00:23we're coming to you from Jerusalem
00:25specifically we're outside the upper
00:28room the building you see behind me is
00:31the upper room and it's where the Holy
00:34Spirit was poured out on the 120 the
00:37birth of the church as we know it today
00:39those men who were common fishermen and
00:42and just people everyday common people
00:47who were filled with the Holy Spirit and
00:49when they were filled with the Holy
00:51Spirit they began to do the
00:52extraordinary they began to go and heal
00:55the sick and cast out devils and preach
00:58the gospel to the world turn cities
01:00upside down through the power of the
01:03Holy Spirit and you know we need that
01:06fire and that power the Bible calls the
01:09Holy Spirit one of the names is the fire
01:11Isaiah calls him the spirit of burning
01:14because the Holy Spirit the spirit of
01:16burning and Jesus the Bible said would
01:19baptize you Matthew 3 in the Holy Ghost
01:23and Fire I heard a story that came out
01:27of Yosemite National Park many years ago
01:30they used to have something called the
01:32fire fall and what they would do is
01:34gather all of the trees that had fallen
01:37and they would put them on a cliff and
01:40this large Granite Cliff they would take
01:43huge bulldozers and they would push the
01:46trees and limbs a huge huge pile of of
01:50wood to the edge of that Granite Cliff
01:52they would pour gasoline and and
01:55kerosene all over it and catch it on
01:57fire and just before the bulldozers
01:59pushed it over and it was a beautiful
02:01sight to see as the fire would fall over
02:04and Cascade down the people would would
02:07shout thousands of people would be at
02:09the base of the little mountain and they
02:11would shout let the Fire Fall
02:13and when they would say Let the Fire
02:15Fall the bulldozers would push it over
02:17and when they would push it over the
02:20fire would fall and some years later a
02:24man went back and he said I've come to
02:27see the Fire Fall and the forest rains
02:29are informed him I'm sorry sir the Fire
02:32doesn't fall here anymore we don't do
02:34that here anymore that could be true of
02:36many churches many Christians that at
02:39one time had the fire and the passion
02:41and the Zeal of God but the truth is the
02:44Fire doesn't fall there anymore what
02:46what used to be Bright Lights what used
02:48to be burning passion is now nothing
02:51more than an ember of what used to be
02:54you see we need the fire of God we need
02:57it to fall again I don't know about you
02:59but I would like to see a fresh new Fire
03:03again upon the body of Christ upon the
03:07church upon the pastors upon all of us
03:10that fire that purifies that fire you
03:13see God the Bible said is a consuming
03:15fire and then the Bible talks about in
03:18Malachi he shall sit as a Refiner's Fire
03:20and Fuller soap soap cleans up the
03:23outside fire cleans up the inside and
03:26one of the things that happens when the
03:28Holy Spirit comes is he purifies he
03:30cleanses us he turns the heat up and
03:33suddenly we begin to feel that fire of
03:36the Holy Spirit when the fire would fall
03:38in the Bible upon the sacrifices it was
03:41God's acceptance and approval upon
03:44people's lives when Elijah built a built
03:47an altar and he poured water on top of
03:50the sacrifice and the fire came down the
03:53Bible said and consumed it it was God
03:55saying I approve it was and I love the
03:58prayer that Elijah prayed he said if I
04:00be a man of God Let the Fire Fall I
04:03wonder if you could put that challenge
04:04out I wonder if I could put that
04:06challenge out I wonder if we have enough
04:07confidence in our life that we could say
04:09God if I'm living right Let the Fire
04:12Fall and I'm telling you this is an hour
04:15when we need the Holy Spirit fire to
04:18fall upon our churches Upon Our Youth
04:21groups upon our teenagers upon our our
04:24pastors and teachers and evangelists
04:26we've got a lot of show we've got a lot
04:29of things but we need the fire of the
04:31Holy Spirit when I think about the fire
04:33I think about Jeremiah he got a
04:36Pentecostal fever and he said it's like
04:38a fire shut up in my bones oh God give
04:42us that fire back give us that passion
04:44back I've come too far just to be you
04:47know a casual Christian I don't want to
