00:00I'm going to show you 50 ways that you
00:01can make money as a music producer if
00:03you're wondering why I should be
00:04speaking on this I've personally made
00:06well over a million dollars with my
00:07music since 2020 so I might have at
00:09least a little bit of an idea of what
00:11I'm talking about there's going to be a
00:12ton of money-making methods in this
00:14video so I recommend you go through and
00:16just focus on a few or even just one of
00:18those Methods at a time instead of
00:20trying to spread yourself so thin
00:21tackling 50 different things at once
00:23over the years I've been able to build
00:25up multiple streams of income for my own
00:27business but it all started with one key
00:30method that blew up my business which
00:32I'm going to show you guys later but for
00:33now let's get right into it for number
00:35one on our list we've got cold dming and
00:36trying to sell rappers inside of
00:38Instagram DMS and this method is great
00:40if you've got some extra time and your
00:42short on money to kind of invest in
00:44growing your business this one takes a
00:45lot of time and effort but if you're
00:47willing to put in the hours and you're
00:48dedicated to it it will get results so
00:50pretty much to do this we can break it
00:52down into a couple steps first you need
00:54to actually find the rappers that you're
00:55going to DM then you need to actually DM
00:58them and have an engaging message that
01:00they're going to open and reply to and
01:01then from there you're going to build a
01:03relationship and try to sell them on
01:04Beats in the future so for step number
01:06one for finding them what I would do is
01:08I would go to big beat Star sellers or
01:10big YouTube Type Beat people and then
01:12just go on their profile and see who's
01:14following them click on the profiles and
01:16and actually do your due diligence on if
01:18they're a rapper another thing you can
01:19do is go on the Instagram of one of
01:21those big producers who has Beats
01:22similar to yours and look in their
01:24tagged post cuz a lot of times artists
01:26will make a song using that person's
01:27beat so once you actually have those
01:29rappers what you want to do is go on
01:31everyone's profile and go through and
01:33actually listen to a song or even better
01:35a couple songs of theirs and come up
01:37with a genuine compliment of something
01:38you like about their music then once
01:40they've replied and you guys have kind
01:41of had a little bit of a conversation
01:43you can talk to them about how you have
01:45beats that would fit their style and
01:47then ask them if you can send a pack of
01:49free beats for them and these aren't
01:50going to be completely free beats these
01:51are just going to be free for nonprofit
01:53so make sure you make that clear to them
01:55and don't expect to make a sale that day
01:56the goal is more to nurture these people
01:58into being customers that are going to
02:00come back for beatss over and over again
02:02if you hit up 100 people every single
02:05day there's no way you're not going to
02:06be selling a beat every day or even
02:07multiple beats every single day anyways
02:09for number two I recommend posting EP
02:11deals on your story this one's kind of
02:13piggybacking off of the last one because
02:15you're going to be selling your Beats in
02:16direct messages and this is something I
02:17used to do all the time in high school I
02:19would post something on my story where I
02:20would be like rappers if you want a
02:22mixtape or album or an EP whatever
02:24completely produced by me for a good
02:26price like DM me this just feels
02:28different than someone being like y new
02:30beat go buy it it just feels like a more
02:32intimate connection with the artist and
02:34producer and I wouldn't recommend
02:35posting the price in the story because
02:36if the price is too high they might not
02:38even attempt to DM you and get this
02:40going but once they've already hit you
02:42and said that they were interested you
02:43can kind of work with their budget and
02:44from one of these story posts I would
02:46probably make anywhere from $2 to $500
02:48so I would do them like once a month
02:50just to make some extra money so I
02:51definitely recommend trying that one out
02:53all right for number three if you've got
02:54your own home studio you can record
02:56local artists and you can charge an
02:57hourly rate for people to come to your
02:59home studio studio and record with you
03:01and you can charge depending on how nice
03:03your equipment is or how much experience
