00:14most importantly products and today
00:17we're going to make a tourist about them
00:19we will be ranking them from E2 to astir
00:22using this trusted list
00:24we will only consider using side perks
00:26on the death sentence one down
00:27difficulty only played in loud nothing
00:30else just pure descendants loud stuff
00:32enjoy warning this video shares an

00:37some stuff said that you might disagree

00:49however there's one problem with it

00:55actually pretty damn good there are two
00:57types of cruise ship players the just

01:07prank attack making a lot of people
01:09think it's bad because it's old and
01:11simple but don't be fooled my young
01:13children the perk gives the team Some
01:15solid boosts like stamina Health armor
01:17and some other stuff
01:19furthermore you can grab converts and
01:21hostages to make cruise ship even
01:22tankier I mean you can tank 4 heavy seal
01:25shots to the face with acid TV and the
01:27choco and be fine with it can you do
01:37but we should look at that
01:39hello the only annoying thing is that
01:42team Health boost it makes getting a
01:44good Berserker effect pretty tough
01:46sometimes for the other crewmates not to
01:48mention the health boost is kinda
01:49pointless on Berserker setups anyway but
01:57have you ever wanted to be an 800 pound
02:01well now you can with the big fat juicy
02:03thick muscular perk attack I don't know
02:06why I went into detail so hard here the
02:08pro gives you a lot more Health which is
02:10good it also gives you some health
02:12regeneration which isn't as good it's
02:17sure it works but from my experience
02:19you're much better off combining Moscow
02:21with monster taker to be effective but
02:23the perk also has the Panic effect any
02:25firearm of yours has the ability to
02:27spread panic among your enemies
02:30this effect is pretty good but nothing
02:38armor is a product that focuses on Armor
02:43now the perk gives you some more armor
02:45and faster armor recovery time which
02:47sometimes doesn't even mean anything
02:48because you are being almost suppressed
02:51seriously what is this mechanic
02:54almost also wanted to do perks that for
02:56two second guard mode let me explain
02:57what that means for every 15 seconds
02:59whenever your Armor gets broken you get
03:01a 2 second frame of pure invincibility
03:06you know kind of like that funny guy in
03:08your lobby with p3d hack in his name hmm
03:11this 2 second god mode is pretty useful
03:13to go out in the open field to grab some
03:15ammo real quick or to get certain
03:16objectives done it's actually much
03:18better than you might think

03:302025. let's start with the skills shall
03:32we starting in Mastermind we're gonna
03:34grab Quick Fix Ace combined with magic
03:35bags to grab Inspire Ace this is the
03:38best way to build this subtree this is
03:40pure fact we're also gonna grab various
03:42other stuff for the sake of wasting
03:44skill points okay now that we made the
03:46build we will be grabbing the meta perk
03:48which is oh boy it's Rogue no idea where
03:52to start with this one Rogue is often
03:54put as the best Dodge Park deck out
03:55there but that just isn't the case
03:57anymore there are much better picks as
03:59of nowadays it's just that this perk
04:02used to be the matter back in like what
04:042016. you see Rogue gives you a big
04:06amount of Dodge chance it's not the most
04:08that you can get but it's pretty good
04:10and that's about it really said perk
04:13doesn't really give that much more stuff
04:14except for like faster weapon speed
04:17there are such better picks nowadays in
04:20terms of Dodge perks that give so much
04:22more stuff I think Rogue is a pretty
04:24good mid-tier perk deck not great not
04:32are you bored of using armor what are
04:34you tired trying to dodge some bullets
04:36that you end up tanking anyway
04:38do you want a good mixture between them
04:40then fear not crook is for you
04:44now on paper this idea does sound pretty
04:46good you get both Dodge and armor at the
04:48same time but it really isn't that good
04:51it's kind of like using a stealth loud
04:53hybrid build it's just bad I think Crow
04:57performs the best by using this
05:00they have a ballistic vest and having
05:02various skills to be able to tank one
05:04heavy zero shot without losing armor
05:05we're still having some Dodge chance but
05:08quite obviously enough you end up using
