00:00running YouTube channels is not lazy
00:02however there are certain things we can
00:04do to make the process a lot lazier and
00:07the way that you make money on YouTube
00:09is by uploading videos to it once you
00:10get 4,000 hours of watch time and 1,000
00:13subscribers YouTube will put ads on your
00:15videos and you'll get paid every single
00:17time someone sees an ad on your video so
00:20the more views you get the more money
00:22you make but not every type of content
00:24is equivalent in fact some types of
00:26content will actually make more money
00:28and that brings me into our lazy method
00:30number one for making more money on
00:32YouTube which is choosing a high CPM
00:35Niche you see advertisers within certain
00:38topics spend more money than others and
00:40if you choose the niche or the category
00:42of the content on your channel to be
00:44within one of these topics as a result
00:47you will on average make more money per
00:49thousand views and the difference in the
00:51amount of money you can make can
00:52actually be quite drastic and I say this
00:54from experience with running some
00:56YouTube channels that make upwards of
00:57$30 to $50 per thousand views whereas I
01:01have others that only make $1 to $3 per
01:04thousand views so those channels have to
01:06get many millions of views to make any
01:08sizable amount of money whereas my
01:10channels with very high cpms can get a
01:12comparatively much smaller amount of
01:14views but still potentially make a great
01:16amount of money for some even more than
01:18a full-time income for most people now
01:20at this point you might be saying Matt
01:22what topics are higher CPM than others
01:24well these can include topics like
01:26Finance make money online Health
01:28investing technology travel legal
01:31Insurance makeup real estate marketing
01:34cars and movies and think about it most
01:37of the ads that you've probably seen on
01:38YouTube are within one of these
01:40categories and that's because the lon
01:42share of the ad Revenue that's being
01:44spent on YouTube is Within These
01:46categories so if you have keywords on
01:48your videos relating to these topics as
01:50long as your videos are actually about
01:52these topics you will get a much higher
01:54CPM on average at least that's been the
01:56case for me and you might already even
01:58have a channel but you could just make a
02:00few videos on some of these topics and
02:02somehow relate it to the current Channel
02:04you have for example let's say you have
02:05a top 10 Channel and you decide to make
02:07a video about the top 10 richest people
02:09and you put keywords like money and
02:10finance within the video and you
02:12actually talk about those subjects
02:13within your video you will on average
02:15get a much higher CPM rather than just
02:18entertainment top 10 videos lazy method
02:20number two for making money online using
02:22YouTube is hiring other people to make
02:25the videos for you if you don't know me
02:27my name is MTAR and I run over a dozen
02:29different YouTube channels and there's
02:31no way in the world that I'd be able to
02:32do this if I was the one sitting down
02:34and making all the videos for each of
02:37those channels myself I just wouldn't
02:39have the time but the way that I'm able
02:41to accomplish this is by hiring people
02:42for very cheap off of places like
02:44upwork.com and the money that I spend on
02:47these people I treat as an investment
02:49because I know that these videos that
02:50I'm creating are essentially seeds that
02:52I'm planting that will come to harvest
02:54for me later so every time I spend money
02:57Outsourcing the work I'm saving
02:59incredible amounts of time while also
03:01giving other people jobs and
03:03entertaining and educating people with
03:05my YouTube channels and if you're just
03:07starting off you don't need to
03:08necessarily Outsource the entirety of
03:10your content creation process especially
03:12if you're the on-screen talent for your
03:14YouTube channel you might be the one
03:16getting in front of a camera like I do
03:18for this channel right here but there
03:19might be aspects of what you're doing
03:21that you can Outsource for example
03:23Outsourcing the video editing could save
03:24you incredible amounts of time but only
03:27Outsource if you can afford to do it and
03:29afford to lose that money because even
03:32though it is an investment you need to
03:34make sure that you're smart in investing
03:35in video topics that are actually going
03:37to get a lot of views and that are
03:38actually going to perform well lazy
03:40method number three for making money
