01:24stock today is Mara Mara lovely Mara now
01:26Mara has long been our highest
01:28conviction crypto Miner and she's been
01:29following an uptrending Channel
01:31trajectory for over a month now and this
01:33is incredibly relevant because she still
01:35has far to climb to fill in the Gap to
01:37her most recent cycle Highs at
01:39$349 at the same time as she rallies it
01:42puts pressure on her substantial short
01:44interest according to fintel short
01:46interest is at just under 22% and if you
01:48go back to her most recent earnings
01:49report she's certainly earning
01:50conviction right now a few highlights
01:52her energized hash rate increased 142%
01:55to 27.8 xah hases per second and Mara
01:58increased her year end Target to about
02:0050 by the end of the year so that's a
02:01substantial scaling up in terms of
02:03Bitcoin production she produced a 28%
02:05increase from q1 of 2023 and I think
02:08that was a little bit under balding it
02:09because they had some issues with their
02:10overall infrastructure that had to do
02:12with weather and so on and so forth
02:14nonetheless revenues increased 223% net
02:17income increased 223% adjusted ebah
02:20increased 266 per. and with the scaling
02:22up of the hash rate you should continue
02:24to see these numbers scale up as well
02:26but what about Bitcoin the coin have bit
02:27Charlie Charlie toe well bitcoin's
02:29uptrend has return and we're floting
02:30just under all-time highs alltime Highs
02:32are at 73,8 35 bucks and that was
02:35reached in mid-march I expect we plow
02:37through those within the next two weeks
02:39why is that well because historically
02:41that's what's happened after having you
02:43get rallies into having and then maybe
02:45you get a slight dip after having but
02:47then you tend to see Bitcoin continue to
02:49pump in the aftermath and we've been
02:51prepping you for this since December if
02:53historical patterns repeat Bitcoin could
02:54easily pump to 90k or 100K before its
02:57next large correction which would have
02:59the impact of driving Mara up to her own
03:01new records before said correction now
03:03sometimes I'll read comments from folks
03:04that are like Charlie how can you talk
03:06about Mara when she's at a new all-time
03:07high how can you talk about Mara when
03:09she's falling doesn't that mean that
03:10you're recommending people to look at
03:12Mara when she's already way too pricey
03:14or when she's a falling knife well folks
03:15you got to remember we all know that
03:16Mara teases she squeezes she teases she
03:18squeezes she goes like this right and
03:20that means she's an excellent excellent
03:21trading opportunity so here on the
03:23channel when we're talking about Mara
03:25we're talking about her because we have
03:26conviction in the long-term Trend so
03:28there's two different ways you can play
03:29Mar you can either play her at really
03:31cheap prices and then just ride the
03:33long-term Trend or you can ride the up
03:34and down fluctuations the game with Mar
03:36is simply Discerning whether you want to
03:38get her at a good deal or whether you
03:39want to get her when momentum is brewing
03:41right now is one of those times where we
03:42have Mara trading at around middle of
03:44the ground pricing for the last 180 days
03:46but she's also Brewing momentum at some
03:48of the most consistent and healthy Paces
03:49we've seen all year and at the same time
03:51the underlying thesis for Bitcoin going
03:53to new all-time highs is stronger and
03:55more relevant now than ever Mara in my
03:56view is a top stock right now she's an
03:58excellent buyer right now if you are
04:00somebody that is a momentum Trader if
04:01you're somebody that's a little bit more
04:02on the Buy and Hold side sure a week or
04:04two ago would have been better we made
04:06videos on Mara back then saying that she
04:08was great but now is still an excellent
04:10time to buy her as a momentum Trader
04:12somebody that wants to ride to
04:13potentially new cycle highs and of
04:15course to have risk management if she
04:16poops out for whatever reason okay
04:18number two GameStop gme so gme went
04:21parabolic last week after prominent meme
04:23figure roaring Kitty started tweeting
04:24memes and then towards the end of the
04:26week it dumpy to Beed out erasing a
04:28large portion of its original rally now
04:30there are a few clear causes of this
04:32dumpy dump dump firstly the original
04:34rally got dumped on huge in the
04:35pre-market of the 15th which we
04:36discussed was a great time for shorts to
04:38damper the momentum because you don't
04:40have Holts in the pre-market and that's
04:41exactly what happened they dampered the
04:43momentum just a couple days into trading
04:45the uptrend was halted but the downtrend
04:47not halted that's what's so smart about
04:49dumping in the pre-market but then
04:51shorts got further emboldened later on
04:53when G decided to enter into an
04:54agreement to sell up to 45 million
04:56shares which essentially means they can
04:58dub huge amounts of shares at any times
05:00to press in any future movements and you
05:02just find out about it a little bit
05:03later after they've already done it now
05:05as of this moment it's unclear if when
05:07and how much they are planning to dump
05:09however the irony is that just before
05:11the offering I made a video criticizing
05:13AMC for doing more offerings than gme
05:15has and coincidentally gme finally
05:16decided to join the dilution game itself
05:19I'm pretty sure that dilution is going
05:20to lead me to an early grave but
05:21nonetheless it's still not an apples to
05:23Apple's comparison gme has about 305
05:26million shares outstanding and this
05:27offering is for up to 45 million shares
05:30if they dump everything that's around 14
05:31to 15% dilution AMC on the other hand
05:351,250 dilution over the last 5 years and
05:38if you look at the float in the
05:40beginning of the overall meme trade for
05:43AMC and what it is now I mean it's been
05:45a substantial substantial increase and
05:47AMC still has been able to pick up some
