00:47actual example channels in a bunch of
00:49these different niches and a bunch of
00:50the best ideas for doing this the right
00:52way and most importantly
00:54making the most money all right so the

01:00animal channel and let me show you a
01:02couple examples of animal channels
01:04that are doing incredibly well so here's
01:06an example channel called viralb
01:08they have 1.7 million subscribers and
01:12videos like these are the top 10
01:13cuddliest dog breeds
01:15these are the top 10 best therapy dog
01:17breeds these are the top 10 fastest
01:19animals on the planet just videos like
01:21and as you can see these videos are
01:23getting millions of views
01:25each and here's another example animal
01:27channel called animal wise
01:28they have 345 000 subscribers and you
01:32might be saying matt that's great but
01:33how is this channel actually
01:35managing to make videos that gets
01:38without even showing their face and the
01:41way they're doing it is by using stock
01:44and then simply doing a voiceover
01:46talking about things like the seven
01:48mistakes cat owners make and then
01:50compiling those videos
01:51and photos that they didn't even take
01:53with their voiceover
01:55with a script that they wrote and they
01:58a totally new video and these videos can
02:01get millions of views
02:022.3 million views on that video
02:05right there and these are literally just
02:08throughout the video with some text on
02:10top of the video with someone doing a
02:12voiceover talking about the seven
02:14mistakes that cat owners
02:15make now let's take a look at the social
02:19for this channel social blade by the way
02:21is a completely free chrome extension
02:23that estimates how much youtube channels
02:25and it shows you things like how many
02:27views per month they're making
02:28and so on so this channel right here
02:30animal wise is getting 4.5 million views
02:34they could be making between one
02:36thousand and seventeen
02:37thousand dollars per month and this is
02:40just from ad revenue i'm going to show
02:42you a secret monetization method
02:44in just a second and how you can make up
02:47than these figures right here so you
02:49might be saying matt that's a huge
02:50discrepancy one point one thousand
02:52and seventeen thousand how much do you
02:54think they're actually making
02:56well based off of my experience in
02:57running channels and niches similar to
02:59this i would estimate that they're
03:00making about twelve to fifteen thousand
03:02dollars a month just from ad revenue
03:05alone and the reason that i say that
03:06it's probably on the higher end of the
03:08spectrum of those two numbers
03:10is due to the fact that the animal niche
03:13as a semi-high cpm niche now cpm
03:16is how much money that you make per
03:18thousand views on your channel
03:20on average and i would classify the
03:23animal niche as semi-high cpm
03:25due to the fact that there's so many
03:26different advertisers who want to
03:29on animal videos i mean think about all
03:31the big animal companies out there
03:33like petco petsmart there's so many
03:35different dog and cat inventions that
03:37are advertising on youtube
03:39and if you watch some of these videos
03:40you'll see some of those ads pop up
03:42and due to the fact that there's so many
03:44different advertisers i would classify
03:46this niche as a semi-high cpm niche
03:48and i would guess they're making about
03:52a month just from ad revenue alone if
03:55ads on their channel and here's another
03:57channel called animal tube tv
03:59and they have 700 000 subscribers almost
04:02a million subscribers
04:03and they just make videos like the top
04:0510 beautiful dog breeds the top 10
04:07dangerous dog breeds and these videos
04:09have the potential of getting a lot
04:11of views and finally here's one more
04:13channel called animal facts with 136
04:16000 subscribers and they just do videos
04:18like the top 10 small dog breeds that
04:21golden retriever versus labrador
04:24it's just someone doing a voice over on
04:26top of the video compiling other clips
04:29into their video which i'm going to show
04:31you some free sources on where you can
04:32find completely free videos
04:34to use within your videos in just a
04:36second but some of their most popular
04:38videos are literally just comparing
04:39different dog breeds against each other
04:41alaskan malamute versus siberian husky
04:45and a lot of these are comparing
04:46different dog breeds giving tips and
04:48tricks on owning dog breeds
04:50doing countdown lists on different dog
04:52breeds like the top 10 small dog breeds
04:55and if we take a look at their social
04:57blade statistics they're getting a
04:58million views a month
05:00on their channel so now like i promised
05:02you i'm going to show you some free
05:03sources on where you can get completely
05:06both videos and pictures for your
05:09channel the first place is called
05:10pixabay.com so if we go to pixabay right
05:13here and we search dog within pixabay
05:15as you can see tons of completely free
05:17photos of dogs right here
05:19but even better than that if we go to
05:21this drop down right here
05:22we can select videos and look at all of
05:25these completely free videos of dogs
05:28can use as you can see here's a video of
05:30a border collie right here
05:31and if we click this video this is
05:33literally a video that you can use for
05:36and best of all free for commercial use
05:38meaning you can make money from that
05:40and no attribution required and the vast
05:43majority of both images and videos on
05:46are free for commercial use and no
05:50required meaning you can use these
05:51videos for completely free within your
05:54simply do a voiceover on top of the
05:56videos write a script about the top 10
05:58best dog breeds or whatever video you're
06:01talking about and you can make videos
06:03just like this and the next website that
06:05you can use to get completely free
06:08is called pexels.com and if we go to
06:11and we search dog directly within pexels
06:14and if we click video so you have 284
06:17that you can use for completely free now
06:21if you're going through pexels and
06:22pixabay and you don't see enough videos
06:25you can also use a website called
06:27storyblocks.com now this does cost
06:29anywhere from twenty nine dollars a
06:31month to sixty dollars a month
06:32but they have thousands of more clips
06:34than either pixabay or pexels
06:36and that's what my team personally uses