03:04you have recording people and then once
03:06they're already there cooking up
03:07recording songs you might be able to
03:09also upsell them on your actual beats
03:11and not just the studio time all right
03:12and then at number four you can create
03:14some kind of bundle package for your
03:16customers as a producer and you could do
03:18this for artists by creating something
03:19where it's like you buy a beat that
03:21comes with a free cover art a free
03:22mixing and then maybe also if you have
03:24them in your studio you can have them
03:26recorded at your studio so you're pretty
03:28much making yourself a One-Stop shop and
03:30you can promote this on your Instagram
03:31story just like the EP deal I was just
03:33talking about and if you do this and you
03:34do it well people are going to be coming
03:36back to you over and over again because
03:37you're kind of indispensable all right
03:39number five everyone pretty much knows
03:41this one but put out your Beats as typ
03:42beats on YouTube and beat Stars I'm not
03:44going to go too into depth with this but
03:46pretty much what you do is you just post
03:47your beat on YouTube and beat stars and
03:49the hope is that you get organic traffic
03:51from YouTube onto your beat Stars beat
03:53store where people are going to buy and
03:55Lease your Beats there's a ton of people
03:56saying that this is oversaturated but I
03:58know a bunch of people who are still
03:59killing selling on beat stars and
04:00YouTube so if you're making the Beats
04:02already it's definitely worth putting
04:03them out there for number six you can
04:04put out collab songs using platforms
04:07like Dr kid with all the people who are
04:08buying your Beats so essentially instead
04:10of just giving them the beat for $40 you
04:13would also add into the contract or just
04:15your guys's handshake agreement they
04:16would also add you on drro kid for the
04:18royalties and put your name on the song
04:21and what this is going to do is grow
04:22your own Spotify profile and who knows
04:24maybe you could pull a Metro boom in and
04:26eventually be dropping your own albums
04:28featuring artists and be making a ton of
04:30money just off your own Spotify alone if
04:32you're consistent doing that you're
04:33probably going to see some decent money
04:35every month and then for number seven
04:36put your own instrumentals and beats on
04:38Spotify and apple music and all the
04:40other dsps but I personally know a ton
04:42of people who have made a killing doing
04:44this where their beats have become
04:45trending sounds on Tik Tok and then got
04:47millions tens of millions of streams and
04:50when you own 100% of that beat and you
04:52get 100% of the royalties you're going
04:54to make way more money than you would on
04:55a big placement with the same amount of
04:57streams and this is definitely not as
04:58easy as just throwing up on Spotify
05:00doing nothing to it and thinking that
05:01you're going to make a bunch of money
05:03but if you actually put some time and
05:04effort into promoting this on places
05:06like reals or Tik Tok or even try to
05:09submit to Spotify editorial playlist for
05:11example like if you make lowii beats you
05:13can submit them to those lowii beats to
05:15study to kind of playlists if you're
05:17already making the Beats it doesn't hurt
05:18you to spend the extra 10 minutes to put
05:20it on streaming platforms all right for
05:21number eight if you've got a good ear
05:23for mixing and you're good at mixing
05:24vocals whether it's other artist vocals
05:26or your own vocals that you make in your
05:28Beats you could start selling vocal
05:29mixing presets to artists you could
05:31either have this as its own Standalone
05:33product that you're trying to sell or
05:34you could just keep it as an exclusive
05:36thing that you're trying to add as an
05:38upsell to your Beats that you're selling
05:39to people on DMS or your EP deals the
05:41moral of the story with this is to just
05:43keep adding these value stacks of things
05:45that you can do to help your customer
05:47and in return you're going to get paid
05:48more money all right for number nine
05:49we've got sync placements and I
05:52personally don't really go hard on these
05:54I have a couple sinks myself and they do
05:55pay pretty well so I'm not the most
05:57qualified to give advice on where to
05:59start with this but I know many people
06:01who are making over 10K a month who
06:02don't need to have this huge social
06:04media presence or be putting out content
06:06all the time and if you look on screen
06:07I'm going to put a list of libraries
