00:00all right so I found 15 of the most
00:02profitable business ideas with low
00:05competition and the best thing is most
00:07of these don't require that much money
00:09to start up and they're relatively easy
00:11to get started in general they don't
00:13require you to have a lot of skills so
00:15the first one on the list is going to be
00:17senior proofing because aging is
00:20inevitable but making your living space
00:22senior friendly doesn't have to be a
00:24headache and basically what this
00:25involves is modifying homes to make them
00:28safer for seniors that are living in
00:30them so this could be something like
00:32adding guard rails to a staircase or in
00:35some cases even having an elevator that
00:37takes the seniors up the staircase it
00:40could also include something as simple
00:42as having something that they can hold
00:43on to when they're taking a shower or
00:45making sure that there's not a lot of
00:47things that they might trip on and by
00:49the way the US centenarian population
00:52it's a bit of a mouthful is projected to
00:54quadruple over the next 30 Years that
00:57means there's going to be over four
00:59times as many people that reach the age
01:01of 100 years old over the next 30 Years
01:05so this business is going to be growing
01:07a lot during that time and Senior
01:09proofing projects typically are going to
01:12make between $500 and
01:14$5,000 per project and there are a lot
01:17of projects available so yeah this is a
01:19good one I'm going to go ahead and give
01:20it an 8.5 out of 10 opportunity score
01:23now by the way if you appreciate me and
01:25my team spending literally hundreds of
01:27hours making these types of videos go ah
01:29head and let us know by gently tapping
01:31that like button and let's move on to
01:33the next one on the list which is going
01:34to be baby proofing so this is basically
01:37the opposite of senior proofing but it's
01:39really good money as well and this
01:41basically involves creating a safe
01:43environment for infants and toddlers now
01:46this is actually a $6.2 billion Market
01:49this involves things like making sure
01:51that kids can't get access to the
01:53medicine cabinet or a different cabinet
01:55that might have drain cleaner or
01:57something along those lines in it and
01:59also making sure that babies don't have
02:00access to over 2 in of water because
02:03Unfortunately they can actually drown in
02:05as little as 2 in as well as many many
02:08other things now there's one
02:09multi-million doll a year baby proofing
02:11company and this is baby proofer
02:13plus.com and they've actually baby
02:15proofed 18,000 homes now imagine all the
02:19other homes that they haven't done I
02:21mean there's millions and millions of
02:23homes in the United States they're one
02:25of the biggest companies and they've
02:26only done 18,000 so there is a ton of
02:29opportunity here and typically you can
02:30make between $50 to $100 an hour doing
02:33these types of projects and the cost to
02:35Baby proof a two-bedroom home is usually
02:41$780 initially and there's a lot of
02:43different types of baby proofing such as
02:45adding cabinet locks electrical Hazard
02:48baby proofing as well as bathroom baby
02:50proofing now this one obviously doesn't
02:52require a college degree or previous
02:54experience to get started and yeah this
02:56one is pretty good I'll go ahead and
02:57give it an 8 out of 10 opportunity score
03:00what's up guys so I'm sitting here in
03:01the editing process and I realized that
03:04I actually have a live stream it's
03:06basically going to be like a workshop
03:08it's going to be a zoom Workshop you're
03:09going to be in a call with me and I'm
03:10going to be teaching you how to grow and
03:12monetize YouTube I'm going to be
03:14revealing the five biggest secrets that
03:16I have when it comes to growing and
03:18monetizing YouTube and then on top of
03:20that I'm going to be answering any
03:21questions that you have about starting a
03:23successful YouTube channel so that is
03:25going to be 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday Eastern
03:29Daylight Time because they recently
03:30changed that so it's EDT eastern
03:32daylight time um so make sure you double
03:34check on the time because the time zone
03:36change is going to be happening here
03:37pretty soon so eastern daylight time
03:39Tuesday 8:00 p.m. um definitely check it
03:42out don't want to miss it I'll see you
03:44there next is going to be stump removal
03:47and this is where you remove stumps that
03:49come from trees and you basically are
03:51going to be catering to homeowners
03:53landscapers and property developers and
03:55this is technically a type of
03:57landscaping business although it's
03:59highly specialized and people typically
04:01pay anywhere from $300 to $1,000 to get
04:04a stump removed so yeah this is another
04:06Niche business idea where you can make
04:09real good money with it you can either
04:10do it as a side hustle or you could turn
04:12it into a full-time business I'm going
04:14to go ahead and give this one a 7 out of
04:1610 opportunity score next is going to be
04:18a home energy auditor and basically
04:21they're going to be assessing
04:22residential energy usage for areas of
04:25improvement and efficiency and this
