00:03showing my face on majority of them and
00:05in this video I'm going to be showing
00:06you the smart way to make money on
00:09YouTube without making videos from day
00:11one meaning that you have the potential
00:13of making money with this before Ever
00:15Getting monetized or having to worry
00:17about any of that and if you don't know
00:18most channels have to wait 4,000 hours
00:20of watch time and get 1,000 subscribers
00:22in order to monetize their content I
00:24don't want you guys to have to wait I
00:25want you to have the potential of making
00:27money from day one with this unique
00:29method it's honestly crazy to me how a
00:31lot of people overlook this method I
00:33don't blame them though cuz when I first
00:34started on YouTube I did as well but
00:36let's get straight into it step number
00:38one choose your Niche and this is one of
00:40the most crucial steps in this because
00:42we need to choose a niche based on if
00:45this will work within a certain category
00:47of content I'm going to try to give you
00:49as much value as I can in as little
00:50amount of time so here's a list of the
00:52best niches on YouTube and feel free to
00:54screenshot this pause it right here if
00:56you ever need to refer back to this and
00:58then here is a list of the high highest
01:00CPM niches on YouTube that make more
01:03money per thousand views on average than
01:05other niches and if you plan on using
01:07this method of making money on YouTube
01:09from day one from the start I would
01:11recommend the make money online Niche or
01:14the health Niche step number two is then
01:16to plan your content super simple to do
01:19you just need about 30 video ideas and I
01:21recommend getting half of those ideas
01:23from R popular videos just search them
01:25up on YouTube see what comes up sort the
01:27videos by the most popular uploaded with
01:29within the past 6 months and then just
01:31take note at all the video ideas that
01:33have over 100,000 views on them get 15
01:35of those and then for your remaining 15
01:37video ideas go to a tool like vid IQ
01:39search your Niche and take note of those
01:42top keywords and then search those
01:43keywords on YouTube to see how you could
01:45integrate them into a video idea and
01:47make sure that the video ideas you're
01:48modeling have over 100,000 views step
01:52number three is setting up your channel
01:53super simple to do make a YouTube
01:55account if you're watching this you
01:56probably already have a Google account
01:58making a channel is very easy I have a
02:00video going over all the crucial steps
02:01with doing this and all the key
02:03optimization features that most people
02:04Miss if you just go in and do that
02:06you'll have a well optimized Channel
02:08super simple to do you can set it up in
02:0910 20 minutes and for the logo and
02:11channel art you can simply use a program
02:13called snappa they have tons of built-in
02:15templates step number four is generating
02:17content and this is a part where a lot
02:19of people get hung up but I want to make
02:21this as simple as I possibly can for you
02:23so if you're going to be doing
02:24stock-based content so channels like
02:26brainy dose or body Hub do a lot of this
02:29or even world according to Briggs which
02:30is a travel channel that gets millions
02:32of views per month all of these channels
02:33use a lot of stock Clips throughout
02:35their content and you can look into
02:37websites like story blocks.com which
02:39offers unlimited stock content at a low
02:41monthly price and that's what I
02:42personally use but if you don't want to
02:43pay any money at first you can also look
02:44into pixabay.com and pexels which are
02:47completely free but a little bit more
02:49limited in the scope of the content you
02:50can get and then for editing your videos
02:52here's a list of all of the best video
02:54editors for editing stock content
02:56together you can also even use editors
02:57like nid or v. .io which have tons of
03:01stock content built into them so if you
03:03sign up for one of those websites that
03:04are online video editors you can have
03:06the stock content baked in and easy to
03:08add to your videos but there are other
03:11ways of generating content for example
03:13you can create whiteboard animation
03:15videos and software like vide scribe are
03:17really good for that if you're doing
03:19animated videos you can look into
03:20software like animaker and if you're
03:22doing content following fair use where
03:23you use videos from YouTube you can use
03:25basically any of those free editors here
03:27they are again up on the screen right
03:29here and for thumbnails my
03:30recommendation is using snapper.com due
03:33to the fact that they have tons of
03:34different thumbnail templates now that
03:35being said if you have more money than
03:38time then you can potentially look into
03:40places like upwork.com where you can
03:43hire people to make the videos for you
03:45and right now I'm well past that point
