00:01new Shopify Drop Shipping Store from0 to
00:03over $1,500 a day in sales in 2024 in
00:07March of 2024 and I'm going to show you
00:09exactly how I did this step by- step
00:11everything from finding the product to
00:13getting ads made to launching the ads
00:16and to ultimately scaling the store to
00:17$1,500 a day yes this is not 2022
00:21results or 2023 results I did all of
00:23this literally last week to prove to you
00:26guys once and for all that Drop Shipping
00:28is not dead it's healthy it's still here
00:30it's alive and you can absolutely scale
00:33up a brand new store in 2024 um if you
00:36know what you're doing but before we get
00:37started make sure you like make sure you
00:40comment make sure you hit the Subscribe

00:45next now without further Ado let's jump
00:47straight into the video now the first
00:49thing that you need to do in order to
00:51scale up a successful Drop Shipping
00:52Store is obviously you need to find a
00:54product now PP ads is my favorite tool
00:57for finding products right now to sell
00:59on Tik Tok so the first thing that I
01:01would do is go to PP ads if you don't
01:03have a subscription I believe that they
01:05do have a free tool um if not we'll get
01:07into some free yeah it looks like you do
01:08actually do have a free plan if you join
01:10um so go to ppads I'm not sponsored by
01:13them or anything I just happen to really
01:14like their service you're going to go
01:15here you're going to go to Tik Tok um
01:17and what we want to do is we want to
01:19find things and products that are proven
01:21to work in at least the last 30 days
01:23because if we can find things that are
01:25proven to work we can take that element
01:27uh we can take those elements we can
01:28improve upon them and and leverage
01:30what's already working to create
01:31something that's going to work even
01:32better so when you go to Tik Tok again
01:34the goal here is to find things that are
01:36proven to sell so all you got to do
01:39first is filter by e-commerce then in
01:41your country and region filter by United
01:43States for e-com platforms like Shopify
01:45for ad type honestly I like to do
01:47non-branded ads and then after that
01:50you're going to want to go to days and
01:51you're going to set this down to the
01:53less than 10 days and then what you're
01:56going to do is go down here and filter
01:58by ad Impressions so what this is going
02:00to do is basically we're seeing all of
02:02the creatives within the last 10 days in
02:05the United States that are using Shopify
02:08and our non-branded ads and we're able
02:09to sort by Impressions to see what has
02:12gotten the most views in the last 10
02:13days and honestly I would just go
02:15through here and continue scrolling and
02:17use my proven winning product criteria
02:20which you can get down in the
02:21description below by joining my free
02:22community at school um s e-commerce take
02:25the winning free product criteria look
02:27for products that fit that criteria and
02:29honestly just keep scrolling until I
02:30find something that is proven to sell
02:32and proven to convert so actually what
02:33I'm going to do is filter this down a
02:35little bit more for the add Impressions
02:36because I'm starting to get some like
02:38legit Brands so I'm going to bring this
02:39down to about 30,000 that way I'm going
02:41to see things that are kind of popping
02:43off but not so saturated that everyone
02:46them actually I just realized guys I
02:49totally totally messed this up um I
02:51totally forgot to put a filter on this
02:53to uh make sure that the date is
02:55actually within the last 30 days so that
02:57we're not seeing anything in 2022 so
02:59let's start over let's try that again
03:01let's keep looking for a product let's
03:03see if we find one okay Pure Vita
03:05they're pretty legit brand I don't know
03:06if I would want to copy them naturop
03:09paatha this looks like a skincare
03:10product the only spot treatment that has
03:12worked for me okay let's keep going
03:15that's okay let's keep going let's keep
03:17going okay this product I've been seeing
03:19blow up all over the place um for the
03:22purposes of examples I I know this is
03:24like already kind of a pretty saturated
03:26product um but we're going to say this
03:29product it'sit all our criteria we can
03:30see that it's blowing up so 30k ad
03:32impressions in the last 2 days we know
03:34that someone's pumping a bunch of AD
03:36spend behind this in order to get that
03:38number of Impressions on this ad in only
03:39two days so the next thing that we're
03:41going to do is go into their uh we're
