00:03their products in the past from the
00:04lever gym over here one of their squat
00:06racks they contacted me again

00:12product I was honestly pretty hesitant
00:14because this is not something I
00:15traditionally would cover it is a kind
00:17of a two-dimensional machine really just
00:19your abs in your back this AB back
00:21machine by some there's some long SEO
00:23description on there Amazon website what
00:26this is but I know a lot of people are
00:27into these single use machines for one
00:29reason or another gmw at this point in
00:32time has done a very good job making
00:34some quality very affordable machines
00:36that are almost copycats of pre-existing
00:38machines that are out there at a very
00:40affordable price and pretty decent in
00:42design which is why I'm kind of open to
00:43covering them but the other reason I
00:45want to do this one even though for me
00:46personally I do not really have space
00:48for this even though I did have a lot of
00:50fun using this thing you'll see some
00:51shots here in the video I know someone
00:54in my life that actually could benefit
00:55from something like this and I figured
00:57you guys of course might as well which
00:59is why I wanted cover it I'm also a big
01:01believer in two things one if you got
01:04back pain obviously check with your you
01:06know Medical Professional but people
01:07that have back pain and back issues if
01:09you just strengthen your back you avoid
01:11things you're not supposed to do with
01:12your back generally it gets much better
01:15and back extender machines I'm a big
01:17proponent of of course you can use free
01:18weights and other things as well don't
01:20get me wrong with that but just like
01:21single joint machines say for your arms
01:23or ham strings or something like that
01:25these work great this is not the gold
01:28standard say the Nautilus back extension
01:29machine that thing was awesome however
01:33very basic function straight just back
01:36lever extender here and then a Ab Crunch
01:39machine I mean Titan Fitness makes one
01:41as well I think it's like $100 more
01:43basic function people love that one this
01:45machine does a job for what it is uh
01:48fairly affordable at what the price is
01:49I'm sure there'll be little you know
01:50sales back and forth on Amazon I will
01:53link that down below if you guys do want
01:54to check this machine out help support
01:56me and the Channel with that being said
01:58and then in the ab Department
02:00especially with Summer coming up I'm a
02:02big believer to train the ABS as you
02:03would any other body part to kind of
02:05make them pop again there's no such
02:07thing as spot reduction but we certainly
02:09can spot enhance and one of the best
02:11ways that I find that works well for the
02:13abdominals is loading with some weight
02:15my go to is some sort of rope crunch
02:17been using in the speedium and also the
02:18QT trainer uh recently but actually been
02:21having a lot of fun with this if I had
02:23more space in this garage I would be
02:25really uh definitely still considering
02:28keeping this because it actually did
02:29work out really well so I'll talk about
02:31the ins and outs of this product very
02:32briefly give you guys my thoughts on it
02:35and see if it's right to you at the very
02:36least if you like this content please

02:40unboxing this thing was actually a
02:42breeze I actually put this thing
02:43together when I was putting together
02:45this power Tech lever gym I didn't
02:46review so it's a big day of just putting
02:48stuff together I think I did this in
02:50about 15 minutes very easy uh it was
02:53much simpler compared to that last
02:55machine I put together but very easy
02:57very light only a few minimal bolts and
02:59and components to put it together some
03:01of the things that stood out to me and
03:03like I said at the start gmw actually
03:05does a really good job I'm curious what
03:07these margins are but they do a good job
03:09making I don't want to say I'll just say
03:11it cheap equipment feel pretty good this
03:14kind of stood out to me uh this was has
03:16a lot of beef to it and I guess it
03:17should for being a back extensor ab
03:19crunch this padding on the arm I thought
03:22was great uh the padding on the for the
03:26feet is fine the metal work is you know
03:29not bad it's very light actually the the
03:31the whole machine as a unit is actually
03:33pretty light seat is definitely fine I
03:35don't see any issues uh just pretty
03:38decently to various Heights to fit a
03:40variety of height settings or just as
03:43I'll I'll allude to in a second to get
03:45different angles for your back or your
03:48abdominals I wouldn't stay to just one
03:49fixed angle the basic function is pretty
03:52much self-explanatory you've been seeing
03:53some shots of me already using it in the
03:55backdrop what I will say might not be as
03:58a parent is I kept messing around with
03:59the features I wouldn't get too
04:01comfortable with where your feet are
04:03also the seat height and even this
04:05position here to really challenge you
04:07and where you start and finish an
04:09exercise so I think one of the benefits
04:11of this machine is even though it is
04:13pretty one-dimensional it is fairly
04:15versatile to kind of work a variety of
04:16angles so I would just suggest if you
04:18ever do pick something like this up
04:19especially this particular thing try out
04:21the different angles try your feet are
04:23kind of anchored that actually does make
04:24a difference and how you engage a
04:26certain area of your back and also your
04:28abs some other minor details you got
04:30this little spoke here which can be
04:32removed if you want to to insert some
04:34resistance bands for some more
04:36versatility to the machine right now it
04:38is set up for back extensions but if you
04:40want to go ahead and set up abdominals
04:42you just remove this pin and then go
04:44ahead and reinsert it back and now
04:47you're ready for abdominal crunches
04:51decent little weight holder also that
04:52comes in pretty handy and also further
04:54locks down the machine but I didn't
04:55really feel this thing moving too much
04:57and then if you want to loosen the foot
05:00pretty easy you got a lot of different
05:01options and play with that don't forget
05:04to further tight that in tighten that in
05:06that makes the difference actually one
05:08little functional negative it's minor it
05:09could have been me but I kept finding
05:11myself when I was kind of digging in
05:12with more weight these kept wanting to
05:14slide off so I honestly just removed
05:16these but that could just be me could
05:19put some grip tape on there instead
05:21overall though I got no complaints for
05:23the price and its basic functions all I
05:25had to do was essentially win in the end
05:27of you know not messing up a fairly
05:29simplistic design and so far I think
05:31they did so pretty good every gmw
05:34product I've tested so far seems to be
05:35pretty good they seem to be in it to win
05:37it in this Amazon market with creating
05:40these various Innovative products kind
05:41of taken off from other brands and what
05:43they're doing and trying to be somewhat
05:45affordable with that one of the
05:46advantages of Amazon I don't necessarily
05:49always promote it is that if you buy a
05:51finished product on Amazon generally
05:53it's pretty easy to return if you don't
05:54like it so this would be something too
05:57for some reason you didn't like it you
05:58could always return it uh with within
05:59reason but I think this thing is decent