03:47so I'm hiring people to make the videos
03:49on all of my different YouTube channels
03:51and that's how I'm concurrently running
03:52all of those channels I have tons of
03:54videos here on my channel of how to
03:55essentially create a video creation
03:57assembly line to get people to do each
03:59of these steps of the process for you
04:01step number four is actually the secret
04:04step that is going to allow you to have
04:06the potential of making money on YouTube
04:08from day one and this is a step that so
04:10many people Overlook and that is pairing
04:14your Channel with a high payout
04:16commission product you might be saying
04:18Matt what did you just say there a high
04:20payout commission product is a digital
04:23product that you can find on websites
04:25like digistore24 or clickbank.com sign
04:28up to either one of those websites go to
04:30their affiliate Marketplace click the
04:32promote button next to the product that
04:33is related to your Niche these are
04:35products that you can promote and for
04:37every sale that you get you get a
04:39percentage of that sale and my
04:41recommendation to you is to choose
04:43products that you would get at least a
04:45$250 to $500 commission from so for
04:49example if you're promoting a $1,000
04:51digital course like for example my
04:53course to Mastery monetization is on
04:55there and we give 50% of that then you
04:56would make $500 per sale and that checks
04:59off off that box now you might be saying
05:00Matt how would this allow me to make way
05:02more than most people well think about
05:04this for a second even if you do
05:06everything wrong on your channel even if
05:08you barely even get a couple thousand
05:10views per month on your channel you
05:12could still potentially get some
05:13affiliate sales and make some decent
05:15money from that by promoting one of
05:17these products and that's why it's so
05:19crucial that we choose a great Niche
05:21where there are these products in and
05:23that's why it's so good that you're
05:24watching this video right here and for
05:26example if you get just 20 sales per
05:28month and you get a $500 Commission on
05:30each of those sales you're making
05:32$10,000 per month and there's channels
05:34out there like one of my students Ki
05:36he's only getting 60 to 100,000 views a
05:38month on his channel and he's making
05:40over 10,000 a month off of very cheap
05:43software that he promotes within his
05:45videos that he gets a recurring
05:46Commission on so he's not even primarily
05:48doing High payout partner products he's
05:50getting a little bit more into that now
05:51but you can just imagine the potential
05:52for this for example if you make a video
05:54about weight loss throw in an affiliate
05:56link to a weight loss supplement and
05:58boom you'll make money for every sale
05:59that you refer but like I said the best
06:01types of products are going to be
06:03digital products that give you a high
06:04amount per sale because then the
06:07manufacturer doesn't have to pay for the
06:08Fulfillment of that product and it can
06:10get delivered automatically it's a
06:11win-win win for everybody and that's why
06:13I suggest High payout commission
06:15products from places like ClickBank or
06:17Digi store step number five then is to
06:19upload your videos and start earning
06:21money once you have your videos ready
06:23you got your affiliate product that
06:24you've signed up for to promote you've
06:25got your magic link so anytime someone
06:27clicks through that link and buys you'll
06:29get a commission from it and by the way
06:31if you're using Digi store to promote a
06:32link make sure that you copy that link
06:35put it in an incognito browser go all
06:37the way through to the checkout page of
06:40that link and make sure that in the
06:42bottom corner is your affiliate ID that
06:45will mean that your link is working and
06:47you're ready to get started doing this
06:48and I recommend choosing a consistent
06:50schedule to upload videos on one of the
06:52best is simply three videos per week but
06:54if you want you can even take this to
06:55the next level do daily videos but
06:57really a minimum of three videos per
06:59week in the beginning is more than
07:00adequate and most of the time 30 to 60
07:03videos will be enough for the algorithm
07:04to start picking up your channel so if
07:06you're going to do this make sure you
07:07stick with this for the long run and you
07:09upload a minimum of 30 to 60 videos
07:12trust me it's so worth it and the epic
07:14thing about YouTube is that your videos
07:15can live on forever they can keep
07:17getting views forever and you can
07:19potentially make money for as long as
07:20you're getting views and for example you
07:22could be traveling sleeping doing
07:24whatever with your life and potentially
07:26still making money like right now I'm
07:27sitting here on a vacation in Costa Rica
07:29I just went ziplining yesterday and all
