00:48technical standpoint but the
00:49fundamentals behind the company are
00:50backing a bigger move but why Charlie
00:53why well they just reported earnings and
00:55those earnings revealed a lot
00:56specifically you want to pay attention
00:58to subscription demand that demand is
01:00quite hot from the CEO quote our first
01:02quarter sets the tone for 2024 as
01:04another year of strong growth for
01:06soundtown voice AI is fast becoming a
01:08must-have tool for customer service and
01:10that's reflected in the demand we're

01:253583 million in q1 of 2024 that is
01:28nearly a 10x keep in mind that the
01:29numbers that you're seeing on this table

01:32any other company that reported a 10x in
01:34subscriptions in the last year no and
01:37this has been accomplished through
01:38investment in the business model R&D
01:41strategic Acquisitions and overall good
01:43management and marketing and quite

01:46subscriptions go up it usually takes a
01:48little bit of time to fully onboard
01:49customers which means that you might
01:51start seeing that subscription Revenue
01:52go up a lot more in the coming quarters

01:57to the same quarter last year revenues
01:58jumped from 6.7 million to
02:0011594 million so no small chickens at
02:03all no small chickens buck buck a 73%
02:06increase quote communative subscriptions
02:08and bookings backlog customer metric was
02:10$682 million and grew by Approximately
02:1380% year-over-year so proof of concept
02:15is certainly here now let's go ahead and
02:17talk about the Catalyst that will likely
02:19continue to drive results here so take a
02:21look at this acquisition of sync 3 that
02:23was completed in q1 a lot of people are
02:25overlooking this but sync 3 is a big
02:27stinking deal from their press release

02:32restaurants significantly extending its
02:35Market reach by an order of magnitude to
02:37over 10,000 sign locations and
02:38accelerating the deployment of Leading
02:40Edge generative AI capabilities to the
02:42industry sync 3 will add large brand
02:45spanning drive-through fast casual
02:47casual segments and convenient stores to
02:49sound hound fast growing customer base
02:51bringing the total to more than 25
02:52National and Multinational chains so
02:55when you're going and you're adding
02:5610,000 sign locations that's a really
02:58really big boost to to your overall
03:00numbers and a really really good
03:01indication that in the coming quarters
03:03you might start seeing those Revenue
03:04numbers and eventually the profitability
03:06start going this means that soundtown is
03:08becoming a force to be reckoned with
03:10we've been talking about soundtown for a
03:11couple of years we covered it really
03:13really in depth once it was revealed
03:14that Nvidia had a stake in it why do
03:16they have a stake in it well because
03:17they believe that it's a NextGen AI
03:19company and one that's going to benefit
03:21from the overall wave presumably
03:23downtown also partnered with Nvidia to
03:24deliver in vehicle voice enable
03:26generative AI responses that don't
03:27require connectivity with large Lang
03:30models running on Nvidia drive now let's
03:32go ahead and talk about the bad of
03:33soundtown soundtown as of right now
03:35where it stands is in the offense stage
03:37it's in the process of building building
03:38building and when you're building
03:39something that costus a lot of Moola so
03:41right now sound toown is still in a
03:42situation where it continues to lose
03:43money but I'm not concerned about that
03:45for two reasons number one all companies
03:47have to invest into themselves in order
03:49to grow and buying them during the
03:50high-risk investment stage is when you
03:52still have all of the upward potential
03:54ahead of you and the second reason I'm
03:56not concerned is because this is a trait
03:57we don't even need sound to succeed in
03:59the long run we just need it to succeed
04:02enough for the market to beted on it
04:03succeeding even further and the stock
04:05price to go absolutely parabolic again
04:07remember this is a trading Channel while
04:09I love a good story what I love even
04:11more is the rest of the market believe