03:42online using YouTube is using chat GPT
03:45to help you write your scripts you're
03:46probably familiar with chat PT if you're
03:48watching this video you're probably kind
03:49of business-minded and you've heard
03:50about this popping up in the news quite
03:52a bit but if you head on over to chat
03:53GPT you can literally ask it write me a
03:562,000w article about a certain subject
03:58and it will write you a pretty darn good
04:00article that you could potentially use
04:02as a YouTube script now chat GPT is
04:05completely free for their gpt3 model and
04:07it's incredibly good but I do always
04:10recommend going through any scripts that
04:12you have written by any AI tools that
04:13you use and ensuring that they make
04:15sense and they give value to the end
04:18viewer you don't just want to generate a
04:19bunch of content that doesn't make sense
04:21make sure you go through everything with
04:22a fine tooth comb and rewrite any
04:24sections that don't make sense and then
04:26also you can feel free to add any other
04:29sections to the script to add even
04:30additional value interjecting your own
04:33personal experiences stories and
04:34anything like that anytime you can do
04:36that that's an added benefit because
04:37it's going to give more value to the end
04:39viewer YouTube will see that you're
04:40keeping people on your videos longer and
04:42they'll push your videos out to a bigger
04:44and bigger audience as a result because
04:46at the end of the day the algorithm is
04:48just a reflection of the people and any
04:50keyword tactics we do or anything like
04:52that is mostly going to help in the
04:53beginning of our Channel when YouTube is
04:55figuring out what our content is about
04:57but we want to make sure that our
05:00good but feel free to play around with
05:02chat GPT have it help you generate some
05:04scripts maybe even some ideas for videos
05:06as well and it can really help you
05:07especially if you have some writers
05:08block and writing a script or if you're
05:10hiring people it could help you
05:11potentially save on the cost of that and
05:13it'll definitely make your whole YouTube
05:15content creation process a lot lazier
05:17also feel free to run your scripts
05:19through a website called copyscape tocom
05:21helps ensure that everything is
05:22copyright free our next lazy method for
05:24making money online using YouTube is to
05:26not show your face and run completely
05:29faceless YouTube channels these are
05:31channels just like brainy do right here
05:33which gets millions of views per month
05:35they never even show their face all of
05:37their content is literally just stock
05:38footage that you could find on websites
05:40like pixabay or pexels.com with a voice
05:43over on top of the video and the reason
05:45this works is because the main focus of
05:48their videos is on what's being said in
05:50the video and the information that's
05:52getting out to the end viewer so you
05:55could potentially create a channel just
05:56like brainy do in a variety of different
05:58niches I have videos on my channel where
06:00I go over the top 30 niches in my
06:02opinion for making money on YouTube
06:03without showing your face I show you
06:05tons of example channels how they're
06:06generating videos and everything I'll
06:08try to link up to that video right here
06:09but this is actually how I got my start
06:11with making money online and that is by
06:13running these faceless YouTube channels
06:15this is how I made more money than all
06:17my friends when I was a broke teenager
06:18and by the time I graduated high school
06:20I'm making more money than my parents
06:21and I've never had to go to college as a
06:23result now not everybody who starts a
06:25faceless channel is going to have these
06:26same results obviously but I always like
06:29to share my story if I can because it
06:31might motivate that one person out there
06:32who's going to change their life as a
06:34result of watching this video and you
06:36know it's a pretty big hassle to get in
06:38front of a camera like I'm doing right
06:39here you have to buy expensive camera
06:41gear audio equipment get the right
06:42lighting it takes a lot of practice to
06:44even be able to speak to a camera in
06:46some instances at least that was the
06:47case for me I know some people are more
06:49Naturals at it I recorded dozens of
06:51videos before I ever uploaded one that
06:53is the opposite of lazy this video is
06:55about how to make your YouTube Journey
06:56easier and lazier and a great way to
06:59potenti do that is to never even show
07:01your face even just in the beginning of
07:03your channel for example with this
