00:48that not a lot of other channels are
00:50doing and it's one of the reasons that
00:52this channel if you check the statistics
00:54on it by the way I'm using the vid IQ
00:56extension in order to check these
00:57statistics this channel is getting 5.2
00:59million views per month now there's so
01:02many YouTube channels out there that
01:03don't get this amount of views but
01:04there's a simple reason why this channel
01:06is doing this in my estimation which I'm
01:08going to be showing you now this is a
01:10completely faceless YouTube channel they
01:12upload videos without ever even showing
01:14their face and like I said they're
01:15pulling in 5.2 million views per month
01:18and this side hustle is called Running
01:20Niche faceless YouTube channels and this
01:23is way different than being a
01:24conventional YouTuber that most people
01:26think of where you have to sit behind a
01:27camera like I'm doing right here this is
01:29just one my YouTube channels I actually
01:31run 12 different YouTube channels
01:33they're the channels that got me play
01:34buttons just like this for getting over
01:35a million subscribers and 100,000 on a
01:38bunch of different channels and this
01:39doesn't require you to show your face or
01:41ever step in front of a camera and this
01:42video you're watching right now is not
01:44going to be like other videos that talk
01:46about the best way to make money online
01:48I'm going to actually demonstrate doing
01:50it in front of you so you can watch over
01:52my shoulder and see exactly what to do
01:54step by step and you're going to be
01:56learning this from someone who actually
01:57does this and makes over $30,000 a month
02:00just from ad revenue and over $100,000
02:03per month from other monetization
02:04sources that are related just to this
02:06side hustle and the concept behind this

03:11likes comments none of that stuff really
03:14matters when it comes to making money
03:16what really matters is the amount of

03:20you upload a bunch of well optimized

03:27getting traction over time once you
03:28build up a sizeable backlog they'll all

04:08this shows us how many thousands of
04:10views per month they're getting multiply
04:12that by a $10 CPM and this channel could
04:15potentially be making
04:16$50,000 per month which is a lot and
04:19even if I'm off by that CPM by a couple
04:21dollars they're still making well over
04:23$10,000 per month with these faceless
04:26videos now at this point you're probably
04:28saying Matt I need to actually see
04:29somebody doing this in front of me and
04:31like I promis I'm going to be showing
04:33that to you right now so step number one
04:35with doing this is to choose your Niche
04:37and the best niches are related to
04:38health wealth happiness travel and
04:41technology and as we saw with this
04:42example channel right here this is
04:44within the travel Niche and the reason
04:46these are the best niches are that they
04:48would be what I would consider High CPM
04:50meaning they make more money on average
04:52per thousand views because there's a lot
04:55of advertisers that want to put ads on
04:57these types of videos here's a bunch of
04:58high CPM niches on the screen feel free
05:00to screenshot this if you want and for
05:02the purpose of this video Let's choose
05:04the travel niche as well step number two
05:06for doing this is to get an idea for
05:08your first video this is super easy
05:11literally just go to the top channels
05:12within your Niche for example just look
05:14up travel videos and then go on the top
05:16videos that are out there sort their
05:18videos by the most popular and you can
05:19model those first also if you have the
05:21viq extension you can actually open up
05:24their trending videos and you can see
05:26which videos are getting the highest
05:28views per hour and you want to look for
05:30videos that were uploaded over a month
05:32ago so for example this video right here
05:3410 US cities that are going downhill
05:36that is a fantastic video idea and in
05:39fact that's going to be our video idea
05:40that we're going to be making right now
05:42so I'm going to copy that so we can save
05:43it and like I promised as well I'm going
05:45to share with you a huge secret for
05:47going viral on YouTube when it comes to
05:49choosing video ideas which is utilizing
05:52negativity now something I've noticed on
05:54this channel right here is that some of
05:56the most popular videos are utilizing
05:58negativity let me show you some examples
06:01right here for example the 10 most
06:02violent small towns in America or 10
06:05states that are going downhill this year
06:07these videos utilize negativity in their
06:09video ideas and in their thumbnail to
06:11grab people's attention to make them
06:13click now not every single video is like
06:15that some are more positive based for
06:17example the 10 cheapest places to live
06:19in California but this is a little known
06:21secret that not many people Implement on
06:23their channels that if you do you can
06:25potentially get a lot of views and
06:26subscribers and that's one of the secret
06:28reasons that this channel right here is
06:30getting way more views than most of the
06:32travel channels out there so use this
06:34tip responsibly and for ethical means
06:36only and now it's time for step number
06:38three which is to actually generate your
06:40video now notice how I said generate and
06:43not sit down and record a video and get
06:44in front of a camera and do all this
06:46type of stuff you can actually generate
06:48videos with a specific software called
06:50invid now this video today is actually
06:53brought to you by inid but I don't
06:55usually take on sponsors in fact I've
06:56only done one or two in the history of
06:58this channel but the reason I'm choosing
07:00to show this software here today is
07:02because how incredible it is let me show
07:05you so if you go to Nvidia they've

