00:29do this is by running what are called
00:31niche youtube channels now if you aren't
00:33familiar with what niche youtube
00:35channels are i covered that in the first
00:37video within this video series so make

00:42i went over the 24 absolute best niches
00:45to do this in these include health
00:47wealth happiness relationships travel
00:50and technology and if you want that full

00:58for going viral on youtube consistently
01:00and by watching those three videos first
01:02you'll get a ton of additional contacts
01:04and this will make a lot more sense and
01:05this series that you're watching right
01:07now is basically a free course for doing
01:09this that being said let's jump into the
01:10blueprint and this is the exact roadmap
01:13that i use and all of my students use to
01:15get results on youtube fast step number
01:17one is to choose a niche and if you
01:19watch video number two within this
01:21series you know the 24 best niches to do
01:23this in and there's also ways to see if
01:25any niche on youtube will work so if
01:27you're thinking about doing a niche
01:28outside of those you can do a certain
01:30market research process to see if it
01:32will be viable or if you're going to be
01:34wasting your time but there's a lot more
01:35to it than that and within my program
01:37tube mastery i'm going to give you the
01:39absolute worst niches to avoid that will
01:41ruin your chances of success step number
01:44two is setting up your channel for
01:46success and this is where we're going to
01:47actually create our youtube channel and
01:50if you're looking for a name for your
01:51channel you can use a tool called the
01:52shopify business name generator it'll
01:54give you a ton of different business
01:56name ideas if you just input a keyword
01:58related to your niche and in all honesty
02:00channel names are not that important but
02:01within my program i do reveal some tools
02:04that allow you to check if a channel
02:05name is copyrighted or taken or anything
02:07like that and if you watch video number
02:09three within this series then you know
02:10that similar metadata is important and
02:12this means having a consistent set of
02:14keywords across all of your videos and
02:16then therefore cementing them together
02:18within the youtube algorithm so they all
02:19recommend each other and when one video
02:21gets a lot of views all your videos get
02:23a lot of views and what i like to call
02:24my secret keyword process uses a couple
02:27specific tools to find these best
02:29keywords and then rank and organize them
02:31within a spreadsheet to give you the
02:32absolute best keywords to use and also
02:34during this process it's essential to
02:36optimize our channel correctly and do
02:38the correct channel optimization
02:40settings a lot of people go wrong here
02:41and there's also some things you can do
02:43to prevent your channel from being
02:44hacked with some certain security
02:45measures step number three is to then
02:48make a list of 33 different video ideas
02:51now you might be saying matt why 33 well
02:53that's generally around the time where i
02:55start to see statistically significant
02:57data in terms of impressions and views
02:59to start to make clear decisions on what
03:02type of content we're going to generate
03:03moving forward and little improvements
03:05we can make on the content and by doing
03:07this this is how we can experience giant
03:09growth now if we are modeling what works
03:11there is a chance within this first 33
03:13videos that we will have some videos
03:15take off and tons of my students have
03:16had this happen as well but don't be
03:18afraid if you upload 33 videos and one
03:20doesn't take off because you're
03:22gathering very important data that you
03:24optimize then on on your next 30 videos
03:26and this is typically where we can see a
03:28ton of growth and in terms of getting
03:30the actual video ideas i prefer getting
03:3217 from keyword research using a certain
03:35keyword tool and then the remaining 16
03:37from already popular videos within the
03:39niche and i also touched on this earlier
03:41in the video series as well going a
03:42little bit more in depth on video ideas
03:44step number four is to actually generate
03:47and upload these 33 videos and when you
03:50do this i highly recommend creating a
03:52systemized process for making your
03:54videos because it makes things a ton
03:55easier and you can essentially create an
03:57assembly line for your videos to get
03:59done by using software like trello and
04:01also it's important that we follow the
04:03anatomy that almost all viral videos
04:05have and this part of the process also
04:06includes having great thumbnails keeping
04:08people's attention with your videos
04:10which actually isn't too hard to do if
04:12you know the best practices when it
04:13comes to doing this also it's important
04:15to know where to actually find content
04:17for your videos both copyright free
04:19content so you don't have to worry about
04:21copyright strikes or anything but also
04:22if you do use copyrighted content you
04:24need to know the basics of what is
04:26called fair use to help prevent problems
04:28also this is where optimizing your
04:30videos comes into play and within tube
04:31mastery i give you a video optimization
04:33checklist so every video you upload you
04:35just check off certain things to follow
04:37and i also give you all the software for
04:38doing this for actually generating
04:39videos including video editors how to
04:41make animated videos even if you're not
04:43an animator get em generated how to do
04:44whiteboard videos how to do automated
04:46videos and so on and an option here as
04:48well is to hire people to make the
04:50videos for you now i only recommend
04:52doing this if you already have a budget
04:54and you already have money to pay to
04:55people because there is some risk in
04:57doing this obviously it's greatly
04:58decreased if you're modeling what
05:00already works but on a lot of my
05:01channels i outsource most of the content
05:04creation so this is definitely possible
05:06and within tube mastery i share with you