03:43actually going to look for their website
03:45so once you're on their website you're
03:47going to use a tool called similar web
03:49now this is a free Chrome extension that
03:51you can add literally right now and what
03:53that's going to allow you to do is see
03:55the number of monthly sessions that this
03:57store is driving to their site and if
03:59you see anything above $330,000 then
04:01they are pumping ad spend to the site
04:04okay so these guys in January did 75k in
04:07monthly visits and then the previous
04:09month they did 55k in monthly visits
04:11okay so now at this point if you've
04:13correctly identified a product that has
04:15uh been blowing up in terms of add
04:17Impressions over the last 3 to 7 days I
04:19would say you have one of two options
04:21here to get to step two so your first
04:24option is going to be to take this
04:26product specifically and to find it on
04:28AliExpress and to sell the the exact
04:30same product now that's going to depend
04:32on whether or not there are tons of
04:34people who are also selling this product
04:36so sometimes if you're lucky you can
04:38find an ad that's blowing up for a
04:39product that no one else is testing but
04:43often times which is the case with this
04:44product if I was to search up okay yeah
04:47so now I just did a quick search for
04:49thong name and just did a quick look on
04:51the search and as you can see there's
04:52six pages I don't know how many results
04:54there are yeah so 120 stores potentially
04:57that are trying to sell this product and
04:59so this case I would go move into step
05:01two instead of actually selling this
05:03product specifically I would say okay
05:05what's working what are the elements of
05:06this product specifically that people
05:08are loving so it's obviously like
05:09customized underwear how can I find a
05:13similar product that's immediately going
05:15to give me two things one it's going to
05:16give me Product differentiation so I'm
05:18going to come to the market with a
05:19product that no one has seen before and
05:21two because I'm doing that it's going to
05:22give me what's called first mover
05:24Advantage which means I am the first
05:26person to enter the market with a
05:27specific type of product which means I'm
05:29the first first time that the market has
05:30been exposed to a product which
05:32immediately gives me a Competitive Edge
05:33over my uh over the rest of the
05:35competition that are continuing to try
05:36and push this product so once you've
05:38identified a product that is blowing up
05:41um we can move on to step two which is
05:42actually finding the product so let's
05:44move to AliExpress and actually find
05:46this product and show you guys how to do
05:47that really quickly now the easiest way
05:49to do that is actually just to right
05:50click on the image and do a search uh
05:53search image with Google and on the
05:55right hand side you'll see this product
05:57actually comes up on Amazon
05:58unfortunately it's not showing me on uh
06:00AliExpress but I'm sure if I find an
06:02image here of that product I could
06:04definitely find it so let me see I'm
06:07sure this looks like an Al this is going
06:08to get my video uh banned um let's go
06:11here and let's do a quick
06:14search I could be wrong but I think
06:16there's a feature here um so it looks
06:18like we found it okay boom so we found
06:21AliExpress and now that we've actually
06:23found the product um what we can do we
06:26can either take that exact product so if
06:27you're doing step one you'll just take
06:28that exact product and import it into
06:30your store or if you're doing step two
06:32you could do something like custom
06:35thong just search up the product and
06:37keep looking until you find something
06:39that's slightly similar but also
06:41different so as you can see it looks
06:44like a lot of people are selling this
06:45variation which is the thong but there's
06:47actually a second version down here
06:49which is executing on the exact same
06:52mechanism of the winning product that we
06:55found which is custom underwear with
06:56your boyfriend's name on it but it has
06:58just a slight different design right I
07:00don't know the intricacies of women's
07:03underwear um but what I do know is that
07:05visually speaking this looks quite
07:07different than this right and so if I
07:10was to enter into this product if I was
07:12forced to create a store for this
07:13product I would not sell this version
07:15because I can see on the product search
07:17there's tons of people selling it I
07:19would instead sell this version because
07:21I know that this is a winning concept
