00:15name is John and I'm Mercedes and long
00:18story short we found Freedom
00:20Independence and Adventure full-time
00:21arving across this beautiful country and
00:24now we're building a community that
00:25loves God family and Country yes and
00:27we're going to say some things because
00:28no one else will say the things that we
00:31will say now I just want to be clear
00:32we're not coming from a place of fear no
00:35I went through all that a couple of
00:37years ago as I watched the country fall
00:38apart and all of our systems and
00:40institutions that I've loved and
00:42respected just just crumble into nothing
00:44so if you're a full-time rer and you
00:46remember back in 2020 our beers were
00:49getting displaced all over the place
00:51remember this was the summer before the
00:52election in 2020 yeah and things just
00:55got totally totally wild we didn't think
00:57they could get any more Wilder but they
00:59do well we're seeing in the Horizon
01:01right now isn't pretty and we feel
01:03compelled to have to share it cuz
01:05ignorance is bliss and we think every RV
01:07or full-time RV right now should
01:09consider doing longterm lease stays
01:13Honker down in a safe place Honker down
01:14in a safe place let this craziness pass
01:17by maybe it's nothing maybe it's
01:18something but it's always to prepare and
01:21be ready for what's coming rather than
01:22to be surprised by it so before we get
01:25into what steps we think you should take
01:27for you and your family to stay safe I
01:28think we need adjust ify why we would
01:30make such a bold claim such as to say
01:33that it's not safe to be traveling right
01:35now as a full-time rvor so here's what
01:39inflation it's not going anywhere just
01:41going up they're printing trillion
01:43dollars every hundred days right now
01:45guys and if you know anything about
01:46economics that means that inflation is
01:48going to get worse not better and then
01:51politically no matter which side of the
01:53aisle you stand on it doesn't matter who
01:56wins in the 2024 election either way
02:01there's going to be unrest our country
02:03is so divided right now religious and
02:06color and so many different things that
02:09we know that whoever's picked it's going
02:12to be upside down half the country is
02:15going to be very upset and half the
02:16country isn't going to be upset no
02:17matter what so why not if you're a
02:19full-time RV I can't we can't imagine we
02:22would just out RV in for a month we
02:24loved it we had a blast but we also went
02:25through some of the cities in this
02:26country that are falling apart I just
02:29read an article this morning that
02:30Chicago is about to claim bankruptcy the
02:32city of Chicago is about to go bankrupt
02:35right and so one of the things that was
02:37always in the back of our head is just
02:38watching the stuff that's going on in
02:40the world and being afraid of something
02:42major happening while we were out in the
02:44road so we're super blessed and happy to
02:46be back home at Thunder Canyon which
02:47we've been preparing this place for
02:49three years right and we're safe we're
02:52fine we we we've done everything we we
02:54can to be ready for what's coming but we
02:56also feel a responsibility to share our
02:59experience in these thoughts that we're
03:00having with other full-time rving
03:02families out there that should be kind
03:05of hunkering down right now and
03:06preparing to just kind of sit still for
03:09a little while until this Insanity
03:10passes if it ever does pass no one has a
03:13crystal ball and no one knows which city
03:16is going to be the next city of turmoil
03:18or where where people will protest or
03:20what exactly people will protest next
03:22but the biggest advice I would give to
03:24full-time rvers is to avoid the big
03:26cities at all costs especially during
03:29the month of November especially
03:32November 5th November 5th 155 days from
03:36from today we will be having election
03:37and neither side is going to be happy
03:39with no matter what happens I don't
03:41believe there's anything that's going to
03:42save us right now except for God that's
03:44it and so being prepared and ready in in
03:47a place that's safe while we go through
03:49all that ter turmoil would be better
03:51than anything else so where do you want
03:53to spend the election do you want to be
03:55in Cincinnati Pittsburgh Philly do you
03:58want to be in LA Los Angeles
04:03frison where you want to be when you
04:05know and quite frankly we don't want to
04:07be anywhere near a populated area I mean
04:10especially if you know it's going to be
04:12a tumultuous time just plan ahead right
04:14but um and I'm just going to say this I
04:17know I'm going to take bullets for this
04:19but I can I can take it solo female rers
04:23be very careful especially in the month
04:25of November it's just not safe to travel
04:28don't don't be in a big city and of
04:29October November like and I'm sorry I
04:32know I'm going to get so much hate oh
04:34solo female our viewers are safe don't
04:36don't spread fear but as a female myself
04:38I can say it yeah and one of the things
04:40that we're seeing as Campground owners
04:42right now is our long-term leases have
04:44exploded we we've just added about 10
04:47more long-term leases here to Thunder
04:48Canyon it's industrywide though so some
04:50people may not say it out loud but
04:52people are thinking this at least more
04:53than half the people are thinking this
04:55and industrywide again because we're
04:57Campground owners now we watch what's
04:58going on in the industry the trends
05:00Trends RV campgrounds from all over the
05:03country are writing more longer term
05:05leases right now meaning 6 months and
05:07one year than they've ever written
05:08before and what does that mean to you
05:10what does that say to you what does that
05:11mean to you and if you're a full
05:14full-time rver or and you a family is
05:15out on the road and you're homeschooling
05:17your kid what better way to sit in one
05:20spot be prepared we would suggest that
05:23everybody has at least 3 to 6 months
05:25worth of everything food medications
05:27water and when that surprise happens
05:29when that big moment happens where are
05:31you are you in a safe place is your
05:33family in a safe place and that's all
05:35we're suggesting you take a look at and
05:37for those of you that are like under no
05:39circumstances will I sign a six-month
05:41lease or a one-year lease because I did
05:42not get in an RV to be in one place for
