00:09pre-market after roaring Kitty the kitty
00:11of Roars tweeted an UNO reverse card and
00:13revealed he had a 100 million doll plus
00:16options position the stock then got
00:18dumped on and dampered as tends to be
00:20the case during Market hours when you
00:22get the Holtz but in today's video I'm
00:24going to discuss with you exactly why I
00:25believe gme is about to head much higher
00:28and I'm going to pull the data from the
00:29option chain the short squeeze setup and
00:31the coming catalysts I'm going to talk
00:33exactly why gme is about to heat up to a
00:35new level and why history suggests that
00:37this one rebound attempt hither isn't
00:39going to be the last one and then we're
00:40going to be going through today's

00:58yesterday roaring Kitty posted an
00:59updated picture of his gme holding a
01:02picture of his position the picture
01:03showed a gme position of about $140
01:05million in shares and then $120 Million
01:09worth of call options which totaled up
01:11to about a $289 million interest in gme
01:14have to give this guy credit because
01:15this is a dude that put $53,000 on a
01:18stock that he did the research on stuck
01:21to his guns for years on and he simply
01:23shared his findings with the world and
01:25many other people agreed with it and now
01:26that $53,000 bet is all the way up to
01:29the hundreds of million millions of
01:30dollars now it's unclear exactly how he
01:31came up with these hundreds of millions
01:33of dollars presumably some of it is
01:34margin maybe he has some outside
01:36financing help but I assume a good chunk
01:38of it came from that original position
01:40and all the options contracts that he
01:41bought on gme so anyways hats off to
01:44anybody that's able to stick to their
01:45guns like this and turn $53,000 into
01:48hundreds of millions of dollars so anywh
01:49who what is the story now and what are
01:51his options here or his choices I should
01:52say well he's got four main choices
01:54number one he could exercise the calls
01:56allowing him to buy gme shares for $20
01:59number two he could simply sell the
02:00calls without exercising them allowing
02:02him to lock in the profits on the gains
02:04although you got to be aware that since
02:06he has such a big position odds are he's
02:07not going to be able to get out of even
02:09a quarter of his options position if
02:11he's just selling the option straight
02:13there's only 146k in open interest in
02:16that specific option and he disclosed he
02:18holds about 120k of that so there's
02:19simply just not going to be enough
02:21liquidity in order for him to get out of
02:23it without completely bludgeoning the
02:25value that he's accruit number three he
02:27could roll over the options which is
02:28essentially just selling the options he
02:30has locking in the profits there and
02:31rolling them into farther expiry options
02:33again though that doesn't work either
02:34because that's going to be liquidating
02:36his current position which which quite
02:37frankly there's just not enough
02:38liquidity in that specific contract in
02:40order to accomplish that number four he
02:42could continue just simply holding the
02:43options and if gme is still trading
02:45above $20 on the 21st of June then he
02:47could let them just execute
02:49automatically at expiration giving him
02:50the shares now from a squeeze
02:52perspective number one and number four
02:53are the most useful and specifically
02:55number one exercising the calls and
02:58buying the shares at some unexpected
02:59time prior to expiration is likely to
03:01help a squeeze substantially why exactly
03:04well because 120,000 contracts entitles
03:07him to buy 12 million shares Brokers and
03:09market makers scrambling to get him 12
03:11million shares is going to drive up
03:13prices insanely fast and allow him to
03:15further accumulate shares in the stock
03:18which if he's trying if his goal is to
03:20continue buying up more and more and
03:21more of the float well that is a very
03:23very fast way to do it at the same time
03:25of increasing the overall share price
03:27and increasing the enthusiasm that other
03:29retail ERS have for the stock which
03:31further increases the amount of capital
03:32that goes into the stock which further
03:34increases the amount of pressure that is
03:36on short sellers this is exactly what
03:38you want if you're roaring Kitty now
03:39this is an individual that quite frankly
03:41is trading as if he doesn't care that
03:43much about locking in profits as fast as
03:45possible because quite frankly he could
03:46have done that years ago and just gone
03:48away and never come back but he's taken
03:50a lot of risk right now risking all of
03:52this money he had made and all of this
03:54position that he's built on continuing
03:56to see gme's price go higher and higher
03:59and continue to play out on the thesis
04:00that gme is a deep effing value play and
04:03there's a short squeeze setup here and
04:04maybe in the back of his mind he's also
04:06thinking wait this is the one
04:07opportunity that retail has had to turn
04:09the tables on hedge funds that play very
04:12very dirty in this market he's playing
04:14the game but in a completely legal way
04:15just buying options and telling people
04:17about it unlike hedge funds that do a
04:19million other things that quite frankly
04:20are in a gray area or ar outright