04:27business basically operates in the
04:28energy conser a industry and you can
04:30offer your services independently
04:32collaborate with local utilities or even
04:35partner with a construction company and
04:37not only is this good for the
04:38environment but on top of it you
04:40actually save a bunch of money for the
04:42homeowner or the business owner that
04:44gets the audit conducted and the average
04:46home energy audit cost is about
04:49$425 and then on top of that you'll be
04:52probably installing certain things or at
04:54least referring them to install certain
04:56things from other companies and when you
04:58do that you're likely going to make a
04:59lot of money so this is a really good
05:01one I'll go ahead and give it a 7.5 out
05:04of 10 opportunity score next is going to
05:06be choosing a profitable Niche on
05:09YouTube now a lot of people try to start
05:10YouTube channels but what most people do
05:13is they choose an unprofitable Niche for
05:15instance you might try to start a gaming
05:17channel or a vlog Channel or a Travel
05:20Channel and unfortunately everybody else
05:22wants to start those types of channels
05:24too and it's basically a winner take all
05:26type of Market we only the people at the
05:28very top are making money whereas
05:31there's lots of these little micro
05:32niches on YouTube where you see Channels
05:35with less than 5,000 subscribers that
05:37can make over six figures and that's not
05:39six figures a year that's six figures a
05:42month and it all depends on the type of
05:44Niche that you choose so you want to
05:46make sure that you choose a profitable
05:47YouTube Niche now with this channel for
05:49instance I make over six figures a month
05:51of course this channel is a bit bigger
05:53but you can definitely make a lot more
05:54than I do at a much smaller size if you
05:57choose the right Niche and there are
05:58channels out there there that make over
06:00$3 million a month so YouTube can be
06:03incredibly profitable there's lots of
06:05different extremely profitable niches
06:08and the big thing that you want to make
06:09sure that you're doing is you're solving
06:11real problems for real people that have
06:13real money if you nail those three
06:14things you're going to make sure that
06:16you are in a profitable Niche another
06:18thing I recommend is starting education
06:20channels not entertainment channels
06:22because it's just so much easier to make
06:24money with an education Channel and yeah
06:26YouTube is phenomenal um I always like
06:28to mention in all of these videos
06:29because I see a lot of these you know
06:30side hustle channels and side hustle
06:32type videos where they don't mention
06:34YouTube as a side hustle and then all of
06:36them are making a ton of money from
06:38their YouTube Niche business or their
06:40YouTube side hustle so it seems a little
06:42disingenuine to talk about a bunch of
06:44other side hustles and not talk about
06:45the one that I'm actually doing so yeah
06:47YouTube's incredible I'll give it a 10
06:49out of 10 score I don't want to make a
06:51bunch of competition for myself or
06:52anything but YouTube's awesome oh and by
06:55the way I do actually train a few people
06:57per month I actually offer for my own
06:59mentoring my own coaching to a few
07:02people per month when it comes to
07:03growing and making money from YouTube
07:05and if you want to apply for that you
07:06can click the link down in the
07:07description as well as the pinned
07:08comment below but with that being said I
07:10am very picky about who I work with I
07:12only work with people who are really
07:14dedicated to actually having success on
07:16YouTube but you can go ahead and apply
07:18down in the description as well as the
07:19pin comment below if you're that type of
07:21person next is going to be a bed bug
07:24removal specialist business now I
07:27actually used to work at a Hotel uh one
07:30of my bosses he was basically like my
07:32original Mentor I worked in several
07:34different of his businesses but one of
07:36them was a hotel and I can tell you that
07:38hotels have issues with bed bugs all the
07:41time and it's not just hotels it's
07:43airbnbs and even houses and so this is a
07:47very profitable business because let's
07:49be honest if someone goes to an Airbnb
07:51or if someone goes to a hotel and they
07:52get bed bugs they are going to leave a
07:54very bad review and that's going to be
07:57very bad for business now the pest
07:58control Market is already $22 billion
08:01and it's expected to grow to $29 billion
08:04by 2026 so it is rapidly growing and
08:07it's an incredibly profitable market and
08:1020% of Americans have had bed bug
08:13infestations in their own house and you
08:15can actually charge between $300 and
08:17$5,000 for bed bug extermination
08:20services and then after that you can
08:22offer regular inspections to make sure
08:24that they never come back so yeah
08:26incredible business model as a side note
08:29you can also make a ton of money as a
08:31pest control salesman I know everybody
08:33talks about like remote sales or high
08:34ticket sales but honestly there's a lot
08:36of other opportunities outside of you
08:38know remote sales or high ticket sales
08:40and Pest Control salesman is phenomenal