06:09that you can start trying to submit your
06:11tracks to but I recommend that you watch
06:12more YouTube videos on this cuz it
06:14really is not my area of expertise and
06:16next up at number 10 we've got what's
06:18currently my bread and butter selling
06:19sample packs and this could be Loop kits
06:21drum kits preset packs phrases vocal
06:24kits whatever you want to sell later in
06:25this video I'm going to go over how much
06:27money I've made from doing this I
06:28actually just looked today and it kind
06:30of surprised me I see people all the
06:31time talking about how selling sample
06:33packs is dead but that's just simply not
06:35true for number 11 you can pay
06:37influencers to promote your kits so it's
06:39kind of going off of the last one of
06:40selling kits if you pay big YouTube
06:42producers say Ocean or Simon Serita or
06:45even smaller people that are getting
06:46good views on their stuff if you pay
06:48them to promote your kit in their video
06:50you're going to get a ton of new
06:51customers who have never heard of you
06:53before I remember the first time I did
06:54one of these sponsored posts I paid him
06:56something around 500 bucks and that day
06:58that the video went live I made over
07:00$1,500 in sales another way that you can
07:02sell kits for number 12 is to run
07:04Facebook or Instagram ads now personally
07:06I used to recommend just going on
07:08Instagram and pressing the Boost post
07:10button but I would definitely not
07:11recommend that anymore after what I've
07:13learned I recommend that you go in and
07:14learn Facebook ads the actual business
07:16manager because you can track how much
07:18profit you make per ad and you just have
07:20a lot more control over everything
07:22however there is a huge potential
07:23downside with running paid ads cuz if
07:25your stuff is not good enough yet or
07:27your ads aren't good or if you really
07:29don't have have the money to be spending
07:30there there's a good chance that you can
07:32lose your money however I don't want
07:33that to turn you off from doing Facebook
07:35ads because I think even if you're
07:36losing a little bit of money or just
07:38breaking even you're getting paid
07:40customers into your business and we'll
07:41go over email marketing in a second but
07:43if you get their emails you can sell to
07:45them for years to come and then you'll
07:47actually profit off of that money that
07:48you put in up front all right for number
07:5013 you can put out content on YouTube
07:52Reals Tik Tok whatever you want to do to
07:54promote your kits putting out organic
07:56content could be super useful cuz you
07:58don't need to spend a ton of money to
08:00get started doing that and you can get
08:02organic views so you're going to be able
08:03to profit more than if you try to do
08:04paid ads right from the start and I
08:06personally have seen a ton of success
08:08selling my stuff on YouTube and also
08:10just on my Instagram stories and reals
08:12and stuff like that and also for 14 you
08:14can put out free kits to gain followers
08:17you might be wondering well if it's free
08:18how am I going to make money off of this
08:19and that's where having an email list
08:21comes in a lot of producers look at
08:23putting free stuff out wrong and they're
08:24thinking like oh I'm devaluing my stuff
08:26and nobody's going to buy my stuff if
08:28I'm giving them free stuff if you think
08:29of it like a food court inside of a mall
08:31if a restaurant you've never heard of
08:33offers you a free sample you might try
08:35it so you try it and then if it's good
08:36you're definitely way more likely to go
08:38back to that restaurant and actually buy
08:40a full meal but anyways back to the
08:41email list that I was talking about
08:43whenever you put out these free kits
08:44you're going to have it so they have to
08:46put in their email to get the free kit
08:47sent to them and then that email is
08:49going to get added to your email list
08:50and on your email list you're going to
08:52keep marketing to them every single week
08:54with new free stuff valuable articles or
08:56content or whatever you can think of and
08:58then every once once in a while you're
09:00going to try to sell them on a paid
09:01product pretty much you put out free
09:03stuff to get people's attention in an
09:04exchange you get their email and then
09:06you can nurture those leads and sell to
09:08them in the future on email marketing
09:09later on I'm going to get a little bit
09:11more into email marketing and kind of my
09:12strategy with that but for number 15 you
09:14can also sell those same exact sample