05:49steam regardless of all this dumping so
05:51gme situation is much much much much
05:54much more conservative and much much
05:56more likely to short squeeze still so
05:59again this idea that gme has been
06:00derailed by this offering or this
06:03ability to offer is just not the case
06:05even with this new filing I mean still
06:07gme has been very very conservative over
06:09time with dilution and no way is this
06:11enough to kill a squeeze the only
06:13question is whether or not this is
06:15enough to psychologically kill a squeeze
06:17and kill new retail Traders enthusiasm
06:19and quite frankly I mean the courts are
06:20still out on that but in order to
06:22understand the reinvigoration of
06:23enthusiasm for GM stock you got to go
06:25back to roran Kitty's tweets and roor
06:26and kitty of course really brought in
06:28the volume to this trade with his tweets
06:30but now he's gone silent and as of the
06:31time of recording this video he hasn't
06:33posted since May 17th now why exactly
06:35has royan Kitty gone silent well there's
06:37a few different ways to look at this
06:38there's one Insidious way which is to
06:40say that perhaps he was looking for exit
06:42liquidity for his gme shares in tweeting
06:44videos was a lowrisk way of getting
06:45people excited about the stock similar
06:47to how musk tweets positive things about
06:49Tesla before his Insider sales but
06:51another reason and one that I'm going to
06:52give him the benefit of the doubt on is
06:54perhaps this was just a first round and
06:56he'll be bringing attention to it again
06:58maybe in a week or two he'll be back and
07:00actually giving explanations for why gme
07:01is a relevant setup again if he goes on
07:03a few media channels and explains his
07:05new thesis or he just posts a simple
07:06YouTube video like he used to do well
07:08that could cause a whole new round of
07:10resurgence back into the stock with
07:11people that look at that previous
07:12Resurgence from last week and say hm
07:14even at these prices if it just goes
07:16back to where it was last week at he
07:18that's a lot of mulot to be made that
07:19said I don't think a second round of
07:20random meme videos is going to be enough
07:22to really Drive interest back into the
07:23stock because you already saw that
07:25interest pooping out day after day after
07:27day the original novelty pop after
07:29couple years of no tweets was huge but
07:31then all of a sudden people kind of got
07:32used to millions of tweets from him but
07:34the thing is that this is way more than
07:35roaring Kitty now because roaring Kitty
07:38woke up a sleeping giant and now the
07:40rest of the market is once again focused
07:42in paying attention to what happens to
07:44gme and gme is in a r situation where
07:46probably for the next week or two lots
07:48of eyes are going to be on it and lots
07:50of eyes are going to be waiting for the
07:51next rally and once it gets just a
07:52little bit of a pickup you're going to
07:54see a lot of people start pouring in
07:55again the squeeze setup is hot as hell
07:57if that happens and with everyday new
07:59look like for example RFK Jr tweeting
08:02awareness about the stock well all of a
08:04sudden you're going to get more and more
08:04people interested here okay number three
08:06FF ffi is another stock that is cooling
08:08down from its huge squeeze rally of last
08:10week ffie is Faraday future intelligent
08:13electric and it's basically a startup EV
08:15company based out of California for
08:16context we originally briefed on the
08:18stock for zip you members at 58 cents a
08:20share last week and it ran about 572
08:23briefing price to highs now of course
08:25we're in a hot privileged Market
08:27condition where we have huge huge
08:28squeezes and that doesn't happen all the
08:29time so you got to understand that I'm a
08:31big believer in the idea that it's very
08:32important to check your Market privilege
08:34a lot of people walk around bragging
08:36that they're making all this money but
08:37they don't realize that a lot of that
08:38money is coming from their Market
08:39privilege but virtue signaling aside
08:41here's the thing ffi was a super hot
08:43short squeeze stock and usually short
08:45squeeze stocks don't just have a week of
08:47uptrending and then a dump that kills
08:49the stock forever usually there's a
08:50first wave that starts driving awareness
08:52then there's a second Resurgence wave
08:54and then you get the final biggest wave
08:57which is the ultimate squeezer with FF
08:59IE I believe we got one or two waves
09:01left so that means that right now as we
09:02are continuing to dump quite
09:04substantially from cycle Highs at
09:06$3.90 it's time to start really really
09:08watching closely for a bottoming out my
09:11guess is this stock bottoms out at
09:12around that support of 70 cents and then
09:14proceeds to hold there before bouncing
09:16and starting the next wave to the higher
09:17high could I be wrong certainly but as
09:19Traders we must use historical
09:21precedence to help us predict future
09:23Trends and then use risk management to
09:24guard against the errors in that
09:26strategy now there is one Catalyst for
09:28the stock that I believe almost
09:30guarantees that the stock remains
09:32relevant and that is its coming earnings
09:34report coming on May 28th now as a penny
09:36stock in a really really high barrier to
09:38entry and capital expenditure heavy
09:40field while the earnings should just be
09:42awful but the leadup to earnings
09:43provides ample opportunity for spect
09:45traders to trade off the anticipated
09:47heightened coverage and that can drive
09:48volume massively and all you need is
09:50some upward sentiment volume in the
09:51stock and you start seeing the next
09:52round of a squeeze now is this a Buy and
09:54Hold play absolutely not if my worst
09:56enemy said Charlie do you think I should
09:58buy and hold this stock I'd say
09:59absolutely not I am sorry I don't like
10:01you but dude you shouldn't be buying
10:03holding this stock this is a momentum
