00:30eight of which I've never even shown my
00:32face on these YouTube channels I've been
00:35able to get over a million subscribers
00:36on a single channel and over a hundred
00:39thousand subscribers on multiple
00:41different channels and I don't even make
00:43the videos for these channels now just a
00:45couple years ago in 2014 I was a
00:47completely broke high school student and
00:49at the time I did have a youtube channel
00:52and I would just upload all these random
00:53videos like backyard stunts gaming
00:56videos and videos with my friends and
00:58I'd be lucky if I got a video to get ten
01:00views that doesn't tell I came across a
01:02YouTube channel with millions of
01:04subscribers that use other people's
01:06videos and they did a voiceover on top
01:08of these videos and they made them fair
01:10use and they uploaded them to their
01:12Channel and these videos would get
01:13millions of views and the thing about
01:15these videos is that they seemed so easy
01:18to make so you know what I did I took
01:20this really crappy iPhone that I had at
01:22the time I would record voiceovers with
01:24my super high-pitched squeaky voice and
01:26I started doing this method after
01:29switching to this method I was able to
01:31get to the point of making $3,000 a
01:34month within just a couple months and to
01:36get to the point of making $9,000 a
01:38month within the first year of doing
01:41this I was making more money than my
01:42parents more money than my friends and
01:44what's really amazing about niche
01:46channels is that they can be outsourced
01:48meaning you can pay other people to make
01:51the videos for you so I put together a
01:53content team or what I like to call a
01:55video creation machine for very cheap
01:57and this is where everything changed for
02:00me I was able to start more channels in
02:02different niches and today I run nine
02:04different YouTube channels and I make
02:06over $30,000 a month from them just from
02:09ad revenue alone I was able to get the
02:12gold play button from YouTube
02:13for hitting over a million subscribers
02:14on a channel and multiple silver play
02:17buttons for hitting over a hundred
02:18thousand subscribers on several other
02:21channels now before I explain to you
02:22more in depth this really unique way of
02:24going about doing YouTube let me first
02:26explain to you what most people think of
02:28when they think of doing YouTube and
02:31this is just to give you some more
02:32context so you can understand just how
02:34amazing niche channels truly are when
02:37most people think about doing YouTube
02:38they think about getting behind a camera
02:40in filming videos and while there's a
02:42lot of pros with this method there's
02:44also a lot of cons let me kind of paint
02:46a picture for you what I've seen happen
02:48to so many people who try to do this
02:50method first of all you spend a ton of
02:52money buying expensive cameras lighting
02:54microphones and you set up an entire
02:57studio and then you sit there trying to
02:59come up with video ideas just hoping
03:00that you're gonna get views and for most
03:02people they never do and then you spend
03:04hours a day in front of a camera filming
03:06videos with countless retakes and on top
03:09of that you have to have a good
03:10on-camera personality and then you edit
03:12your videos for hours and when you
03:13finally get your video uploaded that
03:15took you so much work to make you have
03:17to deal with the fact that like most
03:19videos on YouTube your video doesn't
03:21even get any views it was a complete
03:24waste of time and on top of that you
03:25have to deal with people personally
03:27attacking you in the comments for
03:29everything you can possibly think of and
03:30then you have to do this entire process
03:33again and again now you may have been
03:36thinking about doing this you may have
03:38seen people do this and fail or just
03:40straight-up give up or you may have
03:41already done this before and you know
03:43how much of a draining process this can
03:45be I know how draining of a process this
03:48can be I've seen so many people fail
03:50trying to do this and now let me explain

03:57you never even have to step in front of
03:59a camera meaning you don't have to have
04:01this crazy personality and you don't
04:03have to deal with everything that goes