09:16packs that you're putting out on other
09:18people's Sample Stores so for example
09:20let's say I make a new trap Loop kit I
09:22post a loop kit on my site but then I
09:24find this other company that I think
09:26that my trap Loop kit fits with their
09:27sound I can put those samples on on that
09:29site and you're probably either going to
09:30get a revenue split deal so like 50/50
09:33splits on the sales or they're just
09:34going to pay you an upfront fee to be
09:36able to sell it on their website and
09:37keep all the profit for them but just
09:39make sure it's not exclusive because
09:40then have 10 other websites also selling
09:42those kits getting more people to look
09:44at your stuff you're just kind of
09:45leveraging every single product that you
09:47put out and then on the flip side of
09:48that if you're focused on selling your
09:49own samples and you're actually getting
09:51a decent amount of sales it might be
09:52worth it to hit up some of your friends
09:54who are making good stuff as well and
09:55then sell it on your website for a 50/50
09:58split or pay them out up front if you
09:59want all right and then for number 17
10:01you can get hired by companies like
10:03producer grind simatics or even me to
10:05help make one shot drum sounds Loops
10:07presets all that kind of stuff for these
10:09big production Suites that we put out
10:11pretty much the way it works is if
10:12someone submits a drum sound I pay them
10:14let's say three or $5 so if you submit
10:17100 sounds and they all make it to the
10:19kit you can make like $500 off of sound
10:21designing and giving it to a different
10:22company all you need to do is focus on
10:24making the sounds if you've got some
10:25extra sounds laying around or you like
10:27sound designing this would definitely be
10:28a good way to get get some money all
10:29right next up for number 18 we got
10:31making custom beats and you can promote
10:33this on your Instagram story you can
10:35have it as an option on your beat Stars
10:36website it's a good way to make a good
10:38amount of money the only downside is you
10:40might end up wasting your time with
10:41someone who doesn't like what you made
10:42but you could even do something where
10:43it's like they pay half up front and
10:45then half at the end once they're happy
10:47with the product just to protect you
10:48from wasting your time and then also
10:50kind of the same thing just a different
10:51side at number 19 we've got selling
10:53custom Loops I've seen people doing this
10:55I don't know how scalable this is but if
10:57you're looking to make some extra money
10:58creating custom Loops for people with
11:00the ideas that they kind of have might
11:02be a good way to make some extra money
11:03all right number 20 this is for people
11:05who can sing or play in live instrument
11:07like a flute or a violin or a guitar
11:09something cool like that you can offer
11:11bigger producers to work with them on
11:12their Loops or you can hit them up and
11:14then treat it as a collab and if they're
11:16getting sales or they're getting
11:17placements you're also going to get a
11:18split of all that so if you've got a
11:20unique skill set like that you can
11:21definitely make money with this and
11:22speaking as someone who works with those
11:24session musician kind of people nobody
11:25really hits me up to do custom vocals or
11:28flutes or whatever it is I'm most likely
11:29going to at least check out your profile
11:31and see if I like your work and with
11:32that if you don't want to DM bigger
11:34producers you can also offer those same
11:36exact services on Fiverr or if you don't
11:38have any special instrument or vocal
11:39skill sets like that you can also offer
11:41production services on Fiverr the
11:43competition for music producers is set
11:45pretty low because the people who are on
11:47there typically don't have the kind of
11:48sound that I feel like a lot of people
11:50are going for these days all right for
11:51number 22 we've got affiliate marketing
11:53let's say you found this VST company
11:55that you really like and you sign up
11:57with their affiliate program and then
11:58you help them make sales by promoting
12:01their link whenever they buy from that
12:02specific link you're going to get a
12:03percentage of the sale and if you're
12:05able to sell a lot of stuff you could
12:06probably make some good money doing this
12:08all right for number 23 you can design
12:09kit cover arts for producers or song
12:11cover arts for artists and this is kind
12:13of leaning more on the side hustle side
