00:08out there and create the videos or hire
00:10somebody to make the videos for you
00:12which can definitely work in fact most
00:14of the 12 YouTube channels I run are
00:16completely faceless channels where I
00:18hire other people to make the videos for
00:20those channels however lately we have
00:23been using a lot of AI tools to Aid in
00:25the process of creating videos and a lot
00:28of these AI tools are actually
00:29incredibly good I was really against
00:31them for the past couple of years just
00:33because they weren't there yet in terms
00:35of the voiceover quality or the editing
00:37quality or anything like that but
00:38recently A lot of these products have
00:40actually become good enough to use and
00:42the chances are if you are hiring a
00:44script writer for YouTube they're
00:45probably using something like chat GPT
00:48now in this video I'm not going to just
00:50be talking about using chat GPT to
00:52generate scripts which it can certainly
00:55help with and like I said if you're
00:56hiring a script writer they might be
00:57using chat GPT to help them however open
01:00aai which is the company that owns chat
01:02GPT has recently released something
01:04called the GPT store now the GPT store
01:07is essentially a place where Builders
01:09can create their own gpts and then offer
01:12them on the store and what's awesome is
01:14that all of these gpts on the store
01:16right now are free however if you do use
01:18them in certain Integrations like we're
01:19going to be talking about today there
01:21are paid plans with some of those
01:22Integrations directly on the
01:24Integrations website so that may end up
01:27costing some money now disclaimer with
01:28using this is that you do have to be on
01:30the paid plan of chat GPT to access the
01:33GPT store so you do have to be paying
01:36for chat GPT plus which traditionally
01:39would give you things like GPT 4 and all
01:41that type of stuff you do have to be
01:43paying for chat GPT on a monthly
01:45subscription in order to access the GPT
01:48store so if you go to chat.
01:51open.com gpts it will take you to a page
01:54that looks like this as you can see
01:56there's tons of these gpts that you can
01:58choose from some of them will help you
02:00make images others will help you create
02:02entire videos which is what I'm going to
02:03show you how to do right now so if you
02:05go to search public gbts right here you
02:07can type in the GPT you're looking for
02:09and today we're going to be taking a
02:10look at some gpts made by a company
02:13called Nvidia now Nvidia has two gpts
02:16available video Ai and then also
02:18thumbnail maker by nid Ai and you can
02:21use these to automatically generate
02:23entire YouTube videos and thumbnails
02:26using these tools now this video is

03:02prompt for what type of video that we'd
03:04like to create using the help of AI now
03:07the videos that inv video AI is going to
03:08make is primarily going to be stock
03:10based video content now there's tons of
03:13channels out there that use primarily
03:15stock-based video content for example
03:16you've got channels like world according
03:18to Briggs or brainy do or body Hub and
03:21all of these channels which are in
03:23different niches all pull in millions of
03:25views per month and they're likely
03:26making way more than a full-time income
03:28just from ad Revenue alone now does this
03:30mean you'll make a full-time income
03:31tomorrow if you start doing this
03:33obviously not it's taken me over a
03:35decade to build up to this point of
03:36having 12 different YouTube channels
03:38making millions of dollars per year from
03:39them but I'm just showing you these
03:40channels and these examples to show you
03:42that this is possible and in my opinion
03:44I would way rather be running channels
03:46like this rather than working a 9 to-5
03:48job I prefer doing smart work which I
03:50consider this to be over hard work and
03:52the reason I consider this to be smart
03:54work is because you do the work once you
03:57make the video Once you make a bunch of
03:59videos ones and once you do that those
04:01videos can live on YouTube and continue
04:04getting views for years in the future
04:05the reason I know that's possible is
04:07because I've got thousands of videos
04:09across my 12 different YouTube channels
04:11which continue to make me money every
04:13single month I still make money from
04:15videos I uploaded when I was 14 so that
04:17was definitely a great use of my time
04:19and the reason I'm telling you this is
04:20because I think this could potentially
04:21be a good use of your time as well
04:23putting time into building these assets
04:25on the web which can continue to pay you
04:27in the future and so to really
04:29demonstrate the full capabilities of
04:30Nvidia AI in the GPD store like this
04:33what we're going to do is paste this
04:35prompt right here which in my opinion is
04:38going to show the capabilities of this
04:40more than other prompts that we might do
04:42so for example this prompt says create a
04:443-minute YouTube video around the
04:46differences between a fixed mindset and
04:48a growth mindset and how switching over
04:51to a growth mindset can make you very
04:53successful in all walks of life include
04:55Vivid and creative examples to
04:57illustrate your points be funny casual
04:59ual and use a heavy male British voice
05:02and add subtitles so we're giving it a
05:03lot of specific directions in this as
05:05opposed to just saying create a 5minute
05:07video about the differences between a
05:09growth and a fixed mindset and this is
05:11going to be similar to a video you might
05:12see on a channel like brainy do for
05:14example they do videos within this Niche
05:16talking about psychology and growing in