07:04channel you're watching make money map
07:06in the beginning of my channel I never
07:07even showed my face I just did screen
07:09recordings on this very channel right
07:11here and I got to the point of making
07:13$27,000 per month from this channel
07:15alone without even showing my face so
07:18that's a fantastic way to make your
07:19YouTube Journey a little bit lazier and
07:21I've got tons of videos on my channel
07:23basically focused about how to make
07:24money on YouTube without showing your
07:26face so feel free to check those out and
07:27I'll leave a link to my absolute best

07:30our next lazy method is using 11 labs
07:33for your voiceover so when you're
07:34starting out with the channel maybe you
07:36don't even want to use your own voice or
07:38you don't want to have to go Fork over
07:39money to hire somebody else to do the
07:41voiceovers for you if that's the case
07:43you could potentially use AI tools which
07:45are getting incredibly good at doing
07:48voiceovers nowadays and in my opinion
07:50the best that I found is called 11 Labs
07:53I'm not affiliated with them whatsoever
07:54I've had a lot of my students share
07:56their successes using voices from here
07:58and it's free for a certain number of
07:59words but after that you do have to pay
08:01some money if you make more videos but
08:03it could be a fantastic way to make your
08:04YouTube Journey a little bit lazier and
08:06a little bit easier in the beginning and
08:08there's probably been some YouTube
08:09channels that you may have even watched
08:11that use some of these voices because I
08:12see them all the time getting millions
08:14of views and I'm like hey that's that
08:15voice from 11 Labs our next lazy method
08:17is implementing High payout partner
08:20products the reason this will make your
08:22YouTube Journey lazier is because you
08:24won't have to get as many views yet you
08:25can still make a lot more money in fact
08:28I've made more money from channels that
08:30have less than a tenth of the
08:32subscribers as some of my bigger
08:33channels by implementing this very
08:35secret right here so what is a high
08:37payout partner product well it's
08:39essentially a product that you can find
08:41to advertise on your channel as an
08:43affiliate and they'll give you a cut of
08:45the revenue for every single sale that
08:47you refer to them and all you have to do
08:49is just put the link in the description
08:51of your YouTube videos as a practical
08:53example of this I have my YouTube course
08:55in community called tube Mastery
08:56monetization we put that up on a website
08:58called the dig store4 affiliate
09:01Marketplace and people can sign up
09:03anybody to go ahead and promote that
09:04product whether they're doing YouTube
09:06videos running Instagram accounts
09:07whatever they can promote that product
09:09to different audiences out there and
09:10every sale that they refer we give them
09:1250% of each sale and if the course costs
09:14$1,000 they get $500 of each sale
09:16literally get 20 sales per month boom
09:18you're making $10,000 per month now not
09:20everybody makes $10,000 per month
09:22promoting my product or anybody else's
09:24product out there but that being said we
09:26have paid out over $600,000 to a
09:29Affiliates that are out there promoting
09:30my program in tons of different places
09:32you don't just have to promote mine
09:34though there's tons of different
09:35products that are out there for you to
09:36promote on places like digistore 24
09:38ClickBank and other places but the key
09:40with doing this is to choose a high
09:42payout partner product because that's
09:44going to allow you to make this a lot
09:46lazier because you only have to get a
09:48couple of sales then you want to make
09:49sure it's paying you out a high amount
09:51per every single sale that you get that
09:53will help you make it a lot lazier and
09:55it's also very lazy in the sense you
09:56don't have to go ahead and create an
09:58entire digital product to fulfill on and
10:01deal with the customer support and all
10:02the stuff that goes along with that you
10:04can simply partner with someone who's
10:05done all the hard work for you our next
10:07lazy way of making money online using
10:09YouTube is to sell a digital product
10:11these can be things like guides ebooks
10:13or even your own online course it might
10:15P say Matt isn't not a lot of work to
10:16create an online course and all that
10:18stuff that goes into it it is in the
10:20beginning but after you do the work once
10:22then it becomes incredibly lazy and I
10:25say that because I have not worked more