12:15cuz you're not really doing anything
12:16involved with music with this however
12:18this could be a great way to build a
12:20valuable relationship with someone and
12:22the best example I could think of is my
12:24boy Zippy Tano who ended up getting a
12:26platinum maybe multiplatinum record off
12:28of offering free graphic design services
12:30to a producer named day6 you can
12:32definitely make some good money just
12:34doing the actual work or you could offer
12:35it for free in exchange for hopefully
12:37getting a relationship with a big
12:39producer or big person that you want to
12:40work with all right number 24 this could
12:42work for either selling Beats to artists
12:44or kits to producers and this is running
12:46flash sales all the way since I was in
12:48high school selling Beats until now
12:51whenever I run a big sale I make a ton
12:53of money like this and in my mind I
12:55don't know why people are so scared to
12:56do bigger discounts because we're
12:58selling digital products with music it
12:59doesn't cost you anything to sell a beat
13:02which is make sure that you don't
13:03Overkill it and do it all the time all
13:04right at number 25 we've got a big one
13:06that's got a bunch of stuff inside of it
13:08that I'm going to go on on the next ones
13:09is building a personal brand my personal
13:11brand has helped me connect with big
13:13producers that never would have given me
13:15the time of day it's helped me make more
13:16money than I ever have because there's
13:18so many different ways that you can
13:19leverage that and as I mentioned before
13:21one of the best things you can do for
13:22number 26 to leverage that big audience
13:25that you grow is to have an email list
13:27if you're trying to build your own Ecom
13:29commer kind of brand and you want to
13:30take anything from this video I
13:32definitely recommend just starting your
13:34email list if you're on beat Stars they
13:35download your beat for free they have to
13:37put in their email by giving them that
13:38free download a bunch of people are
13:40going to download on beat stars and you
13:41get a bunch of emails on your Beats or
13:43if you're more on the kit side of things
13:44like I am just make sure you have
13:46somewhere on your website where people
13:47can sign up for your email list because
13:49once people are on your email list you
13:51own that data forever and nobody can
13:53take that away from me unless I somehow
13:55lose the list or I get hacked or
13:56something but that's why you back it up
13:58all right for number 27 I've got one of
13:59my go-to ways to build my email list
14:02which is min chat Min chat is pretty
14:03much this website or app you connect
14:05your Instagram and then whenever someone
14:07comments with a certain keyword it
14:10automatically DMS them a message that
14:12you can put a link in so for a little
14:13over a year now I've been doing this
14:15combo of Instagram reals with many chat
14:17on it I've been getting so much more
14:19engagement on my posts and so many more
14:21people on my email list because I'm
14:23sending them links to free kits that
14:24brings them to a page where they put in
14:26their email and just to stress how
14:28important email marketing is there's
14:29been months where I've made over $20,000
14:32on my email marketing alone and if
14:33you're wondering what program I use I
14:35use clavio and it's been super super
14:37effective ever since I made the change
14:39from MailChimp to clavia for number 28
14:41you could create like a free bundle that
14:43you just link in every single
14:45description of every single video that
14:46you post so if you're posting type beats
14:48you could just put a free 10 pack of
14:50unlimited lease beats just have that as
14:52a link in the description for every
14:54single beat that you post or if you're
14:55doing something more like me and you're
14:56kind of making tutorials for producers
14:58you can make a pack of mixing presets
15:00Loops go-to drums whatever it is to help
15:02collect more emails whenever you build a
15:04personal brand you can also Branch out
15:06and do things like number 29 selling
15:08merch by the way I'm trying out for the
15:10very first time right now I just dropped
15:12my brand new merch on Friday June 7th
15:15we've got the drum God the sample God
15:16and the loop God shirts and if you buy

15:20you're also going to get two to three

15:35you've got a personal brand you can also
15:37make money from live streams you could
15:38either do song reviews or beat reviews
15:41and pretty much charge something like
15:42five or 10 bucks to skip the line so if