07:44i can almost guarantee you that they
07:46would be making more money
07:48than from just ad revenue alone like
07:50let's think about it logically the
07:52people who are watching these videos

07:55are probably pretty interested in dogs
07:57right i mean there's a reason they
08:00so what if we were to promote a program

08:05this program right here is meant to

09:11making way more than 10 times the amount
09:13of ad revenue they're making
09:15by promoting affiliate products channel
09:18are quiz channels so there's tons of
09:22channels on youtube that do viral
09:25and they animate these quizzes in
09:26different ways without ever
09:28showing their face now let me show you
09:30some examples the first example is a
09:321 million tests as you can see this
09:36000 subscribers and they literally just
09:40what kind of angel are you are you an
09:42angel or a devil what color is your aura
09:44and they just do videos like this and
09:47millions of views now what's absolutely
09:49insane about this channel right here
09:52is the fact that they haven't uploaded
09:55in 10 months and take a look at this
09:58according to their social blade
09:59statistics they're still getting
10:022.9 million views a month on
10:05their channel they're still getting 15
10:07000 subscribers a month
10:10on their channel they could be making as
10:11much as eleven thousand dollars a month
10:13i would guess it's about in the middle
10:14of that i would guess maybe
10:16five to six thousand dollars a month
10:18just from ad revenue alone
10:20and they haven't even uploaded in 10
10:23months and they still could potentially
10:25be making this much money
10:27that's really the power of youtube you
10:29upload videos you plant seeds so to
10:31speak and those seeds can blossom for
10:34months down the road and continue to

10:43their social blade stats you're getting

10:46on their channel and they just do videos
10:48just like that other channel

10:54and it's all these kind of viral quizzes
10:56viral quizzes that you could find from
10:58websites like buzzfeed.com
11:00remake them into your own words make the
11:03and then just do like a simple animation
11:05on top of those quizzes and i'm going to
11:07be showing you exactly how you can get
11:08other people to make the quizzes for you
11:10in just a second here but you could
11:12simply hire someone off fiverr
11:14for not that much money to generate
11:16these types of videos for you
11:18and potentially make a lot of money in
11:20return from ad revenue or promoting
11:22affiliate products from clickbank or
11:25as you can see a lot of these videos are
11:27like zodiac sign themed or they're like
11:30and there's a ton of great products on