08:42you can make six figures easily so yeah
08:44really good one I'm going to go ahead
08:45and give this one a 9.5 out of 10
08:48opportunity score next on the list is
08:50going to be home nurses or home care and
08:53this is where you provide personalized
08:54Healthcare Services to individuals in
08:56the comfort of their own home and it's
08:58almost like bringing a hospital to your
09:00own doorstep and there's one homemade
09:02for every 154 households in the United
09:05States and that number is rapidly rising
09:07and here's a company for instance it's
09:09home nursing agency and their revenue is
09:12$67 million a year so you can make a ton
09:15of money doing this so yeah this one is
09:18really good there's a lot of opportunity
09:19in healthcare there's lots of different
09:21random Healthcare careers and also a lot
09:23of different random healthcare related
09:24businesses out there so I'm going to go
09:26ahead and give this one an 8.5 out of 10
09:28opportunity score next is going to be a
09:30super random one which is concrete
09:32removal yes have you ever seen a super
09:34ugly slab of concrete that has a bunch
09:36of cracks in it and it's super dirty and
09:39you thought to yourself man I wish I
09:40could remove that well there are
09:42businesses out there that actually do
09:44this so they basically demolish and
09:45clear out old or damaged concrete
09:47structures from driveways patios and
09:50more and the average job for concrete
09:52removal ranges from $200 to
09:55$6,000 and the average is about $2,000
09:58so you can make a ton of money doing
10:00this so yeah this one is pretty good
10:02I'll go ahead and give it an 8 out of 10
10:04opportunity score by the way comment
10:06below if you like any of these Niche
10:08business ideas or maybe there's one that
10:10you wanted me to mention just go ahead
10:12and let me know by commenting below a
10:14lot of the time I will read your
10:15comments and then I'll mention it in
10:16another video next is going to be a
10:18mobile on call car mechanic so mobile
10:21car mechanics are very rare but it is
10:24something that a lot of people want and
10:26I mean think about it have you ever
10:27gotten your car repaired where you have
10:29to kind of like drive to some place you
10:31drop it off or maybe you might even have
10:33to tow it to this place then you have to
10:34wait in their office for a long time and
10:36then you might even just like leave take
10:38a taxi back to your house and then come
10:40back the next day it's super
10:42inconvenient but what if you could have
10:43a mechanic come to your house and repair
10:46your car in your driveway well that's
10:49exactly what these professionals do now
10:51the type of job is going to range like a
10:52ridiculous amount I mean anything from
10:54an oil change that costs maybe $35 all
10:57the way up to a clutch rep placement
10:59that costs $1,400 and typically mobile
11:02mechanics are going to charge a lot more
11:04than that because of the convenience and
11:06usually the types of people who order
11:08this type of thing are the types of
11:10people who have a lot of money but they
11:11don't have a lot of time so they pay the
11:13extra amount they pay the premium for
11:15the convenience so yeah this is another
11:17really good one I'll go ahead and give
11:18it an 8 out of 10 opportunity score as
11:21well next is going to be an elevator
11:23repair service and this is exactly what
11:25it sounds like you're going to be
11:27repairing elevators now of course
11:29elevators are a very specific type of
11:32technology and it's very important that
11:34they're safe and repaired correctly
11:36because people's lives would be lost if
11:38they weren't and there's about a million
11:40total elevators in the United States of
11:42America so that's a lot of elevators
11:44that might need to be repaired and the
11:46national average for repairing an
11:47elevator usually ranges from $500 to
11:50$1,000 and typically there's also going
11:52to be maintenance costs where you'll
11:54probably come back every week or every
11:56month to make sure the elevator is good
11:58so yeah this one is pretty good I'll go
12:00ahead and give it a 7.5 out of 10
12:02opportunity score the reason it's a bit
12:04lower is because you have to have a lot
12:06of specialized knowledge and specialized
12:08certifications in order to do this now
12:10the next one on the list that doesn't
12:11require a lot of specialized knowledge
12:13is going to be carpet cleaning or rug
12:15cleaning and I learned this the hard way
12:17when I was moving out of a house one
12:18time basically I moved out of the house
12:21and I basically had a cleaning company
12:23come over to help me clean it and they
12:24told me that they don't do carpet
12:26cleaning or rug cleaning but the problem
12:28was because I had accidentally spilled a
12:30bunch of Chinese food on the floor and
12:33it stained the carpet so that was a big
12:35problem for me and I had to try to find
12:36somebody who specializes in carpet
12:38cleaning eventually I did find somebody
12:40but they charged a ton of money a lot
12:43more than I thought they would have and
12:44so a lot of different cleaning services
12:46actually don't offer this and that's a
12:48huge opportunity for you so you could