05:10a lot of skill points for something that
05:11you can already do with a different perk
05:14just without Dodge there are other ways
05:16to play crook with more Dodge but less
05:18armor however that kinda defeats the
05:20point of having extra armor in the first
05:22place because he won't have enough to
05:24tank ahead with your shot thanks to them
05:26being able to do 225 damage per bullet

05:51products in this game I personally
05:53cannot perform any good with it it's a
05:56product that doesn't really do much and
05:57just isn't unique it used to be
05:59interesting and ancient time ago back
06:01when dinosaurs used to roam the planet
06:03black then akimbo weapons were only
06:04available to play when you equip the
06:06Hitman Park deck but nowadays that's
06:08obviously changed and it's no longer a
06:10thing Hitman nowadays gives you faster
06:12armor recovery time and apparently you
06:14will recover armor within one and a half
06:17seconds no matter what the situation you
06:19know when you read this you might think
06:20this is actually true and uh it is
06:24good job over cuddle furthermore Hitman
06:27gives you more ammo for Kimball weapons
06:29you know the same thing you can achieve
06:44this process model is focused for
06:46stealth for example you can answer Pages
06:48faster and back bodies faster you know
06:51the true essential skills for loud DS to
06:53be fair you can pick locks 20 faster as
06:56well and that can be useful for like one
06:58Heist that being a lesser heist where
07:01you are forced to pick like five dwars
07:08but besides that broccol has some Dodge
07:10to it it's not much but it's something
07:12it's essentially the worst Rogue if you
07:15see people using this proc in your lobby
07:17they either have no idea what they're
07:18doing or they are drawing
07:27Jokes Aside this perk is like sociopath
07:30but worse it gives you some damage
07:32reduction which is honestly very cool
07:34because you can't tank when he was
07:35little shot without the armor breaking
07:37besides this you get some damage boost
07:38on your melee attacks your second and
07:41each consecutive male hit will deal more
07:43damage up to maximum of 10 times its
07:45normal damage it's a great excuse to use
07:52you also get some health back with a
07:53melee kill for every 10 seconds
08:01as I just said sociopath is the better
08:03version of infiltrator
08:05you get the same melee boost except this
08:07one has a better health regeneration
08:08because of better cooldowns but you also
08:11get armor regeneration upon an enemy
08:13kill with any weapon
08:14this allows for some nasty armor getting
08:17but it's also perfect another trick up
08:19its Leaf just like muscle it can spread
08:21panic you guessed it among your enemies
08:32as the name implies Gambler improves the
08:34gambling chances to win some fat robots
08:36on the slot machines
08:38well that would be if Gambler would be
08:40any good the perk oddly enough has half
08:43regeneration upon picking up ammo boxes
08:45dropped by the enemies you just killed
08:46it's actually not too bad but also
08:48nothing really insane Gambler can also
08:50give out some extra ammo pickup for the
08:52teammates and also heal them very cool I
08:54guess but what is stopping you from
08:55grabbing a different perk that does the
08:57same but better besides I think
08:59gambler's concept is just weird when
09:01you're low Health you have to go out in
09:03the open field to heat up again it's
09:05that one place where you're not supposed
09:06to be when you are low Health but sure
09:09sometimes that works just fine because
09:11you can get some ammo boxes dropped in
09:12cover but sometimes isn't every time oh
09:15and it's not like you get some sort of
09:17told her sister getting ammo boxes to
09:19achieve Sade thing [Â __Â ] you say it's
09:21Overkill stop committing skill you
09:22shouldn't get those damn boxes
09:26deter hey heisters almir here
09:46nice grinder is like gambler but instead
09:49of picking up ammo boxes from the
09:51enemies that just got murdered grinder
09:53just steals from damaging them instead
09:54this concept is way better and way more
09:57consistent however this only works when
09:59using the 2p suit or light ballistic
10:02probably for the sake of balance which
10:04is weird to say because nowadays we got
10:10but that's about it really grinder just