04:23illegal presumably supposedly so I don't
04:25think that royan kitty is going to
04:26select this option here but if he does
04:28well what's going to happen I mean sure
04:29he's going to lock in some profits but
04:31it's going to drive the price of that
04:32contract down and it's not going to have
04:34a positive effect on the price and he's
04:36going to lose a lot of the money so for
04:37sure for a squeeze setup and really for
04:39roaring Kitty as well it makes the most
04:40sense for him to Simply buy the shares
04:44and it makes sense to do it in an
04:45unexpected time because if he waits till
04:47expiration well that gives market makers
04:50some serious time to figure out how to
04:52create liquidity or even worse Force the
04:54price down below 20 so that his options
04:56expire worthless the question then
04:57though becomes can he even afford to buy
04:59the shares seems like he only has about
05:01$30 million in cash immediately
05:03available in his account and with erade
05:05apparently debating whether to ban him
05:06from their platform entirely well I'd
05:08say it's unlikely that they'd be fast to
05:10extend enough margin to make this
05:12execution happen so perhaps if he wants
05:14to do this and he doesn't have the cash
05:15on the sidelines which doesn't seem like
05:17he would have it based on his overall
05:19picture and how much he disclosed that
05:20he had in cash in 2021 well he might
05:23have to reach out to Outsider financing
05:25in order to make that happen and because
05:26we don't have the full disclosures it's
05:28possible that he's already been working
05:29with outside financing this whole entire
05:32time but at the end of the day the
05:33exercising of these calls is going to be
05:35the best thing for the squeeze my guess
05:37is that if he was able to come up with
05:38the money to put together this massive
05:40position in the first place well he's
05:42going to be able to come up with the
05:43money to exercise the Cults I'm sure he
05:45had some kind of intention if this was
05:47successful and the likelihood was very
05:49very high for this to be successful
05:50because of what happened the first time
05:51he started tweeting according to the
05:53Wall Street Journal Morgan Stanley the
05:54owner of erade found that in May Gil AKA
05:57roaring Kitty had bought call options
05:59before he posted on X and some of those
06:01contracts expired that same week so back
06:03in May when he started posting all of
06:04those memes that people took as related
06:06to gme well all of a sudden massive
06:09massive amounts of capital poured in and
06:12his open options positions became very
06:14very profitable which is probably how he
06:16made a large chunk of the money that he
06:18had for the position that we just saw on
06:20Sunday but the takeaway here is that
06:21roaring Kitty has a historical pattern
06:23of accumulating massively and then
06:25starting to post about the stock or
06:26starting to post about things that
06:28people will take as related to the stock
06:30which my takeaway here is that quite
06:31frankly I mean with hundreds of millions
06:32of dollars it's unlikely that this guy
06:34is done posting it'd be easy for him to
06:36take another 50 million off the table
06:38and then still have a massive massive
06:40position in gme and continue posting and
06:41perhaps make hundreds of millions more
06:43if not a billion plus now one last point
06:45I want to give on royan Kitty because
06:47you're seeing a lot of character attacks
06:48on this guy well ultimately when you see
06:50someone making potentially hundreds of
06:52millions of dollars by just tweeting a
06:54bunch of memes and then tweeting they
06:55have an open position or posting on
06:57Reddit or whatever well you're
06:58ultimately going to have lots of people
06:59people upset that are like wow I'm
07:01jealous of this guy he's able to get
07:02this big following he's able to present
07:04his research and he kind of want a
07:05little bit of a lottery ticket in the
07:06fact that so many people caught onto the
07:08Trent and so you have a lot of feathers
07:10being ruffled right now and a lots of
07:11people upset not just short sellers but
07:13a lot of people that quite frankly in
07:14the retail community that are like this
07:15guy is just trying to Pat his own
07:17Pockets now I have no idea if Keith Gil
07:19is working with some outside parties or
07:21not if he has some malicious intent I
07:23have no idea but from an outsider
07:24perspective and someone who has followed
07:26the story from the beginning I got to
07:27say it looks like he simply took a
07:29position and told people about it which
07:30from my understanding is not illegal nor
07:33should it be and is something that is
07:34common practice from guests that go on
07:36major Financial media outlets at the
07:39same time you got endless amounts of
07:40people condemning roaring Kitty as a
07:42market manipulator and the SEC announced
07:44just today that they are investigating
07:46him as of this morning now this happened
07:48back in 2021 as well they said that
07:50Kitty was a market manipulator and he
07:51had to testify and then of course
07:53nothing came of it because you're
07:54allowed to do research on a stock take a
07:57position explain why you took the
07:58position and other people can do their
08:00own research and come to their own
08:01conclusions now I understand a lot of