05:11of the different jobs examples of me
05:13actually hiring people and literally
05:14everything you need to know step number
05:16five is then to analyze and optimize
05:18based off of your analytics and i've had
05:21channels before that i thought were duds
05:22that hardly got any views within the
05:24first 30 videos that i've uploaded but i
05:26analyze and optimize based off little
05:28tiny factors that you can look for if
05:30you know what to look for and i've had
05:31some of these channels take off and also
05:33there's some key mistakes that most
05:35people make when doing this that can
05:37easily be avoided if you know what to
05:38look for step number six is monetizing
05:41your channel this is where we can
05:43actually make money from our channel and
05:44this is one of the most fun steps and in
05:47the next video within this video series
05:48i'm gonna go over exactly how to
05:50monetize your channel correctly most
05:52people do it the wrong way and make
05:53potentially 10 times more money than
05:55most youtubers and there's specific
05:57secrets that you can follow to increase
05:59your cpm meaning how much you make per
06:01thousand views how to do affiliate
06:02marketing correctly most people do this
06:04way wrong and how to overall make the
06:06most amount of money possible from your
06:08channel step number seven then is to
06:11outsource the content creation almost
06:13all the different niche channels that i
06:14run the majority of the content is
06:16outsourced meaning i pay other people to
06:18make it for me now you might be saying
06:20that what if i just want to keep
06:21generating the videos myself you can
06:23totally do that and enjoy giant profit
06:25margins but once you start making big
06:27and consistent money with youtube i do
06:29actually recommend investing some of
06:31that back into content creation getting
06:33other people to make the videos for you
06:35and this will in turn free up a ton of
06:37your time so that you can focus on
06:39higher value tasks such as potentially
06:41making more channels or just having more
06:43time to spend with your friends and
06:44family and the way we do this is to put
06:46in place what i like to call a video
06:48creation assembly line and all we have
06:50to do is come up with video ideas and
06:52upload and optimize the finished videos
06:55then we hire people in between to write
06:57the scripts do the voiceovers edit the
06:59videos and make the thumbnails and
07:01there's one place that i recommend
07:03hiring people from most people hire
07:04people from the wrong places i show how
07:06much to pay what to say in your job
07:08posts and show actual examples of me
07:09hiring people within tube mastery and
07:11now here is one of my biggest secrets
07:14when it comes to running tons of more
07:16channels while spending less on content
07:19creation i know that sounds absolutely
07:21crazy but it actually is possible
07:23through running translated versions of
07:25your own channel so say you have an
07:27english channel right and say you're
07:29paying somewhere around the ballpark of
07:3080 to 100 to make each video now let's
07:33say we create a translated version of
07:35that channel in spanish and on average i
07:38pay people around four dollars and fifty
07:40cents per minute to translate the video
07:41do a voice over and then cover any
07:43english titles with titles in the
07:45language that we're translating to and
07:47if the videos on average are 10 minutes
07:49long that's only 45 dollars per video
07:51and that's a whole nother video that can
07:53make even more money tons of the top
07:55channels do this as well you have
07:56brightside which has been translated
07:58into a bunch of different languages you
08:00have watch mojo which has been
08:01translated into a bunch of languages you
08:03have tech zone almost each one of their
08:05channels is getting millions of views
08:07per month and taking tech zone for
08:08example if you add up each one of those
08:10channels and how much they could be
08:12making their entire operation i've done
08:14the math on this would be making
08:15hundreds of thousands of dollars per
08:17month and i also personally do this as
08:20well and in some months my spanish
08:22portuguese and a variety of other
08:23language channels actually get more
08:25views and sometimes even make more money
08:28per month than my english channels now
08:30some languages are a little bit lower
08:32cpm and some are a lot higher so you do
08:34have to take that into account but you
08:36also need to take into account how much
08:37demand there is within that language and
08:39i show you exactly how to do this within
08:41tube mastery how to hire people what to
08:43say for actually hiring people how much
08:45to pay people to do this and in my
08:46opinion it's an absolute no-brainer for
08:48almost any channel out there as long as
08:50there's demand within another language
08:52and usually there's demand within tons
08:54of different languages and you create a
08:55whole new channel for that language and
08:57you just get your content translated and
08:59all of this and more is going to be
09:01covered within my program tube mastery

09:05well i also include step-by-step
09:07checklists including time frames on how
09:09long each of these different steps
09:10should take you script templates for
09:12systematizing your videos a list of 100