15:44someone's willing to pay $5 to just skip
15:47the line and make sure that they can see
15:48your reaction to their beat you can make
15:50some extra money for honestly just going
15:51on and having a good time listening to
15:53People's music I Won't name any names
15:54but I know people who are making around
15:56$11,000 per stream doing this just
15:58reviewing People's music another thing
16:00you can do once you build a personal
16:01brand is have consultations how to make
16:03your mixes better how to play an
16:04instrument how to record vocals whatever
16:06you do well as a producer if you've got
16:08a brand and you have people who trust
16:10you you can definitely sell one-on-one
16:11calls and make some good money doing
16:13that or yet another thing that you can
16:14do with a personal brand you can do
16:16brand deals and sponsorships and I'm not
16:18going to lie I literally just started
16:20doing these because for the whole time
16:21that I've had this YouTube channel I've
16:23been trying to only be promoting my own
16:25products closed-minded to having anyone
16:27else's products be promoted on here
16:28recently I I guess I sold out now I've
16:31started doing brand deals and
16:32sponsorships and even at a semi small
16:35audience size I'm able to make actually
16:36really good money doing this so if you
16:38build up a personal brand you could
16:39probably be making six figures a year
16:41just off of brand deals and sponsorships
16:43honestly all right for number 33 if
16:45you're building a personal brand on
16:46YouTube You're Going to get money from
16:48AdSense and I will give a little
16:49disclaimer you really have to get a [Â __Â ]
16:51ton of views to make good money doing
16:53this but it's just another thing to add
16:54it all adds up and for the last thing I
16:56can think of that you could do with a
16:57personal brand is host events I think of
17:00people like Stafford beats and ant
17:01Chamberlain they've been doing this
17:02thing recently where they'll rent out a
17:04whole entire Mansion or a big Studio
17:06they sell tickets or spots to come to
17:08that event and just cook up a bunch of
17:10music with everyone Network and connect
17:12so let's say you book a nice ass Airbnb
17:14for $10,000 for a week and then you
17:16charge $300 per spot assuming you've
17:19actually got a good amount of people who
17:20would be interested in flying in person
17:22to work with you you could probably sell
17:24100 spots or less spots if you don't
17:26want it to be 100 people in one house
17:28you can make some good profit off of
17:29that and honestly it sounds like fun to
17:31just host an event with a bunch of
17:32producers but anyways moving on from the
17:34personal brand stuff number 35 you could
17:36submit your Beats to beat Stars
17:38opportunities it takes almost no time so
17:40you might as well just submit your stuff
17:41to the opportunities tab I've personally
17:43had a bunch of Beats put on their
17:44playlists and I made a bunch of sales
17:46through that so I know it works and also
17:47while we're on the topic of beat Stars
17:49you could run beat Stars ads on your
17:51stuff this is kind of the same slippery
17:53slope that I talked about with Facebook
17:54ads in the beginning of this video but I
17:56do know people who are putting a ton of
17:57money in beat Stars ads and have seen
17:59huge results kind of just catapulting
18:01their whole entire beat catalog to the
18:03top of the charts and then once they get
18:04on the beat Stars top charts they can
18:06just sell like wildfire all right for
18:07number 37 you could start an individual
18:09Loop store on beatstars I remember
18:11seeing this company called by loop.com
18:13they were pretty much running your
18:14standard beat store except they were
18:15just selling individual Loops I think
18:17it's a lot easier of an ask to get
18:19someone to spend three maybe $5 on a
18:21couple loops that they like rather than
18:22$30 on a whole pack that they might only
18:24like two or three Loops from all right
18:26number 38 you can start a patreon in
18:28this definitely would work better with a
18:30big personal brand but inside the
18:32patreon you can put your Loops you can
18:33put cookout videos exclusive content
18:35drum sounds that you've been using
18:37presets you've been using whatever you
18:38want to put in there and honestly I
18:39think there's better ways to monetize
18:41your stuff but if you don't feel like
18:42dealing with all the business stuff just
18:43throwing your stuff on patreon and
18:45getting all of your followers and stuff