04:49grow cold I don't want to grow
04:51indifferent The Book of Revelation warns
04:53in Revelation chapter 3 you're lukewarm
04:56and if you're lukewarm I'll spew you out
04:58of my mouth the only thing that can take
05:01you from lukewarmness to Red Hot is the
05:04power of the Holy Spirit we need a fresh
05:07Fire Fall we need the Holy Spirit to
05:10fall on this generation I think about
05:13how that the Bible talks about that in
05:17the last days we would see the
05:20outpouring of the Holy Spirit and I'm
05:22believing for that fire to hit your life
05:25and hit your family he said I'll be like
05:27a wall of fire around Jerusalem and I
05:30guess what I'm trying to say is this is
05:33an hour like never before when we need
05:37something that happened in that Yosemite
05:39National Park several years ago they
05:41noticed that the redwood trees were not
05:44reproducing themselves they were dying
05:47out and they were very concerned the
05:50park rangers and they began to search
05:52and begin to try to figure out why are
05:55we not producing a new generation of
05:58redwood trees and they said what had
06:01happened is the Shale of the Redwood the
06:04seed of the Redwood has a hard shell
06:07it's an encrustation that develops
06:10around the sea and it takes a lot of
06:13heat to melt that outer shell away so
06:16the seed can germinate and go into the
06:19ground and produce another tree and
06:21here's what was happening
06:23before when lightning would strike and
06:28it would just burn and the heat would
06:30become so intense that it would burn
06:32away the shell off of the seeds it would
06:35burn away the encrustation and then the
06:38seed could go into the ground and
06:40germinate but but through the years we
06:43developed our programs and forest
06:45rangers would learn to put fires out
06:47quicker and so in putting fires out
06:50quicker what they didn't realize was the
06:52fire wasn't getting hot enough
06:54to burn away the Shale that had formed
06:58around the seed that would produce the
07:00next generation of redwood trees
07:03and so they have discovered that they've
07:06got to have an intense heat and fire to
07:09produce a new generation and I guess
07:11that's what I'm trying to say is we need
07:15and I can hear them singing behind me
07:17Lord Let the Fire Fall
07:19because when the Fire gets to burn and
07:22it can this generation may seem like
07:24they've got a hard shell you're
07:26teenagers your sons your daughters your
07:28grandchildren they may be hard shelled
07:30against the gospel nothing touches them
07:32nothing moves them they're not
07:34interested in spiritual things but if we
07:36get the fire to burn him if we get an
07:38outpouring of the Holy Spirit it can
07:40burn away that shell it can burn away
07:43every habit every addiction it can break
07:46the power of alcoholism and drug
07:48addiction there's only one answer and
07:50it's the power of the Holy Spirit and
07:53that's what I'm believing is going to
07:54happen to you and your life and your
07:57family if you've not experienced the
07:59power of the Holy Spirit
08:01the Bible said this in Acts chapter 2
08:03This Promise is unto you and unto your
08:07children and to them that are far off
08:09even as many as the Lord Our God shall
08:12call the Apostle Paul put it this way he
08:15said for he that speaketh in an unknown
08:17tongue speaketh not unto men but unto
08:20God how be it in the spirit he speaks
08:23Mysteries Paul went home to say I thank
08:26my God I speak in tongues more than you
08:28all oh I don't know about that tongue
08:30stuff when the Holy Spirit comes and he
08:33baptizes you he will speak in a Heavenly
08:37well I don't want the tongues that's
08:39like going and buying a pair of shoes
08:41and saying I want the shoes but cut the
08:43tongues out well you know your shoes
08:46have the have the What's called the
08:48tongue how how crazy would that be the
08:50man would look at you and say I'm sorry
08:52but it's a package deal if you buy the
08:55shoe the tongues comes with it well if
08:57you get the Holy Spirit the holy spirit
09:00will speak the baptism in the holy
09:02spirit will give you a voice and you
09:04pray as the spirit gives you the
09:06utterance and This Promise is unto you
09:10I'm telling you it's the most wonderful
