16pay a lot of money for this information
20:18because it can be very valuable to them
20:20now you might be saying Matt doesn't it
20:22take a ton of effort and energy in order
20:23to create an online course and the
20:25answer is yes it does but it can be very
20:27worth it but if you don't have
20:28specialized knowledge and something to
20:30teach it then you can go and do method
20:33number three for monetizing which is
20:35affiliate marketing there's websites
20:37like digistore24.com and clickbank.com
20:39where you can partner with people who've
20:41already made courses and then get
20:43upwards of 50 of every sale that you get
20:45promoting somebody else's program all
20:48you do is go to digistore24 go to their
20:50Marketplace section choose your Niche
20:52and then find products that are within
20:54that Niche I recommend making sure that
20:56it's being sold for at least 500 to 1000
20:58dollars because if you get 50 of a sale
21:01for a thousand dollars you just made 500
21:03get 20 of those per month boom you're
21:05making ten thousand dollars per month
21:06it's very easy to get a channel to
21:08getting hundreds of thousands of views
21:09per month so this is more than
21:11achievable and then all you have to do
21:12is mention the product within your video
21:14after you've given them a ton of value
21:16to make sure your video still does good
21:18in the algorithm then you mention the
21:20product have it be one of the first
21:21links in the description people will
21:23click and buy through that and boom you
21:25just made money and Method number four
21:26of monetizing is another great bonus way
21:28to make a ton of money which is
21:30sponsorships once your channel grows big
21:32enough usually a couple thousand
21:34subscribers and getting a decent amount
21:35of views companies will start to reach
21:37out and ask if they can sponsor your
21:39videos you can agree to the terms I have
21:40a whole template of exactly how much to
21:42charge based off how many views you're
21:44getting you just shoot back to them with
21:45your price you get paid and you just
21:47mention the product within your video
21:48now I've had a lot of students make a
21:50lot of money with all these different
21:51methods for example Dan right here makes
21:53eight thousand dollars per month from ad
21:55Revenue Ali right here makes nine
21:57thousand dollars per month from adorable
21:58new Christopher has made over a hundred
22:00forty thousand dollars just since
22:02October and I recently did an interview
22:03with another student of mine who's
22:05making over thirty thousand dollars per
22:07month from ad Revenue which is how much
22:08I make per month from ad revenue for my
22:10channels as well and another student
22:12doing over five thousand dollars per
22:13month now for digital products I've had
22:15tons of students who've created an
