00:00wojak wakes up at 5am every day to get
00:02ready for work he has to because he
00:04needs to look his best get dressed up
00:06prepare his breakfast and lunch then
00:08drive an hour to get to work and he has
00:09to make sure that he gets there at least
00:1115 minutes early just in case something
00:13happens then he gets an hour-long lunch
00:14break but he's so stressed out from
00:16being micromanaged by his boss but he
00:17just ends up working through lunch and
00:19spends a bunch of money on expensive
00:21coffee and snacks then after a long day
00:23he drives an hour home and spends even
00:24more money on gas he's exhausted when he
00:27gets home and he only has the energy to
00:28sit in front of his screen watching
00:30Netflix while scrolling through his Tick
00:31Tock videos Elon has a remote job so he
00:34sleeps in until 7 30 and starts working
00:35at 8am while eating his breakfast his
00:38boss isn't a micromanager and only cares
00:40about the quality of his work and
00:41doesn't care how he works so he gets to
00:43play music while working and can even go
00:45to a cafe if he wants to when he gets an
00:47hour-long lunch break it's actually an
00:48hour and he's able to do errands
00:50whenever he needs to he can also travel
00:51and go on vacation and his boss doesn't
00:53care as long as he reports for work and
00:55the work is good be like Elon not like
00:57wojak look the world is not what it used
01:00to be 68 of people would prefer to work
01:03fully remote jobs and 94 percent of
01:05people want to work remote or hybrid
01:07jobs and at the same time most employers
01:09say shifting to a flexible work model
01:11actually increases productivity and this
01:13makes sense because employees are
01:14happier and employers don't have to pay
01:16for expensive Office Buildings and since
01:18the whole cough cough situation getting
01:21a remote job has never been easier the
01:23first one on the list is going to be
01:24great for you if you're a member of the
01:26grammar police and you like pointing out
01:28other people's spelling mistakes and
01:30that is going to be a health care
01:32documentation specialist and this one is
01:34great for you if you want to work in the
01:36healthcare industry without ever having
01:37to see a patient in healthcare
01:39documentation Specialists are
01:41responsible for maintaining accurate and
01:43complete medical records and ensuring
01:45proper patient care and communication
01:46between medical providers and they're
01:48kind of like the Librarians of the
01:50medical world organizing and maintaining
01:52Vital Information for the benefit of all
01:54and they make about 52 000 a year so
01:57some of the skills that you need to have
01:58for this are going to be attention to
02:00detail strong communication skills and a
02:02thorough understanding of medical
02:03terminology and documentation standards
02:06some of the pros of this one include the
02:07opportunity to work in the healthcare
02:09industry without direct patient care
02:11while the cons include the need for
02:12constant attention to detail and focus
02:14so as a healthcare documentation
02:16specialist remember your work may go
02:19unnoticed but without you doctors would
02:21be scribbling on walls with crayons and
02:23patients would be receiving treatments
02:24for the wrong ailments this one gets a 7
02:26out of 10 opportunity score next on the
02:29list is going to be great for you if you
02:30want to develop your communication
02:31skills set your own schedule and earn
02:33commission for your hard work and all of
02:35this without having to do a sales job
02:37where you talk to people on the phone
02:39and that is going to be appointment
02:40setter so in the sales industry you have
02:43these two positions one of them is the
02:44setter and the other one is the closer
02:47and a lot of the time Setters are going
02:48to be the people who are answering DMS
02:50answering emails and figuring out if
02:52inbound leads are going to be a good fit
02:54for whatever product you're selling and
02:56in some cases they'll also be doing
02:57prospecting and then they'll be setting
02:59appointment it's for the closer who
03:01actually gets on the phone and sells the
03:02person the product now this one
03:04according to Glassdoor you make about
03:05forty five thousand dollars a year but
03:07if you're in the right industry I can
03:09almost guarantee you you can make a lot
03:10more than this I know appointment
03:12Setters that make over six figures per
03:14year and a lot of the time they're
03:15spending most of their days chatting
03:16with people in DMS and over email so the
03:19pros of this one include flexibility the
03:21potential for high commissions and the
03:23opportunity to learn about sales the
03:24cons of this one are going to include
03:26rejection and the repetitive nature of
03:28the job so that is appointment setting
03:30it may not be glamorous but somebody's
03:32got to do it plus it's a great way to
03:34hone your rejection coping skills when
03:36you inevitably get ghosted over and over
03:38again on Tinder this one gets a 9 out of
03:4010 opportunity score the next one on the
03:42list is going to be great for you if you
03:44love numbers organization and making
03:46sure that everything adds up and that's
03:48going to be a bookkeeper now bookkeeping
03:51may not sound sexy but it's the backbone
03:54of just about every business out there
03:56without it companies are like penguins
03:58trying to fly cute but doomed to fail
04:01and bookkeeping involves recording
04:02Financial transactions and keeping track
04:04of a company's Financial records and you
04:06might be thinking to yourself Shane
04:08isn't that what an accountant does and
04:10don't you need to get an accounting
04:11degree and get certified in order to
04:12become a bookkeeper no absolutely not
04:15you do not need to be an accountant to
04:17become a bookkeeper you likely will be
04:19working with accountants if you become
04:21one but you do not need to be an
04:22accountant and you definitely do not
04:23need to be a CPA or certified now
04:26bookkeepers make about forty two
04:27thousand dollars a year now some of the
04:29pros include the stability and
04:31reliability of the job the ability to
04:33work remotely and opportunities for
04:35growth some of the cons include
04:36potential for repetitive tasks and the
04:38need for strong attention to detail so
04:40if you're a fan of numbers spreadsheets
04:42and keeping things in order and
04:44bookkeeping might be a perfect career
04:46for you just remember to always carry a