08:03people say you know what that roaring
08:04Kitty guy he's a little bit of a
08:06right because you can do all of what
08:08he's doing but you just got to Simply Be
08:10in Congress first obviously it's all
08:11fine and dandy if somebody in congress
08:13makes Insider trades even on Insider
08:15knowledge that the American voters have
08:18privileged them with and then makes
08:19money off that but the minute that
08:21somebody does their own research on a
08:22stock and then says they like it well
08:25all of a sudden guess what jail you need
08:27to go to jail forever and why is that
08:29well unfortunately it's because there's
08:30a lot there's a lot of hatred on Wall
08:33Street and in Washington DC there's a
08:35lot of hatred that is focused
08:37specifically on the little guy there's a
08:38lot of people that think hey you know
08:39what we're better than you we have our
08:41own game to play you're not allowed to
08:43play our game and if you try to play
08:44their game they're going to throw the
08:45hammer down at you figure out ways to
08:47stop you and I think that's going to be
08:49a story that you're going to continue to
08:50see play out with roaring Kitty so
08:52anyways that's my thought process there
08:53let's go ahead and talk about the chart
08:55if you look at the stocks runs well they
08:57tend to happen in the pre-market or in
08:58the after hours why is that well because
09:00halting only happens during Market open
09:02so the stock can run as much as there
09:04are buyers during extended hours to push
09:06it upward but the minute that Market's
09:08open all of a sudden if it runs too much
09:09it gets halted and allows time for
09:11liquidity to be made and shares to be
09:13dumped rapidly killing any kind of
09:15uptrending chance and while sell-offs
09:18are also halted sell-offs almost always
09:20push a stock to the downside more
09:21because if people are buying in well
09:23liquidity is being made during halts and
09:25then it makes it very very difficult if
09:26all of a sudden all these Shares are out
09:28there for the St to continue rallying
09:30and it also freaks people out that are
09:32trying to buy in and the situation is
09:34incredibly apparent if you look at all
09:35of the previous runs since the Roaring
09:37Kitty has returned so this creates this
09:40Dynamic where if you're going to play
09:41gme it's making less and less sense to
09:43trade it during the intraday perhaps I'm
09:44going to actually start making the
09:45argument for buy and holders overnight
09:47who buy the dip and lock in during rips
09:49on catalysts or perhaps Buy and Hold for
09:52a bigger squeeze if you are of the
09:54opinion that we are headed for a bigger
09:55squeeze but at the end of the day you
09:56got to remember if you're playing for a
09:58bigger squeeze there's a lot of moving
09:59pieces here and anybody that says that
10:01anything is guaranteed is absolutely
10:03lying whether they're saying it's going
10:05down or whether it's going up you have
10:06to look at the data for yourself and
10:08analyze the human psychology behind this
10:10to come to a conclusion as to whether it
10:12makes sense for a bigger squeeze now
10:14let's talk about a catalyst that I see
10:15emerging right now which is a gamma
10:17squeeze if you look at the most closely
10:19watched calls specifically the June 21st
10:21expiring calls that royan kitty has well
10:23there are several pain points here now
10:26Kitty has the calls at strike price 20
10:28so that's the key point if these
10:29contracts expire while gme is above 20
10:31while Brokers SL market makers are going
10:33to have to deliver millions and millions
10:35of shares to Roaring Kitty and other
10:36remaining open interest holders which in
10:38and of itself is going to create a nice
10:40squeeze but there's also key open
10:41interest at 25 bucks 30 bucks 35 and
10:44interestingly enough 40 is starting to
10:46see a nice wave of Interest these 40
10:48strike calls already have pretty high
10:50open interest and growing quickly so now
10:52you're in the situation where you're
10:54really really ripe for a gamma squeeze
10:55because every time that gme closes above
10:5740 anytime it hits above 40 well all of
11:00a sudden these options become way way
11:02way more likely to be executed and if
11:04they become executed if they expire in
11:06the money well market makers are going
11:07to have to find not just the 12 million
11:09shares for roaring Kitty plus plus plus
11:11but they're also going to have to find
11:12all of the shares to execute all of the
11:15other options contracts that are going
11:17to be expiring in the money and that 40
11:19level which right now is low probability
11:21but all of a sudden will become a
11:22absolute possibility if Jimmy's above 40
11:25at time of expiration Brokers SL market
11:27makers rushing to find Millions upon
11:28millions of on millions of shares is
11:30likely going to cause a massive Drive of
11:32the price and a self-fulfilling prophecy
11:34as other people start talking about the
11:36fact that that's what's going on and
11:37that's my take on the gme situation and
11:38the current Catalyst on that what are

12:54NASDAQ it also completed the option sale
12:56of the nutmeg Mountain project that they
12:58have for paid equity consideration and
13:00contingent payments totaling 14x what it
13:02initially paid based on share prices at