05:19your personal and psychological life so
05:21we're going to Simply give it this
05:23prompt right here but you can also do
05:24things like the examples they have up
05:26here like let's create a video Let's
05:27create an explainer video Let's create a
05:29YouTube shorts video Let's Start by
05:30creating a script it'll help you with
05:32all those things as well so we're just
05:34going to give it this prompt and then
05:35we're going to click enter right there
05:37send that message and now we're going to
05:39let this load give it one second as you
05:41can see it says starting action right
05:42here so it's starting the generation of
05:44our video right now and then as you can
05:46see It'll take you to this popup right
05:48here which says it will take you to
05:59and it says the video titled growth
06:01versus fixed mindset keys to success has
06:03been created and you can watch it by
06:04following this link and so now that our
06:06video is done right here we need to
06:08actually create an account with Nvidia
06:10AI now if you already have an account
06:12you can simply log in with that for
06:13example I already have one and this is
06:15different than invideo.io by the way nid
06:18AI is a different login so I'm going to
06:20log in with my email real quick and now
06:21our video right here is done on nid AI
06:24once we have an account with them as you
06:25can see this is what it looks like right
06:27here and if we click play Let's Take a
06:29look at the video created with that
06:30prompt that we gave it well there once
06:32was a chap named Eddie who believed he
06:34was born with a certain amount of
06:35intelligence and that was that so notice
06:39first and foremost part of that prompt
06:41that we gave it right here was doing
06:42that heavy British male accent it
06:44definitely did a great job with that and
06:46also I can already tell it's diving into
06:48some humorous aspect with this which is
06:50also what we asked it to do here in the
06:52prompt we said to present it in a funny
06:55and Casual tone it's definitely doing
06:57that if you want to do a more serious
06:58tone you can simply tell that in the
06:59prompt and it'll do just that so let's
07:02continue watching this and see what it
07:03did here often found himself saying I'm
07:05just not a maths person or I can't sing
07:08to save my life mate that's what we call
07:11a fixed mindset folks that's hilarious
07:13that's awesome isn't that no person was
07:16involved in the making of this video yet
07:18we literally just made it just like that
07:19like a car stuck in first gear just
07:22going round and round in the same old
07:24circle on the other side of town we had
07:26another bloke Freddy now Freddy had a
07:28different perspective
07:30he believes it's fantastic it's
07:31literally giving us examples and like
07:33metaphors along with teaching this
07:36concept and it's actually got me engaged
07:38so far I'm already watching 30 seconds
07:39of this which if you can get people
07:41watching the first few seconds of your
07:43video You're golden in the YouTube
07:44algorithm that is what the algorithm
07:46wants to see that you can keep people
07:48watching on YouTube which this certainly
07:51can from what I'm seeing so far with
07:53this he could get better at anything
07:55maths singing You Name It Freddy's like
07:59a car that's got a whole gearbox at its
08:02disposal Eddie with his fixed mindset
08:04got stuck in a rut nice so then it
08:07continues to go on continues to teach
08:09about a fixed versus growth mindset
08:10gives example how to have a growth
08:12mindset you can even tell it as well go
08:14over five ways to have a growth mindset
08:16it will do exactly that you can generate
08:18longer videos if you want to and if you
08:20see these watermarks in the background
08:21of the video for example ice stock or
08:23for example story blocks as you can see
08:24right here what nid does is they have
08:27Partnerships with all these companies
08:28and then you get access to that huge
08:30library of stock footage included with
08:32your plan so if you do upgrade to a paid
08:34plan you will get that removed which is
08:36pretty nice because you don't have to
08:38have a whole separate subscription with
08:39those stock websites if you're making
08:41primarily based stock content with
08:43Nvidia AI so overall I think that's
08:46pretty awesome and what's especially
08:48awesome about this is that you can give
08:49prompts to this also in the form of AI
08:51and so this isn't just AI gener in this
08:53video you can have a say in what you
08:55want your finished video to be like so
08:57for example you can say delete the
08:58second scene is not relevant make this
09:00scene half as long is too wordy change
09:02the current stock into a video of a
09:03drone shot of a forest you can tell to
09:05do all these things at the where the
09:07current play marker is so you can switch
09:09to um different points throughout the
09:11video and then tell it to edit at that
09:12point for example we can also tell it to
09:14edit something pertinent to the entire
09:16video so for example I can tell in video
09:18AI right here I can say make the
09:21subtitles yellow for example I could say
09:24add more titles I could say a whole skew
09:26of things what we're just going to do
09:27make the subtitles yellow just to show
09:29you an example of what's possible right
09:31here and it will literally do all this
09:33for us and it even added a little bit
09:34humor right here it says let's add some
09:36sunshine to those subtitles so it's
09:38pretty cool the developers even thought
09:39of that now as you can see it says well
09:41there once was a trap named Eddie and
09:43boom it's yellow so pretty cool if you
09:45ask me and what's especially even cooler
