03:10 friendly business model number two it is
03:12 an exploding industry which means that
03:14 demand is going through the roof all the
03:16 while not having enough people to supply
03:17 such demand and number three it takes
03:19 advantage of the new arbitrage economy
03:21 that the market is headed to which means
03:23 you get an unfair advantage for being
03:24 there early first let me explain what a
03:27 beginner-friendly business model is and
03:29 i'll do that by showing you the way most
03:30 people approach starting an online
03:31 business and why that's the reason that
03:33 over 90 of them fail seriously if you're
03:36 trying to start a profitable online
03:37 business you don't want to do this stuff
03:39 it's deadly so most people try to start
03:41 making money with drop shipping or
03:42 amazon fba or affiliate marketing or
03:44 info products but they never take the
03:46 time to evaluate the business model on a
03:48 fundamental level so they never realize
03:50 that those are not beginner-friendly
03:51 business models now they're all viable
03:53 business models and you can make tons of
03:55 money with them however some business
03:56 models will allow you to make millions a
03:58 month but will be really really hard to
04:00 succeed as a beginner and others will
04:01 allow you to make six figures while
04:02 being realistically attainable for
04:04 beginners now making this mistake is
04:06 kinda like trying to start playing a new
04:08 video game in the hardest difficulty
04:10 instead of working your way up so people
04:12 end up spending tons of time spinning
04:13 their wheels and that results in them
04:15 getting frustrated and most of the time
04:17 losing all the savings they've invested
04:18 in it now what if you decided to
04:20 actually evaluate how beginner friendly
04:22 are the online business models available
04:24 out there before risking your money on
04:26 them well let's do that together there
04:28 are six metrics that come into play when
04:29 evaluating this unitary gain startup

04:36 gain means how much money you make per
04:38 transaction startup capital is how much

