01:01almost like you become famous in a way
01:03it's like if everybody is dying their
01:05hair black but yet there's still a large
01:07amount of people that are into blondes
01:08and you're the only blonde life they're
01:10going to come to you right so I don't
01:11get it who the [Â __Â ] cares if other guys
01:14are becoming feminine and doing feminine
01:16[Â __Â ] like this who cares right but I
01:18also understand that there is a large
01:20Myriad of men out there probably
01:22watching this video that want to remain
01:24traditionally masculine you grew up
01:26watching Arnold Schwarzenegger
01:27Jean-Claude Van Damme all these guys and
01:29you'll want to represent that energy
01:31that personality that genotype of the
01:34masculine protector who's strong and
01:37confident and is basically an entity of
01:40masculine Force so if I wanted to remain
01:43as traditionally masculine as possible
01:46in a society that is becoming
01:47progressively more feminine this is
01:50exactly how I would do it alright editor
01:53let's get like uh I don't know maybe
01:55like the School of Athens behind me or
01:57something we're philosophers classes in
01:59session so the very first thing that I
02:01would do immediately is to quit
02:04pornography now I'm not one of those

02:13there are those people out there but I
02:14do think that it is the biggest
02:16distraction to young men that we
02:19probably have ever seen before what it
02:21is is it's an unnatural reward for
02:24absolutely no accomplishment it used to
02:26be that you have this dopamine system
02:28that rewards you for going out and
02:29seducing a woman in the form of an
02:30orgasm and releasing dopamine and
02:33serotonin right but now you can just log
02:35onto PornHub and you know bang that [Â __Â ]
02:37out in 20 minutes and you're giving
02:38yourself this Force root this false
02:40reward and what that does is it sucks
02:42your passionate energy from what would
02:44have been going into other things and
02:47only going into pornography you ever
02:49notice that when you get on a roll of
02:50like jerking off you're thinking about
02:51it day after day sometimes you're like I
02:53need to do it twice a day maybe three
02:55times a day yeah so if you stop that cut
02:58it out cut that [Â __Â ] out you will have I
03:00promise you you will have a natural
03:02transition of your passionate energy
03:04from that going into other things like
03:06what what you're really passionate about
03:08working out uh your career for me it's
03:11YouTube I totally notice me be more
03:13passionate about YouTube when I stop now
03:15one way that it might differ from the
03:16other YouTubers that you guys watch is I
03:19actually kind of view masturbation as a

03:53actually didn't know what this was but I
03:54actually did it a lot uh before I had my
03:57girlfriend and you know back in high
03:58school and whatnot and my girlfriend
03:59actually told me about it I guess it's
04:01kind of trending on Tick Tock what it is
04:02is it's practicing getting rejected uh
04:06as much as you possibly can so that when
04:08it happens it doesn't even affect you
04:10anymore you're already desensitized to
04:11it and this is definitely something me
04:13my friends would do we go talk to girls
04:15and get rejected blah blah blah blah
04:17probably gotten rejected over a hundred
04:19times and it's to the point now where if
04:21it hap if it were to happen I wouldn't
04:23give a [Â __Â ] at all right and this
04:25carries over into pretty much everything
04:26that you do if you were to get rejected
04:29a hundred times trying to make a cold
04:31cell then if it happened one more time
04:33what's the difference it's already
04:35happened 100 times and each time you're
04:37gonna adapt a little bit more the way
04:39that you talk the way that you phrase
04:40things to the point where you're
04:41probably going to be an expert at it by
04:43the 110th time there's actually people
04:45that have done studies on this and
04:46experiments my buddy and fellow YouTuber
04:48his name is Mario adrion he actually
04:50just talked his way into Coachella you
04:53know the big Music Festival he didn't
04:54buy a ticket or anything but he just
04:56went and walked in with the demeanor the
04:59the talking the speech that he knew that
05:01he was supposed to be here and nobody
05:03even questioned it he just walked right
05:04in ninety percent of communication is
05:07non-verbal so that's the second thing I
05:09would do I'd probably try to get used to
05:11rejection and try to get to the point
05:13where nothing no negative reaction
05:15impacted me anymore next I would start
05:17some sort of physical training
05:19there is no confidence that can be built
05:22like the confidence of changing your
05:24body before your very eyes confidence
05:27only comes from one thing and one thing
05:29only and that is some sort of positive
05:32feedback from success in a certain realm
