00:07and now dear brothers and sisters one
00:09final thing so he's wrapping up this
00:14wonderful letters of Paul most of his
00:17letters he's addressing problems in the
00:19church in this letter he's thanking them
00:21for their support so this is like the
00:23Happy letter it's he's not doing a lot
00:25of Correction he's rejoicing in their
00:28participation with him in the extension
00:30of the Gospel but he his Paul so he
00:34always has exhortations so the final
00:38fix your thoughts or think about
00:44what is Honorable and right and pure and
00:49and admirable think about these things
00:53that are that are excellent
00:55and worthy of praise
00:57think about these things Ponder meditate
01:00consider take time you don't just read
01:04the list you're supposed to pause
01:07we weren't talking about the Spheres one
01:10exercise that I've done repeatedly over
01:11the last years is I I write these uh
01:15items down the lesson across the top I
01:18will write maybe the names of the
01:20spirits a family or pick two or three
01:22say family and economics and education
01:25and then I asked myself
01:28what what makes a family honorable
01:32what makes a family lovely what makes a
01:35family worthy of praise and I try to
01:38define those things from God's
01:40perspective what makes it an economics
01:45true economics or pure economics or
01:48excellent economics what is about
01:50education that is right or honorable or
01:57and we can all think about things like
01:59that and you can pick other categories
02:01but if you just take a category and say
02:04what would God's perspective be on this
02:06and you start filling it out that gives
02:08you some very concrete things you know
02:11you might say well you know
02:13it's lovely in a family
02:16when they have dinners together and
02:19they're not rushed and they can just sit
02:22parents and children I've been to
02:25families that have done that
02:27and it's just really nice to be in that
02:29household I've been to other families
02:30where they're rushing all the time and
02:32no one's eating together and that's just
02:36and so you can develop by asking Those
02:40Questions by thinking on these things
02:43definitions goals metrics things to
02:47Aspire for things to which you would
02:49could reach out and seek to attain
02:55is teaching us not just what to do it's
02:59teaching us more importantly how to
03:01think how to learn and if we'll bring
03:04these questions before God and say would
03:06you teach me about what's true and
03:09family in government and media what's
03:12true in my city in my community my home
03:14what's true in my workbook it was teach
03:17me what's that what's admirable and you
03:19just go through that think about it take
03:21time he will teach you and he will use
03:24you to helping transformation with this
03:27educational process that he's doing in
03:29and through your life to bring
03:31transformation where you live