09:12thing I was 16 years old when I had my
09:15personal Pentecost I was a teenager and
09:18I was running you know lit doing my best
09:20to live for the Lord but I'd never been
09:23filled with the Holy Spirit and I was
09:25feeling the peer pressure and I'd given
09:27my heart to the Lord but all the kids
09:29were having the parties and I just felt
09:31the pressure and you know felt like I
09:33was just going back just going back into
09:35my old ways going back to the oh sins
09:38and one night on a Friday night we were
09:41having a Revival and I went to that
09:44Country Church in North Carolina on a
09:46Friday night and I remember my heart was
09:48so empty and I said Lord I need
09:50something something's missing I love you
09:52and I'm doing my best to serve you but
09:55I'm weak and you know I almost went to a
09:57party instead of coming to church and I
09:59know what's right but I don't I don't
10:01really I don't feel that passion and
10:03that fire that I used to have for you
10:05I'll never forget that Friday night the
10:08Holy Spirit touched me in that service I
10:11went down to the Altar and that preacher
10:13laid hands on me and I was filled with
10:15the Holy Ghost and I began to speak as
10:18the spirit gave me the utterance it
10:20changed my life and it'll change your
10:22life I'll never doubt it again I've
10:24never wondered again I've never reached
10:27that point to where I was not convinced
10:29that God is real you see when the fire
10:32falls it changes you when the fire falls
10:35the anointing comes on your life and
10:38there's nothing that can that can turn
10:40you around there's a place you can get
10:42where there's no turning back the Bible
10:44said you're sealed by the Holy Spirit of
10:47promise and I'm praying for that Holy
10:49Spirit to touch you there's a group that
10:52just went in and they're having an
10:53old-fashioned prayer meeting that's what
10:55we need we need the fire and the fire
10:58always comes notice my last point is
11:02the Bible said God gave a commandment in
11:04the book of Exodus he said the fire will
11:07never go out on the altar he told the
11:10priest keep the fire burning on the
11:12altar whatever you do don't let the fire
11:15go out let me say this you'll always
11:17find the fire at the altar if you need
11:20the fire build an altar if you're hungry
11:23for the fire build an altar if you're
11:26longing for the fire build an altar and
11:30Lord I just pray right now for everybody
11:32watching me I pray for the power and the
11:35fire of God to move on those whose
11:37Hearts have become hard and shelled and
11:41and just indifferent to conviction and
11:46touch in voice of God those who have
11:49become hardened to spiritual things may
11:52the fire of God burn away that shell and
11:55may they feel the life in the love and
11:58the joy of the Lord I pray for those
12:00today who are sick I pray for those
12:03watching this telecast who need a
12:05miracle in their body by his stripes you
12:08are healed about two miles from here is
12:11a place called Calvary from where I'm
12:12standing about two miles down the road
12:15is a place called Calvary and it was
12:17there that he was wounded for your
12:19transgressions he was bruised for your
12:21iniquities and by his stripes you are
12:25and now we're where the Holy Spirit was
12:28poured out Lord pour it out through this
12:30telecast Let the Fire flow through these
12:33cameras let it touch homes and lives and
12:36families and marriages those who are
12:38hard in their heart and the Bible said
12:41when Peter preached on the day of
12:43Pentecost they were pricked in their
12:45heart some of you have got comfortable
12:46in your sin comfortable in your in in
12:49your immorality comfortable things you
12:52used to have convictions about you've
12:53lost those convictions Let the Fire Burn
12:56that Shale away and let life come and
12:59let Joy come in the name of Jesus and be
13:04not drunk with wine where is it says but
13:07be filled with the spirit speaking to
13:09yourselves and seeing in hymns and songs
13:12and spiritual songs singing making
13:15melody in your heart into the Lord oh
13:18Hallelujah let's just praise him right
13:20now Lord I just praise you today for the
13:23power of the Holy Spirit pour it out in