07:23right I know that this is blowing up
07:24there's tons of AD Impressions there's a
07:26store that's currently just doing crazy
07:28numbers with it let me take a product
07:30that executes on the exact same
07:32mechanism but is going to give me again
07:34two things product differentiation and
07:36first mover Advantage so now I'm
07:37entering into the competition with two
07:41really strong advantages uh beneath me
07:43right so I would go ahead and sell this
07:45product so now step two we've finished
07:47that we've correctly found the product
07:49on AliExpress that we're going to sell
07:51now we got to get into step three which
07:53is actually creating video ads for the
07:55product now when it came to actually
07:57creating the video ads for the product
07:59that I ran for this store that's scaled
08:01$1,500 a day at a three return on ad
08:04spend I used the strategy where I took a
08:06winning product and found something
08:08similar now if you guys go ahead and do
08:10that strategy which is what I recommend
08:12it's going to be very difficult for you
08:13and you'll probably see this to actually
08:15find content on Tik Tok now a lot of
08:17gurus teach you know testing with stolen
08:20content and even myself I have
08:22admittedly made a tutorial on testing
08:24with stolen content but you got to
08:26realize guys that testing with stolen
08:28content ultimately reduces your chances
08:30of seeing success with a product and on
08:33top of that not to mention it opens you
08:35up to tons and tons of legal headaches
08:37potential legal headaches in the form of
08:40dmca claims copyright strikes and even
08:42getting your Tik Tok ad account shut
08:44down and that's why whenever I launch a
08:46new store I want to give it the best
08:48chance of success possible and that's
08:50why I use a service like viral Ecom ads
08:53now viral Ecom ads is one of the best
08:55services to get high converting proven
08:58to convert video ads for your Drop
09:00Shipping Store if you're looking to take
09:01Drop Shipping seriously in 2024 now if
09:04you are someone who's looking to do that
09:06they have tons of awesome video ad

09:10and select my personal favorite is going
09:12to be the split testing ad package just

09:23to test one kind of primary body ad with
09:26four different hooks these guys bake in

09:31um and so they're basically going to
09:33swap out the first 2 to 5 Seconds of the
09:34video to test out four different hooks
09:36so you're going to get four ad
09:37variations for one product all original
09:41content no stolen content so you're not
09:43uh opening yourself up to potential
09:45risks of dmca claims and legal headaches
09:48and all that fun stuff what I love about
09:50viral Ecom ads the most is probably just
09:52how simple they make the entire ordering
09:54process so all you got to do is place an
09:56order on the store they'll send you an
09:58email you fill out a quick submission
09:59form and literally in 1 to three
10:01business days you get all of your ads
10:03now the best part for me is within 7
10:06Days of the ads actually being delivered
10:07you get unlimited ad revisions so if
10:10there's anything wrong any Minor Details
10:12anything that you just don't like you
10:14can get revisions unlimited for up to 7
10:16days after the ads are actually
10:18delivered now another great thing about
10:20viral Ecom ads is that the actual owners
10:22of this site have scaled stores
10:25themselves so they're not just another
10:26Ad Agency that's creating a bunch of
10:28creatives without really knowing like
10:30what's going into a high uh converting
10:32creative that's actually going to drive
10:33performance these guys have scaled
10:35stores before so the quality of creative
10:37that they've actually put out is
10:38extremely high and I can tell as an
10:41editor myself having created tons of ads
10:44that have scaled to five and even six
10:45figures a month that these guys know
10:47what they're doing when it comes to
10:48creating creatives that not only look
10:50great but that are also proven to
10:52convert and that's why guys I'm so happy

11:26went about testing and then eventually
11:27scaling to $1,500 a day all right guys
11:30so now that we're inside of the Tik Tok
11:31ad account I want to show you the
11:32testing strategy that I use to actually
11:33scale the store uh very very quickly so
11:36if we pull up to the 10th which is when
11:38we did that $1,500 day um we did a 2.97
11:42return on ad spent as you can see at
11:44$500 worth of spend now what were the
11:46campaigns that were actually on at this
11:48time now if you guys have seen my other