12:50actually just start a service that just
12:52does carpet cleaning or rug cleaning and
12:55you could probably make a full-time
12:56income from it and you could charge a
12:57lot more than a tradition add cleaning
12:59service so yeah carpet cleaning rug
13:01cleaning you can make a ton of money
13:03doing this a lot of the time you can
13:05make over $1,500 in a single day
13:07cleaning a carpet or rug you can make
13:10even more money if you specialize in
13:11something like Oriental Rugs so yeah
13:14this one is really good actually like
13:15you can make a ton of money doing this
13:17I'm going to give it a 9 out of 10
13:18opportunity score one that's very
13:20similar to this is going to be mattress
13:23cleaning and I'll add on to that couch
13:25cleaning as well so again this is one
13:27that typically cleaning services don't
13:29offer it does require some specialized
13:31equipment and it is a little bit harder
13:33than the normal types of cleaning that
13:35you would do in a house such as sweeping
13:37and vacuuming Etc you can make a ton of
13:39money doing this mattress as well as
13:41couch cleaning can make a ton of money
13:43and you can actually in some cases buy
13:46couches that are a little bit old a
13:47little bit dirty clean them and then
13:49flip them and sell them so yeah this is
13:51a really good one I'll go ahead and give
13:53it an 8.5 out of 10 opportunity score
13:56next is going to be generator
13:58installation so if your power goes out
14:00the only way that you're going to
14:02actually be able to access electricity
14:04is if you have a generator and a lot of
14:06people are becoming more and more aware
14:08of this now generators and power grids
14:10in general aren't the easiest thing to
14:12set up and it's better to be prepared
14:14before it happens rather than after or
14:16else it'll probably take you hours and
14:18hours to set it up and you won't have
14:20power during that time by the time you
14:22finally get it set up the power is
14:23probably back on and so in order to be
14:25prepared ahead of time you want to have
14:27your generator installed and typically
14:29people will pay between $1,500 and
14:32$5,000 to get their generator properly
14:34installed so there is a ton of money in
14:37this market so yeah I don't think
14:38there's much more to say about this one
14:40it's obviously really good I'll go ahead
14:42and give it a 7.5 out of 10 opportunity
14:44score next is going to be a camping
14:47equipment rental business so for
14:49instance tent rentals now this isn't
14:51necessarily just camping you can also
14:53rent out tents that might be required
14:55for events so for instance if somebody
14:57is having a family Gathering or they're
14:59having a graduation party or something
15:01like that they probably want a large
15:04tent that's put on stilts above them so
15:06that they don't get baked in the Sun and
15:08it's actually very well known that you
15:10can make thousands of dollars a month
15:12renting out your tents another thing you
15:14can do is you can actually set up tents
15:16on a property and then you can rent them
15:17out on places like Airbnb as well a lot
15:20of people kind of like to do semi
15:22camping which is where they're you know
15:24on a property but they're relatively
15:25close to the city so they're safe but
15:27they're basically kind of pretending
15:29like they're camping out in the
15:30wilderness and so this form of renting
15:32tents is actually getting more and more
15:33popular so yeah this one is pretty good
15:35I'll go ahead and give it a 7 out of 10
15:37opportunity score next is going to be
15:39virtual assistant services but you want
15:41to make sure you specialize in something
15:43for instance you could specialize in
15:45virtual assistant services for SAS
15:47companies now SAS stands for software as
15:49a service and these types of virtual
15:51assistants would need to have a very
15:53particular skill set and so a lot of the
15:55time you would go ahead and train them
15:57in the types of skills that they they
15:58would need to know for SAS companies
16:00specifically and then these SAS
16:01companies would pay you to either place
16:03the person in their company a lot of the
16:04time that's going to be $5 to $10,000 or
16:07in some cases they may pay you monthly
16:09as the person does the job and then you
16:12actually pay the person or if you don't
16:13want to start a virtual assistant
16:15Staffing Company you could just become a
16:17virtual assistant on your own learn a
16:19lot of these really high in demand
16:21skills and then just help the companies
16:23directly yourself and this person for
16:25instance Michelle makes over 10K per
16:27month at home home as a virtual
16:29assistant so yeah there's a lot of
16:30opportunities here of course you want to
16:32make sure that you Niche down make sure
16:33that you have a specialized skill set
16:35because you're going to be a lot more
16:36valuable you're going to be providing a
16:38lot more value if you do that but
16:40overall I'm going to give this one an 8
16:41out of 10 opportunity score by the way
16:43if you haven't checked it out already I
16:44did have a video that went viral and
16:46it's the 21 dirty side hustles that no
16:50one is talking about you can check that
16:51video out by clicking right