10:13gives you some more bass health and some
10:14chance to pierce enemy armor but has
10:16anyone even cared about that like ever
10:23Yakuza is one of the perks of all time
10:25it gives you these things it's gonna
10:27make you go really fast fast as [Â __Â ] boy
10:29you get some faster armor recovery time
10:31and uh yeah that that's about it
10:35that's all you got I think it deserves
10:37to be an S2 right next to the
10:38overpowered meta products that are gonna
10:41um Honestly though Yakuza does leave a
10:44lot to be desired while the movement
10:45speed boost is pretty cool for stealth
10:47it's not that interesting for loud
10:49the first ammo recovery time isn't bad
10:52but that alone just doesn't make this
10:54perk any good besides there are the
10:55perks that can already do this but
10:57better so I don't see the point of using
10:59Yakuza not to mention these two effects
11:01only start to work if you have low
11:03Health it's kind of like the Berserker
11:05skill the less Health you have the more
11:06you get out of each effect
11:09eater fast as [Â __Â ] boy
11:13the ex-president perk is very solid it's
11:15kind of like Grinders healing upon
11:16killing enemies but more complex
11:19whenever your armor is up and you gather
11:21some kills you stop some health which is
11:23indicated by this funny little guy here
11:25the more of this circular is present the
11:28more Health we get back upon any ammo
11:30regeneration furthermore you get some
11:32Dodge as well giving you the choice if
11:33you either want to run this perk for a
11:36or for armor instead
11:38very fun and solid perk
11:46Mania can be explained pretty easily
11:47with just three words Maniac is garbage
11:53is not a good perk deck
12:02to make this product hopefully explained
12:03very simple you basically do a lot of
12:05damage on Cops and for that to get some
12:07damage absorption which actually isn't
12:09too bad when you face low tier damage
12:11enemies but uh we are talking about
12:13death sentence here so this pretty much
12:15doesn't matter not to mention if you
12:17want to keep up this damage absorption
12:18you have to keep up with the damage as
12:20well because this effect only lasts for
12:22a short amount of time some of this
12:24damage absorption does apply to your
12:26teammates as well which is great
12:28but like just use crucial instead like
12:30come on just please do it save yourself
12:37energy is truly incredible it's easier
12:39to defend favorite for oh so many
12:40reasons it's the perfect perk deck for
12:43both a beginner and a veteran because of
12:45how fun and uh why do I hear Boss music
13:15with that shown I think you get the
13:17impression that Anarchist is a pretty
13:19good perk and it really is the perk
13:21essentially has a different type of
13:24basically it regenerates a bit of armor
13:26every few seconds depending what armor
13:29you have equipped you either get more or
13:30less armor back within one tick
13:32furthermore you can speed up this armor
13:34regeneration cycle by hitting enemies
13:36and also by using the poster skill it
13:39basically makes energy the armor version
13:40of grinder you also get more armor
13:43overall with the cost of having less
13:44Health making any here's an extremely
13:47good choice for using bersanker and uh
13:49we're still not done here and here's
13:51also has a two second guard mode because
13:52of course it does it's similar to how
13:55Amora has it however this one is a bit
13:57better thanks to its unique armor
13:59regeneration also please remove snipers
14:01I [Â __Â ] hate them please I just no
14:08alright so do you know about that we
14:09already have X-Wing at home meme well it
14:12applies pretty well here with the biker
14:13perk attack essentially it's a mixture
14:16between grindered anahist you get a
14:18small amount of health and armor bag for
14:20any kill that you or your team scored
14:22this is not all that great because this
14:24only applies 4 times per 4 seconds
14:26making this perks sort of inconsistent
14:28when you play in a team while this
14:30product does feel a lot like anahist and
14:32can save your life quite a lot I do
14:34think this perk leaves a lot to be
14:42so remember the two second gobbled I
14:44just mentioned before that Aina Houston
14:45tomorrow has while Kingpin soda has this
14:47as well but on drugs literally
14:50okay so let's rewind a bit
14:52Kingpin is the first practice to