11:50videos you should know by now that I
11:52love smart performance campaigns and
11:53cbos now for testing I am always using a
11:56smart performance campaign and you can
11:58see the performance performance on that
11:59day for a testing campaign to hit a 3.9
12:02return on ad spand it's absolutely
12:04ridiculous I'm going to show you how to
12:05set that up now so all you got to do is
12:08Click create you're going to select
12:10website conversions you're going to
12:11check smart performance campaign and
12:13then for your campaign name you can put
12:16uh I like to put like product name and
12:18then the campaign title so SPC smart
12:21performance campaign and then testing
12:23and then from there you go to
12:25continue and then from here in terms of
12:28the actual adset settings just make sure
12:30you select your pixel and then complete
12:32payment and then for placements I
12:34personally like to do user comment off
12:36and video download off I leave sharing
12:38on so that people can still share the
12:39video for advanced settings honestly I
12:42leave everything here completely blank
12:44um I don't touch it outside of the
12:46country unless you're in a different
12:47country um select whatever country that
12:49you're selling in that's it guys set the
12:51budget to uh a minimum of $50 I would
12:54say anything below 50 it's not going to
12:56give you enough data quickly enough so I
12:57would say $50 at a minimum and then you
13:00can schedule this for midnight um the
13:02next day I think that's a little
13:03superstitious I think if you want to
13:05start testing just start testing ASAP so
13:07I'm going to let that run now for the
13:08optimization goal always select
13:10conversion and leave it as maximum
13:13delivery now for advanced settings if
13:16you are selling a product that is under
13:18$30 I would say you can select this to
13:20one day click and then the viewr window
13:22set it to off so you're on a one day
13:25click attribution window anything above
13:26$30 I would say switch it to 7-Day click
13:29one day view not going to go into the
13:32specifics of that but those are general
13:33rules that I follow now once you get
13:35into here it's time to upload all of
13:37your proven ad creatives into your ad so
13:41what smart performance campaigns do is
13:43they take all of your ad creatives you
13:45basically give it as many ad creatives
13:46as you can give it a couple of pieces of
13:49AD text and what Tik Tok is going to do
13:51is going to find the highest performing
13:54combinations of both ad creative and AD
13:56text to deliver to someone on their for
13:58you page or in the search results that
14:01is most likely to get them to convert so
14:03it's basically like imagine running your
14:05traditional campaign with $10 adsets
14:07and you coming into the campaign every
14:09day turning things off um turning things
14:11on scaling up things smart performance
14:13basically automates the entire process
14:15it says hey here's a bunch of unproven
14:18variables I am going to the auction
14:20which one is going to give me the most
14:22likely chance to convert someone that's
14:23the creative I'm going to spend on and
14:25that's how you can easily easily easily
14:27identify proven winners inside of smart
14:30performance without wasting a bunch of
14:31AD spent on unproven uh and poor
14:33performing creatives so that's it guys
14:36I'm going to go ahead and load this up
14:37so you can kind of see what it looks
14:38like in practice all righty so at this
14:40point you should upload all four of your
14:42video ads now terms of how many to put I
14:44would say a minimum of four no more than
14:47six at a time you want to minimize how
14:49many variables you give to Tik Tok
14:50because if you give it 30 ad creatives
14:52to test but only $50 a budget there's
14:54not enough actual ad spend in there for
14:56it to have enough room to test all those
14:59creatives so four is the minimum six is
15:02the maximum and then in terms of AD text
15:03you can run I think unlimited um I
15:06typically start with an offer based ad
15:07text uh just so I can minimize the
15:09variables in terms of AD text cuz I
15:11really am testing the strength of the
15:12creative um so add one ad text go up to
15:16five doesn't really matter I found it to
15:17be negligible in terms of performance in
15:19my experience other people might say
15:20otherwise then you can go ahead and
15:24campaign and that is how I set up the
15:27smart performance campaign it's not
15:28actually going to but now I'm going to
15:29show you how I set up my CBO scaling
15:32campaigns for uh when you actually