07:11normal video editor that I've seen out
07:13there and this tool right here they have
07:15a free plan literally anybody can sign

07:19below but then they do have a couple
07:20paid plans if you are going to generate
07:22more than 10 minutes per week of AI
07:25generation and if you want access to
07:27some more stock images and videos don't
07:29don't worry this is all going to make
07:30sense very soon let me show you so once
07:32you sign up for in video you'll be taken
07:34to a screen that looks like this and as
07:36you can see all you have to do is click
07:39this button right here that says create
07:41AI video and from there it's going to
07:44have you put in your desired topic so
07:46for example for that video idea that we
07:48had about the 10 US cities that are
07:50going downhill in 2024 we can literally
07:52just paste that in and then select a
07:54workflow and you want to select YouTube
07:57explainer videos now they also have
07:58YouTube shorts recent events videos
08:01script to video for example if you wrote
08:02your own script which I do recommend
08:04doing in order to make your video
08:06original it'll typically do better in
08:08the algorithm too because you're giving
08:09people additional value and in order to
08:11write scripts literally just watch one
08:13of these videos write down the main
08:14points of the video add in some more
08:15information from additional research you
08:17do on Google and boom you'll have a
08:19fantastic script that you can literally
08:20just paste in there if you want but also
08:23you can have them just generated all for
08:25you so select YouTube explainer from the
08:27workflow and then we'll do create a file
08:295 minute video for the purpose of this
08:30example but I do recommend generating
08:3210minute videos because videos longer
08:34than 8 minutes you can put multiple ad
08:36breaks on your video you'll likely make
08:37a lot more money as a result but after
08:40you choose the length of your video then
08:41you can for example start writing in a
08:43prompt for example make me a video about
08:46pasting that title again 10 US cities
08:48that are going downhill in 2024 and then
08:50for example you can say make sure to
08:52mention any specific cities for example
08:54Los Angeles Miami now no disrespect to
08:57anybody living in any of these places
08:58I'm literally just is putting in random
08:59cities right here but you can do
09:01additional research make sure everything
09:02checks out and any other cities that are
09:07going downhill for the top 10 list so as
09:11you can see that's a pretty Advanced
09:13prompt but just wait until you see what
09:15this generates and you can choose the
09:17background music what you want it to
09:18sound like now I think more of a dark
09:20background music would be good for this
09:22and then you can select the settings for
09:24example any gender for the voice it
09:26really doesn't matter that much but you
09:27can even choose the accent of the voice
09:29on the video that you want for example
09:31American young kid or anything you want
09:33let's just do a clear American voice
09:35that's fine also you can choose add
09:37subtitles I'm going to add them because
09:38I think it does increase engagement a
09:40little bit when you do it's one of the
09:42reasons I have my editors put text
09:44throughout this video right here and
09:45then what you can do is Select use I
09:48stock normally now if we use I stock
09:50there is going to be a watermark on top
09:52of that if you're currently on a free
09:53plan but you can also choose don't use
09:55iock if you want but we'll just choose
09:57use iock normally for now click continue
10:00and then from here it'll edit our prompt
10:02to match all of those things that we
10:04gave it and then we can click generate a
10:06video and this is where the real magic
10:08happens with this software it's pretty
10:10incredible how advanced AI has been
10:11getting over the past couple years like
10:14we wouldn't even imagine being able to
10:16do this just a couple years ago but now
10:18with just a couple clicks we can
10:19generate a video so we're going to let
10:21this run usually takes a couple minutes
10:23and then I'll get straight back into it
10:25so now the next page it brings us to
10:26before we get our final video is the
10:29audience so for example we can do travel
10:30enthusiasts us residence let's do us
10:33residence because that's going to be our
10:34desired Target demographic here and then
10:37we'll choose dark for the look and feel
10:39platform YouTube click continue and now
10:41the video is actually starting to be
10:43generated and I'm going to start a
10:44stopwatch right here so we can go back
10:46to this and see how long it took to
10:48generate this 5 minute video all right
10:50so the video just finished and it took
10:52exactly 5 minutes and 56 seconds to
10:55generate this 5 minute or so video now
10:57let's throw on some headphones and take
10:58a look listen to this video to see how
11:01it looks and sounds wondered which US
11:03cities are going downhill in 2024 it's a
11:06question that might have crossed your
11:07mind as we navigate the complex
11:09landscape of our modern world population
11:11decrease economic decline a rise in
11:13crime rates poor infrastructure and more
11:16to ident so as you can see it puts some
11:18like eerie music exactly what we asked
11:20for it's got a fantastic voice over that
11:22sounds really realistic and it chose the
11:24right Clips to show on the video now
11:26like I said if you get one of those paid
11:27plans you're not going to have this