14:54introduce the unique custom perfect
14:56which in this case is the injector
14:59when using it you basically cannot die
15:02but except for green Doses and shotgun
15:09this injector effect has Health
15:10regeneration as well whenever you have
15:12armor up this works extremely well if it
15:14pulls her skill without any armor you
15:16just tank the bullets which obviously
15:18allows you to rush objectives get ammo
15:20boxes or get some neat Lego stats from
15:21killed enemies yo now what's ridiculous
15:25about this is the shot cooldown on this
15:26injector it's only 30 seconds in Fury in
15:29reality it's a lot less since this
15:31cooldown starts as soon as you hit the
15:32injector and also finally kill you
15:34perform while the cooldown is up it will
15:36be reduced for an additional second
15:38very nice keeping also gives you a lot
15:41more bass Health as well which is also
15:43very nice with all of this said Kingpin
15:46is the first Esther in this list
15:52you throw a smoke bomb you stay inside
15:54of a smoke bomb you don't die
15:57Epic sicario is the second perk to
16:00introduce a custom throwable which is
16:03when throwing it you can stand inside of
16:05the smoke bomb for a few seconds and
16:06have a huge amount of Dodge chance
16:08allowing you to complete objectives or
16:10do all kinds of stuff now you won't die
16:12while standing inside of the smoke bomb
16:14but if you are like me you will um
16:23anyways sicario has two other abilities
16:26that are pretty good outside of the
16:28additional 15 Dodge you get with this
16:29perk first any bullet that you end up
16:32tanking will increase your Dodge Chance
16:33by 20 and will increase until you dodge
16:37and after that everything goes back to
16:39normal based Dodge chance this means you
16:41can actually Dodge with the ictv armor
16:44very good and second any bullet that you
16:46dodge will also recover your armor
16:48immediately assuming you just got hit
16:50before from a different bullet even
16:52better essentially this second ability
16:54is what actually keeps you alive during
16:56a smoke bomb otherwise you would
16:58probably die to armor suppression
17:04stock is one of the perks of all time
17:06you take a 700 damage hit from a shotgun
17:08those are at point-blank range take a
17:10sip from that sweet whiskey bottle and
17:14strike is another perk that has a custom
17:16throwable and it's quite simple actually
17:17first of all the pack converts all of
17:19your armor into health
17:21then whenever you do get hit by an enemy
17:23that damage is applied over time with a
17:25few ticks depending how much damage you
17:27just took you either choose to get
17:28wasted with your whiskey and heat out
17:30the entire damage over time or just wait
17:33it out that's about it really just make
17:35sure you're uncover whenever you are on
17:37cooldown with your hip flask honestly
17:39this perk is a lot about knowing when or
17:41when you should not use the hip flask
17:43this may not sound too great but trust
17:45me the huge damage reduction that comes
17:47with this perk is absolutely ridiculous
17:54tag team what an incredible product I
17:57honestly wonder why this perk even
17:59exists why does the entire h3h3doc pack
18:02exist I I just don't understand now in a
18:04way tag team basically lets you tag
18:06teammates or even converts for a few
18:08seconds for any kill scored during this
18:10tag from either of the two there will be
18:12some health regeneration
18:14on top of this the time on the tag will
18:16be increased as well you could
18:18essentially keep this effect going
18:19non-stop assuming you would get enough
18:20kills with your attacked body I would
18:23recommend attacking any of his players
18:24or anyone who does a lot of DPS but
18:27regardless this perk isn't all that good
18:28really like just use grinder instead
18:36here's another ridiculously overpowered
18:38hacker you get a high Dodge chance
18:41similar to what Rogue has and you also
18:43got so many more things with this
18:44product that makes it so much better for
18:47example you can stun enemies or
18:48regenerate Health upon kill whenever
18:50you're custom throwable the pocket ECM
18:52is active furthermore you also get an
18:55additional 20 touch upon killing an
18:57enemy during the pocket ECM for 30
18:59seconds now all of this alone is already
19:03but Overkill decided to quote unquote