18:47onto there could be a good way to make
18:49some money and number 39 this is kind of
18:51the same thing you could sell weekly
18:52Loop subscriptions you can actually set
18:54it up to be a subscription service where
18:56someone's paying I don't know 153 bucks
18:58a month to get all of your loops and if
19:00you've got a solid following or if
19:01you've got a bunch of placements or
19:03opportunities you could definitely make
19:04some good money doing this especially if
19:06you make it feel like it's an exclusive
19:08thing that not everyone can get all
19:09right for number 40 we've got the one
19:11that blew my business up this is the one
19:13that took me from making 800 bucks a
19:15month to making 30k a month and it's
19:17sending your Loops out to Big YouTube or
19:19big beat Stars producers and I've talked
19:21about this a lot so I know a lot of you
19:22guys know how this works but just in
19:24case you don't pretty much what I used
19:25to do is I would go on YouTube and let's
19:27just say I would look up little baby
19:29type beat and then every single person
19:31who ranked on that homepage I would go
19:33and look at their Channel and find their
19:34Instagram and then I would DM them to
19:36try to send them loops and take the time
19:38to make a good message trying to get
19:40their Loop email maybe like find their
19:42most popular beat and be like yo I've
19:43got a bunch of Loops like this get their
19:45Loop email and then send them Loops
19:47every single day and hopefully they're
19:48using them they're going to add you on
19:50beat stars as a collaborator for 50% the
19:52reason this works so well is cuz you're
19:54getting access to all of their audiences
19:56and getting a 50% split on all the sales
19:58that they're making for you is a super
20:00good way to make money just doing this
20:02alone I've probably made close to
20:03$500,000 or more than $500,000 for
20:06number 41 this is kind of piggybacking
20:09on that last one you can go on beat
20:10stars and YouTube and instead of trying
20:12to reach out to these big producers
20:14especially if you're smaller you can go
20:15in the YouTube description and see who
20:18produced the beat and if you start
20:19seeing one name over and over hit up the
20:21producers who are working with the big
20:23producers let's say that you were on
20:25YouTube and beat stars and you just kept
20:26seeing me added as a collaborator you
20:28would want to go and DM me and try to
20:30work with me on collab Loops because
20:32essentially you're going to gain access
20:33to my network of big tip beat producers
20:35Whenever I send out a collab that we
20:37made for number 42 kind of the same
20:39thing if you don't make loops it's not
20:41as effective but you can do the same
20:43thing but with your full beats so if you
20:44make really good Drake R&B type beats
20:46you can hit up a guy who's ranking every
20:49time for Drake R&B type beats and tell
20:51him that you can send him all your Beats
20:53and he can post them for 50/50 splits on
20:55his beat store you're taking away all
20:57the work that he has to go through to
20:58actually make the beat all he has to do
21:00is post it on his beat store and post it
21:02on his YouTube all right for number 43
21:03you can sell guides or video courses on
21:05how to do specific things as a producer
21:08you could sell PDF courses on how to
21:10make your drums better if you're good at
21:12mixing you could make a video course on
21:14mixing sell that I've been seeing this
21:15company mix Elite all over the place
21:18recently on Instagram ads and this would
21:19be a good way without selling Beats or
21:21trying to get placements to make money
21:23as a producer all right for number 44
21:24we've got arguably one of the hardest
21:26ways to make money as a music producer
21:28but if it's done right could make you a
21:30[Â __Â ] ton of money so personally I've
21:31made over $200,000 in total off of all
21:34of my placement stuff and I've got a
21:36good amount of placements don't get me
21:37wrong but I don't have any number one
21:39billboard smash hits or anything but I
21:41do have an older video on my channel
21:42where I go over a ton of ways similar to
21:44this video that you can get your first
21:46major placement but anyways for 45 off
21:48of those major placements you can get
21:49money off of your publishing or just for
21:51smaller songs that you put out with
21:53Independent Artists or your own beat
21:54tapes that I was talking about earlier
21:56you're also going to get Advanced
21:57upfront money for these big major
21:59placements for 47 we've got Master