04:48 product service fulfillment is a process
04:51 of delivering the product service your
04:53 customer purchased and deal type is
04:54 whether you get paid once or recurrently
04:56 now let's use these metrics to judge the
04:58 most common online business models now
05:00 affiliate marketing is when you sell
05:01 other people's products and get a
05:03 commission from them it has a unitary
05:04 game between fifty dollars and two
05:06 hundred fifty dollars on average this
05:07 means that to make ten thousand dollars
05:09 a month with it you would have to sell
05:10 from 40 to 200 units now i don't know if
05:12 you've ever tried to do that but to sell
05:14 40 to 200 units of any product in a
05:16 month requires a lot of marketing skill
05:18 and capital to invest now this takes us
05:20 directly to our second metric startup
05:22 capital to get started with such a
05:23 business it would require you anywhere
05:25 from a thousand dollars to five thousand
05:26 dollars to invest which could all go
05:28 down the drain if you don't know exactly
05:29 what you're doing oh and by the way
05:31 remember those ten thousand dollars from
05:32 the 200 units you sold you don't think
05:34 that's all profit right because in order
05:35 to get each one of these sales you have
05:37 to invest in ads which usually cost
05:38 anywhere between 60 to 90 percent of the
05:40 final revenue meaning at the end of the
05:42 10 000 you may only keep a thousand to
05:44 four thousand dollars at best now the
05:46 demand varies on a product by product
05:48 basis but while there are products with
05:50 high demand they usually also come with
05:51 high competition in the space now when
05:53 it comes to fulfillment this is the only
05:55 perk of affiliate marketing in my
05:56 opinion because once the sale is done
05:58 you don't have to do anything else the
05:59 owner of the product takes care of the
06:00 fulfillment finally the deal type is
06:02 usually one off meaning you get paid
06:04 once for the sale and that's it next
06:06 let's look at amazon fba now amazon fba
06:08 consists of selling physical products on
06:09 amazon and letting amazon take care of
06:11 the shipment for you now when it comes
06:13 to amazon fba the unitary gain is
06:14 anywhere from twenty dollars to three
06:16 hundred dollars here you already faced
06:17 the same issue as we saw with affiliate
06:18 marketing you'd have to make 33 to 500
06:21 sales a month which is a real challenge
06:23 then the startup capital doesn't help
06:25 either you have to invest anywhere from
06:26 a thousand to five thousand dollars in
06:27 stock for product that you don't even
06:29 know whether it'll sell or not meaning
06:31 you have the risk of getting stuck with
06:32 all the stock and having no idea what to
06:34 do with it it's not fun trust me i've
06:36 had this exact same issue with my
06:37 e-commerce brand gadget now margins
06:39 could be even thinner than affiliate
06:41 marketing due to the cost of goods now
06:42 demand is the perk in this one because
06:44 amazon actually takes care of the
06:45 traffic for you but it doesn't get much
06:47 better since you still have to deal with
06:49 part of the logistics of buying and
06:50 managing inventory so amazon can fulfill
06:53 your orders which is a pain in the ass
06:54 and you only get paid once for each sale
06:56 next let's look at drop shipping now
06:57 drop shipping consists of selling
06:59 physical products but instead of having
07:00 to manage inventory you ship the product
07:02 directly from your supplier to the final
07:04 customer now drop shipping is pretty
07:06 much a combination of the two scenarios
07:08 above you don't have the issue of having
07:09 to spend money on stock but then you
07:10 have to spend a lot on ads to find the
07:12 products that work in fact my agency has
07:15 worked with a top drop shipping brand
07:16 from a scandinavian country and in order
07:18 to find one winning product we had to
07:20 test over 20 different products that all
07:22 failed so you have to have a lot of
07:23 capital to burn through next let's look
07:25 at info products now info products are
07:26 ebooks audiobooks and online courses now
07:29 with info products the scenario is very
07:30 similar to affiliate marketing but you
07:32 have control over the price the product
07:34 so you can have higher ticket items if
07:35 you want however with control over the
07:37 product also comes the responsibility of
07:39 delivering the product yourself which is
07:41 the most difficult and time-consuming
07:42 task of the whole business model i
07:44 myself have spent over six months of
07:45 2022 just recording the classes for one
07:47 of my updated info products that is a
07:49 lot of time to invest in something if
07:51 you don't have certainty that such
07:52 product would sell and as a beginner you
07:54 should be investing the majority of your
07:56 time in selling not fulfilling the sale
07:58 finally you have to have capital to
07:59 invest in ads testing software and more
08:02 which will have a similar effect on your
08:03 margin as it did in the examples above
08:05 now for a deal type you can choose
08:06 whether you want to sell your product as
08:08 a one-off or as a recurring subscription
08:09 ladies and gentlemen now do you see why
08:11 it is so hard to succeed as a beginner
08:13 if you don't pick the right business
08:14 model so after going through all of them
08:16 the question becomes what would be the
08:18 ideal beginner-friendly business model
08:19 then does it even exist well let's take
08:21 a look again at our table and together
08:23 draw an ideal business model now when it
08:25 comes to unitary gain ideally it should
08:27 require just a handful of sales to get
08:29 you to 10k a month so it becomes a
08:31 realistic and achievable goal now this
08:32 means it should sell for at least
08:34 fifteen hundred dollars now when it
08:35 comes to startup capital ideally it
08:37 should be as close as possible to zero
08:39 dollars because the beginner you don't
08:40 want to be risking high amounts of money
08:42 until you have a consistent source of
08:44 income to pay for it for margins we will
08:46 want something with very little cost so
08:48 you keep pretty much everything you make
08:49 for demand we want something with high
08:51 demand so it is not too difficult to get
08:53 a sale and for fulfillment we want
08:54 something that is easy to fill and
08:56 doesn't take a majority of our time and
08:58 finally when it comes to deal type we
08:59 want something that ideally is sold once
09:01 and pays us recurrently every single
09:03 month so that each sale stacks up on
09:05 others and each month we have a higher
09:07 payout than the month before now with
09:09 all these set criteria i can confidently
09:11 say there's one single solution that
09:12 fits the bill it is a service-based
09:14 business that clients are willing to pay
09:16 anywhere from fifteen hundred dollars a
09:17 month to ten thousand dollars a month
09:18 for but not a one-time payment a
09:21 recurring monthly payment of fifteen
09:22 hundred dollars to ten thousand dollars
09:24 a month now the startup capital is
09:25 virtually non-existent all you need is a
09:27 business email and then you're good to
09:28 go the margins are very high they can be
09:30 upwards of ninety seven percent and
09:32 sixty percent in the worst case scenario

12:31 their brand so they can have a solid
12:33 markup on their services and what we do

21:15 someone is actively engaging in facebook
21:17 groups to develop their expertise and
21:18 knowledge that's a pretty good sign now

21:21 type of groups with the highest quality
21:23 of contractors available are the closed
21:25 communities for info products and
21:26 software that teach what you offer as a