19:05fix the pocket ECM in up to 229 and make
19:09this line effect way more consistent now
19:11hacker is even more broken and is
19:13probably taking the crown for the best
19:14Proctor in this game the high Dodge
19:16chance combined with the now super
19:18strong stun effect and health
19:20regeneration while also having two
19:22pocket ecms is absolutely nuts I would
19:25almost consider putting hacker into S
19:26Plus tier but I'm going to put it into a
19:33alright do you see this
19:34yeah that's the Kingpin Park deck now
19:37let's make it more cursed
19:41ah yes the leech perk deck all right
19:45where do I start with leech I'm not
19:48quite sure the worker was thinking when
19:49making this prank attack but oh my God
19:51it has so many abilities
19:53um it has a custom trouble called each
19:55ampoule restores 40 Health immediately
19:57upon using say throwable they say was
19:59your armor while the leech ample is
20:01running it divides your health into
20:02smaller segments one bullet equals one
20:05segment removed one bullet with tuna
20:07damage or more gets rid of two segments
20:09killing two enemies will restore one
20:11segment taking damage also heals your
20:13teammates the ample effect lasts 10
20:15seconds if you throw the second cooldown
20:17maximum health is increased by 40 when
20:20you have zero segments left you will
20:22remain in a fan song like phase killing
20:25any enemy reduces the ample cooldown by
20:27one second you can also revive yourself
20:28when using the legion pill just make
20:31sure you either get a magic back or
20:32revive your teammate otherwise you die
20:33killing two enemies while the amplify
20:35this up you also get a 1 second god mode
20:40I think that's everything
20:41honestly it probably would have been
20:43easier to have state the things that
20:46keep it simple combining leech with
20:48Svenson or Messiah find death uh you
20:51basically get a free card to get the
20:53diesel mask no matter how brain that you
20:55play What's even worse is that leech
20:57used to be better on release but
20:59Overkill thankfully nerves a little bit
21:00but it still holds up extremely well if
21:03the other overpowered contacts
21:09copycat is the latest perk we got by the
21:11time of making this video as the name
21:13probably implies you can essentially
21:15copy other protect cards that are
21:17pre-selected already so that you cannot
21:19make ridiculously overpowered builds for
21:21example you can copy kingpin's injector
21:23card or if you want you could choose the
21:25elusive card from Rogue which does
21:27basically nothing in comparison some
21:29other cards of CopyCat lets you choose
21:31stuff like more Health more armor and so
21:33on essentially you can make a huge
21:36amount of completely different builds
21:37with this perk it's not as our power as
21:39you might think it is
21:41see copycat as a product that makes weak
21:43products better but strong perks worse
21:51and there you have it
21:53at your list of every person can pay
21:55their tools I think that would fit you
21:57might disagree with some stuff which is
21:59totally understandable
22:00everyone has a different opinion after
22:02all for example I'm not that satisfied
22:04with Kingpin being an ass tear while
22:06camping is extremely good and definitely
22:08better than in a hissed armor or
22:11khrushive it does feel a bit out of
22:13place seeing it next to stoic or hanker
22:15I was going to make an S Plus 2 for
22:18hacker or leech just so that camping
22:20would fit better but I feel like that's
22:22kind of unnecessary I didn't want this
22:25list spammed with so many tiers so I
22:27kept it to a limit and honestly it's not
22:29all that bad anyways I think I have to
22:32apologize for a lack of uploads I don't
22:34really have an excuse for it I just
22:36wasn't really motivated to make content
22:38within the last few weeks
22:40I actually started this video here
22:41sometime back in like November
22:44so it has been quite a bit not to
22:46mention this video could have been
22:47easily done within like three weeks but
22:49yeah I can't really promise if I'm going
22:51to make more uploads or more videos more
22:53frequently I have lots of video ideas
22:55don't get me wrong it's just that I lose
22:58motivation to work on any video pretty
23:00quickly which sucks total dicks but hey
23:03at least I got this video here finished