13:25a 120 plus Nations that are watching
13:28this telecast in Africa in South America
13:31in Russia in Ukraine pour out your
13:35spirit in the Middle East all over the
13:37world we need a second outpouring not an
13:41upper room experience in our families in
13:44our homes and in our churches visit the
13:47church again with your Mighty power Holy
13:50Spirit in Jesus name I want to close
13:53by telling you that there are three
13:57things you can do to increase the
13:58presence of the holy spirit in your life
14:01and I'm telling you this outside the
14:03upper room we're the first outpouring
14:05took place number one
14:08if you want more of the Holy Spirit talk
14:14just say holy spirit
14:16I'm I want to say good morning this
14:20now I'm not going to face this day just
14:22going through the routine but I
14:24acknowledge you today
14:26Holy Spirit you're here with me today
14:28I'm not on my own put your hands on my
14:31hands put your power on me and let me do
14:36your will talk to the Holy Spirit when
14:38you're in your car talk if you've got
14:40problems and issues and things going on
14:42with your family don't keep it in
14:44yourself talk to the Holy Spirit say
14:46holy spirit I need you to touch my
14:48daughter I need you to touch my son Holy
14:51Spirit I'm having trouble in my marriage
14:52help me to be the person you want me to
14:54be helping me to forgive talk to the
14:57Holy Spirit secondly if you want more of
14:59the Holy Spirit study his words the
15:02Bible read his words every word is God
15:05breathed it came from the holy spirit so
15:08if you want more of the Holy Spirit
15:09study his words talk to the Holy Spirit
15:12and lastly sing to the Holy Spirit he
15:15loves worship and when you begin to
15:17worship and when you begin to sing and
15:20when you begin to make melody in your
15:22heart to the Lord the presence of the
15:24Holy Spirit comes and wherever his
15:26presence is there's victory
15:29greater is he that is in you than he
15:32that is in the world and that one in you
15:34is the holy spirit I want to thank you
15:37for watching this telecast I really feel
15:39like the fire is going to fall again in
15:42your life and I want to thank you for
15:44what you're doing right here in

18:32going to take them down of course you
18:34can't go down with cameras and film it's
18:37a holy sight but we're going to go and
18:40place these names at the Wailing Wall
18:42representing your families representing
18:44your needs representing the areas of
18:47your life that you need breakthrough in
18:49and we're going to pray for you in this
18:51powerful place you know the the teaching
18:54of the rabbis is all prayers come to
18:57Jerusalem no matter where you are that's
18:59why the Bible said that Jonah when he
19:01was in the belly of the well turned
19:03himself Eastward and he prayed toward
19:06Jerusalem toward the this direction
19:09because they believe all prayers come to
19:11Jerusalem and then our praise puts Wings
19:14on the prayers and causes them to go up
19:16the Bible said like incense burning our
19:19prayers go up from Jerusalem and so we
19:23believe that there is power and prayer
19:26and I'm praying for you and father I
19:29thank you that every name represented on
19:31this prayer list is a family a name a
19:34need and we agree together for miracles
19:37in homes and families here at the
19:39Wailing Wall Let There Be breakthrough
19:42in every life as they have built your
19:44house in Jerusalem I pray you would
19:47bless their house in Jesus name amen
20:20well I sure hope this special telecast
20:23recorded live there in the holy land has
20:26blessed you what a what a powerful thing
20:28to stand there and Proclaim that the
20:32fire is going to fall again in your life
20:35I think of that scripture in Matthew
20:37that talks about how they say give us
20:40all for our lamps for our fire has gone
20:45one translation said the flame is dying
20:48our flame is dying I that's the
20:50description of so many so many people so
20:53many churches so many
20:55so many even ministers what was once a
21:00fire and passion and Zeal for God has
21:04now become a dying Flame may it never
21:07happen to you may it never happen to me
21:09it doesn't have to we can pray we can
21:13call on God we can let the Fire Fall