10:26than a couple hours in the past few days
10:28while I've been traveling around to
10:29different countries and I've been
10:30consistently making thousands of dollars
10:32per day from the digital products that I
10:34sell mainly my YouTube course tube
10:36Mastery and monetization so if you're
10:38willing to go out there do the work once
10:40create a great product that you can
10:41fulfill on to people who potentially buy
10:43it whether it be a guide and you can
10:44find tons of great ideas for guides by
10:46the way on a website called gumroad.com
10:49or if it's an online course and you have
10:51some knowledge that you can help other
10:52people with this could potentially be a
10:54great idea for you our next way to make
10:56your YouTube Journey a little bit lazier
10:57is by using a website called descript
11:00descript essentially allows you to
11:01upload your video files or audio files
11:03to it and then it'll create an automatic
11:05transcript of everything you said in the
11:07video and you can simply highlight text
11:08delete it and that will clip out that
11:10section of the video so you can
11:12essentially edit your videos from text
11:14so when you record any video whether it
11:16be a voice over or me even just
11:18recording this video right here I've
11:19made a lot of mistakes recording this
11:21video but my editors are going to go in
11:23there and they're going to clip out all
11:24of those mistakes and make me sound
11:26really smart in reality I'm not this
11:28smart I make mistakes and I'm human but
11:30you can use AI tools like dript to do
11:32that hard work for you without having to
11:34pay hundreds of dollars to video editors
11:36and I've heard of ton of great things
11:38within my student community of people
11:39using dript and highly recommending it
11:41and I'm not affiliated with them in any
11:43shape or way our next laziest way of
11:45making money online using YouTube is to
11:47use a website called pictory or flicky
11:50both of these websites essentially allow
11:52you to upload either a voiceover or a
11:53script and then it will create a video
11:56based off of stock footage that
11:58corresponds with with what's being said
12:00in your voice over or script and it'll
12:01basically make the whole video for you
12:03and put text on your video for you so
12:05you can basically create videos in
12:07seconds using either of these software
12:08here now this is only relevant if you're
12:10creating stock footage based content
12:12like that channel I mentioned earlier
12:13called brainos does if you're making
12:15that type of content this can definitely
12:16streamline things and make it a lot more
12:18lazy for you our next laziest way is
12:20using AI software for your thumbnails
12:23tons of channels online do this nowadays
12:25for example the channel thy 2 I believe
12:27does this on a lot of his thumbnail I
12:29believe he uses AI generating tools like
12:31mid Journey For example to create these
12:33thumbnails so you can look into tools
12:35just like that to help you create your
12:37thumbnails if you need something unique
12:38you can also look at tools like canva
12:40that gives you tons of different YouTube
12:42thumbnail templates that you can go
12:43ahead and potentially use for your
12:45videos save yourself a lot of time make
12:47it a lot more lazy for you so in my
12:49opinion sometimes being lazy is not
12:51necessarily A Bad Thing even though
12:52there's a lot of negative connotations
12:54with being lazy the way I'm defining
12:56lazy in this video or any of the videos
12:58in my channel is just that it's going to
13:00save you time in the long run and
13:02anytime you can do smart work over hard
13:04work that's a path I highly recommend
13:06taking if I was just doing hard work and
13:08hard labor there's no way I would have
13:10been a multi-millionaire in my early 20s
13:12it was by working on the right High
13:14leverage activities now I got very lucky
13:16finding out about running faceless
13:18YouTube channels at such a young age
13:20because that's such a high leverage
13:21activity where you upload the videos
13:22once and they live forever back at that
13:24time I didn't even realize that I was
13:26just a stupid kid I was creating YouTube
13:28videos I saw saw other people doing it
13:30figured I'd try it myself I didn't want
13:31to go to college and work a traditional
13:33job and go down the road that most
13:34people do within their lives so I was
13:35willing to try anything and I just
13:37happen to come across faceless YouTube
13:39channels which completely transformed my
13:41life and they've transformed the lives
13:42of many of my students as well and if