22:01royalties so off of one big placement
22:03you're going to get paid in those three
22:05different ways and all those different
22:07things definitely add up also for number
22:0848 it helps build your brand more
22:11whenever you're able to say these are
22:12the same sounds I use for 21 savage or
22:14the same sounds I use for future your
22:16credibility goes way up and you're able
22:18to sell more kits more beats if you're
22:19selling Beats or if you feel like
22:21getting hated on by the producer
22:22Community you could even sell paid
22:24collabs I really wouldn't recommend
22:26doing this for number 49 you can send
22:27out your loops to Big Industry producers
22:30as well a cool way you can go to find
22:31Big Industry producers that aren't
22:33people like Metro Boomin or people that
22:34are unreachable for most of us you can
22:36just go on genius and let's say you like
22:39Kodak Black's recent album every single
22:41producer on genius who is part of that
22:43album you can go and DM every single one
22:45of those people and try to make a
22:47connection either sending starters to
22:48the loop maker who was on the beat or
22:50sending Loops to the person who made
22:51drums on the beat and you can start with
22:52even smaller artists at first just to
22:54kind of build your way up in the
22:55industry sending Loops out to Industry
22:57producers is not any crazy mindblowing
22:59new way to make money but it does work
23:01people have been doing it for a while
23:02and I don't see it stopping working
23:04anytime soon and once you do get those
23:05placements some money will start rolling
23:07in and finally the most important one

23:18just a few more moments I'm going to
23:19give you my top five list on the things
23:20that I actually think are the best thing
23:22to do especially if you're a loop maker
23:24like me more focused on making Melodies
23:26than making drums or full beats like I
23:28said in the very beginning of this video
23:29I think the best thing you can do is
23:31start with one main lane and then just
23:33expand from that don't go doing a
23:35million things at once instead just
23:37choose one that you can really focus in
23:39on all right for number one on my list
23:40since it blew my business up I just have
23:42to put it there sending Loops for
23:44beatstars collab sales like I said I
23:46made over a $500,000 doing this and if
23:48you're already making the loops finding
23:50new people to DM really the only work is
23:52sending out the loops every day which
23:53takes like 5 10 minutes if you're using
23:55a tool like mail track and then for
23:57number two you might as well find some
23:58industry connects as well and just send
24:00those same Loops out to the industry
24:02people like I said placements I made me
24:03anywhere from $200 to $250,000 so this
24:06is definitely worth the extra 10 minutes
24:08a day sending out those Loops to the
24:09industry guys for number three I would
24:11sell sample packs I know I said earlier
24:13I would break down how much money I've
24:14made and since I started in 2021 I've
24:18$77,000 which is [Â __Â ] insane to me
24:20and then number four since you're
24:21already making those sample packs I
24:23would also recommend sending those out
24:24to other sample pack companies whenever
24:26you get an Instagram ad and you see
24:28someone selling Loop kisss just kind of
24:29make a note of them and then hit them up
24:31and ask them if they're open to selling
24:32other people's stuff for a split or an
24:34upfront payment and if you notice all of
24:36those first four things that I just
24:37mentioned rely on one product just
24:39making your Loops so I wouldn't
24:41recommend spreading yourself thin by
24:42making full beats making Loops mixing
24:44for people doing graphic design and all
24:46this stuff if you're just focused on
24:48making Loops there's so many ways that
24:49you can leverage just one Loop each Loop
24:52is kind of acting as the seed that grows
24:54this tree of all these other income
24:56streams that you can make from it and
24:57then for number five I praised it before
24:59I'll praise it again I think the number
25:00one thing that you can do as a producer
25:02is build your personal brand this feeds
25:04into all 50 things that I mentioned on
25:06this list and if you maintain a good
25:08relationship with your audience and
25:10you're not scamming them selling them
25:11horrible products or just being an
25:13[Â __Â ] you can monetize your brand
25:14forever however you see fit however it
25:17does take a lot of time and dedication
25:19to build a good brand if you think I