04:48calculator and a healthy dose of
04:50patience this one gets a 9 out of 10
04:52opportunity score the next one on the
04:53list is going to be great for you if you
04:55want to help business owners that are
04:57drowning in tasks and that is going
04:59going to be becoming a virtual assistant
05:02and virtual assistants are kind of like
05:04superheroes that provide administrative
05:06support remotely saving you time energy
05:08and the occasional existential crisis an
05:10executive virtual assistants make about
05:1256 000 a year so some of the pros of
05:15this one include flexibility variety and
05:18the ability to work from anywhere and
05:19that's actually something that a lot of
05:21Giga brains are doing right now where
05:23they're getting a job from the US and
05:25then they are working abroad in
05:26countries where you can live like a king
05:28on fifteen hundred dollars a month while
05:30some of the cons include isolation and
05:32the need to Market yourself so in a
05:34world of chaos and clutter virtual
05:36assistants are the unsung heroes who
05:38keep the peace and tidy up the mess this
05:40one gets a 7 out of 10 opportunity score
05:43now the next one on the list is going to
05:44be great for anyone who's ever wanted to
05:46be a car salesman but also wants to
05:48sleep soundly at night and that's going
05:50to be Medicare insurance sales and this
05:52is where you're going to be Helping
05:53Seniors navigate the Labyrinth of
05:55healthcare insurance now healthcare
05:57insurance in the US is a giant freaking
06:00mess I could probably make an entire
06:03Channel talking about health care and
06:04insurance in the us alone and by
06:06properly Helping Seniors navigate this
06:08giant mess you can save them thousands
06:10tens of thousands and even hundreds of
06:12thousands of dollars and health
06:14insurance agents make about sixty one
06:16thousand dollars a year according to
06:18Glassdoor but you can make a lot more
06:19than this in fact there are many people
06:21making six figures and you can even make
06:23into these seven figures if you're
06:24working for the right company so some of
06:26the pros of this one include a flexible
06:28schedule the ability to work from home
06:29and the potential for high earnings some
06:31of the cons of this one include a steep
06:33learning curve a competitive market and
06:35the emotional toll of dealing with
06:36seniors who are often in need so if you
06:38want to help seniors you have a heart of
06:40gold and you have the patient of a saint
06:42this one might be great for you I'm
06:44gonna give this one an 8.5 out of 10
06:46opportunity score the next one on the
06:48list might be for you if you're a
06:50connoisseur of content that's right if
06:52you're somebody who consumes a lot of
06:53content online and you think that you
06:55have a refined taste you might want to
06:57check out the job of content strategist
06:59and a Content strategist is responsible
07:01for creating and implementing a plan to
07:03produce and distribute content that is
07:05relevant engaging and valuable to a
07:07target audience and content strategists
07:09are kind of like chefs carefully
07:10selecting and combining the right
07:12ingredients to create a mouth-watering
07:14dish that leaves the audience wanting
07:16more and content strategists make about
07:18seventy thousand dollars a year
07:19according to Glassdoor now this is
07:21another one where there is a ton of
07:23opportunity I know content strategists
07:25on YouTube that make well into these
07:27seven figures per year so some of the
07:29pros of being a Content strategist are
07:31the ability to be creative work remotely
07:33and have a positive impact on a
07:34company's online presence some of the
07:36cons include the pressure to constantly
07:38produce high quality content and the
07:40need to stay up to date with ever
07:41evolving technology and platforms this
07:44one gets an opportunity score of 9.5 out
07:47of 10. now the next one on the list
07:48might be great for you if you want to
07:50make more money than a doctor without
07:51having to train for 20 years and be
07:54exposed to people's bodily fluids and
07:56that is going to be high ticket sales
07:58and high ticket sales is the art of
08:00selling high priced products and
08:02services and a lot of the time you're
08:03going to be selling to business owners
08:05and the reason for that is because a lot
08:06of the time the things you're going to
08:07be selling are going to be over ten
08:09thousand dollars and there are a lot of
08:11Consultants coaches and service
08:12providers that sell these high ticket
08:14services and products now this is not
08:16for everybody but if you can get good at
08:18the skill of sales you're pretty much
08:20set for life and if you look up high
08:22ticket sales on Glassdoor you'll see
08:24they make about a hundred and eighteen
08:25thousand dollars a year on average and
08:27the best high ticket sales people can
08:29easily hit the seven figure Mark as well
08:31so the pros here include High earning
08:33potential flexible schedules and it can
08:35be done remotely the cons here are that
08:37it can be a high pressure and stressful
08:39environment it requires resilience and
08:41persistence you're probably gonna suck
08:43at it a lot at first and it may require
08:45a long sales cycle this one gets a 9.5
08:48out of 10 opportunity score the next one
08:51on the list might be great for you if
08:52you want to break into the healthcare
08:53industry and help it to keep running
08:55without ever having to leave your house
08:57and that is going to be medical coding
08:59and billing and basically this is the
09:01process of translating medical
09:02procedures and diagnosis into codes for
09:05insurance billing purposes and so you're
09:07almost like a translator that turns
09:09complex medical information into a
09:11language that insurance companies can
09:13understand now this one like most of the
09:15other ones on this list is relatively
09:16easy to get into it doesn't require a
09:18college degree or previous experience
09:19and you make on average about forty one
09:21thousand dollars a year some of the pros
09:23of this one include a high demand for
09:25workers the ability to work remotely and
09:27competitive pay some of the cons may
09:29include repetitive work and a lot of
09:31times sitting at a desk this one gets an
09:338 out of 10 opportunity score by the way
09:35one of my videos that got the best
09:36feedback is the 13 remote jobs that do
09:39not require any experience and you can
09:40check that out by clicking right here