11:56and there's so many different ways you
11:57can monetize channels like this
11:59so many different ideas for videos i
12:01mean when it comes to video ideas
12:03you could simply go to popular channels
12:05like this channel buzzmoy
12:07take a look at their most popular videos
12:09and then remake those videos in your own
12:11words remake your own version of these
12:13videos like for example you could do a
12:16the quiz to tell who is secretly in love
12:18with you just like this channel did
12:21and then simply make a similar thumbnail
12:22you can go literally go to pixabay
12:24and then search something like heart on
12:28and you can literally just use a picture
12:30of a heart in your thumbnail
12:32put some text on top of it use a
12:33completely free photo editor like
12:37or paint.net if you're on windows and
12:39you could generate videos just like
12:42this now when it comes to actually
12:43getting the quizzes made
12:45you can pay other people to make the
12:48and like i promise you i'm going to show
12:50you exactly how to do
12:52that all you have to do is go to
12:55and search viral quiz and there's
12:57literally people who will build viral
12:59quizzes and trivia quizzes
13:00for you starting at just five dollars i
13:03will write a trivia quiz on any subject
13:06and people will make these kind of

13:59and without even showing their face and
14:02they just do videos like
14:03the people who like to be alone have
14:05these 12 special personality traits
14:076.8 million views and as you can see
14:10even the thumbnail it looks like just a
14:11stock image that you could find from
14:13pixabay.com pexels.com
14:16with some text on top of the thumbnail
14:18and these thumbnails would be very easy
14:20and the videos are literally just stock
14:22images and stock videos compiled
14:24together with a voice over done
14:25on top of those videos written in their

14:34look at the social blade statistics
14:36this channel is getting six million
14:38views a month making between one
14:40and twenty four thousand dollars a month
14:42just from ad revenue alone
14:44i would guess that they're making
14:45anywhere from 12 to 18 000
14:48a month just from ad revenue alone and
14:50here's another channel called practical
14:521.8 million subscribers and they just do
14:55videos like the four best things to do
14:57in your free time 10 morning routine
14:59habits of successful people
15:01and if we take a look at their videos
15:03right here it's literally just these
15:05animation videos with someone talking on
15:08now you might be wondering how can i
15:10make animation videos like this i've
15:11never animated something in my life
15:13you can simply use a software called
15:15videoscribe as you can see videoscribe
15:17literally lets you make animations just
15:19like this and it's literally only 35
15:22a month to use this software and they
15:25have a completely free

16:01keynote and you can make slideshows just
16:04and literally just do a voiceover on top
16:06of these videos talking about
16:08subjects like narcissism psychology
16:10there's so many different subjects that
16:11you could talk about
16:12in relation to psychology and so many
16:15different sub niches that you could dive
16:17and talk about and help people in return
16:19with running channels like this so just
16:22like with animal channels with
16:23psychology channels you can also

16:34so there's tons of different self-help

16:49with 2.5 million subscribers he just
16:54the five unsolved mysteries caught on
16:56tape five scary ghost videos that will
16:58nope these videos literally almost every
17:00single one of his videos
17:02at least gets a million views 1.8
17:04million views 1.4 million views 1.2
17:08on almost every video and it's just
17:10showing all these different scary ghost
17:11sightings and stuff like that
17:13and these videos have the potential of
17:15getting millions of views
17:16and if we take a look at the social
17:18blade statistics holy cow
17:20this channel is getting 24 million views
17:23per month on their channel they could be
17:26making as much as 96
17:27000 a month just from ad revenue now i
17:30wouldn't say it's that high due to the
17:32niche that this channel is in
17:33i would guess that they're making about
17:36a month just from ad revenue alone
17:40on their youtube channel which is
17:43good and as you can see they just post a
17:45video about once a week
17:46so they make a new video every single
17:48week they upload it to youtube
17:50and almost every single one is getting a
17:53views and don't let this discourage you
17:55everybody starts somewhere
17:56and everybody was telling me a year ago
17:58that it's too late to do youtube and
18:00they're making excuses about why they
18:02now if i would have listened to those
18:04people i wouldn't have started a brand
18:07and grew that channel to having over 500
18:11in a single year don't listen to the
18:14people who say it's too late
18:16listen to the people who are actually
18:17doing this who are actually having
18:20doing this and here's another list