11:30here but if you're thinking about trying
11:31out this software I highly recommend at
11:33least testing this out making a couple
11:35test videos and seeing if this could
11:37help you identify these struggling
11:39cities from the sunny shores of Miami to
11:42the bustling streets of Los Angeles no
11:44city is immune stick around as we reveal
11:47the top 10 US listen to that that is so
11:49good that's like a better script than I
11:51might even write myself and it's the
11:53exact tone that we asked for as well and
11:55it mentioned Los Angeles and Miami just
11:57like we specified with in that prompt
12:00now I'm actually really interested in
12:01which other cities it chose so I'm just
12:03skipping a little bit in this video and
12:04let's let's take a look at what other
12:06cities it put on here oh Chicago okay
12:08interesting so yeah it actually went out
12:10there it did research it wrote the
12:11script and it did all of these things
12:13that if you were had to sit down and do
12:15them it would take forever to do all
12:17this now there's a couple really cool
12:19things that you can also do with this
12:20for example you can actually give
12:22commands to edit the video and these
12:24commands are literally just what you
12:26type in so for example you can say
12:27delete the second scene make this scene
12:29half as long as too wordy change the
12:31current stock video and you can edit the
12:34video just by giving it additional
12:36prompts for example I could say make the
12:39subtitle text yellow and bold click
12:43generate right there and it's going to
12:45literally edit our video based off of
12:47that prompt that we just gave it boom
12:49just like that it changes subtitle color
12:51literally within a couple of seconds and
12:53now we have a video that is ready to be
12:56exported if we wanted to now there are
12:57some additional tools on here for
12:59example if we go to edit right here we
13:01can actually manually edit this if we
13:03want to for example we can upload our
13:05own media let's say we're doing a
13:07step-by-step tutorial and you want to
13:09record your screen with something like
13:10OBS you could take that screen recording
13:13upload it onto here and take advantage
13:15of all of these AI tools you can see
13:17which Clips are being used and then you
13:19can also actually change the duration of
13:21these clips for example I could put 5
13:24Seconds as the ideal duration and now
13:26this clip will only play for 5 seconds
13:29and I actually recommend if you do use
13:30this tool this is a quick tip to get
13:32more audience retention on your videos
13:34make the clips only play for 3 to 5
13:36Seconds Max so you're always showing new
13:38ones and keeping people's attention in
13:40the process and then you can also search
13:42to replace these clips with any others
13:44that you wanted let's say you wanted a
13:46different picture of Los Angeles you can
13:48simply search it right there and it'll
13:49search a bunch of different stock media
13:51websites that you can potentially use on
13:54your videos right here and as you can
13:55see if you click replace it'll replace
13:57that clip with the clip we just replac
13:59it with and we can click X if we want to
14:00undo it and then once we're done with
14:02all these changes we can click apply
14:04changes and then it'll change the media
14:05out right there and as you can see we
14:07have it ready just like that now there
14:09is a new additional beta feature that is
14:11available called export project to
14:14timeline which gives you a set of new
14:16tools that you can also use so if you
14:18click export to timeline it'll bring up
14:19a timeline just like this and if you
14:21wanted to you can actually replace
14:23anything you want for example you can
14:25upload new assets if you want to for
14:27example if you want to record your own
14:29voice which I do recommend doing if you
14:30can from time to time if you want
14:32because I believe that can help give
14:34people more value and help your videos
14:35do better and then for example if you do
14:37record Another voice over you can click
14:39it click add to timeline it'll add it
14:41right there and now your video will have
14:43that you can also change the audio of
14:44the music and all these different things
14:46and once you're done with all this you
14:47can click export and by the way to get
14:49that beta feature if you wanted it for
14:51that little bit more advanced editing on
14:53the timeline you can click your profile
14:54picture go down to settings and then
14:56click beta features right here and that
14:58will add that onto your account but once
15:01you're finished with your video you can
15:02simply click export right here and then
15:05select export video and it'll give you a
15:07warning right here that it is exporting
15:09with a watermark if you're not on the
15:10paid plan but if you're just testing
15:12this out that's totally fine and then
15:14when you're ready to actually start
15:15generating videos for YouTube you can
15:17get a paid plan if you want and then you
15:18can select the export resolution I
15:20recommend just selecting 1080p right
15:22there and then simply click continue and
15:25now our video will be exported so as you
15:27can see it's loading right here
15:28exporting our video into a file we can
15:30download on the computer upload to
15:32Youtube and we can start planting these
15:33seeds with these assets onto YouTube now
15:36a couple things I did want to mention I
15:38know there's going to be a ton of
15:39comments of people saying if people just
15:41Flood YouTube with these types of videos
15:43can they really get views and can they
15:44really do good well you can optimize
15:46your videos using all the techniques I
15:48share with you here on this channel in
15:49order to make your video stand out you
15:51can record your own voice over and
15:53upload it if you wanted to put
15:54additional value into the script which I
15:55do recommend doing which will make your
15:57video more Val valuable and number three
15:59you can make sure that you're within a
16:01niche that people actually care about
16:02and I have a video going over what are
16:04in my opinion the top 30 best faceless
16:07Channel niches on YouTube so if you do
16:09all of those things and you're applying
16:10an actual strategy for doing this as
16:12opposed to just guessing yes you can
16:14succeed on YouTube with videos like this
16:17as evidenced by that channel called
16:19world according to Briggs and that's
16:20just one of many channels that are
16:22succeeding and now our video has been
16:24exported just like that and we can
16:26simply select download right here and
16:28download it onto our computer and what's
16:30also really cool is it even gives us an
16:32outline of the video right there and it
16:34even gives us a description that we can
16:36copy paste into our YouTube description