05:36so if you go to the gym and you put on
05:40muscle mass you prove yourself correct
05:42you are victorious in this it has a
05:45compounding effect on your confidence
05:46okay this is like a little side note I
05:49guess have you ever wondered why uh
05:51single children always have like the
05:53most insane confidence it's because most
05:55of the time you know since it's their
05:56only child they baby them and they make
05:58them feel like they're the most
05:59important person in the world so they
06:01take that into the real world and they
06:02act they feel like they're a [Â __Â ]
06:04celebrity right positive reinforcement
06:07so when you're in the gym you start
06:09feeling the weight getting lighter you
06:12start feeling the force the energy the
06:14power of your muscles you feel the
06:16strength and you can see the actual
06:18denseness of your muscle fibers in the
06:21veins the strength it's an incredible
06:22feeling there's no confidence boost like
06:25it so getting a gym membership go start
06:27doing MMA anything I think lifting
06:30weights is probably the most valuable
06:31there's actually been studies done that
06:33say that lifting heavy weights actually
06:35increases your uh testosterone
06:37significantly I'll put those up on the
06:38screen moving on the next thing that I
06:40would do the one thing that's very
06:41common with the masculine man is
06:43masculine body language and we talk
06:46about this all the time on this channel
06:47you're probably sick of it but I think
06:49it's so [Â __Â ] important if you're
06:50walking around on the street and you see
06:52a guy with his shoulders up maybe he's
06:54taking small steps he's not looking
06:55people in the eye you immediately know
06:56that he is not a confident man but if
06:59you see the person with expansive body
07:01language he's raising his arms he's
07:03touching his face he's taking wide steps
07:06his relaxed facial expression expression
07:08his eyebrows are down you immediately
07:10subconsciously think that he's a very
07:12confident man so this is the next thing
07:14I'll do I would immediately start
07:16practicing masculine expansive body
07:18language and there's actually a quote
07:21one of my favorite quotes it's easier to
07:23act your way into a better way of
07:25thinking than to think your way into a
07:28better way of acting it's kind of like
07:30to fake it till you make it quote if you
07:32start just acting your way into positive
07:35confident thinking it's far easier than
07:38actually just trying to like force your
07:41mind into a new way of thinking because
07:42when you're just thinking about being
07:43confident you're trying to will it
07:45inside of your head you're not getting
07:47that positive feedback from your
07:49situation from people around you but
07:51when you're actually doing it and
07:52representing it and you see people
07:54looking at you a different way people
07:55responding and treating you differently
07:57it's gonna just compound that confidence
07:59fifth thing last thing that I think is
08:01probably the most important thing for
08:04the masculine man and that is to embrace
08:09too many people run from struggle but
08:11the harsh truth is anything worth
08:13achieving is going to take a significant
08:16amount of suffering and risk and that's
08:19what scares a lot of people off from
08:21going after the things that they want
08:22they don't want to put themselves out
08:24there and fear the risk of failure
08:26they're they think that failure will
08:28ruin their reputation uh ruin their
08:30confidence ruin how people see them
08:33the fact is at the end of your life
08:34probably even now actually you already
08:37realize that it's better to live with a
08:39failure than it is to live with regret
08:41because at least if you're living with
08:43failure you know you tried and it didn't
08:45work out that's okay but if you're
08:47living with regret you will never know
08:48what could have been that's kind of a
08:49cliche thing to say but you know it's so
08:51true and then I think probably the
08:53biggest thing that people don't realize
08:55is that even if you fail
08:58there's still victory in that failure
09:00I'm reading this book called Man's
09:02Search for meaning by Victor Frankel
09:04it's this guy who survived Auschwitz and
09:07DACA the concentration camps in Nazi
09:09Germany and one thing that I highlighted
09:11in the book is one could make a victory
09:13of any experiences turning life into an
09:16inner Triumph or one could ignore the
09:18challenge and simply vegetate as did a
09:21majority of the prisoners even though
09:22your outer experience is horrific and a
09:25terrible tragedy if you can push on to
09:27the next day without letting it destroy
09:29your hope and eating you from the inside
09:31out and keep your head about you then
09:34that's still Victory and that's
09:35something to be proud of so that's it