21:16Again on our soul and on our heart I
21:19Want To Be A Man on Fire I want to be a
21:21man that's after the spirit of God I
21:24want to be a man that has fresh fire in
21:27my soul and in my heart
21:29and the thing that I want you to
21:31understand in closing is there's one
21:34place the fire can always be found in
21:36the scripture he said you are never to
21:40let the fire go out on the altar in the
21:43old Tabernacle if you want the fire all
21:46you got to do is go back to the altar if
21:49you'll go back to the Altar and say Lord
21:51I need you I Repent Wash Me cleanse me
21:55oh God blot out my transgressions I've
21:59failed you have sinned
22:01that's where the fire is the fire is
22:03always on the altar and you can't go and
22:06kneel and cry out to God and the fire of
22:09his Spirit not come back to your life
22:11somebody's saying it's too late I've
22:13done too much I've fallen too many times
22:16I I don't think God can God can still
22:19love me like like I failed him so bad I
22:23don't know who I'm preaching to right
22:24now but all you got to do is what David
22:27did in Psalms 51 when he said blot out
22:31and oh Lord wash me and I shall be clean
22:34and you know what when you do that at an
22:37altar of repentance the fire will always
22:40be re reclaimed and rediscovered at the
22:45that's where the that's where the fire
22:47is I really feel the presence of God
22:49right now and you know I just sense that
22:52these are amazing days that we're living
22:54in and whatever the need is in your life
22:57let him heal you today let him
23:00strengthen you today you woke up today
23:02and something in you said I need more of
23:05God that's the Cry of the spirit and he
23:08wants to ignite that fire Let the Fire
23:10Fall so that it touches you and it
23:13touches your children and it touches
23:15your children's children as many of you
23:18know Charisse and I have a new and my
23:21wife Charisse and I have a new grandbaby
23:23it's the first grandbaby we've ever had
23:25and I find myself many times holding
23:29that beautiful little darling Amelia
23:34and I have to ask the question Lord is
23:37there enough fire in me
23:39that not only I pass it to my children
23:42and thank God through his grace Charisse
23:45and I have done that we passed the the
23:47torch the flame of the spirit the flame
23:52the Baton has been passed to a New
23:54Generation all of my children love the
23:57Lord and all of my children serve the
23:59Lord we don't have a perfect family but
24:01we have an intact family and we have a
24:03blessed family and we have a family that
24:06loves and honors Jesus
24:08and I'm thankful for that
24:10but now I've got another generation that
24:13grandchild and it said to me just you
24:21fire fall in my own life I need the fire
24:25to burn so bright that my children see
24:30children's children see it
24:32this is no time to let up this is no
24:34time to back up this is no time to go
24:37dry and cold and and become you know
24:41just your religion just becomes a ritual
24:46where's the passion in that where's the
24:48Zeal in that Let the Fire Fall oh God in
24:52America Let the Fire Fall Lord in this
24:55nation Let the Fire Fall
24:58let it fall on our teenagers let it fall
25:00on our grandchildren let it fall on our
25:03churches let it fall on our preachers
25:06I'm saying today that the fire of God is
25:11and ignite that passion and that Zeal
25:13and it's always found the fire is always
25:16found at the altar I'm praying for you
25:20I'm praying for your family why don't
25:22you why don't you start praying with
25:24that family again that's when the fire
25:26will come it's always found at the altar
25:30and I want to thank you for watching

25:39preach at King of Kings church and then
25:41go into the Celebration Center and I

25:48heard the cry you know a voice inside my

25:54that said build me a place in Jerusalem
25:57and I saw with my own eyes as the people
26:01are assembling there the the Jewish
26:04people are being converted and
26:06transformed and changed by the message
26:09of the cross of Jesus Christ and I'm so
26:12thankful that you and I are part of that
26:14miracle and we need to complete it we
26:17are so close to having it completely
26:19done and maybe there are many of you
26:21today who would like to do something
