00:49guy was messaging miners now there
00:51wasn't actually any evidence but you
00:53know the doctor didn't really do much to
00:55alleviate his symptoms uh because he
00:57pretty much just said out right look no
01:00no wrongdoing has been acknowledged they
01:02paid me out in full bro now we all know
01:05legal EAS right like you've been around
01:06this channel long enough to know we we

02:49cutting ties with him and they straight
02:51up said uh we assumed his innocence and
02:54began speaking with parties involved and
02:56in order to maintain our principles and
02:57standards as a studio and individuals we
02:59needed to act for this reason we're
03:01terminating our relationship with Guy
03:03beam immediately with these fact while
03:05these facts are difficult to hear and
03:07are even more difficult to accept it is
03:09our duty to act with dignity on behalf
03:11of all individuals involved especially
03:14the 55 developers let's be real
03:16the studio is dead in the water without
03:18the face of the company that their game
03:20is not going to succeed now obviously
03:22this is pretty scary now a lot of people
03:24have asked for proof about these
03:25situations and I agree there should be
03:27proof before we call somebody you know
03:29the word by any stretch of the
03:31imagination obviously but it's kind of
03:34scary when professional relationships
03:35get cut this quickly especially when the
03:38studio you co-founded and you are
03:40basically one of the co-owners of when
03:43they boot you out it's not a good look
03:45okay you know if I had these kind of
03:47allegations and like the companies that
03:49I was a part of decided to OU me and
03:51remove me that would be a pretty bad

03:55disrespect statement here a lot of
03:57people have been left in the dark about
03:58what happened yesterday with Midnight
04:00Society and we made the painful decision
04:02collectively to have me step down so

04:51juicy is were there twitch whisper
04:54messages with an individual back in 2017

05:02just want to take you to it this tweet's

06:29what certification should I get muda can

06:33messages like that and I'll respond back
06:34to any minor in my platform and I'll
06:36tell them stuff like that's a very very
06:39very very key difference that's like
06:41that's not inappropriate at all what is
06:42inappropriate is if you start building
06:44relationships and you start asking them
06:46to meet out with you and you start to
06:47get maybe a little too degenerate so to
06:50speak that is inappropriate there's like
06:53such a binary difference between
06:55appropriate conversations and
06:57inappropriate conversation especially
07:00when it comes to being a minor this guy
07:02is a sack of at least to be
07:04upfront and at least talk about this
07:06stuff so he says nothing more nothing
07:08illegal happened no pictures were shared
07:10thank God no crimes were committed I
07:12never even met the individual again what
07:15were these conversations that lean too
07:17much in the direction of being
07:19inappropriate I wonder I went through a
07:21lengthy arbitration regarding a civil
07:23dispute with twitch and that case was
07:25resolved by a settlement let me be clear
07:28it was not a criminal case against me
07:29and no criminal charges have ever been
07:30brought against me okay but like you you
07:34just admitt it to talking to a minor in
07:36some cases inappropriately and what's
07:39even Wilder too is that at no point does
07:41he even actually say in this entire
07:43mention that I I didn't even know this
07:46person was a minor at the time like it's
07:48insane there's not even a denial in that
07:50front either like this he didn't even
07:52say you know I didn't know this person
07:54was under 18 at the time I was even
07:56messaging them and you think that you
07:58know covering a statement like this

08:02actually true so that's another red flag
08:04here like what in the what now from a
08:07moral standpoint I'll absolutely take

08:11entertained these conversations to begin

11:43to be trusted on any social media
11:45platform whatsoever now last time we
11:47talked about this a day or two ago I
11:49mentioned that this whole situation was
11:51weird because you know this got settled
11:53in court twitch paid out the remainder
11:55of the contract which makes me kind of
11:57wonder if this had happened and twitch
11:59had full understanding of this why not
12:02just outright get involved with the law
12:04enforcement agencies and sure there's a
12:05minor involved and maybe they didn't
12:07want to have the cops and they didn't
12:08want to have this whole like trial and
12:10traumatize a child that absolutely makes
12:13sense the more I think about it but to
12:16understand I really feel like in the
12:18last four years if this was common
12:20knowledge and understanding you know
12:22protecting a victim is one thing but
12:24realistically what twitch did and what
12:27like this whole case did was actually
12:30protect you know in my opinion a bad
12:33person this guy got to be on YouTube and
12:35make millions of dollars and build an
12:37even bigger fan base and interact with
12:39God knows what else right like maybe he
12:40was talking to another person that might
12:42have been a minor we don't know he
12:44admitted to this instance and you know
12:48statistically it it's not always just
12:50the one incident right at least that's
12:52my personal perception I have no uh you
12:54know I I have no proof to say that this
12:56happened more than this one instance but
12:59again I don't trust this guy and I think
13:01like for a lot of these court cases to
13:03be settled I think ultimately they
13:05protected this guy for four years this
13:07guy basically got to operate for four
13:08years until finally these NDA started
13:10drying up and this whole situation just
13:13started getting leaked out now I think
13:15that there's way more down the pipeline
13:17I think by Saturday by Sunday this whole
13:20situation will become one of the biggest
13:22things in media like gaming history but
13:25you know ultimately I have a lot of
13:26questions for twitch I have a lot of
13:28questions for Amazon on if this
13:30situation played out the same way and
13:31this if these inappropriate messages
13:33happened and a minor was exposed how
13:36much guilt Falls onto twitch and
13:37ultimately like there's got to be guilt
13:40that's shared between the platform
13:41holder keeping this silent you know I
13:43wonder why twitch and Discord you know
13:46while they banned him at the time years
13:47ago why this wasn't maybe relay to other
13:51social media Services you know when EDP
13:53got banned it wasn't just a ban off of
13:55YouTube it was a ban on Tik Tok it was a
13:56ban off everything for having these kind
13:58of allegations towards him you know when
14:00Alex Jones got banned pretty much
14:02systemically on every single app within
14:04like a day you know it was because these
14:07guys talk to each other so I'm wondering
14:09why Amazon and twitch I get it ndas gag
14:11orders but if you truly felt that there
14:14was this you know really scary situation
14:17with this guy messaging what appeared to
14:19be a minor an individual minor in a
14:22seemingly inappropriate manner at times
14:24you should have relayed this to other
14:25sites like this is just disgusting
14:27behavior and ultimately I don't think
14:30there's any coming back for somebody
14:31like Dr disrespect I think if you
14:33actually sit down and ride and die for