05:44a long time fine do a one-month lease
05:47but here's the thing I'm telling you I
05:49mean please please listen to this if RV
05:52sites are booking up now and those
05:54longer term leases are getting harder
05:56and harder to come by if you wait till
05:59October 31st to say gee I want to be in
06:01a safe place come November 5th it's too
06:04late it's too late and prices guys are
06:06going up across the industry right now
06:08we're getting ready for a price hike
06:09here at Thunder Canyon and other
06:10campgrounds all over the country are
06:12everything's going up insurance rates
06:13have gone through the roof almost
06:15doubling on us in one year other
06:17campgrounds are feeling this as well and
06:19so it's you know listen to us don't
06:21listen to us we have to feel in our
06:23conscience that if we feel something
06:25we've got to say it we've always said
06:26what we think and we've taken a lot of
06:28heat for it we know probably get ripped
06:30up in the comment section but the bottom
06:32line is is that right now we've got to
06:34share with you what our hearts are
06:35telling us to share with other rvers all
06:37over the country thousands of you just
06:39hunker down for a little while and
06:41what's really cool about hunkering down
06:42and do a longer term lease you you can
06:44get your nightly rate to under 20 bucks
06:47a night you can get it really low most
06:49campgrounds across the country are 55 60
06:5170 bucks a night when you do one month
06:53two month 3 month 6 months one year
06:55leases l l r you get super low rates
06:58that it'll be under 20 bucks a night and
07:00so you're going to save yourself some
07:01money you can take that extra money that
07:03you're saving on the gasoline from
07:05driving around and the and put it more
07:07into food and storage and things that
07:09you're going to need to weather what we
07:12believe is a storm that's coming and
07:13that goes on to the other step so the
07:15first step obviously hunker down next
07:17step is community who are your neighbors
07:19so if you are going to hunker down do
07:21you know your neighbors I mean Americans
07:23are so transitory we move so much that
07:25most of us even if you're not in an RV
07:27full-time you don't know the person next
07:29door just lost that sense of community
07:31because history always repeats itself in
07:342020 the wheels come off the United
07:36States and it's so funny how people have
07:38such a short memory it's like we forget
07:40they were dumping people out of state
07:41campgrounds BLM land federal grounds
07:44they were dumping they were Clos in
07:45private RV parks they were getting
07:48kicked out so not only should you be
07:49considering a longer term Le lease to
07:52sit in one place you should also be
07:56medications um a water solution maybe
07:59you you're not going to carry a lot of
08:00water with you if you're in an RV but do
08:02you have a way to clean the water you
08:04should be considering um how to protect
08:07yourself uh Firearms you should be
08:09considering having cash or you know uh
08:13just money on board yeah real money junk
08:15silver have junk silver so you know you
08:17got a list you got your food you got
08:18your sustenance you got your water you
08:19got your filters guys I would highly
08:21suggest dig into the Bible pray for
08:23discernment God God's going to help take
08:25care of you and bring you where he wants
08:26you to go and God can you imagine if all
08:28of us Ross this country would humble
08:31ourselves and PR and really pray for his
08:35Direction and Leadership can you imagine
08:38what would happen in this country I
08:39think it would be cured that fast and I
08:41think the other piece um is that fear
08:45sucks and fear doesn't help anyone and
08:49these topics are not fun to talk about
08:50I'd rather talk about something that you
08:53know feels yay rainbows butterflies but
08:56it's just not real um so less fear and
08:58more prayer the coolest thing about what
09:00we've been going through right now is I
09:02have no fear there's no fear I used to
09:04be a freak if you guys have followed our
09:05Channel I was flipping out used to be I
09:07used to freak out I don't freak out
09:09anymore there's a certain amount of
09:11sadness that I feel morning but I had
09:13this peace over me that God's going to
09:15take care of all this and why worry
09:16about it right so I don't but I do feel
09:19a responsibility to be the Watchman on
09:21the wall and when I feel that my fellow
09:24Americans or my fellow Christian
09:25brothers and sisters need to be warned
09:27we're going to tell you what we think
09:28we're not going to hold back because
09:30we're afraid of somebody attacking us or
09:32censorship well walking through fear
09:34take looks like taking the next right
09:36action so the next right action is to
09:38prepare and make some some thoughts I
09:40mean look at your route uh as you're
09:43traveling are you going through big
09:44cities how long are you going to be in
09:46big cities um look at your route and and
09:48have some forethought uh where would you
09:51want to be if things were really scary
09:53like they were back in 2020 who would
09:55you want to be next to where would you
09:56want to be and my answer to to that
09:59question looks like Thunder Canyon but
10:01maybe your answer to that question is a
10:03totally different place or you know a
10:05Thunder Canyon west of the Mississippi
10:07what matters is that you look at the
10:10Hard truth make the best decisions for
10:12you and your family that you can live
10:14with because the decision for us to make
10:17this video is one that we can live with
10:19absolutely and we believe in our hearts
10:21that God led us here to Thunder Canyon
10:22Camp gratitude about 3 years ago this
10:24month for this reason EXA he wanted us
10:26to prepare this ground and in the last
10:28year we built a chap here right God
10:30family country and we believe now the
10:32message we're getting now is it's time
10:34to build that Community to build that
10:36church to build those people that we can
10:38stand shoulder-to-shoulder with and go
10:40through whatever is going to be thrown
10:42at us and be ready for whatever comes I
10:44just felt that we needed to talk about
10:47community and we needed to justify why
10:50we're feeling the way we are and I felt
10:52like we can't be the only one that sees
10:54that the emperor has no clothes on we
10:56can't be the only one that has these
10:58thoughts and is experienc ing these
10:59emotions and this video is just calling