09:48about this is that you can jump into
09:49here and click edit and now you have
09:51access to editing all of the stuff
09:53behind the scenes of what's going on
09:55here so you can for example edit the
09:57script which I actually recommend doing
09:59every now and then not necessarily
10:00editing and making a whole new script
10:02but rather putting in some of your own
10:05experience some of your own value that
10:07you could think of researching some
10:08other YouTube videos getting some value
10:10from them and then incorporating that
10:11into your script because you want your
10:13video at the end of the day to be
10:15valuable because I've got a lot of
10:16questions from people saying Matt if I'm
10:18using AI to help me generate all these
10:20videos doesn't the YouTube algorithm not
10:22like that and doesn't YouTube require
10:23you to say if a video is generated by AI
10:26yes they are beginning to do that and
10:27yes you do need to specify if you use AI
10:29to generate either part of or an entire
10:32video but what I also recommend doing is
10:34adding your own value in there because
10:36in terms of the YouTube algorithm all
10:38that cares about is the fact that you're
10:40giving people value and value can be
10:42either entertainment or educational
10:44value in the case of this video it's a
10:46little bit of both right but we can go
10:48in there and we can add some additional
10:49value you just want to double check all
10:51your scripts make sure a human eye goes
10:53through them which will be yourself in
10:54this case if you're going to be doing
10:55this side hustle of running faceless
10:57YouTube channels make sure you go
10:59through them make sure they're good make
11:01sure you add anything that you can in
11:02order to make the video even better and
11:04essentially just go through it with a
11:06fine Toth comb so to speak and make sure
11:08that the video is good and add as much
11:10value as you possibly can and you can go
11:12in here and edit the script and edit
11:13anything that goes with that you can
11:15also go to the edit tab edit any of
11:17these videos that they're putting right
11:18here you can click any of these search
11:20any different assets so let's say for
11:21example we wanted a video of a desk we
11:23can simply click desk right there and
11:25click search and boom there's tons of
11:27stock footage of desk that we can use
11:29instead and like I said this is ideal if
11:31you're doing primarily stock-based video
11:34content now if you're doing a mix of
11:35your own content and stock video content
11:38you can also upload your own media by
11:40clicking that button right there so
11:41let's say you're doing screen recordings
11:43you could use something like OBS Studio
11:45which is a free screen recorder out
11:46there which I highly recommend use that
11:48to record your screen and then you can
11:49simply upload it onto there and then you
11:51could even have some stock based Clips
11:53overlaid throughout that as well so you
11:55can have that all right there so that's
11:58basically the ESS Essentials of using
11:59nid Ai and specifically using the video
12:02generator with this and then when you're
12:04ready to export this video you click
12:06export and then you can either export
12:08this to a timeline and if you do this
12:10it'll bring you to the classic nid
12:11editor where you can edit all this you
12:13can edit this all with a timeline like
12:15you might be used to if you've ever
12:16edited video using a standard video
12:19editor like Adobe Premiere Pro Power
12:21director cap cut something like that but
12:23you can also just click export video
12:25right here and then you can choose if
12:27you do want no watermarks you will need
12:28to on a paid plan and same thing if you
12:30want to remove the Nvidia AI branding
12:32and I recommend exporting at 1080p for
12:34example you can also give it prompts
12:35like create YouTube shorts create
12:37Instagram reals create Tik Tok content
12:39any type of video content is going to be
12:41ideal with this and the most ideal type
12:43of content is going to be stock-based
12:45video content like some of those
12:47channels that I shared earlier and now
12:49as I was on the GPT store I also noticed
12:51this GPT available as well thumbnail
12:53maker by nid AI so we're going to give
12:55this a try right here as well to make us
12:57a thumbnail create catching YouTube
12:59thumbnails in seconds and turn them into
13:01Perfect YouTube videos so let's try that
13:03out we're going to give it a prompt and
13:05say make a thumbnail about how to have a
13:09growth mindset we're going to make this
13:11pretty broad when it comes to giving a
13:14prompt for the thumnail but typically
13:15when you create thumbnails you are going
13:18to want to give it prompts like make the
13:20text bold make it easy to read keep the
13:23text to a minimum keep the primary
13:24objects to a minimum make everything as
13:26big as possible and as easy to
13:28understand as possible so if you want to
13:30go to the next level if you're ever
13:31giving prompts or even making thumbnails
13:33yourself those are some things you'll
13:34want to keep in mind but it says does
13:36this all sound good I'm just going to
13:37say yes right here because I just want
13:39to see what this is going to make and
13:41let's see what it's going to do for us
13:43right here so now it's creating our
13:44image let's see what we'll get and boom
13:46there's the thumbnail that I made as you
13:47can see the text is way too small in it
13:49so that's why you're going to want to do
13:50things like give it that prompt make the
13:52text big and all those other things
13:54right there I actually have to get going

14:01prompts if you're giving it a thumbnail