04:51Technologies luminar Technologies Inc is
04:53an American tech company that develops
04:55vision-based liar and machine perception
04:57Technologies primarily for self-driving
04:59cars lar is a key technology that allows
05:01cars to see the streets and everything
05:04that's around them so that they don't
05:05start hitting everybody luminar products
05:07are being integrated into consumer
05:08vehicle programs of major Automotive
05:10Brands like Volvo and Mercedes-Benz
05:12alongside Tech Partnerships with
05:14industry giants like Nvidia and mobile
05:16ey luminar has an interesting
05:17relationship with Tesla as well the musk
05:19of Elon trash talked lar technology back
05:21in 2019 he said ldar is a Fool's errand
05:24anyone relying on lar is doomed doomed
05:26expensive sensors that are unnecessary
05:28but luminar revealed that Tesla in q1
05:30spent millions of dollars on their
05:31sensors and that they were actually
05:32their biggest customer in q1 as well
05:34which I mean in musk's defense it seems
05:36like they're probably using this to test
05:38their Teslas or to compare it to their
05:39own autonomous driving or with something
05:41with the Tesla robots they don't use
05:43these sensors in their commercial
05:44vehicles but still if they're using it
05:46to test against their own products well
05:48that certainly shows some proof of
05:49concept of the value of lasers luminar
05:52technology and overall I mean liar is a
05:54business that is expected to explode in
05:56the coming years and is in the process
05:58of exploding right now and on top of
05:59that that lazr just got a $9 price
06:02Target at City Group which is a
06:04substantial increase from the $1.71
06:06trading price it's at right now if we
06:08realized that game that would be around
06:09a 400% plus run pretty nice in any case
06:12what's the deal on the chart here what's
06:14the deal Charlie Charlie toe while laser
06:16stock has started picking up pretty
06:17aggressively it its current cycle broke
06:19out past previous cycle highs which
06:21tends to Signal a strengthening attempt
06:22at a trend reversal to the upside this
06:24current selloff in my view has a strong
06:26chance of getting bought up very very
06:28soon and if it does the short squeeze
06:30potential is severe right now we have
06:3226% short interest a little more than a
06:34quarter of the entire float sold short
06:37at the same time the stock is down about
06:3882% in The Last 5 Years you know short
06:41sellers have gotten way way way too
06:43greedy when a stock that was trading at
06:4437 bucks is now trading at two bucks but
06:47they still expect it to be decimated the
06:49problem with short sellers is they're
06:50very very greedy and they never know
06:52when to stop obviously they've done a
06:54great job shorting the stock but at the
06:56same time when you're piling on this
06:58heavy now you have to be betting on a
07:00bankruptcy and this company isn't
07:01heading for bankruptcy this is a company
07:03that analysts expect to head for
07:05profitability in just a couple years and
07:07overall if you look at the balance sheet
07:08you look at the trend you look at their
07:09revenue they are not anywhere near going
07:11out of business so in any case I believe
07:13that the stock has a lot of upside and a
07:15lot of squeeze potential and is at an
07:17inefficient trading price it should be
07:18much higher okay number one Mora ticker
07:20symbol m Marathon digital Holdings this
07:23is a key Bitcoin minor if you follow the
07:25channel you know we love Mara lovely Mar
07:27we've been talking about it for years
07:29through up and downs and she's been one
07:30of the best and most reliable trades I
07:32mean she teases a little bit here and
07:34there and it's a little bit hard to
07:35catch the bottom and the top but at the
07:37same time right now Mar is approaching a
07:39pretty damn clear buy Zone Mar has been
07:41on a stair step uptrend for the last few
07:43weeks and had a leg down late this past
07:45week after earnings and market watch
07:46headlined why Marathon digital stock is
07:49sagging in the face of record earnings
07:51and that's a pretty good rundown of what
07:52happened Mar reported record earnings
07:54really big beats across the board things
07:55that investors would have been shocked
07:57would be coming just a couple of years a
07:59go and now they are reality but but Mara
08:03got decimated why well she beat on all
08:05the bigger picture stuff but the
08:06guidance was fairly cautious Mora also
08:08reported that she struggled with some
08:10failures at their new Texas site which
08:12was just completed in terms of
08:13acquisition in April and that's what
08:15freaked investors out but this shouldn't
08:16change anything you got to know and you
08:18got to note that the company is still
08:20saying that they expect their hash rate
08:22to ramp up to 50 exes per second by the
08:24end of the year which would be an insane
08:26win in something that makes Mora a noons
08:29buy at today's prices so anyways what is
08:31the evidence that Mara deserves a dip
08:33buy right now well Mara surprised on
08:35earnings per share by
08:3651.6% 51.6% that's a substantial beat
08:40you read the line forline results Mar's
08:42energized hash rate increased 142% in q1
08:462024 when compared to q1 of 2023 they
08:49produced 2,811 BTC during q1 2024 a 28%
08:54increase from q1 of 2023 revenues
08:56increased 223% to 165.1 million q1 of
09:002024 from 51.1 million in q1 of 2023 net
09:04income increased net income increased
09:06184% adjusted ebal increased 266
09:10combined unrestricted cash and cash
09:11equivalent and Bitcoin increased to 1.6
09:13billion so the best argument I can make
09:15right now for buying Mara on the dip is
09:17that look we're in a dip from an overall
09:19reversal attempt at the same time that
09:22Mara is reporting earnings beats across
09:24the board and the few issues that Mora
09:26was citing concerned about had to do
09:28with some operational challenges like
09:30weather problems and unexpected
09:31equipment failures and such but those
09:33aren't problems anymore so from a
09:34fundamental standpoint if you look at
09:36Mor and isolation makes a lot of sense
09:38to dip by now the other angle that I
09:39want you to consider and we talked a lot
09:41about this in the last more video is the
09:43Bitcoin angle obviously Bitcoin isn't
09:45exactly going parabolic right now but
09:46the overall trend and historical data
09:48with what happens after having suggests
09:50that it soon will suggests that soon we
09:52will head towards new all-time highs and
09:53my take is that Mars downtrend right now
09:55will get bought up and will further be
09:57motivated to be bought up by bitcoin's