07:31the while I'm getting views on my
07:32YouTube videos making money from ad
07:34Revenue there making money from
07:35promoting my high commission payout
07:36products and the fact that you can make
07:38money from day one is really what makes
07:40this so amazing and then step number six
07:42for doing this to take this to the next
07:44level is to optimize based off of your
07:46analytics very easy to do just look at
07:48audience retention graphs on your videos
07:50see when they Peak and see when they go
07:51down and then cut out whatever you're
07:53doing when they go down and when they go
07:54up try to repeat that in as many of your
07:56future videos as possible and just
07:58imagine if you just continually improved
08:01your channel over and over and just made
08:03it better and better and every new batch
08:05of 30 videos are just getting better and
08:06better based off of these analytics you
08:08can just imagine where you could be in 6
08:10months to a year from now and then for
08:12click-through rate all you simply have
08:13to do see your Channel's average
08:15clickthrough rate after you upload 30 to
08:1660 videos and then write that down let's
08:19say it's 5% every new video that you
08:21upload see what the clickthrough rate is
08:23within the first couple days if it's
08:25lower than your channel average so in
08:27this case lower than 5% then you swap it
08:29out for a different thumbnail modeling
08:31what's already working and if you just
08:33repeat this process over and over I'm
08:34telling you your channel is likely going
08:36to do very well now here's a few bonus
08:38tips that will allow you to do this
08:39correctly and not fall into the common
08:41pitfalls that a lot of people do tip one
08:43give value a lot of people do this but
08:45they just post spammy content out there
08:47and they're not actually giving any
08:49value to anybody remember value can be
08:51either educational or entertainment
08:54value and it's very easy to give a ton
08:55of value to your audience all you have
08:56to do take a look at the top three
08:58videos that are out there on individual
08:59subject take the best points from each
09:02video to implement into your own script
09:05and then your video will by definition
09:06be the most valuable because you're
09:08taking the best parts of each video how
09:10do you find the best parts look at the
09:11comment sections of those videos see
09:13what people are talking about that they
09:15liked the absolute most and make sure to
09:16go all in on those parts tip two choose
09:19an expensive affiliate product do not
09:21promote something from the Amazon
09:23affiliate program where you're going to
09:24make a couple dollars per sale I want
09:25you to make big money doing this so make
09:27sure to promote something where you're
09:28going get a payout of $250 to $500 per
09:32sale tip three have realistic
09:33expectations most people quit doing this
09:35within their first 10 videos cuz they
09:37expect that they're going to
09:38automatically make a million dollars
09:39overnight that does not happen make sure
09:41to be committed to doing this and make
09:43sure to promise yourself that you're
09:44going to upload 30 to 60 videos on a new
09:46channel I've had a lot of my channels
09:48fail because I've quit on them too early
09:50and all of my channels that have
09:51succeeded I've stayed consistent on and
09:54those are the ones that are making me
09:55money regularly so if you're going to do
09:57this write yourself a promise that
09:59you're going to upload 30 to 60 videos I
10:01believe in you and I know you got this
10:02just remember to do that tip four look
10:04at what your competitors are doing you
10:06don't have to guess when it comes to
10:07doing YouTube you can simply model what
10:09has already worked and just make it
10:10better and better and don't worry about
10:12how much competition there is out there
10:13you can always get a ton of views in
10:15almost any niche as long as your videos
10:17are better than the majority that are
10:19out there and again we talked about how
10:21to make our videos better to do better
10:23in the algorithm make them more valuable
10:24make them better optimize them and have
10:27fantastic titles and thumbnails and tip
10:29five do not give up when it comes to
10:30doing this some of the biggest YouTubers
10:32out there have had to upload hundreds of
10:34videos to get huge success on YouTube so
10:36do not give up if you are going to do
10:38this and if you're excited about doing
10:40this remind yourself that even if times
10:42are tough even if you upload a couple
10:43and you don't succeed right away trust
10:45me from the bottom of my heart I'm
10:47telling you this it is worth it and this
10:48is coming from somebody who was a broke
10:50high schooler just a couple years ago to
10:52being able to travel the world do
10:53whatever I want with my time having time
10:55and location and Financial Freedom it's
10:58such an incredible blessing and I just