18:23with 4.8 million subscribers and they
18:26just do videos like 10 people with

19:00just from ad revenue alone so i would
19:03estimate that this channel is making
19:04about forty thousand dollars a month
19:07just from ad revenue alone and here's
19:09one more list channel called top tens
19:11and they do videos just like the
19:12previous channels that i was showing you
19:143.7 million subscribers and they're
19:16getting 8 million views

19:46incredible bedroom space saving
19:4812 million views now what's really cool
19:51about channels like this
19:53is that there's a great way that you can
19:54monetize channels like this
19:56that i'm going to be showing you in just

20:00channel right here called top 10 zone
20:02and they just do videos like the top 10
20:03best smartphones of mid-2020
20:06and they do this without ever showing
20:07their face the top 10 best spinning
20:09reels top 10 best air mattresses and
20:12and here's yet another channel called
20:14wonder world half a million subscribers
20:16and they get 3 million views a month on
20:20and they just do videos talking about
20:21futuristic technology inventions and
20:23stuff like that the scorpion 3 world's
20:25first hoverbike and this video has over
20:29views now the way that you can monetize
20:31these channels even more
20:33and make more money as a result is by
20:35using the amazon affiliate program
20:38because amazon has so many different
20:40products they have all the latest
20:41smartphones gadgets everything you could
20:44in relation to technology i mean they
20:47might not have like a hoverbike
20:49but taking a look at some of those other
20:51channels that we're taking a look at
20:52like top 10 best that talks about
20:54different home inventions
20:55and campfire inventions and stuff like
20:58that amazon has almost all of those
21:00different pieces of technology that you
21:02in the descriptions of your youtube
21:04videos and make a lot more money as a
21:07faceless youtube channel idea number
21:09three are affirmation
21:11channels and here's an example of a
21:12great affirmation channel called fresh
21:16as you can see they have 60 000
21:17subscribers and they just do videos like
21:2046 positive affirmations for happiness
21:23and self love and as you can see these
21:26millions of views now the crazy thing
21:28about this channel is that they only
21:31four videos four years ago and each one
21:35over 200 000 views and some of these
21:38videos even got 4 million views on them
21:41now it looks like they did start
21:42uploading about a month ago again but
21:44they didn't upload for the longest time
21:46and they were still getting a lot of
21:48a lot of subscribers even potentially
21:50making a lot of money
21:52if they have ads on their channel and
21:54here's another affirmation channel
21:55called positive affirmations
21:5742 000 subscribers they do videos just
22:00i am worthy i deserve the best positive
22:03and these videos are literally just
22:05stock clips that you could find from
22:07pixabay.com paxels.com
22:09with affirmations that you could find
22:11online remake them into your own
22:14do a voiceover you can literally just
22:16use your phone or hire someone on fiverr
22:18to do the voiceover for the affirmations
22:20for you or get people on fiverr to come
22:23up with affirmations for you and you can
22:25generate these videos
22:26very simply here's yet another channel
22:28called rockstar affirmations
22:30they got a hundred thousand subscribers
22:32they could have potentially gotten a
22:33silver play button from youtube for
22:35hitting a hundred thousand subscribers
22:37and they just do videos like i have a
22:40hundred billion dollars in my bank
22:41account affirmations just stuff like
22:43and this channel gets over half a
22:45million views per month
22:47on their channel now you can further
22:50monetize a channel like this
22:51not just with the youtube adsense
22:54program and you might not want to put
22:55multiple mid-roll ads throughout like a
22:58meditation video or an affirmation video
23:00because people are listening to these
23:02videos and that can really interrupt
23:03them if you put mid-roll ads throughout
23:06so what you can do is simply first of
23:08all put an ad at the very beginning of
23:11and at the very end of the video so you
23:12don't interrupt their viewing experience
23:14so you'll still make money from this
23:18you might not make as much ad revenue as
23:20some other types of channels
23:22however you still will make ad revenue
23:24and then you can supplement that
23:25income that you're not making from the
23:27multiple mid-roll ads that you put
23:28throughout the video
