01:15it's 100 vegan and the taste delicious

01:36have tasty cheap healthy and high
01:39protein food without breaking the bank

03:50speak or participate in the community so

03:57language and taught it to every student
04:01in the village even to kids who are not
04:05deaf and now deaf kids and hearing kids
04:09go to school together they work together
04:12and live together and the village even
04:15created jobs for the deaf population
04:18more than 10 dead people work here this

04:25inclusivity inclusivity is when the
04:28majority cares for the minority it's
04:31about going the extra mile to help it's
04:35about building a community when the
04:38minority and the majority work together
04:41we all win and all of this
04:44I learned from a small village in

04:56this lady makes a very rare salt she is
05:01one of the last people making it so
05:04what's so special about her salt and how
05:11it turns out you can make salt using
05:15volcanoes and that's exactly what this
05:19lady is doing every day she and her
05:22family carry heavy baskets of ocean
05:25water and spill it over volcanic sand
05:30when the water dries out you get a very
05:34unique salt it tastes a little bit less
05:37salty and a little bit more earthy but
05:41this salt will disappear soon because
05:44most Farmers quit it's too hard to make
05:48big salt companies took over and their
05:52refined salt is much cheaper you won't
05:55see this lady around found for long and
05:58you won't be able to try her soul

06:06organic farmers the ones who carry their

06:13love what they do and the best thing we