15:34identify a proven winner inside of your
15:36smart performance ads what you can do to
15:38get more performance out of it by
15:39scaling it with cbos so let's go ahead
15:41and jump into that now all right so I'm
15:43back in the uh dashboard of Tik Tok ads
15:45on the 10th which is the day that we did
15:46that $1,500 day now on this day I saw
15:50that the smart performance campaigns
15:51were starting off extremely strong and
15:54so what I did literally like 30 minutes
15:56after waking up was I immediately
15:58launched two or actually three CBO
16:01campaigns um to try and start scaling so
16:03what I did was a CBO
16:06campaign and the way I like to scale is
16:08I do four adsets within that CBO
16:10campaign and then within the actual
16:12adsets of the CBO all I'm doing is
16:14taking the top performing creatives from
16:17my smart performance campaign so if you
16:19click into your smart performance and
16:20you press view data you will be able to
16:23see if you click this tab here creatives
16:26all of the creatives that are proven um
16:30what you're going to be able to see is
16:31Performance Based what you're going to
16:34be able to see is performance broken
16:35down by creative and so all I did here
16:38was on the on the morning of I went into
16:40my campaign I saw that this creative had
16:4210 conversions at a $10 CPA I
16:45immediately knew that this was the
16:46creative that I wanted to scale so I
16:48took this creative and then I created a
16:51CBO campaign and then within each of
16:53these adsets is just one creative Only
16:56The Proven Winners from my smart
16:58performance campaign
16:59then I uh created that ad set launched
17:02it created three copies so that I had
17:03four total adets and then I duplicated
17:06that CBO campaign three times so I've
17:09got one CBO two cbos and then three cbos
17:12to run alongside this smart performance
17:14campaign that's the way I like to scale
17:16and as you can see the results from that
17:18CBO campaign uh from the cbos were
17:21absolutely incredible so on one of them
17:23we had a four return on ad spens with a
17:25$10 CPA absolutely crazy um but even
17:28some the other campaigns that didn't
17:29perform as well we still relatively
17:31strong so the break even return on
17:33outspend here is like a 1.3 so at 2.25
17:36we're extremely profitable and even at
17:37two we're still profitable maybe not
17:39stupid profitable like here um but I was
17:42still really happy with the performance
17:43uh on those cbos and that's how I go
17:45about scaling um so it's very easy to
17:48actually set up all you got to do is go
17:49into create and then go to website
17:52conversions and then all you do is
17:53Select campaign budget optimization and
17:55then you basically just go through the
17:57exact same setup as the smart
17:58performance campaign leave all of your
18:00ad group settings as broad as possible
18:02select pixel um complete payment here
18:05leave everything as broad as possible
18:06only thing is just to make sure that
18:08you're not selecting pangle and global
18:10app uh turn this off turn this off and
18:13then same thing I literally leave
18:15everything broad when I'm scaling and
18:17then um yeah in terms of when you want
18:19to actually run it I you can do like
18:21midnight the next day I like to do it
18:22like whenever I'm actually wanting to
18:24see purchases um and then I set this to
18:26conversion and then attribution settings
18:28SA rules at smart performance then
18:32level what I'm doing is uh going into
18:36here I'm always using smart creative ads
18:39um and then I'm adding in again my
18:40proven creatives from my smart
18:43performance campaign and then whatever
18:44adext was working in the smart
18:45performance campaign and then that's it
18:47guys that's pretty much how you set up
18:49the scaling CBO strategy so again to
18:52recap once you've uh found Proven
18:54Winners in your smart performance
18:55campaign you then transition them into
18:57CBO scaling I haven't found smart
18:59performance to be as stable or as strong
19:02as cbos in scaling so I always go to
19:04cbos when I want to scale now with that
19:07being said guys that's pretty much going
19:08to wrap up this video in short in
19:11summary to recap in order to scale to
19:14$1,500 a day in sales on a brand new
19:16store in 2024 you need a couple of
19:18things one you need a product that is
19:20proven to convert and proven to sell two
19:23you need awesome High converting video
19:24ad creatives and three you need a
19:26systematic way to test creatives in your
19:28account and a systematic way to scale
19:31creatives in the account now if you want