17:15settings to do in order to have your
17:16channel as optimized as possible and
17:19then it's time for step number five
17:21which is to upload and optimize your
17:23first video you can create a thumbnail
17:25directly within snappa once again they
17:27have tons of free templates say you can
17:28use and then for the actual title
17:30description and tags I show exactly how
17:32to do that within my YouTube course Tobe
17:34Mastery monetization and I have a lot of
17:36videos here on the channel where I break
17:38down a lot of different tips and tricks
17:39and secrets for making sure that your
17:41videos are as optimized as can be and
17:43then step number six is to upload at
17:45least 30 to 60 videos and the reasoning
17:48for that is that most channels on
17:50YouTube don't take off within their
17:52first or second video it does happen but
17:55it's not too common what's more common
17:57is to have to upload a pretty decent
17:59backlog of videos 30 60 90 sometimes it
18:01even takes 100 videos but imagine if you
18:04had an income stream paying you
18:06regularly every single month all that
18:08hard work would be worth it and YouTube
18:10channels if you do it correctly and
18:11create Evergreen content like that
18:13channel world according de Briggs that
18:14we're showing right here this is what I
18:16would consider to be Evergreen content
18:18because people will always be interested
18:20in travel now there are some individual
18:22video ideas like cities that are going
18:24downhill in 2024 you can recreate those
18:27videos over and over in the future for
18:292025 2026 and so on and trust me coming
18:32from someone who's been doing this for
18:34over a decade at this point it is well
18:36worth it to put in the work and make
18:38this happen and with some of these AI
18:39tools there's literally no excuse
18:41anymore when it comes to doing this but
18:43that being said most people who watch
18:44videos like this do nothing with this
18:46information and they just watch it I'm
18:48speaking right now to that one person
18:49out there who's watching this video
18:51who's going to take action and who's
18:52going to make this happen and YouTube
18:54has completely transformed my life
18:55brought me from a broke high school
18:57student to making millions of per year
18:58online being able to travel the world at
19:00a young age so basically I'm just trying
19:02to tell you that the hard work is worth
19:04it if you keep with this and you build
19:06up a good backlog of videos get your
19:07channel rolling start more channels in
19:09multiple niches you can even pay people
19:11to make the videos for you like I do as
19:13well and a quick bonus tip to make even

19:20marketplaces find a good product within
19:22your Niche for example let's say you're
19:23in the make money online Niche you can

19:31descriptions and you'll get a 50%
